Hi Shri. J Nair Account Details ID : [protected] Name : M Shakti Vel I am very sorry to write to you as I have not got any resolution by calling your customer care or technical support. Below is the issue description Ø I started having frequent connection drops since last week of November 2014 Ø I had to disconnect the cable, wait for 20 mins, relaunch the web login and wait another 5 mins for connections to get active, then the net access will work for another 15 mins and I have to start over Ø Thanks to Airtel I was able to ignore Tikona during that phase. The issue went on for 2 weeks Ø I called support, they asked to do the same step that I did and asked me to callback as issue gets fixed at the moment. I called back and it was informed something about “node” or “switch” which was too technical for me. So I gave up Ø Days past and I do not remember when and how the net disconnects and I have been just disconnecting cable and reconnecting – at one time it was informed that it’s the distance between my antenna and your antenna that’s varying.. Well there was no earthquake in Chennai for quite some time.. the linear distance between my antenna and yours is 120m (!) Ø I couldn’t digest that comment. Nevertheless, they agreed to check the tower Ø No after checking your antenna, the disconnects have gone worse and speed is 0.89 MBps – I paid for 4MBps plan and I have never default my payment – please review my history Ø The internet at home is “a joke” and I am bound to my Office to send emails. My Expectations Ø No need to compensate me Ø Please – please – please fix my issue with disconnection and slow speed.     Hi All, Tikona User ID : [protected] Account Number :[protected] Contact : [protected] I had used Tikona connection for 2 year's, it was all smooth when I was getting proper connection. All of sudden they started giving more number of connection in my area and My Connection has became really really poor. Technical support guy clear said that it is not feasible and cannot be fixed. I had decided to Disconnect Tikona, but there they started harassing me by asking more unwanted money for final settlement. I placed a disconnection request on 31-Sep and it is approved by Tikona on 10 - Aug as below. As per your request for termination of Tikona broadband User ID [protected], registered against your name, your service has been terminated on Date : 10/1/2014 07:48:18 PM My Billing Cycle is 25th to 25th every month which mean I had used tikona only for 5 Days for this month, But they are expecting me to pay the complete month bill as Final Settlement. This is Cheating!!! and they are threatening me by calling like registering as case against me. I am ready to Pay for the 5 days I have used the connection and return the Tikona equipments.     This is not fair at all !!!

    Tikona customer care Guy is still asking me to pay the complete month bill for using the service only for 5 days ?

    While others follow Pro-Data billing, Why not tikona ? Why do you want to loot customer money like this ?

    And He doesn't want to take the Tikona Equipments also... Does people started loosing faith in Tikona and stopped using their services ?

    I had already mentioned that I am ready to pay for 5 days I had used and retrun the equipments...

      You cheaters/Money Looters do not take request when i had called saying we cannot take request for waive-of[censored]ntil the issue is resolved. Now after the issue was resolved and i have raised the request for waive off you cheaters are saying i had not raised complaint when the issue was there. I have paid for service which should be 24x7. Now you are saying that there was some connectivity (even through very very very very very low) so there will be no waive off. This is not a single customer who was facing the issue. It was a bangalore tower issue and this has been specifically specified during my call. This is happenning every time when i raise request for waive off. Just cheating and looting is all you can do in the name of service. Your license should be cancelled and heavy penalty should be imposed on you. You deserve it.       I see no update on this.
      From last 1 week this request is just being neglected.
      Over and above these so called technical support are closing the compliant on their wish.
      How come such liar's are allowed to operate in India.
      They should be kicked and thrown out of this country.
      I had called on the customer care on 12/13th Dec to complain about the issue and the so called technical team had informed that there is tower issue in Bangalore area and it will be from 12 to 14th Dec. So you can raise for waive off request after that.
      Now your liars are telling that there was no complaint made by me.

      I am getting my call details from my service provider and throw it on your face to show how much lie and loot you do in the name of the service.

      We should file PIL against your for harassing and cheating and looting the customers.
      How come such liar's are allowed to operate in India.
      They should be kicked and thrown out of this country.

