Hi,

I got a call from Tikona to pay 968 for month of Feb where as we do not had stopped their services as they were not responding.

Got a call - [protected] she said to make payment online via call and when asked to drop a mail she denied said it is against company policy. Also promised once payment made they will check and refund the money for services not taken. I was said I can be online and she will check and give me information,

Once I made payment, she disconnected the call and now have stopped answering.

    Dear Sir,

    I m using Tikona Broadband in Jaipur City & my Tikona ID:[protected] & regular facing connectivity issue now i change my house n don't need again tikona so I request them on 11th April to disconnect my connection because on 15th it will renew and on 16th April i will shift in new house but till date no response from Tikona care i tried so many times to register complain for disconnection but no complain id i receive for disconnection .

    even on tikona website mention customer care number:[protected] no option to connect with person for talk and find right number for directly talk with customer care person.

    local guy Sita Ram call me for error resolution that time i told i m not facing any connectivity issue i just want to disconnect my connection he told me i will update in company but still no update

    in between i tried to chat on WhatsApp number:- +91 [protected] for disconnection but not get any proper response from them.

    one more number :- [protected] give me one number for direct connect with Customer care after almost 20 days wait and that number not mention anywhere on website :-[protected].

    then i call on this number and yesterday they registered my complain:- 1-[protected] for disconnection but they are saying it will take 10-15 days for this process.

    in between they are calling me for deposit amount for renewal.
    please take action against these type of fake company those who are doing mentally harassment his customers.

      I had placed disconnection request before expiry of the plan but Tikona did not process it on time. Now i have been asked to pay for outstanding which i am not liable. Please help me.

      I had mailed customer care multiple times but no one helped me at that time. When issue occurs they do not solve it in given time but continuously harassing customer for money which customer is not liable to pay. Help.

            Dear Tikona,

            I was a tikona customer. I made a advance rental payment for 6 month in which 1 got i month extra. Now I have ended my connection due to bad connection.

            Now I am getting call/Sms/Email for my pending dues and modem charges.

            In regards this I want you to explain this first a fall I didn't receive any Modem from your side I have purchased my own modem so how you can charge me for that thing.

            As my recharge is completed how you can continue due for me that.

            I have recieved call from your end saying that court order will be come or pay the amount today. So please stop this. Otherwise I have to complaint your regarding fake calls and emails.

              WI-FI

              I have tikona WI-FI with ID no [protected]. They take money in advance for 3 months. As per my plan I was supposed to get 40 mbps. Even after complaining nobody visited for a month or resolved the issue. Sometimes the internet is off for 4-5 days & they dont care once they get the money. This is pure scam. I want my refund for the money I paid....

              Hi, i am having frequent disconnection issue for past 3 months and with raising multiple complains to the company, still there is no resolution being provided. This is now impacting my work and i am working from home.

                There is no internet connection in my house since last 3 days, I work in lT industry and currently working from home.

                Hence this is a work stoppage for me.

                I just received an update that one of your engineer will visit my premises, but no one showed up yet or called me.

                  I have stopped using Tikona services this January. Still I received bills for payment eventhough data usage shows zero. My plan was prepaid so when I stopped service there should not be any money charged. But recently I got legal notice to pay certain amount to them. Even after disconnet mail they do not respond. While joining connection we bought our own devices for home. So I do not get for what they are charging money. I atleast need some explanation which they ar enot giving,

                      Dear Sir / Madam,
                      My problem with the internet connection has not been able to settle by your core team. I had requested for temporary disconnection of my net service due to I was out of town.
                      I had requested the same in Oct 2021 via mail more than a week before going out of town however intentionally or unintentionally, my request had been ignored. Even after the several reminders from the last few weeks, Tikona has not settled my advance payment and has not provided the proper invoice
                      After back in town, I again requested for the resuming of my internet service but as expected your team has failed to do so.
                      Neither they are ready to resume the services nor ready to settle my advance payment which I had been paid before I was going out of town.
                      As a customer, I am demanding my internet invoice for the current quarter after the adjustment of my advance payment and the set-off where I had requested for temporary disconnection because I have not used any of your services and you have intentionally resumed the service for raising the invoice for making money.
                      I am asking for the current invoice to make a payment for resuming my internet services for more than four (4) weeks by mail. But the request had been denied saying we are not providing bills via emails even after accepting that you have mistakenly raised the invoices by your executive.
                      This is my last request to you either you resume the service by sending the proper invoice or in the same complaint I am requesting you for the permanent disconnection of my internet service from Tikona. As my current complaint is open since last week and has not been resolved as promised within 48 hrs
                      This is shameful when a customer himself/herself asks and reminds you of the invoices and you were busy closing your business to not helping them.

