Hello,

We have disconnected our tikona account, Tikona complaint number is 1-[protected].

From 15th Oct 2022, we have not used our services, still Tikona is asking for bill payment. I did tell them for disconnection.

    My connection number is [protected] it’s been a long time I have been tormented by tikona employees I upgraded my same plan from 7k to 5k around something’s from tikona CSR. I have been informed after discussion that I have to pay the decided amount for annual after our discussions and this is the settlement amount and I paid the same I also been informed will not receive any repayment calls or mail and messages but all fake

    I stated receiving calls mails and email for repay the remaining amount and I have all the evidence over mails send by tikona i which clearly mention the final amount that I have to pay also VSS informed there is no extra changes GST is not added or counted

    Since then I sent tons of email no response these guys are very smart they r responds over email that your issue is attended check email and when we check email just a auto generate email with no information

    I called tikona multiple times they keeps on disconnecting the line in between all the time if they are unable to give answer to the questions is being asked from my end puts me on hold and disconnects I seriously mentioned do not give me mental pressure and illness I begged these guys not to do this to me there were sometime even tikona CSR teams agin informed me you don’t have to pay anything now

    Tester I called then again CSR stated telling I have to pay the amount received email for the same I asked the tikona CSR that I want to close my connection and want my remaining refund they said you will get the refund once connection disconnects

    At last I had words with disconnection teams I asked them to close the connection I tell them everything they also confirmed the same form there days base the communication I mentioned which is all correct however they offered me 50% of discount suddenly they changed the mind and stated you have to pay the amount nothing can be done I asked to refund my money

    They said no refund will be given to you it’s your choice to use our services or no mt but no refund will be given you what the hell is this is my hard earned money I paid the money on 1st July and consumed the services for 119 days then I want my remaining refund but they unprofessionally denied

    Tikona is worst internet serviced provider and fraud

    Hate this company

    Also let me tell you they will revert on this getting from tikona our team will connect with you for the Same and also let me tell you what happened they do nothing simply denied over calls

    Tikona you are very smart in replying on social medical platform professionally to secure your brand value and show your fake attention but I know how hideous your are in the backstage and how unprofessionally you treat customer and do frauds and loots customer money

    Used service for 19 days now again yesterday nhi called to discuss the issue as today is the last day of repayment then I had words with the billing department and again in the middle they disconnected the call after this they out my call on some auto dial means whenever I call a recorded script stated your disconnection request under processing and team member will connect but not once calls

      Today i've received about 10-15 calls from some lawyer from delhi asking for money that i've to pay to tikona about i don't know what.This is clear harrasment as i've bot used tikona services for like 6months and i've asked them earlier to stop the services but they continued there renewal messages.

        Tikona is a worse service provider and along with K H Halai and Priya Aggarwal who claims they are Advocate - they send a threatening Letter to Clear Tikona Bills.

        I had 20+ emails about their poor performance, who day there are no networks with more than 10+ complaints and I had remanded many times to terminate the service but they kept on charging money instead of not using any service !!!

        Note: 100+ emails were sent to discontinue the service of TIKONA still keep your Bill cycle increasing... Be aware of this Fraud and do not ever take a TIKONA BROADBAND SERVICE !!!

        Do not trust this fake advocate...

          I have requested disconnection from tikona services over legally binding document (email on 10 January 2023) which is not yet replied by them. I want to terminate the connection effective immediately and for saving the future harassment from tikona in name of "outstanding bills" which I read over internet, I want all details on email including the date of pickup of devices and service ending date. They are not respecting my right to terminate their service. I've briefly mentioned in email why I want to terminate the service which has low quality since last 2 years. I do not want to negotiate on the speed or resolution of issue anymore. I have mailed multiple times yet there is no reply from there side . I have paid all my bills before the due date. I mailed about the disconnection prior the due date.
          Reply to my email address. DO NOT CLOSE THIS REQUEST UNTIL YOU REPLY MY EMAIL WITH KEEPING ALL THE AUTHORITIES IN CC WITH EXACT TERMINATION DATE.

            I had made a disconnection request for tikona since last 5 days due to service & support issues. but not taking response from tikona. So many times mail forwarded to [protected]@tikona.in but still pending. My bill is already paid till July 2023. Not refunding my extra amount.

              From last 1 month I received calls from some different advocates that my payment is due for tikona services, and they file a court case for this. But I paid all the dues. So what is the issue. Please help me out from these fraud calls.

                Hello,

                My Internet connection is not working daily between 12 PM to 6 PM. I filed complain many times from Mobile apps but no resolution. Even I tried to connect to customer care services but continuously going on voice mail and after 10 mins they say "GoodBye" without connecting.

                If the issue is not permanently resolved in next 1 day, then I am not going to pay monthly bill and please remove connection from my home immediately.

                    Shut this company, arrest owners and management, freeze all their financial accounts.

                    As per process unsubscribe option should be available, account deletion should be allowed via the app. No one can sell service you do not want

                    put an FIR in police station as well.

                    If possible also file a consumer court case.

                      I had raised raised a request to disconnect my service due to location however as per customer suggestion on call they ask me to send a request to "[protected]@tikona.in " by 10th April 2022 because I was moving on 10th April and my billing generated date was 15th of each month, so before my bill generate my connect will be disconnected with no any changes.

                      So initially I sent an email to tikona on 10th April but when I did not received any updated from them till 14th then I again send a followup email on 14th April on the same email which you can see in attachment and I leave on them.

                      After a month I got bill of around 300 in next month so I connect them via phone and they said no worries will take care and pickup the item.

