In the June of 2021, I had decided to disconnect my Tikona Broadband connection, after talking multiple times with customer care and getting multiple confirmations for my disconnect, my connection was still not disconnected and I was being billed even after about ) usage of the services. I tried mailing the authorities regarding confirmation of my disconnection request multiple times still got no response.
I got a response from Tikona regarding disconnection 1-2 months after that but still, I was billed for a few months after that also. Now I'm being continuously intimidated by abusive representatives pretending to be lawyers, threatening me in all shrewd ways possible. After lots of research on the Internet, I got to know these are typical thugs or recovery agents hired by Tikona to extort unfairly from former consumers as much as they can.
Finally, I received a mail on 7/4/2022 from an organization called 'LegalColls' which I was non-existent on the map, threatening me in various ways, without any form of identification ID or anything for any legal substance.

    I have been using Tikona internet services during my tenure in Bangalore. They provided very poor service and as it's a new apartment, I had no other options for other providers. I normally pay for a year subscription so poor service was guaranteed. On the onset of Covid, I had to relocate and tried their Customer service desk to cancel my subscription however no response. I ensured there isn't any due amount and I left Bangalore. Post that ever month i get threatening calls saying that I have to pay amount and return modem else thy will sue me. They talk very harshly and no respect at all. I informed them there is no due amount and I can't pay as I owe nothing especially the way they talk really shows they treat customers. Still they keep threatening me stating will send me to court. When thy don't provide basic customer service, how can they do such deadly threats ?

      I would like to raise a complaint against Tikona broadband service, As i am been facing a poor and Network Disconnection frequently for bout more than 1 month

      I have raised plenty f complaints but there was no action been taken, am been fraud promised by tikona that engineer will be visiting and resolve for arount 5 times but not visited and fixed

      My roof top device and the connected hub is been damaged so frequently flickering is happened due to this my connection is not stable really i have paid money and getting trouble and no proper service from tikona

      Worst service

      My note to tikona if you can ix the issue its fine else please refund my paid money which i have paid prepaid mode
      I finally taken the decision please come and help me at least now .

      There was no response from tikona .. End even i have raised complaints as well as emailed to their customer care.

      Attached the snapshot worst service cheaters.

      Atleast disconnect the service and refund my paid money

        I have a booked connection on 26th feb 2022 nd i made a Rs. 1000/- payment though tikona link via debit card.

        After almost a month im still following up for my refund nd this Ashish Mishra and his person team is not giving any proper date or relevenat reply for the same. Even i tried on customer care but they just keep on hold play aumated message through not answring any calls

              This is to make people aware how these fraud company makes money, i have taken a year subscription with this [censored] company on Nov 21, after 5 days the connection got activated the Internet stopped working, then i made end number of calls, emails and lodged complain from the App but no one was able to address the issue faced by me, later the internet was resumed after 23 days, Now again since 5th Mar the internet stopped working and following that i have wasted many hours talking to customer care, sending emails but its not resolved even after 25 days. This thief company does not understand the value of our time and they dont even bother to solve our issues, My advice is to stay away from this buch of [censored]s.

                I have been using Tikona Services since a long time with User id : [protected].
                Since a year i have been facing a lot of issues and have registered complaints several times but still there has been no improvement in services given by Tikona . In december, I had almost a call of an hour with their teams for account deactivation, but they assured good services . They used to charge me very high with Rs.1239 for 30Mbps till date and now they suddenly offered the same pan for Rs.345 . Since then I have made several reuests for account deactivation and in february they had assured me to deactivate my connection by 20th of march but it did not happen . I have also dropped the mail on 5th of March requesting account deactivation at 7.22 pm following i got a reply for technical assistance . On 6th March I again replied for account deactivation but did not get a proper response. As of now my due amount was only Rs.345.57 which i paid on 28th of March . On the same day 28th March 2022, I received a call from Tikona Saying the final settlement amount is Rs.142 and we would send you a mail where i recieve a mail of Rs.1412.46 and today get a message of Rs.1066.89 overdue . Everyday fake bills are generated and sent to me. I requst an immediate action and account deactivation.

                I have aslo posted the complaint on your forum but still its under approval from your moderator. Kindly resolve and as discussed with your personnel yesterday, they said all the dues are cleared and we would do the disconnection but still i received a mail today as attached . Please disconnect as soon as possible .