                        Hi Team,
                        I have been writing and calling provider since Feb for no services and service deactivation. Instead they choose to ignore my emails. They have sent bill in Mar'22 which I have not received either. Now they have sent another reminder on 15th and 18th Apr again with due date 20th Apr.
                        I have not used services and why should I paid for this.
                        I have also called customer care which is only useless mode of connect with paying to talk to people who don't understand the process and policies.
                        I am actually irritated with this and mental harassments are really taking toll on mental health issues. I have travelled all the way to Swargate office only to find out there is no such office, it is small setup in basement area of building.
                        This also indicates quality of service you can get there.
                        Simple deactivation takes more than 2 months which is distratous.

                          We have been continuously following up since 15 days to get transfer of our Tikona setup from one building to another in Dahisar West to Dahisar East Mumbai. We are surprised to note that everytime we have been allocated a new complaint number or issue is escalated but no response is received.

As requested by me to discontinue my connection 20days ago as I’m moving permanently abroad but connection is still not discontinued no reply from your side I hereby not responsible for paying your bills and I am warning you don’t ever harassed my family either .Before going I officially filing legal complaint against you

                              I have taken a connection of tikon for 3 months where as not even completed 3 months of service as service is far below expectations and have requested to close the accounts but they instead of closing my account they deactivated my monthly plan and kept my account open and billed me on kbs usage.

                              No 1 Cheater in industry and also the sales person gives wrong and false information

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  Due to very very poor connection and poor service of tikona broadband i have stoped using internet from November 21 and had requested to customer care several times to disconnect the service due to their negliance it was not disconnected by them and now they are asking me to pay Rs.1706.48. sending legal notice and harasing several times on call with fake advocate (Advocate Pooja Mishra [protected]).

                                  I have taken 6months internet service (July 21 to Dec 21) and i was not using internet from November 21 and now they are asking me to pay December21 & January 22 for 2months.

                                  I am attaching 6months subscription bills
                                  (July 21 to Dec 21) and email and call history of customer care.

                                  I request you to please look into such proud company and taught a good lesson to them.

                                    I had registered for tikona service to install the wireless device at my residence for 2 years plan at Chennai for BAN :[protected]. Advance amount of Rs 1000 was paid as installation charges, service engineer came to visit and perform the installation but failed to perform installation due to location constraint. It seems that at my building there are some blocks due to tree and other high rise building and there is no line of sight. Hence tikona executive said that installation is not feasible and amount will be refunded. TIll date the amount was not refunded to my account. Amount of Rs 1000 was still not refunded to my savings account. Please kindly look into the issue and do the needful to refund the amount.

                                      In the June of 2021, I had decided to disconnect my Tikona Broadband connection, after talking multiple times with customer care and getting multiple confirmations for my disconnect, my connection was still not disconnected and I was being billed even after about ) usage of the services. I tried mailing the authorities regarding confirmation of my disconnection request multiple times still got no response.
                                      I got a response from Tikona regarding disconnection 1-2 months after that but still, I was billed for a few months after that also. Now I'm being continuously intimidated by abusive representatives pretending to be lawyers, threatening me in all shrewd ways possible. After lots of research on the Internet, I got to know these are typical thugs or recovery agents hired by Tikona to extort unfairly from former consumers as much as they can.
                                      Finally, I received a mail on 7/4/2022 from an organization called 'LegalColls' which I was non-existent on the map, threatening me in various ways, without any form of identification ID or anything for any legal substance.