        Sir, I am facing problem with Tikona Internet Provider. The issue was started in the year 2012 were they provided wrong Bill amount for which I requested them to provide the reason. For which they didn't respond and started threatening me with Legal Notice. For which I responded to them in mail and try to reach their customer care but no response till now. While sending message they provided contact number [protected] whenever I call it will be Switch off state. Even they know my mobile number they never ever tried to reach me out.           Dear Sir/Madam, I have tikona broad band connection. I have opted for cancellation of connection my connection [protected] on 8th Dec 2014, Still they did not cancelled my connection. My bill will generate on 26th Dec 2014. After bill generation, tikona rowdy's will call and ask for money. I have called 10 times for cancellation of connection. They will tell, we will do with in 24 hrs like that from past 4 days. Tikona is giving very bad response to all customers. I have fed up with this kind of service. Even customer care executivies are very worst to speak with people. So, please file case on Tikona for this cancellation of request. Thanks, Ranga Rajesh Kumar.

            Hello, I would like to share the pathetic service experience with you all and would advice everyone to stay miles away from Tikona. They are cheap in price but cheap in their conduct too. I applied for Tikona connection on 7th Nov 2014 and was assigned userid :[protected]. I paid for 4 MBPS plan and made 2 months advance payment. Total amount paid was 2699, out of which 500 was Service and installation charges. Connection started from 8th and so does my nightmares. Connection was never stable and used to work only for 5-6 hours a day, I raised complaints on daily basis: Some of the complaints numbers were: 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected] . After getting zero support and no technician visit, I decided to disconnect my connection on 11th Nov 2014, which after many altercations with customer service team was accepted. I got the following message from Tikona Care: _________________ The activities are summarized against your Service Request Number 1-[protected], dated : 11/11/2014 06:25:40 PM 1) Resolution of issues or problem with your cooperation : Day 1 to Day 10 2) Formal email or call from your Registered Email or Mobile No. : Day 1 to Day 10 3) Suspension of account (last bill cycle) : Day 11 to Day 13 4) Payment of outstanding and return of equipments : Day 14 to Day 16 5) Closure of account : Once activity 4 is completed then within 48hrs account will be closed. __________________ These timelines were just to befool you, no activity happened in the stipulated timeframe. On dec 3, after 21 days of my request I got a mail from Tikona saying that amount payable to me was 0 and I have to pay them back 1500 for CPE device. Now here when the mental harassment started, I never got any CPE device installed in my premises, one of my next door neighbor was using Tikona already and CPE was installed in his house and a wire was laid from his house to mine and plugged in to my modem. One of the technician visited and noticed this and took the wire back and told that connection will be terminated now and your final statement will be released. It’s been 40 days now and no one from tiknona care has communicated back or no Balance repayment statement is generated. Strangely I started getting calls that I have requested for New Tikona Connection, Am I stupid to do that ever!! When I call Customare care team they said I need to submit scanned copy of receipt given by technician who collected the wire and after that 30 days payment statement will be generated. I mean are you serious, do you need 3 months to process a disconnection request for a meager amount of 2000, wasting time of all your employees just to save some 2K, this is a big fraud going on. Focus on providing better service rather than torturing customers. I am awaiting one final mail from Tikona, else I have no option but to go for consumer court. Someone has to take up this fight.               Hi Team, Please be informed that, I placed 3 request to discontinue my Tikona Connection (29/11/2014, 04/12/2014 & 04/12/2014) still my connection is activated and I am receiving bill, last bill which I had received Rs 1600.00 . Tikona team is not taking corrective action regarding my issue and they always gave false promise. Now they are given me harassment calls It is humble request, please corrective action against them.                 I am very disappointed with Tikona and in my experience, tikona provides very very worst internet service as well as support. I have connectivity problem for past three weeks. I have mailed you 2 times and even called you 2 times. But still no proper response/ solution from you and this is not the first/second time. Like this things happen repeatedly from the period of am getting this connection. I have getting this connection from Feb 2014. From that date, i have complained about more than 20 times. Every times, you sad any reason and take more than 1 week to solve it and then after few days, again getting any problem. Why you are providing this very very poor/low quality service, network adapters, antennas, support etc. My request is to please close/stop your internet service and don't make customer fool and waste our money. please.

