Tikona services are worst. I had filed my complaint in there service center 5 times but no action has been taken. I had made a payment of rs 2600 and they are refusing to pay it back. Never buy tikona connection it is a fraud company. Since the day they installed the modem net is not working Mob no- [protected] Address- D-173, prashant vihar, delhi. -85.

    I have taken broadband internet connection for my cyber cafe with tikona, I have not been able to access internet due to LAN issue and I am facing this problem every day due to this reason I had bear loss of Rs. 5000 every day because this is for commercial use .I have been calling the customer support and technical support around 20 times till now, but still no response from tikona. Everytime they say that my issue has been set on priority and will be resolved in 24 hours. I am fed up calling tikona support. I sincierly request you to take urgent action against them.       Hi, My User Id is "[protected]". Problem started again with Tikona Service. Recent days either the internet is completely down or very slow. Engineers visiting my home says it is the issue at the Access point end but not sure why they keep sending Engineers if the issue couldn't be resoved at the customer place and it has to be looked at the server/Access Point. I work from home. I have been saying to my boss that internet is not available and I couldn't work for the past 4 days. (From Thursday). Whenever I call customer service they are saying that engineers are working on it and they give some ETA but it is not even matching to the approximate. There is no propery information about who will be incharge for chennai zone. They are saying the issue exists in the whole chennai zone. There is no proper notice/schedule if there is any maintenance activity. I think, We should not recommend Tikona to any of our friends and go for a different good ISP who can handle customers in a proper way. Very Unhappy Tikona Customer Venkat

      This is not acceptable. Still the issue is not resolved. They are saying it will be resolved by today EOD. Service is down for the 5th day. I am not sure what is really going on.

      Hi,

      I tried connecting to internet this afternoon. now I am able to connect but the connection speed is not 4MBps. I am not sure whether the issue is still exists but I need to be online tonight to work for my company. I can't tell any excuse to my company since there is lot of pending tasks from my end due to internet issues. I hope, I will get a solution before tonight 9:00 PM.

      This is becoming so serious. Again the problem started. I don't have internet for 4 continuous days from last week (Thursday to Sunday). Now again, Very slow internet connection today. There is a engineer visit scedhuled by Tikona support itself and I called the engineer in the afternoon after seeing the missed call. He said, he called someone else and not me.

      After 8:00 PM, i received a call and the engineer said he wanted to come at 10:00 PM. Then again he called and said it got delayed and he will visit tomorrow. I have been telling them that I can't work for my company if there is no internet since I work from home but I don't know what these guys are really have in mind.

      If I call the customer care in the night when the problem occurs. They will arrange an engineer visit. If engineer visits in the morning, they say the problem is not at our end, it is the issue at AP. I don't know the way to express the frustration.

      I have never seen such a poor customer service company in my life time.

      I think they are thinking that the customer will only shout and they won't react. if they think link this, then it is wrong.

      Please check the screen shot of tikona speed. Can anyone work using this Speed?

      I am really not sure whether any steps have been taken at Tikona end. Still not able to connect to the internet. Next step, i am going to do is, post the feedback about tikona in all social network and consult advocate to handle this issue legally. lots of my time have been wasted by Tikona since they are not giving any solution to the issue.

      Very much disappointed.

      This is becoming serious issue. Things are not resolved. I am going to meet layor and take some legal action.


      If anyone interested to go and buy Tikona service, Please check the review in all websites and take decision. People in my neighborhood are not feeling happy with Tikona service.

        My tikona user id [protected]. I given surender application dt.20 aug 2014 and not use from 21 aug 2014 but they charged me till 14 sept 2014 they send me a mail and clearly mantion "the monthly bill charges shall be applicable only till the next bill cycle date based on your last usage date or disconnection request date whichever is later." I ready to pay till 21 aug all dues but they are not agree and date 20 sept 2014 time 15.11 tikona executive called and given me threat to take legal action against me i am not criminal and defaulter they treat me like that. now i am in depression i am not well pl help me if i am wrong tell me i will pay all dues.and my financily position also critical.creatical.PLHELP ME.