                Though the Tikona app shows that I have paid extra and amount is in negative, they have posted on their forum as my outstanding of Rs.153.53 . Its almost a month still the status of my account is active after requesting several times to deactivate my account . Kindly deactivate my account as I have not been using your services and aslo I have mailed Tikona with an audio of their executive saying my outstanding is zero .

                  This is the most pathetic company and services I have come across, your crappy customer care number never allowed me to talk to any of your executive ever in my experience with Tikona. I have raised thousands of complaints on your stupid app and even tried calling but from your end i always received that your complaint has been resolved automated message however it never got resolved I spoke to the agent who came to shift router to my new location but he couldn't even help me he told me the same that i have to register the complaint on app . And as usual it was of no help . And then after complaining thousands times and getting no good response i finally went on your app to disconnect the service and I did not receive a single option to put disconnection request. Then I got myself a new service provider which is by the way million times better than you guys . And then you guys keep harassing me for payment while I never used your stupid device after my plan was over i even paid you guys extra for changing speed of my plan and you charged me extra for it and yet the service was pathetic because of your worst network connection i almost lost my job and then starts your endless calls, texts and emails for harassment while I was pregnant i was not allowed to deal with any kind of stress dur to my severe pregnancy condition yet somehow I tried to attend one of your executive call and while I was talking to her she hung up on me in between i went through a c- section surgery and a lot of other issues because of which it was difficult for me to keep up with you and now after all your pathetic services given you had the audacity to put a legal charge on me . I need to know what happened to the deposit I gave you for router. And when I made the payment I'm getting text that my service is activated again. I want you guys to come and take your stupid device from my registered address and provide me my router deposit the bill of what amount you have charged me which is Rs. 4598/- and an NOC from tikona stating that i have nothing due with your company and your services has been discontinued. Find the bill receipt attached in this email and I expect a reply from you at the earliest or I will put a legal charge of mental harassment for you guys and I will do this . And that lawyer Nikhil Nayak is a fraud he calls consumer saying he is an advocate unfortunately he is not i have already shared this email with tikona on Feb 13 and after that also follow up emails were sent however no response from tikona contacted nikhil fraud lawyer too he doesn't reply as well. I need to know what happens to the amount that was to be refunded back on returning back the device . I have returned the device already to your agent long time back and no response still from tikona . I'm awaiting

                      We wrote to tikona Broadband disconnection to customer care on 4th oct 2021. They communicated some vague msg of disconnecting our id and not charging after 14th 2021 . Thier local employee said someone will come to collect the router from us in few months

                      In the mean time they kept asking for money every month then wrote a legal demand email, when replyed to their customer care, they said will reply in few days which they never did
                      Now their some halai lawyers are sending hard copies of the legal notice claiming we never contested the bill claims so we need to submit some 5k to them

                      Till free no either put us on hold or tell us their seniors will call, it's 3 days since such claims and we are are still waiting for such occurrence.

                        Frequent disconnection after so many follow ups no resolution the engineer doesn't even visit just calls and tells he has submitted the problem at the backend but there's no resolution very poor service since past 20 days

                              Frequent disconnection or sometimes no connection at all even after so many follow ups there's no resolution my plan is 15mbps for 6 months but still tikona is sending messages to upgrade my plan why should I upgrade I've just paid for the 15 Mbps plan worst service highly unprofessional sometimes the download speed as the plan but there's no upload speed at all everytime when I try to upload a file the connection gets disconnected

                                Everyday there's is frequently disconnection of the internet. After complaining the problem is solved on temporary basis and again the next dsy the same issue, when called at the customer care, they tell us to check. because there is no issue from their side..