                  We are using Tikona Broadband Internet Connection. Since a long time (1.5 yrs) we are facing the connectivity issue i.e while surfing the Internet through Tikona and after several complaints on daily basis they are not aware or able to solve the problem. After lodging the complaints they assure us the problem will be resolved but the problem remains same i.e either we can not connect to the Internet through Tikona or the speed is too slow to access.                     I posted this on[protected]. Still I didn't get any reply. Why? My Tiona user id [protected]. I have taken Tikona broadband connection on[protected] from the salesperson called Raja ([protected]). He asked me pay 2 months rental plus Rs. 500 for installation. The total was Rs. 3034. I wanted the try their service for one day to see whether they give uninterrupted service or not. I already heard about Tikona's service is very bad through my friends. But, the salesperson promised me that I will get proper service, if not, I can disconnect and get the money back. So, I paid the full amount of Rs. 3034 on[protected]. They activated my connection on[protected]. But, the connection wasn't working continuously. My connection was disconnected very often. I called customer support to fix my problem. They claimed that the problem was fixed through online. But, they never fixed it. I called every day to rectify my problem. But they couldn't fix it. Then finally, I went for disconnection on[protected]. One guy called, Vipin, agreed to disconnect the service, but he asked me to give one more day to resolve the issue. I agreed for that. One technician came on[protected] to my home and tried to fix it. The connection was good for 2 hours and then again I got disconnection problem. Finally, I told them I want to disconnect the service and switched off their modem on[protected] and disconnected it from my computer. My billing cycle is from 7th to 6th every month. And, then they sent someone to collect the modem, I hand it over to him. After all these, I called many times, they don't want to talk to me. When I raise request, they will call, but when I attend the phone, they just hung up. Finally, I was able to get answer from one customer support. He says, I won't get any refund amount. He claims that I was not ready to resolve the problem. What a BIG LIE!                       ********************** CHEATING TIKONA NETWORKS ****************************************************** Dear SIR/MADAM I had given a connection at my home for Internet by paying 2584 Rs onTIKONA DIGITAL NETWORKS- Head office in MUMBAI for 900 rupees plan. Only on that day I was getting Internet connection after that day there was severe network problem and I am not even able to lo gin to any web site. Amount paid for 2 months 900+900+500(registration amount) +tax= 2584 Rs After that day I faced the network problem, after calling them, they mentioned me that since there was network tower problem in my area (Mettukuppam, Secretariat colony).due to that it is not working and it will be get resolve in 24 hours and they dint intimate us on any . Next day again I called and asked they told now the problem is resolved and I will get proper connection. But from that day on wards, I started facing the heavy network problem where I cannot even lo gin to any of the website. From the day onwards, I was kept on calling to the customer care for complaining about my network issue only the complaint number was kept increased they took a complaint in the name resolving the problem, finally the problem was not resolved at all .The worst customer care service I have seen. Here are my complaint numbers below for which I have not even got any single solution.  1-[protected]  1-[protected] Day 3: From this day onwards I called them like regular manner and reported about my complaint again and asked for the update on the above complaint number. Even again the representative in the name of resolving, he was suggesting me the procedure to do in order to get good network connection. However I dint even get connection properly even after and I dint even got any update on the complaint id above. Day 4: I got frustrated on my network issue called to them and mentioned that I need to talk to any higher official who should be responsible to solve the problem and I talked with him also, he again for the name sake registered complaint again and I was assured that I will get a call back with in 24hours . I dint even get any call from any one. I felt like it is clearly cheating the customers to core and making them fool. And the calling to customer care continuous.. 21st November 2014: I called again and asked for the person who is a superior officer who spoke with me yesterday as he promised the customer (me) that I will get a call back. He dint even called me back even though I waited for until 12am mid night. After that I have spoken with another higher official. I requested him "Please I want to go for cancellation " he never listened to my words still, he was sitting in front of his system he was trying to resolve my problem in the name of trouble shooting even after I requested for cancellation. But even after I dint get the connection properly . As a customer I got angry shouted at him and mention like I want cancellation else I will have to file a complaint against this to consumer court. After this they took request for cancellation (1am midnight). After that i was kept calling the customer care to ask for cancellation request, every representative are not listening cancellation request for which i have cancellation req no also 1-[protected]. But they were simple argued with me for getting the connection back, i told them i don't want anything please update me on the cancellation request .I don't how dare they are arguing with the customer for asking us to given connection back even after they went for cancellation. I shouted at them by telling i already went for cancellation and don't make the customer to get frustrate like this . When enquired few of my friends who also experienced the same this is how they are doing to every customer like this Torchering them to given connection back even after they went for cancellation. Now, My Fear whether they will provide me the refund or not as I have paid 2584 amount and I dint even use much Internet since there was no network at my home from 8th of nov 2014. They updated me in email that they will take 15 days to process from the day I requested for cancellation and I will be charging only for my usage I did, Currently, I have disconnected all my wires not using Internet at all. Having said that they should not charge any extra money. I also have the proof on the amount o[censored]sage I performed over the Internet. I kindly request you to help me on this and get liable refund amount for my non usage I used without getting fooled by them. Also they told that they won't refund the 500 registration amount for the same. The concept of Registration amount is for paying back to customer once they disconnected the connection but here they are cheating the customer. I called to tikona payment help desk to know about the amount which I will get refund, They are not even telling the exact amount what I will get refund, they simply dragging the days by stating me I will get a mail regarding this. Please help on this and get me my proper refund amount back My cancellation request no:[protected]. When asked for the refund amount, Every representative are telling that i wont get any refund amount if i do cancellation . In all the mail they are telling like i will charged only on the used data and i will be get refunded on the un -used data. But it is like cheating the customer by fooling and saying them like i wont get any refund. They are told me that i have got a call and i was not reachable .But from the day of giving cancellation request i was actually waiting for the call from them, but i dint even get any call from them i am sure on that . But i never receive with the any cheque still .Do you think i am a fool to get fooled by you always . If you are not able to make up your promise why are you running the this network .Why you are keep on cheating the people like this. Don't ever try to cheat me . I was planning on trying out Tikona for my internet since my current provider was giving me problems but if a company cheats its customer to this extent I will try someone else instead. Its reviews like this that help other people like me to decide on which companies to avoid. My neighbour was planning on switching too but I'll let her know to avoid these guys as well