                      Now they are threatening me legally and asking me around 1800 rupees. Could you please look into the issue, why tikona team is not doing their job and not fulfilling their promised.

                        On the date of 25th Nov. 2021, We have purchased a plan of 60 MBPS Prepaid plan because I have paid in Advance, If you have the postpaid plan then We will use the service and then you will ask for the payment but that's not the case.

                        Moreover, I'm not getting speed more than 20 MBPS and I have raised a complaint many times but that problem was not solved so finally, I have decided not to renew your plan.

                        On the date of 4th Nov.2022 before renewal, I have sent an email as well on [protected]@tikona.in and clearly mentioned that I was not happy with your services.

                        I have sent the same email and Attachment to your email id as well.

                        So after that, why are you generating a bill of 1111 Rs and keep sending Emails & Messages for this payment.

                        I have also sent 2 more emails regarding the same concern on [protected]@tikona.in.

                        I have also made a call in the customer care for the same thing,

                          Hi,

                          I received a call from Tikona legal department asking to pay bill or fight against tikona in court. they forced me to pay Rs.2839 for a bill of Rs.1039. they also promised they ll refund 1500 rs on collection of modem.. but then it was their strategy to recover money.. they charged a bill for no internet being used.. and after payment I have sent many emails for disconnection and scheduling a visit to collect modem but there is no response from the internet service

                            Hi,
                            I have tikona connection with ID[protected]. I am relocating to my village but tikona customer care agent Sameer who is handling this is not sending request for approval. They are forcing me to find customer for them so they can transfer connection to them. I not aware what kind of process is this. This is horrific now it's month I raised request but still they are not approving disconnect request. Request #1-[protected]

I disconnected tikona on 15- Nov-22 and return it's modem and everything and got no dues from recovery agent but still I am receiving threatening emails & calls from tikona for dues of 610 rupees. I was using prepaid plan so how the dues is remaining for tikona as I already returned it's belonging also

                                Hi all. I subscribed for Tikona broadband service plan Preulh_spl for 6 months from Oct'21 to March'22 in Pune. During this period, I changed my address and got the modem/router also transferred to my new address. I called the customer care service for terminating my service in March. One engineer came and took the modem/router in march itself. I again confirmed with a customer care agent from Tikona about any pending amount just in case. They asked me to put an email too just as a precautionary measure for the termination request which I emailed on 31/03/2022. I also simultaneously started the broadband service from Airtel.
                                Then the harassment started. Firstly, they sent an e-mail stating that the plan has been renewed from 01 April, 2022. How they can renew when the modem/router has already been removed. Then they started sending emailand then Mobile calls. They issued some kind of Demand Notice by Tikona Legalcolls. demanding amount of Rs. 2795.8. First Demand Notice came in December with an additional threat that they will file a criminal/civil suit against me in court. The mental harassment through phone calls has increased since last month where a lady is calling posing as a lawyer. After some discussion, it got cleared that she is definitely not a lawyer. And on seaeching on Quora, I came to know that it os strategy of Tikona where they have employed some recovery agent in Delhi and their only job is to harass people and make illicit money for the company. They are still harrassing me through these legal notices through emails & letters to old addresses where my credibility and identity is lost because of them. These recovery agents try to be so smart that forst you pay and then you can make a complaint for the refund. Why should I pay if I haven't used a single kb of their data and how can I even use when the service has already been terminated along with modem/router removal.

                                I kindly request you to look into this matter with high priority so that this fraud of a company, Tikona stops harassing me.

                                  Plan- Prepaid 15th Aug 2022 to 14th Feb 2023

                                  Dec 16 2022 onwards- sector 61 tikona tower dismantle process started and my services got frequently dropped over the days

                                  Last week of Dec 2022 - tower dismantle completed and tikona internet services completely stopped for sec 61, my residence ; confirmed by their engineer and customer support multiple times ; hold audio evidences for the same

                                  Till Jan 21 2022 - customer care executives neglected my mails, calls, WhatsApp support messages, app requests etc and later requested me to get the connection shifted to someone with serviceable area but did not take my refund request seriously at all

                                  Finally sent their engineer to collect entire apparatus, LAN cables, adaptors, router etc ; i submitted it all in working condition, confirmation receipt and engineer's app interface confirmation evidences attached

                                  Customer care and engineer promised refund credited within a week but now I stand ghosted, no mail replies, no callbacks no response from customer care team and til appellate team tikona at all on the refund

                                  I want my refund from dec 2022 to 14th Feb 2023 internet not provided as well as security deposit for the tikona apparatus collected processed without any further delays now

                                      I raised a request for disconnection in December. I received mail that my rental plan will be stopped from 7th Jan and I will be getting 10 GB free data after that, I will be charged 2 paise per MB. I have paid bills for 7th Dec to 6th Jan.

                                      I am not using wifi after 6th Jan only. Still, my bill is generated for Rs 209.16. Tikona staff call and ask to pay. They say to take the plan then we will waive off. If my data usage is 0, then why my bill is generated? I have downloaded my data usage and no usage is after 7th Jan. Then also, getting emails and call for paying. After confirmation, Tikona staff says that as I have 0 usage my bill will be waived off, but no action has been taken till now.

                                      Please disconnect the connection on an immediate basis and update my bill to 0. Then, ask your engineer to collect wire, etc. Tikona Employees call 3-4 times asking to take a connection. I don't want to continue also, they are charging unnecessarily without wifi usage

                                        Tikona is not closing/terminating my account even after telling so. It’s been a week since I informed them of my termination request through. But everyday a new agent calls & tells me to hold my connection instead of my request for termination.

                                        Also all the dues have already been paid for. I’m disconnecting the connection with a month in advance.
