Frequent Disconnection ID- 1125191283

I am facing "No Internet access" issue from last 7 days. I have lodged complaint from mobile app by creating a ticket for 4-5 times but no proper solution has been provided to me. They have sent personnel to visit the location. He tried to connect but once he left from my place the connection gets disconnected. He reported to me that someone has stolen my device which was mounted on my terrace. So he connected my connection from another device...

Final settlement

Company not refunding my 45 days payment, however they declared out of service area to my home. Matter pending ain't Feb-22 and followed up many times....

Failure to address internet access disruption

I have registered a complaint with tikona regarding "no internet access" issue. Today as of 2nd June is the 3day after complaint has been registered. But still no personal has come forward to address this issue. Also this is 3rd or 4th time in last 30 days that there has been a network disruption in service.

Overcharged after closing connection

After paying all the changes and giving account closure request in advance, account was active for long time and internet service provider asking me to pay the changes for the same. There were many issues and after reporting the same service provider did not resolve the issue. Provider calling me multiple time and giving threat . They are also sending mail and saying will come to my premises and take action. Please help me to take some action...

Broadband connection issue

I have taken a connection of 6 months plan from Tikona broadband service.

Since the first day it has started giving problems, the wifi is not working, always red light blinks on the router.

I called my local service provider many times but they are not answering to the calls. No one is there to listen the issue, wifi is not working since first day.

I have tried every way to reach out to any customer...

Tikona Fraud and Harassment by recovery agents pretending to be lawyers

Hello,

my id--[protected]

on june 11 2021, i had applied to upgrade my plan from 30 mbps to 60mbps. for that i had paid 1000 charges.i had all documents regarding that, but till 13th june my plan is not upgraded.
so on 13th june i mailed reagrding that, then the customer care says it takes 4-72 hours to reflect in the system, so i says its ok.
further they ask me for my bank statement for transaction...

Wifi connection

I am not getting internet connection from last six days, i tried to connect with customer service thru calls, mails, but haven't got any response from there.. getting mental harrasment now due to this cheap service....

Harassment

Extra Charges - No response

I got a call from Tikona to pay 968 for month of Feb where as we do not had stopped their services as they were not responding.

Got a call - [protected] she said to make payment online via call and when asked to drop a mail she denied said it is against company policy. Also promised once payment made they will check and refund the money for services not taken. I was said I can be online and she will check...

Asked to pay outstanding even after disconnection

Tikona Broadband Pending Dues

Dear Tikona,

I was a tikona customer. I made a advance rental payment for 6 month in which 1 got i month extra. Now I have ended my connection due to bad connection.

Now I am getting call/Sms/Email for my pending dues and modem charges.

In regards this I want you to explain this first a fall I didn't receive any Modem from your side I have purchased my own modem so how you can charge me for that...

WI-FI

I have tikona WI-FI with ID no [protected]. They take money in advance for 3 months. As per my plan I was supposed to get 40 mbps. Even after complaining nobody visited for a month or resolved the issue. Sometimes the internet is off for 4-5 days & they dont care once they get the money. This is pure scam. I want my refund for the money I paid....
