I have a 2016 Toyota Camry. About a year and a half ago it started making a slight pop sound in the roof when I would make right turns over a curb (like entering my driveway) occasionally. This past summer it started becoming more frequent and much louder. I called Scott Clark Toyota in Charlotte, NC to report it in September 2020. I started looking online and there is a TSB for this problem (TS-B[protected]. When I was talking took my car in last week to Scott Clark Toyota for my 45, 000 mile checkup, my service advisor said this was only covered by Toyota under the 3/36, 000 warranty and related a story about fixing another ladies car under her insurance that had the same problem after it had a rear end collision, the repair cost $2000. I told him that was not a small repair and I was disappointed that a company like Toyota would not cover a structural problem and that if I traded my car in it certainly would not be for another Toyota. Instead of trying to make any amends about the problem he said that was fine, he drove a Chevy. So is Toyota ignoring this know problem because it is a structural issue and not a safety issue?

    I had bought a innova crysta in 2016 when it was launched and within 5 years the company has given me a report that all my alloy wheels are out and needs to be replaced with new ones. my point is that i have not used the vehicle rougly and have been maintaining in lakozy toyota malad. now even if i change all the alloys what gurantee i have that it will not be damaged again

      My Innova Crysta no MH20EE1792 (Aurangabad)
      Just on 50k running I encumbered with the issue of the ABS sensor failed recently. The cost of the part is INR 15030/- and I have bear it. I had a heated argument with the Sharayu Toyota Dealer in Auranangabad and they did not give any proper explanation neither a proper report of the same. Only they gave a feedback that due to short circuit it has failed.I request you to kindly take up the matter with the people here and get back to me. I am looking for a compensation for the cost from the Toyota Kirloskar.

          This grievance is regarding the poor material quality of door Handle on the driver of my Land cruiser that I bought on the year 2017 and it has done only 19000 kilometer and material quality of Not just the Handle but entirely is very doubtful and i have no surety of the entire cars build quality as I owned many other exotic cars in India, And outside the country but have not encountered with these type of poor material quality as it was very disappointing to know this came out from very successful brand like yours i have also purchased 5 year extended warranty and its being rejected by toyota would like to know the explanation awaiting for a immediate reply ...

            Dear sir,
            i kindly request you to pay your valuable attention for my vehicle servicing complaint at Wasan Toyoata, Nasik. Maharastra.
            today my Innova car's 50000 km servicing not done properly. I am very much disappointed with the delers & its service centre taem. Today i had handeed over the my innova car to Mr. Sandip Patil, service executive of Wasan Toyota, Nasik for 5000km servicing @ 10.30 AM . The service executive, Mr. patil, asked me the that what work will be excuted in the service. Out of todays 54 vehicle in their todays scedule for service, i had completed my car servicing within 2.30 hrs, which found that he had not done the servicing & all the mentioned work done properly except washing. cleaningg was not also done.
            Also AC cleaning work was not done 100%, also engine oil not changed, but all this things already billed.
            Its very shameful thing for the brand like toyota, So i kindly request you to to look into the mnatter seriously. its very prideless matter.

              Being a customer of Toyota since 2006, till date experience was better and now had a issue with air conditioning cooling which the air blowing was perfect and in cooling had a issue. Went to udupi showroom and cleared the doubts, they said there might be a chance of gas leakage which they have to open the dash and check. So we were OK of it and gave the vehicle for service. Running was 102000 km 7.5 years old. Their estimation was within 2 to 4 thousand rupees. And got a call from them in same day of service which that told they have entirely open the air conditioning stuff and the main coolent is damaged and will charge total of 20, 000 RS. We told no need which was very expensive for silly... And told them to to fix the stuff which they checked. Which was about 6000 rain only for dismantling.
              Not happy with them... Cuz they had to inform us before that... Which if there is damage that will cost us that much. We didn't have any option, which was again the expense...and told to operate.
              Not happy and never recommend this product or company to others...
              And service charges are hiking day by day for innova. Running of just 1 lakh car how it is possible tht the AC is not cooling and showroom which didn't inform that only for dismantle will cost above their saying.

                Sir,
                I purchased one INNOVA CRYSTA 2.8G 8S (DIESEL) during December 2018. It is under extended Warranty also. Now the problem is whenever the brakes are applied at a certain speed, the steering is wobbling. Last month during servicing this was pointed out. We were told that several other vehicles have the same complaint and it would be rectified. As per my knowledge the drum was cut and adjusted. At that time it seemed to be OK. But now after going on Highway on a long drive the defect has come out again.
                Now I request you to recall all such vehicles and rectify them immediately by replacing the defective unit completely .

                  As it is Advertised by Toyota authorities Saying JOY OF OWNING A TOYOTA Vehicle BUT I HOPE U Need to Change the Title Saying Sadness of Owning A Toyota Vehicle. Because Whom Ever I Ask How’s Your CRYSTA doing they say ITS THE FAULTY VEHICLE WHICH BEEN Promoted to INDIAN CUSTOMERS Without a Proper TRIALS ON INDIAN ROADS. IT DOESNT SUIT TO INDIAN ROADS. As most of customers mistakenly purchases the vehicle by seeing INNOVA"s goodwill. But its nowhere in comparison with ur OLD INNOVA. Coming to my story Shoulder of one side of the tread wears more than the remaining tread surface for only 7700 kms all my vehicle tyres have GONE. I never expected this from TOYOTA, U have lost FAITH & TRUST, Hope You will recall all CRYSTA Vehicles and Rectify the Problem.                       Myself Lalit Mann I have a Toyota fortuner (DL10CH9688) car of Toyota . In March 2019 I renewed my insurance of same car by Galaxy Toyota Showroom located in Moti Nagar Delhi INDIA . The Amount finalised by insurance team of Galaxy Toyota was Rs.67500 by mistake I transfered the amount of Rs. 75000 . They said we will revert your money with in 7 days but today is 24th of December 2020 still I did not get my money back and they are not taking this on priority basis.

