              Due to re- location (In same city, different area) I had to close Tikona broadband connection. They don't have the service at my new location. Before shifting, I had submitted all the equipments to the service engineer and launched a request for re- fund. Till this day, I'm communicating via email and their customer service representative but not a single time any one had given clear picture about refunding the balance amount.

              1) Every time I sent mail I receive a text sms from there server that- "Dear Tikona customer, we are unable to reach you. We will call you later on your registered or alternate mobile number. Tikona" here with a phone number [protected]
              The phone number here is a person who claim that he had resigned from tikona long ago. What's going on here ??? How can I received a sms in this case?

              2) Another one, I had sent emails

              with attached pdf files stating the entire scenario from- stop service request to demanding refund. Every time I sent email I receive following mail from them-
              This is a system generated Email, please do not reply to this mail. Kindly refer to the customer care details provided in the mail below-

              Dear Customer,
              With reference to your mail. We have already taken your request & the same is registered against your User Id
              Soon we will try to contact you through call or by mail to share update on your request.

              3) Next- some how I succeeded to reach the tikona customer care representative today and surprisingly she asked me to see is there someone in at old location whom you can transfer my account then only we can refund you the balance amount !!!

              What is this? Are you asking your customer to do marketing jobs now? Terrific!!

              I want my balance amount refund to me immediately now. It's not my problem that you don't have service at my new location or to transfer my account to another party for demanding my refund.

                I am facing "No Internet access" issue from last 7 days. I have lodged complaint from mobile app by creating a ticket for 4-5 times but no proper solution has been provided to me. They have sent personnel to visit the location. He tried to connect but once he left from my place the connection gets disconnected. He reported to me that someone has stolen my device which was mounted on my terrace. So he connected my connection from another device which was mounted on my same terrace but that is belongs to someone else. I don't know why they are not providing proper service. I am having doubt on their sustainability now because after so many complaints they are not looking into the matter. I have sent a mail also regarding this issue but I have not received any response from the company.

                I have posted such complaint for multiple times on tikona complaint but no proper action has been taken. Till date I am facing issue of "frequent internet disconnection". Every time I register the complaint and every time I got the message that the connection is fine till my premise. From last 5 days I am facing this issue. I have No Internet Access from last 5 days. This kind of service proves that the company is going to be shutdown in very near future. You take advance money from us and the not providing proper service. Now what about this loss? I am also facing a very huge loss in my profession as I am working from home. Will the company compensate the same?

                    I have registered a complaint with tikona regarding "no internet access" issue. Today as of 2nd June is the 3day after complaint has been registered. But still no personal has come forward to address this issue. Also this is 3rd or 4th time in last 30 days that there has been a network disruption in service.

                    Is there no legal obligation to provide unhindered network access to customers in this time of #Digital_INDIA. And even if there is any unforseen issue, have the courtesy to provide speedy resolution.

                        After paying all the changes and giving account closure request in advance, account was active for long time and internet service provider asking me to pay the changes for the same. There were many issues and after reporting the same service provider did not resolve the issue. Provider calling me multiple time and giving threat . They are also sending mail and saying will come to my premises and take action. Please help me to take some action on the company.

                          I have taken a connection of 6 months plan from Tikona broadband service.

                          Since the first day it has started giving problems, the wifi is not working, always red light blinks on the router.

                          I called my local service provider many times but they are not answering to the calls. No one is there to listen the issue, wifi is not working since first day.

                          I have tried every way to reach out to any customer service, but no one is responding

                                Hello,

                                my id--[protected]

                                on june 11 2021, i had applied to upgrade my plan from 30 mbps to 60mbps. for that i had paid 1000 charges.i had all documents regarding that, but till 13th june my plan is not upgraded.
                                so on 13th june i mailed reagrding that, then the customer care says it takes 4-72 hours to reflect in the system, so i says its ok.
                                further they ask me for my bank statement for transaction details, so i provide them that,
                                after 2-3 days they say we didnt received your money, sometime its take time to reflect, due to server issue from our side, so on 20 june 2021, they ask me to pay 1000 once again to upgrade my plan, at that time i ask them about my old paid 1000rs, they says that it will get refund soon,
                                so on 20 june 2021 again i paid 1000rs to upgrade my plan,
                                after that they upgrade my plan., later on i mail them, call them regarding my refund payment, everytime they says that, we didnt recived any payment from you, it didnt reflect in our system,
                                this goes till december, so in december 30 i decide to disconnect my internet, so i mailed them to disconnect my internet, they disconnect my after 2-3 months and asking me to pay due amount.deduct my due bill from my refund amount, and then remaining amount i will pay, but they didnt give me my refund, so why should i pay my due amount, now they are calling me continously and harassing me by pretending to be lawyer .

                                i had all payment proofs, i had already submitte it to them.

                                      My plan rs499 primeul at 40 mbps . Was stopped by tikona . User id [protected].
                                      Now they are charging for perday rates are insane .