        Dear sir tikona co send me a legal demand notice. At 1 oct 2014 and today 08 oct 2014 a call i have recd. Sender no.[protected]. Caller name sandeep and given me a threat and tell me he calling from delhi police and pay tikona all due within 24 hours othervise we arrest u" so now i am very affraid and i have fever so i tell to u my life all responsbility ti tikona compnay PL HELP
        08 October 2014 tikona not care ur consumer complaint firm pl take action against tikona co, othervise i will lodge a police fir at local police station aginst tikona for threat call to kill me.

          Dear Sir, 1. No connectivity since last one and half month. 2. No solution despite repeated complaints. 3. Tikona never informed us that they have withdrawn their services. When enquired, I found that the services has been terminated in the society since June 2014. 4. Bill for the month of June, July & August, 2014 has generated for total amount of Rs 1056 & Rs 1500 demanded for Moden which they have already taken long back & converted my acocunt as len system. Regular call for payment since beginning of July 2014 and every time requested and explained that when you were not providing services why bills are being generated. 6. They have called us yesterday and threatened to make payment or ready to face legal hassles with penalty, interest and legal cost. I am using there services for more than three years and never delayed the payment. I request forum to take appropriate action against mental harassment by Tikona Now their lawyer Mr Rajesh, [protected] has called on 10th September and given threat for legal battle. I have tried to convince him that the bill was generated for the period in which there was no connectivity and on my repeated request, there was no solution provided by Tikona. How can I pay the bill for services which I have not used but he didn't want to understand. I have also received demand notice form their legal cell on 3rd September. today again I have received call from Mr Rakesh Patil from Mumbai court who has given threat of settling the dues else they will issue warrant. I need immeidate help from the forum to sort this out as now they are threating for setttlement of the charges which is not my dues.

          CONNECTION USER NUMBER: [protected]. I am getting regular threaten call from different lawyers. Today I have received call from Mr Pankaj Rajput and he was asking me to settle right away else he will spoil my name in the civil world. i will not be able to travel abroad. He has asked me to request Mr Chetan Sharma, Mobile no [protected] for soft settlement.

          He has given fake case number: DC/329/2014/00512 and summan Number 437/100/422013

          I have paid all their bills in time in the past but this time they have issued forged bill as their was no network in my society and despite of my repeated complaint, they were not bothered for soluiton. finally i have requested them to cancel the connection.

          I would request you to help me and save my family for such unwanted threaten calls.

            Never ever Take Tikona Connection. I took tkona connection just before 12 days and at the time of Demo the speed was perfect 2 Mbps but once the Tikona Guy Left and after few hours the speed was max 250 kbps and a lot of disconnection problem and from that time started giving complain on 1st day they said their is some problem in the Server and the next day they told their is some problem with the out door unit and after 4 days they send a technical person and he changed the outdoor unit and for some time like 2-3 hours the net was working fine again after 5 hour the net stopped working so I complained them again and Some one from their Advance Technical team came to check the Net and told me that we can't give connection to this area so please return the connection and when I called the Customer Care team they told yes you need to disconnect and as for tokona Rule I gave them two months advance and 500 rupees Installation Change and Now they are saying you need to give the 1st months bill and also we are going to refund the Installation Charge so I told it is ur problem and you are Disconnecting the net from your side but they are not hearing anything and also they Disconnect the Internet just after 12 Days and still I didn't get any mail from them that How much I am going to get and when they are giving me so Please try to avoid Tikona, Local Internet providers are also far better then these Tikona guys.

            I got my money back, Thanks to Mouthshut but didn't get anything using Consumer Complaint. The Amount is 2112 and the cheque is already cleared

            They disconnected the Internet on 16th September and still I didn't get any settlement mail from day and everyday They are saying you will get it tomorrow and because of my office work I am going to leave the City for 15-20 days and no one from tokona didn't come to collect the equippments it is a hell of service from Tikona and I am just waiting for the Settlement details from last two days.

            Today I got the Full and Final Amount as I already written I gave two months rent at the time of Booking + 500 Installation Charge for 2 Mbps 50 GB Plan Due to some problem in their end they requested me to Disconnect The Internet after using only for 10 days and 15 GB of Data now as for their full and Final they are not giving me anything when the hell I will get my refund Details and also they gave me two nos to contact their person to ask him to collect the equipments but both nos are Wrong .

