    Below are the advancements:
    1. My Tikona service ID number is [protected] from Tikona Pune. I got the connection on 17-Dec-2018. It was a 3-month plan with free installation.

    2. Internet was terrible and I had to get another connection from a local cable operator in Jan 2019. Their service and internet up time was 99.9% which was way better than Tikona.

    3. Since I had already paid for 3 months, I waited for it to end so that I can use Tikona at least for entertainment purposes.

    4. On 16-Mar-2019, I called them and requested a cancellation and they asked me for a reason. I said bad internet and anyway I was supposed to move out of that house in maybe 3 more months as I was living there temporarily. They were giving me options to move Tikona to another place and there is no need to cancel the connection. I politely refused and insisted on a cancellation request to be taken.

    5. They refused to budge and the call went on for almost an hour where they also became quite pushy and talked harshly with countering everything that I said. Eventually, after a lot of insisting and me refusing to budge they took my cancellation request and said will be cancelled in 2-3 days.

    6. The subscription was anyway prepaid and I disconnected from the internet the very same day to avoid any kind of internet usage post that day.

    7. A very long time after this request I finally received an email stating that the Tikona Service was Disconnected and below statement:
    " You will not be charged any Recurring/Rental charges after the Final Bill period in which usage is seen or request for Service disconnection was registered (whichever is later)". It was anyway a prepaid connection for which I paid in the month of Dec 2018.

    8. After this I was relieved that nothing is pending now. But suddenly on 3-Jan-2020, I receive DEMAND NOTICE emails and calls from lawyers stating to pay Rs. 1372 which is pending or else legal action will be taken in Delhi court. It was a very threatening call. I had nothing to panic about as I knew I am not at fault.

    9. I searched online a bit about such calls and there is was, the internet was flooding with such reports.

    10. To date I have received 12 emails in the last 2 years and don't know how many calls. I have stopped picking them.

    But these emails need to stop. I had some free time today and thought of complaining about it to this forum.

    Hope Tikona stops this non-sense and keep harassing innocent consumers.

      I got a call from one of Tikona Digital Networks ISP agents disguised as Adv. Meenakshi Tiwari asking for payment of INR 3328. She said this is a civil case and if you pay the amount now you can get a refund of INR 2000. The account is prepaid and I have already settled the amount before sending an email for service discontinuation.
      I paid the amount and shared the screenshot with her. Later I realised many other were also called regarding the same. I need my money back.

        Respect Sir/Madam,

        I took tikona connection with an annual plan of Rs 5200 on July 2020. After its expiry, i informed tikona to terminate my connection and sent a mail regarding the same on 2nd july 2021 (request no. : 1-[protected]). Even after requesting cancellation and settlement of all bills i started getting calls from customer care asking me to pay an amount of Rs 2200 for my services to be discontinued .I made this payment (even though i was not using tikona services), just for the sake of getting over with this constant harrasment.

        On 20th feb 2022 i got a legal notice to pay an amount of Rs 2634 again, which is illegitimate and unreasonable as i haven't used tikona network since july 2021 and have sent mails for cancellation, contacted they executives number of times and have already once paid an amount(which also i was not liable to pay as i was not using their services) ensuring my account cancellation(as was said by the tikona executive) . Now i am trying to connect to their customer service on calls as well as mail to resolve this issue but no one is replying.
        This is a clear case of harrasment. Why should i be paying any amount when i am not using tikona services.
        I am hoping for a positive response from your side to resolve my issue.

        Respected Sir/Madam,
        I am writing this in relation to my complaint raised earlier. My issue has still not been resolved. The sole reply from tikona team was to ask me to register my complaint on its forum. But i am not able to access that portal, which i immediately mentioned here itself. So, now the proceedings have come to a standstill as there has been no reply from tikona team thereafter.
        Apart from this i am also consistently trying to get in touch with tikona via emails but i am not getting any response there as well.
        Now, i am also getting harrasment calls from the 'lawyers' who are threatening me and using harsh language.
        Kindly, look into the matter and help me resolve this issue. Hoping for your positive response.

            Hi, this is sankaran and this is my tikona ID: [protected] i took tikona connection for 40 mbps speed for 3 months and i prepaid for the 3 months and used the connection and i asked my area tikona staff to disconnect my connection and he said to send a message from registered mobile number and i did it and disconnected my device. And after few months i received a letter from Halai and co Advocates saying that i must return my device and clear my payment of rupees 694. But the actual truth is i bought my device and they only gave connection. Why should i give it?

            And now i am frequent calls from stranger representing themeselves as advocates harasing me to pay return my owned and pay balance or they will take me the court.

            I am so frustrated and dont know what to do. I have proofs like paid bills and messages.

            Kindly solve my problem and delete my phone numbers so i never ever recieve any calls from anyone...

            Even my friends and neighbours are using Tikona and now i am going to tell them about my current situation and gonna tell them to close tikona connection and change to other broadband connection

                Getting an initamation from Adv Aggarwal hired by Tikona to pay dues inspite of paying all the bills on time— harassment by tikona

                This has been a regular practise by such fraudulent organisation, recently to extort money by hiring such legal agencies, as they are well aware that common people like us donot have time for such botheration and would unwillinging pay the debts inspite of being a victim of the situation caused by such organisaton under the threat of advocates like Ms Aggarwal..

