Late dissconection when asked and charging extra money

Customers Beware!!!

The company threatening me for payment of money

Tikona threatening calls and taken away amount after disconnection

Tikona worst boardband ever

hi, I am having my 2 mbps plan and was working fine but now its getting 700kbps and much lesses. but the strange thing is my sister's home is beside me with same plan having full 2mbps speed working fine. and we are on same device of tikona .. still her net is having 2mbps and mine having 700kbps which i m paying and took 2mpbs plan.I already called 5-10 times to customer care.. all same pattern no resolution.. restart things and that.....

Being punished of using Tikona

I have subscribed to a 2mbps plan but the speed I get is a third or a fourth of what I pay for (and that too if I am lucky). I have raised more than a dozen complaints but the customer service always have a fixed reply that "there is some issue in the backend/tower. This problem will be resolved within the next 24 hours". Its been more than 6 months and I am still waiting for a proper connection.They automatically close all my complains marked...
