    I had requested for cancellation of Broadband connection of service id - [protected], a month ago. This has still not been done yet and on top of that I have received a bill overdue notice on the connection which is not in use. This is highly unethical and potentially fraudulent practice. Kindly cancel the broadband connection and look into the bill which was issued. Thanks, Prapul

      Account# [protected] I had made a disconnection request on 29th May 14. Though there was a delay from Tiona in processing the disconnection, it was finally disconnected & the equipment was returned. I made the final due payment of 1474 but I continued to receive bills. I have attempted to call them several times but I am unable to speak to a executive. Now I am getting SMS about pending payment of 851 failing which they would take legal action. I need to speak to someone from the billing team to understand what are these charges for. Sahil +91-[protected]

        I m the user of Tikona, my user id is [protected]. from last 2 months i m continuosly observing less speed to the network. we have 4mbps speed plan which took monthly 800 rs rent. but always experience the speed less than 500kbps... below is the result which i get from tikona speed test. it always gives disappointing result as you can see it is now giving me 100kbps speed. whenever i call the technical team to raise the complaint against the bad quality speed, they neglect the call or give some nonsense reason. i m software engineer by profession. so i know what cause the trafficking to network. so please dont give the stupid reasoning to customer. kindly look into the network problem arise on daily basis. almost 20 days out of 30 days of month network speed issue persist. *Last Result:* Download Speed: *100* kbps (12.5 KB/sec transfer rate) Upload Speed: *118* kbps (14.8 KB/sec transfer rate) Latency: *191* ms 11/11/2014, 9:02:01 PM

            User ID - [protected] Every month i am being charged 100/- late payment charge My due date is 30th of ever month, I pay by cheque and that is collected by tikona representative on or before 30th. Today when i spoke to costumer care they told me that, if i pay by cheque it has to be paid 7 days prior to due date. then why its not mentioned in the bill. two different due dates for cheque and for cash/online payment

              Hi, I have made disconnection request to tikona for 3 times. They have not disconnected my connection and charged me for five months. Now, they are forcing me to pay those charges. Also, they are harassing me that they are calling from Tis hazari court. They will arrest me and so on. One lady spoke to me and she had no manners. She is saying that she is an Advocate of Tis Hazari court. The number is[protected].

                I had requested for tikona broadband service termination on 26th Oct and they said that my connection will be terminated in 15 days and i will receive full and final settlement mail.Today is the 15th day neither I have received any confirmation from them regarding account termination nor I have got full and final mail.When I am trying to call their customer care number every time I am getting a message saying we will call you back.                   I REQUESTED 2 CLOSE MY CONNECTION ON 17-OCT-2014 BUT CONNECTION ITS STILL ACTIVE AND UNNECESSARY I HAVE 2 PAY ?                     Thane and Palghar should have strong ISP to throw Tikona out from here. I took tikona 4 months back and paid for 3 months at once. Initial 2 days were fine but after that it I have been complaining everyday. I am paying 700 a month and getting speed of 40-90kbps. I have attached the screen shot of it. Nobody is there to look after and find solutions, they only contact me when the payment is due. Only problem for me is that there are no good alternatives I am forced to keep this connection.                     hi there, you noted it and an engineer came and rectified it which worked for 10-15 days and after that again it is the same story repeated. Now I am facing the same problem and complaining everyday but with no support.

                    What is the use if I have to pay you every month a fix amount for not having Internet most of the time?

                    Tikona user id is already mentioned above, yet here it is : User ID : [protected]. See the speed by youself, it is attached. During day, speed goes up a bit up but at night it comes down to 16kpbs or even less. I have been calling to your support desk but most of the time I am asked to wait for 10-15 minutes or they disconnect my call. Do you think that I should pay you????

                    Hi,

                    Today tikona is even worst, there is no Internet for the whole day. I spoke to many of your cce's but all useless. They just ask me to either switch off the modem and switch it on or connect the wire directly to the laptop instead o[censored]sing modem. What is the use of it when Internet is not there?

                    Do I expect that tikona will improve?????
                    What a great service extended by Tikona people...attaching herwith the image which shows 55kpbs of speed which is much better then 16kbps of 9th of Feb...I am paying them Rs. 800 for 16 to 55kpbs of speed...

