Updated by pankajshah87 My user is [protected]. I used Tikona for three years. I experienced a
technical issue will Tikona failed to resolve. I called for cancellation
and they said that they will get back and I have to attend a
confirmation call. I failed to attend the call but in informed them in
the first time itself that I don't want another call and I gave the
final confirmation in the first call itself. They billed me for two
months, even though that I couldn't use because of Tikona's technical
issue. They kept my account active and billed for two months. I asked
them to compensate for this issue and give me at least one month free
after fixing my problem. They did neither. They didn't fix the issue and
refused to compensate. So, I refused to pay them for something that I
couldn't use. There is no log o[censored]sage for the last three months but
still they are torchuring me to pay the bill. They also had fake lawyers
calling me and threatening me pay the bill or else I will be sent to
jail. I spoke with Tikona, multiple times but no luck. My account is now
cancelled but they keep adding fine of Rs.100 every month with the
outstanding bill and still mentally harassing me.
Note: I had all conversations over the phone and don't have proof and I
am helpless.
What should be the next course of action? Kindly suggest!