            Today I got a mail from Tikona which is only 1550 but as I already wrote earlier I paid 2583 which consists two months rent with Tax plus 500 installation charge so my monthly charge is 1041 rupees for 50 GB so around 21 rupees per GB and because of Tikona's problem I was able to use inly 15 GB so the cost should be 15 * 21=315 and as per Tikona's term n condition they said they will not refund the Installation charge and I am ok with that but not happy because they disconnected the connection because of their issue still no problem as per them they should deduct
            total amnt 2583 - installation 500 - usage 315= 1768 which I should get but they returned me only 1550.80 I just want to ask what the hell is this can you tell me? Hey tikona r u listening.

            Now I am happy with Tikona but still waiting for the confirmation I got a call from Tikona and they said they will return me 2000 rupees but didn't get any mail from them just waiting for the mail after that if they will send me the Cheque within 20 days I will say ok Tikona is somehow good but still I can't say anything without getting the Cheque but still I will say it was very late.

              Dear Concern I would unhappy to inform you that when i received the mail from Tikona digital pvt ltd which mention we payable 1784/- amount ehn i had make a cheque for pament again after three days receive another last mail full and final settlement mail which mentioned that we have not payable any of amount for the Tikona Digital Networks, i'had also called his coustomer care and he also said you dont need to pay the same. you only provide me the equipment who alloted to you, now we get the call from two days which receive intimidation that if i'll not pay some amount for this Tikona went to court and warrant issue for me. and the intimidation no is below. +91-[protected] Sreya Rawat Advocate (Delhi District Court), +91-[protected] (Rakesh Advocate Mumbai Court)

                I took Tikona broadband connection(user ID- [protected]) on 25 December, 2012 with payment of Rs. 2613.20 which includes installation charge + 1 month rental till 14 February, 2013, but in 2014 I got frustrated with the pathetic service and after multiple unanswered complains, I requested for disconnection on 11 July 2014 (via email and voice call) and found the attached response from company. As per the ambiguity shown by mail i concluded that it will be disconnected in 10-12 days. But nothing happened. Again I put a fresh request for disconnection on 5th August 2014 (via email and voice call) for disconnection but again received the same response but connection was still active. between 11 July to 2 August 2014 I called and requested them many times for disconnection again and then only it could be disconnected. But to add to my surprise company fined me with Rs.1221.96 (1121.96 + 100 fine) with legal notice. With this behavior and unprofessional-ism of this broadband provider, I faced mental torture and now they are threatening with legal notice I submitted all devices and accessories to tikona disconnection engineer, but after submitting all devices and accessories they are not refunding my security charges, after returning devices and accessories they should pay my security money back. Instead due to mental torture and legal notice i paid Rs.1221.96 (1121.96 + 100 fine) date 15 September 2014