                                    I was a prepaid customer of “Tikona Infinet Private Limited’s” Broadband for many years. I stopped using there service after the last bill cycle in October 2021 & informed them on phone that I don’t need there services hence forth. Then Tikona customer care started calling me repeatedly with renewal offers. When I informed them that I have moved on to a different service provider, They sent me a 1500/- bill and a Legal “Demand Notice” notice from a lawyer called Ankita sharma (+[protected]. I have attached the demand notice from Tikona Infinet Private Limited’s Broadband here.
                                    Meanwhile Mails & Calls to Tikona Infinet Private limited customer care go unanswered.
                                    Then Ankita sharma called me on 5th March 2022 and told that if I don’t pay 4580/- immediately, she will lodge case in Delhi court & I need to attend the case in Delhi in person or setup a lawyer to fight the case with Tikona Infinet Private Limited’s Broadband in Delhi Civil court. She also told if I make a payment now, she will ensure to get me a full & final settlement from Tikona Infinet Private Limited immediately & get me the remaining balance of as refund[protected] = 3080/-).
                                    Now even though I owe nothing to Tikona Infinet Private Limited, to avoid unnecessary headache of going to Delhi from Bangalore for court & stuff, I agreed & made the payment online.
                                    Later on I did not get any mail from Tikona on confirmation of closure or any confirmation. When I called back her she is now telling it will take 15 to 20 days & she cannot give any evidence of closure to me. She told for civil case she will not provide any evidence… sounded strange.
                                    I feel cheated by Tikona Infinet Private Limited. They are threatening & collecting money from me for the service which I did not use. Also threatened by Tikona's lawyer Ankita Sharma with unfounded legal cases.

                                    Dear Customer,
                                    We wish to draw your kind attention to the following facts:
                                    That Tikona Infinet Pvt Ltd
                                    is a corporate body duly registered under the Companies Act, 1956, and in business of providing
                                    Internet services.
                                    That you have subscribed the internet Services being provided by us on the terms and conditions as laid down in the subscriber
                                    registration Form (SRF) which was duly read acknowledged
                                    and signed by you
                                    That in lieu of the internet services availed under this agreement and the devices provided to you, we have from time to time sent
                                    you bills for the same.
                                    In view of the non-payment of the bills, you have also been reminded through telephone calls and SMS messages to make
                                    payment of the bills sent to you. However, in spite of several
                                    such demands and reminders, you have failed and neglected to pay
                                    the amounts of outstanding bills aggregating to
                                    Rs.1500. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the SRF, you were under
                                    an obligation inter-alia to make payment of periodic bills raised upon you in respect of services availed by you. However, in spite of
                                    the receipt of Statement o[censored]sage from
                                    us, you have grossly failed to make said payments.
                                    In addition to above, you shall be required to pay
                                    Rs. 1500 in case you fail to return Modem along with all accessories to our
                                    authorized representative.
                                    Please refer to Para 23 of
                                    Terms and conditions
                                    of the subscription, an extract is appended below
                                    “In case of service discontinuation, the subscriber shall compulsorily return all the
                                    modems in working condition. In the event of subscriber
                                    not being able to deliver the modem to the company, for reasons attributable to their action/account, the modems would be assumed to be
                                    permanently undeliverable to any person including the company.
                                    In such an event, including a case where the modems are delivered by the
                                    subscriber in non-working conditions, the company would charge the subscriber Rs. 1500
                                    per modem not returned or returned in nonworking
                                    conditions towards penalty/damages for breach of the terms of service. This is applicable for all plans.
                                    Please note that the Modem provided by Tikona and installed in your premises is a wireless transmitter
                                    imported by the company under a
                                    license issued by WPC wing, Department of Telecom, Government of India. Possession of such equipment, under your ostensible charge, is
                                    prohibited under THE INDIAN WIRELESS TELEGRAPHY ACT 1933 ACT XVII OF 1933.
                                    You are requested to make immediate payment of
                                    Rs.1500. and give you this notice, that if you fail to pay, the aforesaid sum
                                    thereon within 7 days we shall have no option, but to adopt appropriate recovery proceedings, inclusive of legal proceedings

                                      Dear Team,

                                      I continues calling to tikona customer care number from last 2days they keep waiting for 20 minutes and they automatically disconnect the calls they are just fooling the people via call center number. We had call from different cell phone also but the same respond I had got . I had mail them but no response on email also. Which you can see in the below trail mail.
                                      We are unable to use internet due to no Wifi connected but no internet connection is reflecting.
                                      User id [protected]
                                      Plz call on my alternate no [protected] my register number is not working.

                                      Please help me to resolve

                                        So many reminder of disconnecting request sent, but not disconnected last four month and they keep sending invoice