                        ID [protected] Tikona is the worst internet service provider. Poor technical support team who doesn't register any complaints seriously. I have been wasting my money and time since past 3 months. Registered a complaint 3 days back till today (14/12/2014) no response. senior management please respond to all of our queries, before I take this case to the consumer court.

                          My tikona Id- [protected] My outstanding according to TIkona - 4678 My bill is quarterly, and before the existing plan got over, i had issues with connection, and called tikona plenty of times to change the wiring so that i can use it. At last one of his executive visits and just leaves saying baadmein dekhta hu. And by then i got my next quarterly bill. Now they expect me to pay for a service which i was not able to use. I dint get to use my previous bill cycle completely. Now im getting a call from lawyer stating that my name will be blacklisted in some RBI thing for next 25 years. Lawyers name is Narendra Karla and Concerned person with whom i spoke right now was Rekha Chauhan. They called me today(13th Dec '14) stating pay now or else your name will have government stamp and will be blacklisted. I DONT get it, i was ready to continue with Tikona, it was tikonas fault that they are not even providing me the service, and how do they expect me to pay for something which they are not even providing. Outstanding Service from Tikona according to me is 15 days without their service, on top of it, now they want another 3 months payment.

                            User Id - [protected] Hi Team, This is to report an issue that is ongoing for an issue. The tower that is situated at Muthyalanagar, Bangalore keeps going down almost 3 to 4 times in a day. Each time the tech support team fixes the issue, the fix lasts only for a few days and a maximum of a week. After a week it will go down again. Tech support team is quite helpful. However, the team responsible for maintaining the tower and Access Points at this location seem to have an issue. Can the management do something to ensure that the access points on the tower are replaced or do whatever is needed to permanently fix the issue. An Internet connectivity going down for more than 4 to 5 times in a day is in no ways acceptable. Regards, Vinod. C.

                            I regret to inform you that the issue is still 'UNRESOLVED'

                            The issue is ongoing for an year and several times L2 technicians have looked into this in the last few months and there has been several engineer's visiting my place as well.

                            The last engineer visited and confirmed that everything is fine at our end but at the server end there were some issues. It has been more than 36 hours from the engineer visit and till now(around 09:50 pm) the issue still stands unresolved.

                            The screen captures with the connectivity issues(ping) and the current speed I am getting(as per tikona speed test) is attached with this mail.

