[Resolved] Titan Company — Xylys poor quality | |||
I purchased Xylys watch on 22/10/2016 from Kalyan Nagar Titan showroom Variant: NE9101SL01 1. Next day of purchase it stopped working. I went to the showroom again and they told it is battery problem and got it replaced 2. After using it for 3 months, it started running slow. i had to adjust the time again. 3. Now belt got cut so badly that i cant use it 4. Back cover of the watch is not fixed properly, i am worried to use it in watter After buying such a costly watch, i had to visit the showroom for repair multiple times, it is meaningless. Please let me know why so poor quality product is being sold and frustrate the user.