                  I am having problem with my Internet from 24 august 2014, it works okay(okay means 300Kbps in 2mbps connection) at morning from 5 to 6 A.M after that whole day even tikona login page didn't open, I called customer care for it almost 2-3 weeks on daily basis, some day some guy says"Sir our tower in your location is not working properly wait for 24 hours it will be resolved" . After 24 hours when it still didn't work I again called the customer care he replied "Sir actually it seems your device mounted on your terrace is giving problem, give us 24 hours we will monitor it remotely ", okay I gave them 24 hours but still after that it didn't work I again called them they said "Sir actually we are facing some problem in network so please give us 24 hour we will definitely monitor your network", but again nothing happens. I called them again asked "what is going on why you are taking my issue so lightly and didn't even bother to resolve it" he replied "sir your device mounted on terrace is giving problem we have escalated your issue some technician will come and visit your home", I thought at last technician is gonna visit my house and resolve my issue.But that guy didn't even come and I received I message that your issue has been attended by our technician please reply to number xxxxxxx. I thought what the [censored] he didn't even come, I called the customer care that guy didn't even come and I got this message he replied "Sir aa jayega 48 hours do aa jayega". I didn't know what the hell is going on every time I call customer care they have a excuse for it and say "Sir we have escalated your issue and it will be resolved in 48 hours". Are you kidding me 48 hours I gave you around whole week and you are giving me this .In between this every day I receive message email or call as reminder to pay my bill for coming month, Seriously I have to pay the bill for coming month without my issue have been resolved. I again with to much wrath called the customer care to ask what the hell is going on where the hell is the technician they replied " Sir don't take tension your issue has been escalated and within 48 hours technician will visit " after 2 days a technician visited my house I am at office my parents were present in the house he came open the command prompt and pinged the ip allotted to me and showed them see how packed is receiving your issue is resolved okay and Internet gonna work fine, they said show as the speed not this packet then he tested the speed and it just came around 70kbps (I have 2 mbps connection) and told them see at least at day time this speed is coming now and within hour it will be resolved and you will get you full 2 mbps speed and then he left, I came home at evening and Internet is still not working I called customer care and asked what the hell your technician have resolved he replied"Sir your Device mounted on terrace is not working properly we have to replace it" than I said "replace it than" he said" okay sir our technician will come to your house within 48 hours".No technician came but I got a call from Delhi tikona that whether my issue is resolved or not and the technician assigned came or not I said" no technician came", he said "okay no problem within 24 hour technician will come and change your device", ohh god I thought at last technician gonna come with the device. And yes he came with the device but I don't know what the [censored] wrong with it that technician said "sir naya wala device to 12 % signal hi utha raha hai main abhi purani device laga deta hoon and baad mein same compatibility wali device launga".next day he didn't come I called the Delhi tikona number they said "we are out of stock with that device which is compatible with yours in next 24 hours we will replace your device" next day technician came with the compatible device but I don't know what is wrong but this device also not picking up ip correctly and drop all the packet, technician said"sir I don't know what the issue is tomorrow our area manager will come visit your house to see what is the problem", I said okay.next day no one showed up I called tikona Delhi number([protected]) they didn't pick up my number I thought may be someone was not present at desk so I tried after 1 hour still no one picking up then I tried calling up within 5 minutes every time they disconnect it or pick up and disconnect in 1 second I called customer care to disconnect my tikona connection they said"Sir why are you disconnecting " I explain it whole and said I am fed up with your customer care service please disconnect my connection somehow phone got disconnected, I again called to customer care different guy picked up and said "sir why you are disconnecting, sir I will help you to resolve you problem within 48 hours please give me a chance" I said okay then he said " sir I am cancelling your disconnection request " I said okay.but still my problem is not resolved and I am getting this calls for paying the bill.next day I got called from tikona that I have requested for disconnection, I said "okay but your agent said that he is cancelling the request and going to resolve the issue but nothing happened till now" he said "sir but you have logged in you account at morning " I said" are you kidding me, seriously !! This is the issue for me that from last 3 weeks Internet is working only at morning for 1-2 hours with speed 200-300 kbps(I have connection of 2mbps)" he said "okay sir I have escalated your issue and a senior technician will visit your house" I said "for what for roaming around my terrace because in last 3 weeks you didn't able to resolve my issue" he said "he will visit and see what the problem is" I said "I know what the problem is you device mounted on my terrace is not working " he said"he will come and check whether device is working or not" I said"Are you serious from last 3 weeks you guys said that device is not working some of your technician came and went said device is not working instead of sending someone with device you are sending someone to check whether the device is working or not are you kidding me" he said"sir technician will come and resolve your issue".no one came till now but there call for bill payment come on daily basis.few days ago again all came from tikona saying that "why I am requesting for disconnection while I am able to use the Internet" I said"how do you know I am able to use the Internet" he said"you logged in the morning"I said"what about whole day, what about timing other than 4-6 in morning what about the speed, you guys have the record of speed test please check and then try to argue" he disconnected the phone.After that nothing is happened tikona didn't even bother that I have an issue from last 3 weeks but they didn't forget to remind you about your bill.At last I thought to take this issue on social channel and forum(expecting that by seeing issue been socially known they might resolve the issue) Note: Sorry for any typo or grammatical error UserId: [protected]