                              Hi, I am from Bangalore. Today 12th December, I received a call from [protected] stating that he is a lawyer calling from Delhi court. He told me that I have an outstanding bill amount of 3803 INR. I have already paid my bill and I sent a pressing mail to Tikona care to cancel my subscription too. But Tikona has been calculating my pending bill and a penalty of 100 rupees every month. The final bill amount was 2303 INR only.(Which was the amount after i requested for disconnecting) But the person claiming to be a lawyer told me to pay 3803 INR including the cancellation charges which was not mentioned earlier. The person promised that I would be refunded 3200INR out of the 3803INR i have already paid. Acknowledging the fact that they made a mistake. But nothing has happened yet. My Tikona user id is : [protected]. This is a totally unprofessional move done by Tikona to get the false amount paid. Tikona has not sent any warning mails about this too. Also, please see the mail attached in which i have requested for disconnection on September itself. This mail I sent after multiple tries I made to resolve from their customer care number. They all promised a disconnection but they never did. Is this the professional integrity Tikona has? Does the company take it for granted that they can threaten people and get away with that? Can i do anything about this? Please advice! P.S. I have attached the mail i sent to customer care

                                I took a Tikona connection 7 days back. Till today the connection is not working properly. I took a 2 MBPS plan and paid for 3 months upfront. The speed I get is only 1 MBPS. The connection resets every 10 minutes. I could barely use the internet. I run online business and everytime the internet is down I lose money. I will file a petition against Tikona now. I have complained 12 times and no action was taken. The technician who came solved the problem temporarily. The problem came again and I called him, he doesn't pick my call. The customer care people sometimes say that it is a software problem then they say that it is a hardware problem. No one has any solution and none of them has visited my site . This is very very poor service and I will file petition against you. User ID :[protected]

                                  Why you are not give permanent solution on my first complaint.Daily i gave the call to your service, everyone told next 24hrs.

                                    I received the bill for amount 1592.25 which is not correct, I have raised the request for disconnection before 16th Oct 2014, so i am eligible to give only 784 only not more than that . It is due to their pathetic service that it took so much time for disconnection which I did not use at all, where as my last usage is on October 18th, 2014. Please look into this urgently.

                                    Finally after much pain my connection was disconnected on 20th Dec 2014, and I have paid my dues(1593) and equipments.I also got the receipt form tikona person for the equipments returned.

                                    I was confirmed my one of tikona personnel that i am liable to get back 690 .

                                    However even after disconnection and clearing dues, I am receiving bills in my mailbox whereas I am the one who is supposed to get the refund!

                                    Can you guys actually take these things seriously and stop making yourselves a piece of joke please.

                                      User Details : Amt Kumar Verma User ID [protected], I applied for connection on 18th July 2014 and from next day onward broadband connection was not working. I had given so many complain on tikona customer care .Two-three executive came but they were not able to resolve the issue. Finally I decided not to use tikona services and given request for disconnection. After, that again I got call from your customer services that give us last opportunity to solve your issue. And he said before appointing engineer let me check the feasibility at your end and he said that we have network issue in that area. You can go ahead with disconnection . And i got mail that it will take 15 days from your side to close the connection . And after 15 days i haven't got call from tikona end, Again I called to your customer services 2-3 times. Finally I got call and she asked r you really want to go for connection . I said already you were not able to resolve my issue. So opted this option and told them to return my money for 2600 Rs. ( Installation + 2 months service ) . But now I got this mail that I am not getting any money in return. I called tikona customer care service so many times for the same.Till now I am calling them. They are responding that they will call me back in next 4 hrs and resolve the issue its almost 4 months over and i haven't got my money back. i contacted Mayur and Ganesh Chukala from tikona customer care many times. And keep on talking them for almost half an hour every day till now no solution. every time they are telling we are processing your request and you will get money back . Now They started playing one more game they are sending bills again to my address. And I keeping some amount in due. Last day i got call from number [protected] and he is threatening me that he is calling me from Delhi high court for non payment of bills. I think 1000's of complaints already filed on many consumer forums and no action taken till now on tikona and the caller on this number. And If you search this number on google you can find so many harassment complaint regarding this number . Please take immediate action on tikona and caller of this number .