                        Megha Mahajan owner of innova crysta2018 model DL3CCP3688.
                        I applied for hsrp no. Plate and sticker. And since 21st dec till now specially today on 23rd dec I've made more than 30 calls to toyota moti nagar service center for its status and confirmation for service. However every time I was diverted to a new personal or service center department where no one is having information and gives me another no.
                        I've contacted following numbers numerous times today but every time I was given a new number or same number to get further information related to hsrp no. Plate and sticker.

                            On Wednesday 16th December, my Car DL 3C CN 0928 went for Service to Galaxy Toyota Service Station at Okhla Industrial Area, Delhi. One Dharm Singh spoke to me on behalf of Company and on inquiry about Fuel Sticker for my Etios Cross Car, purchased in 2017 and already has new required Number Plate since beginning, said only Fuel Sticker can't be applied and asked for and got Rs. 1000/- (one thousand) (in Company Account on which Service Charge was also paid separately) for both. He had said it will be done in 3 -4 days. Today when I contacted him and enquired the response was that to whom did you pay, who asked for and we don't do it etc. When reminded with proof he said he will enquire. Later on he said that it will take time etc. On persistence he said some Senior will speak to me. It may be noticed that my other Car from Ford got Blue Sticker only in 2 days against payment of Rs. 300/- only. Traffic Police is issuing Chalan of Rs. 5500/- (five thousand and five hundred) for not having Fuel Sticker on Car or any Receipt towards it's Application. I haven't received any Receipt either from the Service Station towards the Blue Sticker. Please look into it that Customers are not misled into paying more even for what is not required and timely action is taken. I am surprised to receive this kind of treatment.                                   I am without my car for nearly 3 weeks now after giving vehicle to authorized service center Nandi Toyota Kudlu gate Hosur road. If spares are not available then it should be highlighted before the repair is started so that we have options for looking at alternatives. Paying a premium service fees plus being without car for nearly 3 weeks as of today is harsh on the customer. As toyota being a brand popular for its excellent customer service expecting intervention from toyota principal and resolve this issue. The total price quoted for service, brake and clutch repairs is after discount rs 56867/- . after paying such a heavy repair cost and be without a car is totally taxing the customer. I have lodged a complaint with Swetha from your customer care cell .

                                  After complaining multiple personnel from Nandi toyota called and tried to patch up the unprofessional behavior of Nandi staff . I want Nandi to adequately compensate for the unnecessary delay occurred without informing me and the inconvenience caused due to this type of behavior. It is the responsibility of the original manufacturerl Toyota to make sure their authorized dealer are up to the mark to maintain the quality and professionalism while providing services which the Toyota brand carries. Just multiple calls does not solve the issue as we pay a premium price to service our car when multiple repair shops does the same type of repair with quality assurance and guarantee of work performed when the vehicle is outside the warranty period with a discounted price.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam

                                    The below complaint is related to Vehicle No: HR 81 B 0001 (Toyota Fortuner)

                                    We are from “Virat Hospitals- Rewari” the corporate customer of your highly esteemed prestigious company.

                                    We have purchased a motor vehicle as per above mentioned detail from your dealership “Uttam Toyota-Rewari, Haryana” on dated 02nd October 2020.

                                    Unfortunately, the vehicle met with an accident on dated 02nd December 2020 and by the grace of God, no one got injured. Next day we contacted to our dealer “Uttam Toyota-Rewari, Haryana” for the maintenance of damaged vehicle. We have handed over the vehicle to service advisor Mr. Dheeraj and requested to early repair. He committed that all the material they have in the stock and within 5 days vehicle will be delivered after maintenance.

                                    On 5th day, we contacted to the Service dealer advisor (Uttam Toyota-Rewari) to know the status of vehicle delivery. That time we came to know that vehicle was ready but due to non-receipt of DO approval, they cannot handover the vehicle. We called to Insurance surveyor Mr. Yogesh, Chola MS) to proceed the request on urgent basis then he explained the he has not received any request from the dealer. We again requested telephonically as well as we visited personally to the service center and explained the urgency of Vehicle . As we have explained that this vehicle belongs to the Chairman of Our Organization (Virat Hospitals-Rewari) but the behavior of advisor and staff was very surprising. Advisor as well as Body shop Manager misbehaved with our Staff and denied to handover the vehicle.

                                    Next morning, we again send another senior staff member to know the actual situation or root cause for not delivering the vehicle on time. Then we find out that dealer has requested late for DO approval from the concerned agency.
                                    After knowing the root cause, we again requested to another Senior Management o[censored]ttam Toyota Ms. Seema (Human Resource) to help out in this situation and requested that please provide us the alternate vehicle for this period but they denied all our request. We have also explained the urgency of vehicle that every day we are hiring outsourced taxi from the local vendor which increases our cost as well as the risk to get Covid+ in this pandemic situation because on daily basis different taxi are coming for our Chairman, which may affect the health of our Chairman. But nobody has listened our voice.

                                    We are very much surprise that HOW a “Toyota Dealer” not following the principles/ Ideology of Toyoda“Happiness for All”.

                                    Now by this request, we are expecting favorable response from your side to close this issue on immediate basis, otherwise we have to take the legal help.

                                      today is 08 Dec 2020 and my SUV not registered in RTO due to TAX slip and other VID doc not provided by Bhopal showroom.
