i had a prepaid connection with tikona, annual amount paid in advance, had given a request for disconnection before expiry, but company by its own extended the service on paper but had disable the service. Now they are trying to extort the service charges for the disabled service period and the modem charges.

Can someone please help. And everyone else be carefull of this company, they send legal notice and ak to come to gurgoa for the court proceeding for this false case ... you eventually end up paying to stop the nonsense.

    No internet after 9:30pm and frequent disconnection in day time no resolution even after making many attempts about this very pathetic and unprofessional service by tikona.

      I have been using tikona internet service from last 1 year and most of the times internet never connects in first attempt and whenever I call customer care they never provide the clear resolution...

      Tikona — Refund demand

      Due to re- location (In same city, different area) I had to close Tikona broadband connection. They don't have the service at my new location. Before shifting, I had submitted all the equipments to the service engineer and launched a request for re- fund. Till this day, I'm communicating via email and their customer service representative but not a single time any one had given clear picture about refunding the balance amount.

      I am facing "No Internet access" issue from last 7 days. I have lodged complaint from mobile app by creating a ticket for 4-5 times but no proper solution has been provided to me. They have sent personnel to visit the location. He tried to connect but once he left from my place the connection gets disconnected. He reported to me that someone has stolen my device which was mounted on my terrace. So he connected my connection from another device...

      Tikona — Failure to address internet access disruption

      I have registered a complaint with tikona regarding "no internet access" issue. Today as of 2nd June is the 3day after complaint has been registered. But still no personal has come forward to address this issue. Also this is 3rd or 4th time in last 30 days that there has been a network disruption in service.

        After paying all the changes and giving account closure request in advance, account was active for long time and internet service provider asking me to pay the changes for the same. There were many issues and after reporting the same service provider did not resolve the issue. Provider calling me multiple time and giving threat . They are also sending mail and saying will come to my premises and take action. Please help me to take some action on the company.

          Tikona — Broadband connection issue

          I have taken a connection of 6 months plan from Tikona broadband service.

          Since the first day it has started giving problems, the wifi is not working, always red light blinks on the router.

          I called my local service provider many times but they are not answering to the calls. No one is there to listen the issue, wifi is not working since first day.

            on june 11 2021, i had applied to upgrade my plan from 30 mbps to 60mbps. for that i had paid 1000 charges.i had all documents regarding that, but till 13th june my plan is not upgraded.
            so on 13th june i mailed reagrding that, then the customer care says it takes 4-72 hours to reflect in the system, so i says its ok.
            further they ask me for my bank statement for transaction...