                    My name is Rinita. I have been a user of Tikona Broadband (User ID: [protected]) for the last 2 years. They are not delivering at all what they promise. I was promised a speed of 2 Mbps (Monthly charge of 1123 approx.). Since August 2014, I have been harrassed by the people of Tikona, be it from the customer care, technical help desk or even the field service engineer guys (btw field service engineers all are hired on contract so they have little concern for the customer neways). The problem varies with almost no internet speed to speeds with which even the Google homepage takes almost 2-3 minutes to open. Tikona has admitted multiple times that they have their own issues of either tower not working properly or CPE not receiving signals or even the whole Delhi node being down. The engineers dont turn up on time even after multiple complaints being registered time and again. I am fed up of registering complaints. And if you ask for disconnection they will tell you that they have a 10-Day retention policy during which they will test the connection and "try to resolve valid issues to your satisfaction". Even if you are fed up and beg for disconnection, they will not let you close your account but will also tell you that "during the course of retention if your account shows usage then your account will be considered as retained & it would confirm you wish to continue with the services". I mean WT[censored]??? Tikona is telling me to wait TEN days to decide whether or not they are capable of solving my 2 months-long problem and if stil they prove to be unsuccessful then they would disconnect????What am I supposed to do for 10 Days???Being an IT professional internet is not a luxury for me but a necessity. I sincerely regret taking Tikona for internet connection. This is heights of customer harassment and I will make sure not to refer Tikona Broadband to any of my friends and colleagues. Kudos to Tikona for frustrating loyal customers and making fun of the consumer's complaints by never being able to redress customer grievances. I will never ever trust Tikona as a brand again.

                      I have had tikona broadband for over a year and half and it has continously given me problems and their customer care doesnt seem to care even if you call them many times. On december, 26 2013, my internet stopped working and i complaint to the customer care but the problem did not get resolved nor did any technician come over for 1 week. Finally, after 1 week of complaints, they sent over a technician and he accepted that there is a problem from their end and that because of the greivance ive faced, i will not be charged for my bill. I should have known that was too good to be true because he and the rest of people at tikona immediately went back on their words as soon as the next bill came out. I still paid the whole amount and also paid the month after that. Then in march i switched to another internet company and told tikona that i do not want their services anymore, they obviously ignored than and still charged me for the month of march and april 2014. ive told them plenty of times that i have not used their internet at all as i already have a new connection and have cut their cable wires but they refuse to understand and kept calling me to make the payment. they have also sent theirpeople to my house at odd hours despite telling them several times that i have not used their internet and i have informed tikona customer service. Whats more is that now they have hired some collection agents who keep calling at anytime of the day posing at lawyers of delhi court that tikona is suing for non payment, who are extremely rude and do not listen. i have explained to them as well that i have already told them but they are threatening me saying that this could cost you if you ever want to go abroad or get a job elsewhere. This has caused severe stress and headache and is affecting my health as i have not done anything wrong but tikona is harassing me to pay them this money because probably someone from their team forgot to stop my connection. why should i be responsible for their mistake and why should i go through so much after sticking with them even when all they have done is give false promises.

                          I took Tikona broadband connection(user ID- [protected]) on 16 June, 2014 with payment of Rs. 2576 which includes installation charge + 2 months rental till 15 August, 2014, but soon I got frustrated with the pathetic service and after multiple unanswered complains, I requested for disconnection on 1st July and found the attached response from company. As per the ambiguity shown by mail i concluded that it will be disconnected in 10-12 days. But nothing happened. Again I put a fresh request for disconnection on 2nd August for disconnection but again received the same response but connection was still active. I was traveling out of city and when I came back on 24th August and again requested and then only it could be disconnected. But to add to my surprise company fined me with 425 (325 + 100 fine) with legal notice. With this behavior and unprofessional-ism of this broadband provider, I faced mental torture and now they are threatening with legal notice

                            I terminated my tikona connection in the Bangalore address on 2 feb 2014. I cleared the balance and your representative recovered the Device. I had all sorts of calls with the customer care to close the account. Still in may I paid the final settlement amount which was recovered based on the usage. Then still I got the calls from the Advocates from Delhi stating the account is pending. For which I paid the amount. Now again in September I am getting the same calls from advocate seeking the money. When I reached out to the customer care on 4 sept-2014 I got a mail stating to pay 1500 for the device which was already taken from my home in feb 2014. I had vacant the House in FEB 2014 i asked them to update my phone number and still they are calling the previous number and harrasing that indiviual. I am feeling the mental harrasment from your advocates who are not in control of you. I want to file a case in the consumer court and want tikona to bring all the recordings which happened 7 months back. I dont have any more time to face you all.

