I Nikhil Jadhav took Tikona broadband connection in 2020. Due to bad service & Internet connectivity, i informed for disconnection of services via calls and mails to Tikona in Apr 2021. Even after multiple reminders Tikona not sending the Confirmation Email that they have Closed the Connection from their side???
Then every now and then they email about plan change etc.
Tikona does not talk when I call on their customer contact phone number and their voice message says that email for any concerns but when I email them they don't reply.
How many times they need the reminders to close the connection??br...

I had chosen to go for Tikona internet connection in the August of 2020. Ever since I have been utterly disappointed. I was promised 80 MBPS up and down and have never received that speed. My internet connection hasn't been functioning for the past week and I have no clue why. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE WORST INTERNET CONNECTION I HAVE EVER AVAILED....

They have forced me to pay money even if am not using and even after multiple requests made to discontinue my services they continue to charge me even if no use . They have pathetic customer service team n only there legal advisor call me to pay 5k-6k or else you will face leagal actions i don't use there service i have mailed evening to them .

Pathetic service, never got response and service as committed. Had paid for 2 years and finally told to disconnect. That too they don't understand and now sending some legal notices.

How I can file legal notice against tikona for poor service and such idiotic progress on payment which is not legitimate...

Tikona — Though after disconnection got call for the renewal and payment for the renewal

I am a customer of TIKONA services for more than the last 2 years and using their internet services on a prepaid basis.
My pack was to renew, and I was not taking further renewal due to some personal and financial issue, hence had requested the same to the Tikona team by mail as well through verbal communication to their representative.
I had not used and disconnected my router much before the existing pack end and conveyed...

Tikona — Broadband connection dropping issue

Hi, experiencing bad network service from tikona broadband since 3 Dec. I have made daily calls with no resolution . All they say the issue will be resolved from network team permanently however it still persists . Me and my wife both wfh and get disconnected frequently from conference calls . There is no escalation matrix for the case to be escalated .

Hi team

I would like to inform for all
I taken plan 40 MBPS, but we have received speed 0.57, what I do this speed very very bad, and not provide proper connectivity, I'm daily complaint but not proper response and not received my call

Already complain raise with tikona application but hear my problem

I have made lots of complaints about frequent disconnection and very low speed issue but no one from customer care is responding on the complaints neither resolving the issue. Worst ever service. All the customer care numbers are only run by IVRS. No one is personally solve the query. Not a single time the engineer had visited.

Hello There,

First of all I am using Tikona broadband for 1 year, last year on November that is[protected] after installation the guy charged around 4500 for 1 year at 25mbps, so now for next year the bill ads up to 4500, which I will be using, but I decided to change the plan to 40mbps and total ads up to around 6500 something so now instead to paying for 25mbps or 4500/- I want 40mbps and I paid 6500/- for next year that...

I have paid INR 2825 for new home internet connection on 21 Nov 2021 for 30 MBPS speed for 6 months. I had also sent email to them on 21st Nov 2021 about payment done of iNR 2825 & to change earlier registered plan of INR 499/mo for 40 MBPS speed. Tikona sent me bill of INR 3954 & said INR 767 in balance due on 11 Dec 2021. I tried contacting them on customer care number[protected] but they do not have option to connect with billing team....

Hi

My id no [protected], I purchased 40 MBPS plan, but I have received 2.4 connectivity

But tikona not provide proper service

Company has cheat with me
So many time complain raise but get not the solution,

And also not give the by technician

So what I do

If tikona company not provide proper service, disconnect my connection and do the refund...

Its been 5 days since I am getting intermittent connection. When engineer comes and fixes area device it works for an hour or two and then it does not work anymore. I've raised complaint many times but they never resolve it permanently. The uneducated people keep telling me that router is not working. I have checked each and every port on router. I have called many times to customer care but they are not resolving and then I have mailed them for disconnection. Still they are not resuming the services. Hi,

I initiated for tikona net services in August 2021, after I got call from one of there sales person, I paid 1000 Rs and have receipt for it. Technical staff visited my location and confirmed, that tikona doesn't have services at my location. And said I should claim for refund of initial payment. After that I provided all the required payment receipt and my bank account number. I was told refund process takes around a month...

I have been repeatedly sending emails to Tikona team but they are not addressing my queries and sending very basic replies to my emails which are irrelevant. I was Tikona customer from last 4 year but last month without discussing with me they have changed my plan to prepaid. After the plan change i have faced lot of technical issues and not got adequate internet speed as per the plan. Since, i was no getting proper support...

    I have taken new connections 20 days back and from day one internet is not working and 5 times technician came but problem still same. Now sales person not picking phone and in service no one is responding and customer care is telling refund is not in policy....

    I stopped using Tikona since May 2021 because of the pathetic bandwidth, connectivity & speed. However the payment was done till July 2021 before hand. I tried calling the customer care to get the connection terminated but no one receives the call. In the app there is no way I can request for the termination of the connectivity.
    I amReceiving threatening calls from lawyers and asking to pay Rs2707 as the bill or else he will generate...
