Deactivate and cancellation of tikona service

I had requested for cancellation of tikona broadband service on Jun'15 month on phone with customer care, and they said we have taken the request and will send the disconnection service confirmation. But till the data did not receive the confirmation, and they are sending bills when I stopped using it. Want to close my tikona connection and communicated this but they are not doing.

Worst wireless broadband service at Coimbatore

I was 7 years premium Airtel wired broadband customer and came to know about the Tikona and their cheaper tariff. When i order the service for my home and office, they promised to serve the internet speed as per plan (4Mbps). Also they charged 2 months bill as prepaid. I have asked the company to pause my connection in April 2024 after having paid all dues and then discontinuation in Jun 2024. They have constantly continued to bill me and have been asking for money. They have now sent a notice that if I do not pay a certain amount they will take legal notice without confirming if they will stop harassing me post it.

The Appelate Authority is also not helpful. There is constant harassment and no resolution. I have proof of all the emails I have sent them starting April 2024 which they have ignored in order to extort money from me. Kindly help.

    The ongoing internet connectivity issues I have been experiencing for the past two weeks. Despite numerous attempts to reach out for assistance, my situation remains unresolved, and I feel that my concerns are not being adequately addressed.

    I have contacted tikona customer service multiple times, as well as reached out to various members of there authority. The lack of reliable internet service has disrupted my daily activities, including remote work and essential communication.

    I kindly request that this issue be escalated and resolved promptly. I believe I deserve a swift and effective solution, along with clear communication regarding the status of my service.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to hear from you soon with a resolution.

      I have been facing an issue where my internet keeps disconnecting. Have filed a a complaint repeatedly from past 3 weeks. My complaint gets auto resolved and I tried to speak with representative and they put me on hold and never respond back. Once I was able to talk and they assigned some one to look into it. He visited and asked me to check for 24hrs and report to him if there is any issue. When I called him next day he is not picking the call as issue was still not resolved. No option to talk to a representative at all when I call the cx support number it only gives option to file a complaint what is the use when they auto resolve it the next day

          My Tikona ID is [protected]. My Tikona Internet is not working since 8 days and No one from Tikona is bothered to address the issue. I called so many times to Customer Care but they are just saying "We are working on your issue and now they have given number of some guy [protected] (Naushad on True Caller) is not picking up my phone only. I called him 10 times, also tried on Whatsapp but No response. I have paid Full year money to Tikona. I want my money refund. Take your 2 months charges and return me my 10 months amount i will take some other Internet service.

            My internet is not working from the last 11 days, its been 10 days I am raising daily complaint on their customer support email id as well as mobile app. Just once their technician visited and told "there is cable and adapter problem, we need to change these both but when company will provide me this, I will come and change this". After that I am dialy taking follow ups by email communication and app. Regrettably, despite sending me system generated emails company is not responding anything. I am fed-up with this internet connection since you can not fix the issue since 11 days now.
            I paid in advance for 6 months and they are not willing to refund my money as well.
            Tikona Digital Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            As previously mentioned, the issue has been persisting for over a month now despite multiple complaints and a single technician visit.

            The technician initiated the process of a new adapter, as the current one is malfunctioning and causing frequent internet disruptions, but company still I did.t get it.
            The continued service interruption is causing significant inconvenience and impacting my daily activities, still they are sending me the new bills to resume my plan.

                  I was using Tikona's internet services since 2021 at 25/3, Netaji Subhash Road, Liluah, Howrah, West Bengal. However, in the month of July 2023, their services were suddenly stopped and even after raising several complaints it was not resolved.
                  I was rather falsely told by the company everytime that the issue is resolved, the details of which are attached herewith, when no engineer visited the site or resolved the issue, which means as a consumer I have not used their services since July 2023. I had paid an amount of INR 1887/- which was unused since the services were not used. On August 16, 2023 I wrote a mail to Tikona for requesting discontinuation of services, since I was not being provided any at all. Thereafter their team kept convincing me to that they will resolve the issue and I should continue the services but nothing happened at their end.
                  Again in the month of September 2023, the Tikona call center team started calling me to renew the subscription and claimed that they will repair the issue. I had already gotten a new service provider by then after waiting for more than two months of false promises to resolve the issue.
                  Then I started receiving recovery mails to pay INR 1251/- for services I have not used since July 2023. I have responded to their mails each time stating that I have requested for discontinuation of services.
                  On January 02, 2024, I received a mail from their recovery team once again harassing me to pay money.
                  On February 16, 2023, I received a call from a lady claiming to be a civil lawyer who works for the government from Karkardooma court, New Delhi and she recorded my call without my consent. Thereafter she went on to threaten me that either I pay INR 6590 for Tikona discontinuation of services or their legal team will file a case against me and I will have to pay INR 85000/-. I had to pay that money and then I received a notification that my Tikona account has been renewed.
                  So, they are now threatening and harassing me to renew my account while there is no service being provided, neither I am using any Internet service by them.
                  I have used 'Zero (0) mbps' Internet provided by the Tikona service since August 2023. However, I have now paid INR 6590 and they will continue to harass me like this by fraudulently collecting money from me.
                  And I have noticed that there are more consumers who have raised same issues in the past against Tikona.
                  Kindly look into this complaint and take action against them.

                    I have raised the issue to Tikona company that there is lots of interruption while using internet and each and every 5 minutes internet gets disconnected so was complaining the same issue from many days but then too there was no improvement. So finally had decided to discontinue with the service and Email to Tikona to back my money which I have already paid for annually, but even to revert on Email they were forcefully asking us to give them chance to improve there services and denying to give money back by deducting for the period have used therir service and discontinue from this month.

                        I had advised TIKONA to disconnect my Broadband on 11.04.2022 by email but they did not deactivate my Account and a bill of Rs.1262.82 was generated and I was advise to pay the same.

                        Thy have been sending legal letters since last one year and without any response to my emails.

                        eventually I spoke to their Agent TANYA SHARMA on [protected] and she advised to close the entire legal emails and also confirmed a NOC letter from Tikona and deactivation of my Account.

                        I paid the Amt of Rs.2763/- against pending Bill and Modem charges.

                        To be surprise I started getting message that my Tikona Account has been activated and their agent is not answering my calls.

                        This is harassment and so I want to complain to deactivate my Account immediately and to refund me R.1500/- against their Modem which i shall provide.

                          Hello Sir, ma'am am suraj my Tikona Customer ID is [protected] I have been using Tikona services for the last 6 to 7 months. During the first month of Tikona services experience, I asked them to cancel my services. However, even after 7 months, they have not discontinued the services. Even though all the payment has been done and bullying me for not using services.                               Since inception always facing disconnection issues. And resolution ia always delayed and no proper permanent solution to frequent disconnection. No toll free representative available just log complaint and wait for engineering for 7 to 8 to restart my wifi.. out of one month half of the days connection is not working or disconnected.. if you people taking renewal on time with out any delays. Then why not for resolution. Refund my last renewal paid as I'm not at all happy with service or frequent issues .

                                Internet is not working from the last 5 to 6 days, to resolve these issues, I have placed multiple complaints through customer service helpline and app. Regrettably, despite numerous assurances that a technician would be dispatched to address the problems, I have not seen any representative from Tikona Network visit my premises till now. Just getting notification from tikona representative will resolve your issue in 24 hours but no one came or resolve yet.