                    Sunday (15-Feb) was fine when someobody from tikona called up to ask either internet was working fine or not...however, it is same again. Attached is the image for your info...Now, I am not going to call your call center and complain. I will write here until the next bill and you can disconnect it permanently.

                    Bill charge higher amount

                    Me receive less than one month service but tikona charge higher amount due to mistake of companies employee and charge extra panelty of that due bill which is not exectly payable for receive service by me.

                      Hello Team,

                      Due to our personal reasons v wanted to terminate tikona
                      service and informed properly . 3 times called by your officers and sent a final mail
                      on[protected]. v have given your connection on middle of september'14 but
                      terminated in october 1st week. i paid around rs.3500 for installation and 2
                      months rent. it’s been 7 weeks now, since the Tikona service is decommissioned and I didn’t receive any information on my final settlement amount from Tikona. Even after registering compliant twice on call center, they said that the finance team will be in touch to get my settlement clear in 3 working days.Ref.Ticket No: 1-[protected]. Am very much of disappointed about Their worst service.Then how can i refer to Others???!!

                      After d above post, Tikona instrument was taken away from our Home on November 14...They told after remove only refund ur money with prior mail...Till v didn't receive any mail or reply from them..We don't know what the hell is going on??? We just used it one week only...very very worst service... V paid for RS.3500...

                        THis is a post to alert all the citizens to be aware of Tikona's modus operandi. They are very unethical company with no sense of customer service. Following is my experience and I have email and documentary evidence to back it. A simple google will give you an idea about the number of customers cheated by this company. 1. I had applied for a broadband connection from Tikona broadband in June 2014. Immediately after installation, the internet was not working. The installation guy wasn't able to actually get it work properly. He managed to give me a demo with a demo account which had a good bandwidth. The speed was acceptable but the network kept dropping. He assured me that once I get my individual account, the network will be stable since that was a demo account. Sounded logical to me and so I gave him a deposit for three months and signed up for an account. 2. After a couple of days the account was activated but it had the same issue. The connection would drop very very often. I called up the sales guy who came with his technician. This time however, he admitted that his person is not skilled enough to fix the issue. He suggested I call the customer care. I called the customer care several times, who told me they would only debug this over the phone. They don't have anyone to visit and fix issues. Since I'm technically qualified myself I agreed to help out. The tech support would give really ridiculuous steps to fix the issue. Things like disable wifi and try LAN, despite telling them that I can connect to the router configuration. Nevertheless, I did it over and over again. After which I gave up. Every time I call them they would do something and it will work for a short while after which the connection would drop. 3. I followed up with customer care several times requesting to repair. Even after a month they didnt fix the network. Finally after a month I sent them a mail requesting termination. No action was taken from Tikona . 4. I decided to forget my deposit, since I knew they were cheating me and it was better I forget my deposit and bury the issue. 5. After three months they have started sending me bills and demanding additional payment. They were claiming I used 200GB of data during the period my entire family was overseas. I have immigration stamping to prove this. I dont even know what kind of package gives 200GB download in a month? 6. I refused to pay them anymore and now they have started sending recovery agents who come and harass my family. I've logged a complain with the consumer court . The complaint id is :119055.4.2014. I am going to file a FIR shortly in the police station. Anyone looking to apply to Tikona, please stay away from them . Very very unethical company. Complete cheats...

                        After finding so many victims, I intend to file a FIR with the police . Any others based out of Bangalore, please mail me. I think we should give a joint FIR directly with the Police Commissioner.