                This is not new, earlier in 2008 I had the same incident from Airtel where inspite of not being my fault had to pay some thousands of rupees to them. In this scenario Tikona charges a deposit, which is non refundable, then provides ridiculous services like No internet for maximum days in a month, Poor internet speed, no support available for days after filing complain but still expecting to pay dedicatedly every month. With all this you decide to close the connection willing to pay all the debts without considering whose fault it is.
                The moment you say I dont want your services, and stop the internet connection, they will register the request however there is no communication to their billing department and you get the bills still being sent for many months and increasing your outstanding balance, moreover you as customer try to followup with them genuinely to stop the connection you get a response you have an outstanding due to be paid and unless you dont pay your connection will not be close... OK fine as a decent person you go and pay and then the reqest is taken however to your surpise you get another bill to be paid and with an outstanding amount. You start ignoring this as you are fedup and call the customer service.. there is a response given that the connection is closed not sure why are you receiving bills..and FINALLY one day you have this initimation from the lawyer for not paying the debts. My point over here is, is there some law to first stop or lock down such organisations who receives "0" as customer rating. I have been seeing on internet there are thousands of complaints regarding these organisations however does any goverment authorities keep a check on them. I have records of the communication in my mail. If you wish I can forward it to the required email id.

                    I opted for a wifi installation on 24th of Dec 2021, and after 15 days they told me that they didn't have the necessary device for installation and it will take longer. So I canceled the installation and opted for a refund. Then they said to write an email regarding the cancellation for the installation, and they told me they will refund the money in 10-12 days. Then after 12 days i called again and they said that the refund wasn't placed and they have placed the refund and i shall get it within 7 days. And then I called 3 more times after that and they said the same thing again and again. Today I called again and they said the same thing. I would like to get the refund and some appropriate response regarding the same.

                    I would also like to file a complaint for poor service and negligence to customer after cancelling of order

                      Dear Team,

                      My Tikona user id[protected]. I am going out of Pune permanently so I want to remove/disconnect Tikona internet connection permanently before my new billing cycle starts with 7th Feb 2022. I am not going to use Tikona after 7th Feb 2022.

                      I tried to call on[protected] only IVR machine handle call and there is not having any option to talk directly with Tikona executive person.

                      Kindly take remove/disconnect request on high priority and remove/disconnect Tikona internet as early. And Stop billing cycle from 7th Feb 2022. And please collect all of your belonging things like cable and adaptor from my home. Otherwise I will not be responsible for this things.

                        My internet is not working from 2-3 days, the same complaint is raised but still there is no resolution from customer care they have assigned the engineer but the engineer is not receiving the call we are trying to reach the engineer but he is disconnecting the every Single call Let us know whom we should reach. Also the Service is pathetic they take monthly but every 2-3 the internet doesn't work if you call them to support no support is there.

                          My internet is not working from 2-3 days, the same complaint is raised but still there is no resolution from customer care they have assigned the engineer but the engineer is not receiving the call we are trying to reach the engineer but he is disconnecting the every Single call Let us know whom we should reach.                               Hi,
                              I have raised disconnection request ion on 31 dec 21 and I received confirmation mail on 15 Jan 2022 monthly rental is stopped but device is not collected from my building. I dropped multiple mails as well as raised concern with appellate authority but no response.

                              I would strongly advice never to opt for tikona as they will not listen to your words and will landup with threatning calls from advocates.

                                Tikona has the worst customer service team that i have ever come across in my life. I have asked company for close my Timon connection and take up devices from my home via mail by company has not replying to my mail and I have also twitted company for the same but not got reply even in twitter I have sent mail on 6 jan 2022 and also taken follow up for many times but no response and got 1 call before some days in that call company person is forcing me to use Tikona but I don’t want to use and also not accepting my request for connection closure

                                    Hello my name is shyam i had 60mbps plan of my broadband of tikona but from a week i am facing slow speed issue i had faced it many several time but this time it was very slow it was around 5mbps and first it was resolved automatically in few hours but this time it has been a week and no resolution is there i tried to complaint but app is not working perfectly and on their costumer care number there is no one to talk they do not connect with the staff only recording is played so my request is to take some action because there are many problem and the company is not taking action and i need permanant solution because iam tired of this.

                                      Frequent Disconnection Since last 7 days and even from customer care they just say we will assign you an engineer he will visit and solve the problem but every-time they assign the same engineer who just calls and doesn't show up when we call him he doesn't answer. how many times should we complain everyday the same thing. from last 3 days internet is down. pathetic service by Tikona highly unprofessional!
                                      if same thing happens we will be forced not to take this service any longer.

                                        I have got Tikona Broadband connection since July 2021.
                                        From last 3 months I am continuously facing network issue. Now since 25th January my internet is not working. And I am unable to register a complaint through app also. It says your complaint is already registered. Its sbeen 3 days almost no action is taken and my problem is not resolved, however I am unable to work on internet. I have also got new router but there is problem from Tikona's backend this is what the engineer told me 3 days ago.

                                        The internet is working fine with other flat members of my society. There is continuous problem with my connection and not getting permanent solution.
                                        I request Tikona to refund my money . I dont need their connection as its mental stress for u everyday to struggle for the net.
