Tikona — Tikona is not giving my refund

I had paid an advance subscription fees of 1000/- for Tikona Broadband on 3th January'2022.
On very next day, before initialising any service from Tikona, I requested them not to go ahead, as my plan for getting broadband connection was postponed because they cannot give me connection in my building, and requested for refund of 1000/- paid and received by them just one day before.
They told me that refund will be automatically...

We have called tikona customer care many times to disconnect our services, despite our mails and calls they did mot respond.and now they are threatning us to pay penalty amount....

Tikona — Harassing from more than 2 years now

Below are the advancements:
1. My Tikona service ID number is [protected] from Tikona Pune. I got the connection on 17-Dec-2018. It was a 3-month plan with free installation.

2. Internet was terrible and I had to get another connection from a local cable operator in Jan 2019. Their service and internet up time was 99.9% which was way better than Tikona.

3. Since I had already paid for 3 months, I waited...

Tikona — Fraudulent bill extortion

Hi
I got a call from one of Tikona Digital Networks ISP agents disguised as Adv. Meenakshi Tiwari asking for payment of INR 3328. She said this is a civil case and if you pay the amount now you can get a refund of INR 2000. The account is prepaid and I have already settled the amount before sending an email for service discontinuation.
I paid the amount and shared the screenshot with her. Later I realised many other were also...

Respect Sir/Madam,

I took tikona connection with an annual plan of Rs 5200 on July 2020. After its expiry, i informed tikona to terminate my connection and sent a mail regarding the same on 2nd july 2021 (request no. : 1-[protected]).     Sub: Refund my money and Deactivate the wifi service.

    Refund the money & would like to de-activate the subscription. Not at all happy with the network connection.
    1. Very frequent disconnecting issues.
    2. Network drop issues.
    3. Specific website not working issues.

    I am only raising complaints and getting them resolved.

      Tikona — Refund my advance for installation not received.

      I opted for a wifi installation on 24th of Dec 2021, and after 15 days they told me that they didn't have the necessary device for installation and it will take longer. So I canceled the installation and opted for a refund. Then they said to write an email regarding the cancellation for the installation, and they told me they will refund the money in 10-12 days. Then after 12 days i called again and they said that the refund wasn't placed...

      Dear Team,

      My Tikona user id[protected]. I am going out of Pune permanently so I want to remove/disconnect Tikona internet connection permanently before my new billing cycle starts with 7th Feb 2022. I am not going to use Tikona after 7th Feb 2022.

      Hi,
      I have raised disconnection request ion on 31 dec 21 and I received confirmation mail on 15 Jan 2022 monthly rental is stopped but device is not collected from my building. I dropped multiple mails as well as raised concern with appellate authority but no response.

      I would strongly advice never to opt for tikona as they will not listen to your words and will landup with threatning calls from advocates.

          Frequent Disconnection Since last 7 days and even from customer care they just say we will assign you an engineer he will visit and solve the problem but every-time they assign the same engineer who just calls and doesn't show up when we call him he doesn't answer. how many times should we complain everyday the same thing. from last 3 days internet is down. pathetic service by Tikona highly unprofessional!
