I took tikona internet connection in the month of december, i was asked to pay 2600 as they take two months bill in advance, i didn't take any modem from them as i already had a modem with me, the service was so pathetic that i raised a request for disconnection within 1 month, i was told that i have to pay 588 rupees extra as a TAX which i was not told about earlier. Install the internet without checking the feasibility, now they don't accept their mistake