                          my user i.d is [protected] NAME IS ELIZABETH FROM BANGALORE MY MOBILE NUMEBER IS [protected] AND MY EMAIL IS [protected]@gmail.com billing account number is[protected] i STARTED USING TIKONA FROM THE 14TH OF FEBRUARY 2014 BUT I STOPPED USING IT IN APRIL 2014 BECAUSE POOR SERVICE, I ASKED TIKONA REPRESENTAIVES TO TERMINATE MY ACCOUNT AND I ALSO SENT EMAILS TO CONFIRM TERMINATION.THE INTERNET WAS THEN DISCONNECTED SO I ASSUMED THAT TERMINATION WAS SUCCESSFUL.I LEFT INDIA BY JUNE 2014 AND I CAME BACK BY AUGUST 2014, I WAS WELCOMED BY THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF CALLS FROM TIKONA LAWYERS LETTING ME KNOW THAT I OWE TIKONA MONEY OF RS 3000 AND I MUST PAY OR ELSE I SHOULD GO TO COURT.I TRIED EXPLAINING TO THAT RUDE MAN THAT I HAD OVER 4 MONTHS WITHOUT USING TIKONA INTERNET AND MY ACCOUNT WAS TERMINATED, BUT DIDNT LISTEN TO ME BUT CONTINUED TO HARRASS ME.SO I DECIDED TO CALL AN AGENT TO COME AND COLLECT THE MONEY.THE NAME OF THE AGENT IS SIDDAGANGAPPA, I GAVE SIDDAGANGAPPA RS3000 IN CASH AND REQUESTED HIM TO CALL SOMEONE FROM TIKONA TO CONFIRM THE PAYMENT, THE REPRESENTATIVES NAME WAS MR.SANTOSH, I TOLD HIM THAT I HAD PAID AN AMOUNT OF RS3000 AND HE MUST PLEASE TELL THE RUDE LAWYERS OF TIKONA TO STOP CALLING ME AND HARRASSING ME AND THAT THEY MUST TERMINATE MY ACCOUNT WITH AN IMMEDIATE EFFECT.THE TWO GENTLEMEN AGREED TO THIS.BUT TO MY SURPRISE ON MONDAY THE 3RD OF NOVEMBER 2014, I AGAIN GOT A CALL FROM TIKONA LAWYWER TELLING ME THAT I OWE THEM MONEY AGAIN of rs 2598, I TOLD THIS MAN THAT IM NOT LONGER USING TIKONA AND ITS BEEN MONTHS AND IVE SHIFTED FROM MY PREVIOUS HOME WHERE THE CONNECTION WAS AND I NEVER CONNECTED IT BACK, THIS GUY HARRASSED ME AND TOLD ME ABOUT THE COURT AND HOW HE WILL CALL THE POLICE FOR ME AND TAKE ME TO COURT AND IL HAVE TO PAY LACS AND LACS BECAUSE OF THAT .I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE MORE THAN 15TIMES AND NOBODY ANSWERED AND I SENT OVER 11 EMAILS AND NO ONE ENTERTAINED MY COMPLAINT NOT EVEN REPLIED TO MY MAILS.THE TOTAL USAGE (MBs) is zero, so i really dont know what these people want from me.them sending lawyers is annoying and these lawyers are very abusive because theyve been harrassing and threatening me over a bill i dont owe.                             I am Revathy Sri (Tikona user id: [protected], e-mail: k.[protected]@gmail.com), who unsubscribed from Tikona an year ago after a terrible customer care experience. I received a text message from AM-LEGALC today afternoon (Nov 5, 2014) that a legal processing will be charged against me within two days if I don't clear my dues. 1. My dues were cleared till September 2013 after which I did not use Tikona's service, while the disconnection was not processed as requested. I received numerous calls every day to reconsider the disconnection causing a great inconvenience. I was charged Rs.898 as the full and final settlement for October 2013, the month during which I had not used your service after a request for termination. I was not only charged for the whole month but also levied fine dues accumulating to Rs.2598/-. 2. Why should I pay for a service that I haven't consumed? While I received the monthly bills and follow up calls promptly, why was my complaint of billing for unused data (August 2013) not resolved by Tikona? I made numerous number of calls and was tossed between billing & technical departments. (The data usage charts continued indicating data consumption even during times when I was out of station and had no access to my computer in September and October 2013 and my waiver was rescinded). 3. A few months ago, I did receive harassing calls from Tikona about dragging me to Delhi court if the dues were not cleared immediately. I don't consider myself liable to pay this amount. I request you to close this account and I hope to find an answer to my grievances with Tikona.