                              I was also a tikona user (user ID [protected]). I moved into a new flat but the society was very strict and did not allow me to connect their device on the roof. Since I was on the first floor, placing the modem on the window will also not work, as confirmed by the engineer and I asked for disconnection. Ever since I asked for a disconnection, they are acting like I am an enemy. Their procedures and attitude towards customers are really depressing. I told the customer care executive that the modem can be collected from my new address and he told okay. I was expecting someone to collect the same, but the next day, someone called me asking for the modem at the old address. I also told him that it is at new address and hoped he would have informed the same to the company. There was no response from them for a few days. In between, they had also sent a mail about returning the CPE within 7 days and had given the number of a person in the mail. But, when I called that person, he informed me that he was no longer working for Tikona. Again I called up the customer care and informed them again that modem should be collected at new address. Again the person said okay. There was no further calls or email from them. Now, they have sent a mail a few days back stating that I have to pay a penalty of Rs. 1500 for not returning the modem. I sent a mail to customer care and in response, someone named Amit Wadia (Mob. [protected]) called me up and threatened me that a case has been filed at Delhi High Court. I sent a mail to J Nair also trying to explain that the fault is not on my side, but he also replied like another customer care executive. Yesterday, I took the modem to their corporate office with a hope of returning the modem and settling this issues. But, I came to know that their aim is not getting back the modem, but extorting money from customers. He was not at all interested in taking back the modem. The executive (Mr. Nitin Bhosle) even challenged me to go to court. I have a record of the conversation between us. If even once, anyone had told me that the modem can only be collected at installation address, I would have made arrangements for the same. But, they have never shown any interest in solving this issue amicably, but complicating it. Even now, they can very well accept that there is no mistake from my end (even if they do not want to accept there is mistake from their end) and take back the modem. But, they are tormenting me by trying to misuse the legal machinery.

                              Further to my complaint with the Maharashtra state consumer Helpline, I have received a call from one of your executives[protected] yesterday, informing me that there are no dues pending and all calls will be stopped. I had also called tried to contact your toll free and other customer care no for an email confirming the same, but I only got a recorded reply that I will be contacted within 48 hours. The emails being sent to J Nair also returns giving following error:

                              Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

                              j.[protected]@tikona.in

                              Technical details of permanent failure:
                              Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain tikona.in by mail2.tikona.in. [113.193.0.7].

                              The error that the other server returned was:
                              550 5.7.1 External client with IP address 209.85.214.174 does not have permissions to submit to this server.

                              Are these emails being blocked ?

                              Yesterday he also explained that I can retain the modem and can be used when I take a connection with you in the future. But, that will only create further problems and I need the modem to be taken back as soon as possible. When will you guys take back the same? I have already suffered enough harassment, so I am recording all the conversations with your staff.

                                I had got Tikona internet connection (ID: [protected]) installed at my home in Delhi in April 2014, however, since the very first day we are facing continuous issues with the service and internet speed. After repeated attempts to get the connection working, there has been no progress on the same. Few days back, i requested your customer care to disconnect my connection, as i have stopped using your services, however, despite repeated attempts my internet connection has not been disconnected and i am still being charged for the services i am not using. Therefore, i request you to disconnect my connection (ID: [protected]) with immediate effect, and also note that i have not been able to use your internet services since 25th of August, hence, i would not be liable for the charges after that date.

                                Please note, i would not be able to make any further pending payments, as i am being charged for the services i am not using. Why should i make the payment for the services not used by me!!!

                                Just one of the example of your services, after so much follow-up on my part and filing the complaint on this website, I received call from your customer service today. Unfortunately, i was not able to attend the call as i was in some meeting. I later tried reaching at the same number, however, i was not able to connect back. Your team should have had the minimum service courtesy to call back after few minutes to resolve the issue, whereas, i never received any other call. I am also sure, i would not receive any call further till the time i do not again make multiple complaints to your service centre.

