This is the most pathetic company and services I have come across, your crappy customer care number never allowed me to talk to any of your executive ever in my experience with Tikona. Frequent Disconnection Since 20+ days

Still no update nothing this is how tikona deals with complaints the engineer last time didn't even bothered calling and marked the complaint as solved it high time now. Very poor from tikona atleast the engineer should visit and check the problem just checks it as solved since 20+ days same issue how can this happen this shows how tikona treats their customers

Asking for money even after disconnection and not sending their employee to collect their accessories

We wrote to tikona Broadband disconnection to customer care on 4th oct 2021. They communicated some vague msg of disconnecting our id and not charging after 14th 2021 . Thier local employee said someone will come to collect the router from us in few months

In the mean time they kept asking for money every month then wrote a legal demand email, when replyed to their customer care, they said will reply in few days which they...

I continues calling to tikona customer care number from last 5 days they keep waiting for 20 minutes and they automatically disconnect the calls they are just fooling the people via call center number. Connection Discontinue

Frequent Disconnection

Frequent disconnection or sometimes no connection at all even after so many follow ups there's no resolution my plan is 15mbps for 6 months but still tikona is sending messages to upgrade my plan why should I upgrade I've just paid for the 15 Mbps plan worst service highly unprofessional sometimes the download speed as the plan but there's no upload speed at all everytime when I try to upload a file the connection gets disconnected

Frequently disconnection of the internet

Please look into the matter
Everyday there's is frequently disconnection of the internet. After complaining the problem is solved on temporary basis and again the next dsy the same issue, when called at the customer care, they tell us to check. because there is no issue from their side.....

Threatening from "Tikona Infinet Pvt Ltd" for the service I have not used.

I was a prepaid customer of “Tikona Infinet Private Limited’s” Broadband for many years. I stopped using there service after the last bill cycle in October 2021 & informed them on phone that I don’t need there services hence forth. Then Tikona customer care started calling me repeatedly with renewal offers. When I informed them that I have moved on to a different service provider, They sent me a 1500/- bill and a Legal “Demand Notice”...

Wifi connected but no internet

Dear Team,

I continues calling to tikona customer care number from last 2days they keep waiting for 20 minutes and they automatically disconnect the calls they are just fooling the people via call center number. Tikona is not giving my refund

I had paid an advance subscription fees of 1000/- for Tikona Broadband on 3th January'2022.
On very next day, before initialising any service from Tikona, I requested them not to go ahead, as my plan for getting broadband connection was postponed because they cannot give me connection in my building, and requested for refund of 1000/- paid and received by them just one day before.

Harassing from more than 2 years now

Below are the advancements:
1. My Tikona service ID number is [protected] from Tikona Pune. I got the connection on 17-Dec-2018. It was a 3-month plan with free installation.

2. Internet was terrible and I had to get another connection from a local cable operator in Jan 2019. Their service and internet up time was 99.9% which was way better than Tikona.

3. Since I had already paid for 3 months, I waited...

I got a call from one of Tikona Digital Networks ISP agents disguised as Adv. Meenakshi Tiwari asking for payment of INR 3328. She said this is a civil case and if you pay the amount now you can get a refund of INR 2000. The account is prepaid and I have already settled the amount before sending an email for service discontinuation.
I paid the amount and shared the screenshot with her. Later I realised many other were also...

Illegitimate charging of amount even after discontinuation of account

Respect Sir/Madam,

I took tikona connection with an annual plan of Rs 5200 on July 2020. After its expiry, i informed tikona to terminate my connection and sent a mail regarding the same on 2nd july 2021 (request no. : 1-[protected]).