After so much request for installation i agreed for the connection and was assured for the good service in case of any problem. But in Two days i have to call for customer support 3 times, once they disconnected the line, and unable to solve the problem.                                 Hi i am a tikona user from april my id is [protected] from the starting i had a lot of problems when i purchased it initially they said that there is no FUP so for selling the, sales person tell all the lies possible after purchasing i came to know about it.. after talking to them a lot then i changed my plan.the connection is not at all working. In a month almost 5-15 days its not working. for the past two three months i am having the same problem i have talked to them a lot more than 15-20 times no proper response. everytime they say that the issue will be resolve or problem with tower or so this is what is happening always even now its not working . i have registered the complaints a lot of time even now i called thrice and they say that the issue is with the tower and it will be resolved. If they always have problem with the tower, better they can change it or make sure problem doesnt happen or even if there is any problem it has to be resolved immediately. if its not going to be working by tomorrow, i am pretty sure i am gng to change the conection. but then i am posting this to make sure others get to know about them. I AM A VERY VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER WITH TIKONA... NOT ONLY ME BUT THERE ARE MANY

                                  Hi, My user id is : [protected], I raised request for closing of connection on 17th September 2014 but still not close/terminated till date I got calls from tikona for confirmation but unfortunately i missed the call and as per talk to customer care on 28 September 2014, i sent a mail to customer care from my registered mail id saying " I want to cancel the connection and take the mail as final confirmation as i may not able to answer call for confirmation " The mail has been acknowledged by auto reply mail and then got another mail saying request has been forwarded to concern department for closing of connection and account will be terminated, but nothing happen I called customer care on 18 October 2014 when i received the bill again for the period of 15 Oct 2014 to 14 Nov 2014 asking if i raised the request for cancellation then why the bill has been generated, person said he will escalate the issue and the account will be terminated in 2 working days... nothing happen I called again on 24th or 25th Oct 2014 and explain the issue, person said i have escalated the issue and the account will be terminated in 2 working days, still nothing happen I still didn't get any confirmation call or mail from TIKONA that my account is terminated, i called again today and the person said it will be done by tomorrow as he also escalated the issue to concern department My question to the concern department of TIKONA 1. How many working days do you need to terminate the connection were in another case it required only 1-2 days to get the new connection from TIKONA 2. What if somebody has to leave city permanently and still given one month prior notice to terminate the connection and collect the device and finally the person left the city because of no response from TIKONA then who is responsible for the loss of device and who bare the cost.

                                  My account has been terminated on 30th September 2014 and i received full and final adjustment mail on 1st of November 2014.
                                  Received call from Tikona person to collect device, but i was not available in home so he collected the roof top device and some LAN cable,
                                  The adapter need to be collected and rest cable also

                                    Tikona Services has been harassing me over calls which are apparently made from Delhi Court for non-payment. I have never in my LIFE signed up with Tikona nor did I hear the name of the company ever in my life till one fine day I recieve a rude threat call from the Delhi court for payment of services which I never used. The calls continued over for the next few months till I finally blocked the number. Before I blocked the number, my brother checked the number on his trucaller and found out that the number belongs to some paper company. Once, when I retaliated over the phone and asked for proof and an official legal notice, so that my lawyer can take it ahead, they were even more rude and said they will send it to the nearest police station which obviously I never received it. If you just google "Tikona fake calls + delhi court, " you will see many forums where the same case of fraud is discussed by many unfortunate people who have gone through this disturbing means to harrass people and extort money. These extremely cheap, unprofessional ways of practice by Tikona is displeasing and should be seriously looked into so that many innocent families will be saved from extortion of money by this fraudulent company.

After complaining manytimes a service man came to home and fixed it on[protected]... Then I got only one day connectivity then again I got problem with this internet connection...                                         Dear Sir, I am a user of Tikona Digital Networks and I had been complaining about unavailability of service since the month of May. I had made repeated follow up calls to get the issue solved but no action was taken. On every complain i was told that an engineer would be sent to resolve the issue but no one was sent and the problem persists still today. As my complains were not adhered to I stopped using the service and stopped the monthly payments but kept on calling them to solve the problem. Since the past few days I have been receiving harassment calls from some private numbers to make the payment. They ask me to pay the total amount outstanding till date but are not ready to solve my issue. I am ready to make appropriate payment provided they solve my issue.
