After I reached the showroom at about 155 pm, Pavitra and Sundresh were present on counter and when I told them about my concern, they told me to go to service Center outright without offering to resolve this . I insisted to speak to a senior, she spoke to someone called Rahul who is supposed to be a supplier of watches for the area . He told me to get lost and said watch can't be replaced . At best logo will be stuck back .
I insisted that I speak to another senior within Titan . In the meanwhile, someone called Ayan who came to front desk but also refused to help. On my insistence she spoke to Ramesh Murali . All this while she kept on laughing in the conversations as if I was talking nonsense . She then spoke to Harish customer care executive [protected] and also to someone called Kaushik .
Sum and substance is that a defective watch has been sold to me and now Titan is refusing to replace it with equivalent or higher value, differential of which I was always willing to pay.
What I find most surprising is that when after being insulted by Titan employees, I went to Tommy Hilfiger showroom within the Orion Mall, they tried to washed their hands off saying that the Tommy Hilfiger product which has been sold by Titan is manufactured by Titan for Tommy Hilfiger. Hence they can't do anything about it.
Due to this defective watch having been sold to me, I am reserving my claim to seek complete refund and damages against both Tommy Hilfiger and Titan, for financial damage, bad treatment by attending staff at both TH and Titan, harassment and mental agony if this defective watch is not immediately replaced .

You are continuously telling me that you will take it for service and stick the logo back on this watch which is not acceptable to me . It shows very clearly that watch has manufacturing defect and as per terms of warranty you should replace it outright and not repair it .
Please issue a refund or replace the watch as above, else I will approach the consumer court to address this .
I await your reply in 24 hours time .
