Refund not generated since 4 months

80% times - service disruption

I had a very bad experience with Tikona. My customer ID is [protected] and I live in Wakad Pune. I got the connection 2 days back and paid 3700 upfront for 6 months. I had an tikona account with user ID -[protected].

I have raised termination request of my connection in Dec 2013 and after giving so many options they finally got ready to terminate my connection.

Now after 2 months got call from them for NOC of termination . Their advocate said to get NOC you should pay 1510 otherwise will file case against you.

No Connectivity or No speed

Not working as per service agreement
