I am having problem with my Internet from 24 august 2014, it works
okay(okay means 300Kbps in 2mbps connection) at morning from 5 to 6 A.M
after that whole day even tikona login page didn't open, I called
customer care for it almost 2-3 weeks on daily basis, some day some guy
says"Sir our tower in your location is not working properly wait for 24
hours it will be resolved" . After 24 hours when it still didn't work I
again called the customer care he replied "Sir actually it seems your
device mounted on your terrace is giving problem, give us 24 hours we
will monitor it remotely ", okay I gave them 24 hours but still after
that it didn't work I again called them they said "Sir actually we are
facing some problem in network so please give us 24 hour we will
definitely monitor your network", but again nothing happens. I called
them again asked "what is going on why you are taking my issue so
lightly and didn't even bother to resolve it" he replied "sir your
device mounted on terrace is giving problem we have escalated your issue
some technician will come and visit your home", I thought at last
technician is gonna visit my house and resolve my issue.But that guy
didn't even come and I received I message that your issue has been
attended by our technician please reply to number xxxxxxx. I thought
what the [censored] he didn't even come, I called the customer care that guy
didn't even come and I got this message he replied "Sir aa jayega 48
hours do aa jayega". I didn't know what the hell is going on every time I
call customer care they have a excuse for it and say "Sir we have
escalated your issue and it will be resolved in 48 hours". Are you
kidding me 48 hours I gave you around whole week and you are giving me
this .In between this every day I receive message email or call
as reminder to pay my bill for coming month, Seriously I have to pay the
bill for coming month without my issue have been resolved. I again
with to much wrath called the customer care to ask what the hell is
going on where the hell is the technician they replied " Sir don't take
tension your issue has been escalated and within 48 hours technician
will visit " after 2 days a technician visited my house I am at office
my parents were present in the house he came open the command prompt and
pinged the ip allotted to me and showed them see how packed is
receiving your issue is resolved okay and Internet gonna work fine, they
said show as the speed not this packet then he tested the speed
and it just came around 70kbps (I have 2 mbps connection) and told them
see at least at day time this speed is coming now and within hour it
will be resolved and you will get you full 2 mbps speed and then he
left, I came home at evening and Internet is still not working I called
customer care and asked what the hell your technician have resolved he
replied"Sir your Device mounted on terrace is not working properly we
have to replace it" than I said "replace it than" he said" okay sir our
technician will come to your house within 48 hours".No technician
came but I got a call from Delhi tikona that whether my issue is
resolved or not and the technician assigned came or not I said" no
technician came", he said "okay no problem within 24 hour technician
will come and change your device", ohh god I thought at last technician
gonna come with the device. And yes he came with the device but I don't
know what the [censored] wrong with it that technician said "sir naya wala
device to 12 % signal hi utha raha hai main abhi purani device laga deta
hoon and baad mein same compatibility wali device launga".next day
he didn't come I called the Delhi tikona number they said "we are out of
stock with that device which is compatible with yours in next 24 hours
we will replace your device" next day technician came with the
compatible device but I don't know what is wrong but this device also
not picking up ip correctly and drop all the packet, technician said"sir
I don't know what the issue is tomorrow our area manager will come
visit your house to see what is the problem", I said okay.next day no one showed up I called tikona Delhi number([protected])
they didn't pick up my number I thought may be someone was not present
at desk so I tried after 1 hour still no one picking up then I tried
calling up within 5 minutes every time they disconnect it or pick up
and disconnect in 1 second I called customer care to disconnect my
tikona connection they said"Sir why are you disconnecting " I explain it
whole and said I am fed up with your customer care service please
disconnect my connection somehow phone got disconnected, I again called
to customer care different guy picked up and said "sir why you are
disconnecting, sir I will help you to resolve you problem within 48
hours please give me a chance" I said okay then he said " sir I am
cancelling your disconnection request " I said okay.but still my problem is not resolved and I am getting this calls for paying the bill.next
day I got called from tikona that I have requested for disconnection, I
said "okay but your agent said that he is cancelling the request and
going to resolve the issue but nothing happened till now" he said "sir
but you have logged in you account at morning " I said" are you kidding
me, seriously !! This is the issue for me that from last 3 weeks
Internet is working only at morning for 1-2 hours with speed 200-300
kbps(I have connection of 2mbps)" he said "okay sir I have escalated
your issue and a senior technician will visit your house" I said "for
what for roaming around my terrace because in last 3 weeks you didn't
able to resolve my issue" he said "he will visit and see what the
problem is" I said "I know what the problem is you device mounted on my
terrace is not working " he said"he will come and check whether device
is working or not" I said"Are you serious from last 3 weeks you guys
said that device is not working some of your technician came and went
said device is not working instead of sending someone with device you
are sending someone to check whether the device is working or not are
you kidding me" he said"sir technician will come and resolve your
issue".no one came till now but there call for bill payment come on daily basis.few
days ago again all came from tikona saying that "why I am requesting
for disconnection while I am able to use the Internet" I said"how do you
know I am able to use the Internet" he said"you logged in the morning"I
said"what about whole day, what about timing other than 4-6 in morning
what about the speed, you guys have the record of speed test please
check and then try to argue" he disconnected the phone.After that
nothing is happened tikona didn't even bother that I have an issue from
last 3 weeks but they didn't forget to remind you about your bill.At
last I thought to take this issue on social channel and forum(expecting
that by seeing issue been socially known they might resolve the issue)