                                Let me remind you once again, you may charge me for whatever you want, but let me make it clear once again, i would not be making any payments further till by issue is resolved. Also note, i would not be liable for any late payment charges too.
                                I am going through a similar issue now. They said their is 15 working days processing time for disconnection.And when I inquired after 15 days, they had closed my ticket saying they were unable to contact me. And the funny part I had called them almost every alternate day to check on the status of my disconnection.

                                  I am fed up with tikona .. i was not using there connection so i asked them to close the connection . . on june but they asked me to dont close and change plan to minimum amount which is 550+ taxes .. which is around 618 .. so i sad ok and they taken the request .. And also send me confirmation email ..which i am attaching below .. Even i send them several emails and calls .. They even taken 618 payment last month and instantly they said my plan in not canceled and they asking for 4444 (as i prepay for 4 mbps plan )rupees .. They call me 24 hours like 20 times per day and even there guy come to my home and use bad words with my small brother .. .. If plan is changed why the f i pay money .. even they have taken last month payment i.e . 618 .. they should take this month payment which is 618 instead they asking for 3 month prepay ..                                     My billing period occurs 15 of every month..on 14 of april at 1.30 pm i had make a call to terminate the connection..the representative first tried to convince me to not terminate the connection..n repeatedly and unnecessary tried to engage me upto half an hour...and at sharp 12 am he told me sir actually your billing period extends because its 15 of april now..and you have to pay the bill of this month also irrespective whether you terminate the connection now or after one month..i was helpless and as i have to shift my home i dint say anything n put down the phone saying i want termination. .. After continuous calling no one came to home gor picking up device. ...as i have to move to new location i want internet there also. .so i again called ok to transfer my connection. .on the very next day a representative came and inspect the new location. .but he found the network strength unsatisfied. ..so he suggested to terminate and switch to other broadband services...i again called called to terminate the connection...on the very same day same representative came and taken away my device. .but dint give me any receipt..he told menm just downstairs and ll give you the receipt within an hour... I called him again and again..he dint picked my phone. .and i have also paid the bill amount for that month also that i hvent used..the story was almost over.. Today after 4 month..a lawyer called me and threatened me that you have not paid certain amount of bill of tikona..company is filing a case against you...i was totally forgot my payments..without listening to anything she told me in half an hour u have to present in the court etc etc..he gives me certain link and told me to payment amount of rs 1500...i did that payment also...as i was in offfce cant think anymore because was busy... After doing payment and coming home i logged on to tikona account old one..and my payment was upto date..they charged me rs 1500 extra by threatening me...and after calling customer care they are saying comany will not refund anything even they got extra..they told me u have not returned the device thats why dis is charged..but their representative already taken up my device and today he is also willin but not giving any receipt...customer care is saying may be u have submitted the device but this thing doesn't updated in system...so we will not help u and not give ur extra amount that u have paid..i have full proof of all the call recordings ...if they are not gonna refund my amount. .m gonna file a case against the company...

On 21/06/2014, i got mail from tikona stating that service has been terminated, final settlement amount is Rs. 0, and I have tried my best to return the modem. There is no local address of tikona where the modem can be returned by hand and the executives fail to come and collect it. I tried to contact the executive numbers which are mentioned in the mail, but they never responded. Now on 3rd September, I got a call from a lawyer, informing me that Tikona is filing a case against me for non payment of Rs.1500. I would like to clarify that all the service bills have been paid and the Rs.1500 is only the fine for not returning the modem.I would like to request tikona to collect the modem from my place.                                         Today, I have received a call from someone claiming to be government lawyer filing case for Tikona against me forthe user ID i had with tikona [protected], whichhe said, would be non bailable. This is pure case ofextortion guys. I have asked Tikona for disconnection for a longtime and finally the disconnected after 2 months, took back the device, andpromised me waiving of the bill since their connection was never working thosedays. All this happened in 2013 I have contacted my lawyer, and he said if we could pool togethera few guys got cheated by Tikona, we can file a case undersection 170 and 389 - for extortion and impersonation. He also said he'll arrage for a press conference against Tikona. Contact my lawyer at reenumohan(at)gmail.com andlets start this war against Tikona's cheating plan.
