I have done oil service and full inspection for my innova car through toyotta authorized dealer kerala, and the dealer said 16000 to pay, i have paid and drive only 50 k. M 23 days, engine sound and white smoke came, full vibration, while delivery time they said engine ok no problem, balance they have reported to me and i asked upto 5000 k. M drive means any problem will come they said no problem after that need to change all they have inspected,

How they have check the engine and after 50 k. M gone.

    E have not received any response from annamallias toyota for the reference numbers [ref no: tc17103513]ref no: tc1799929 yet. Our car innova crysta is facing the same problem of left pulling and right pulling even after we have spent rs.1, 00, 000/- recently.

    There is no response from the dealer annamaliyas toyota. This clearly proves that the tyre discs has not been changed by the dealer. Our life is at risk as the vehicle is pulling towards the left. You will be responsible for if anything happens to us while driving. We have spent more than 1 lakh on the wheel disc and the dealer claims they have changed the discs but they have not changed the discs and just collected the money from us.
    This is a big fraud by toyota company.
    Please resolve our issue at the earliest and refund our money for the discs.

      audio and video system locked for glanza car

      I had received a call from sharayo totyta bhosari branch showroom, regarding fuel pump inspection as per toyota suggestion and it is compulsory for all glanza car.
      As per schedule i had visited the showroom, and unfortunately fuel pump replacement is generated to my car.
      While doing this work, something happened and my car audio and visual system started asking for the 4 digit security pin, that was i never generated.

        I have given my innova klo1ck9628 at kazhakkuttam trivandrum showroom for periodic service. First aff all the advisors was not behaving properly. I had more than two problems in my vehicle one of the problem is steering colour fading. When i contacted at noon my advisor told me that they cant give warranty to steering problem because the problem was due to usage of vehicle. (I purchased the car for the purpose of driving not for showcase purpose). Vehicle model is 2019 april. I had a similar problem before few months about alloy paint peeloff problem and in that case too i hadnt got any warranty amd they stated silly reasons. The quality of your vehicle is geting very poor day by day. I have reported the same complaint in kochi headoffice. I havent got any reply form them till now. Very irresponsible team.

            I had a accident on 16 july 2020. So i call road assistance he hired me a towing truck to baramati service center. I had given key to towing man but 2 day morning call from baramati service center dealer that i didn't get key so give me key for processing for insurance claim then call towing man it say i given the key to watchman but dealer say i check the cammera he didn't given the key. So i call to call center if road assistance i complaint i told about everything and she said you we'll get a call from senior. I get a call and also say all everything she said i call dealer and call u back but she didn't call me. Please solve this problem as soon as possible because i want to claim my insurance.

              There is a indication showing up from last year and is still on going... Had personally been to there toyota service here nad had phone conversation with out sources too... No positive response is available and now trying to avoid...

                On 3 august 2020.. I visit shogi service center for replacement. When i entered service center my glanza vehicle fuel tank was full and after replacement i found 25% fuel was dimnished. When i ask to technician why is it so then he told me that fuel leakage happened during replacement.
                What is this?? I thought it is professional to take work from toyota service center but i am very disappointed by the way they did work.
                Even technician told me that it is your fault,,, you should not keep full tank while replacement of fuel pump. But before replacement of fuel pump nobody told me to keep half fuel tank. Either fuel tampering done or work done with unprofessional way which leads to not satisfactory experience.

                  I purchased toyota fortuner in April 2019. I had a great experience with the old model so i shifted to new model. Everything was going right . On 17 july 2020 the veichal was serviced at om toyota sikar rajasthan. After that the noise in engine and steering noise started to occur . i made a complaint about it that this is the issue but due to the negligence of service department all this issue occurred. Now the company is charging high amount of money for this for which i am not liable to pay due to the negligence of service department.

                    Hi all,

                    I would like to get into your notice the pathetic service and response received from harsha toyota workshop for the repair of my land cruiser bearing registration number ts10 eu 0003.

                    My land cruiser unfortunately met with an accident on 21st june 2020 and was sent to harsha toyota for repair on very next day i. E 22nd june 2020. The insurance evaluator also confirmed and approved the claim on 23rd.
                    Initially there was a minor damage to the apron of the vehicle which was confirmed by body shop manager mr vijay as well who was least bothered and gave zero response and later on the aparon was also ordered without even intimating us.
                    Secondly, there was no response till 12 days on what is the status of repair until we had to reach out to toyota india…

                      I javeedshareef register owner of above vehicle metth an accident gave the vehicleery next day to harsha toyota on22nd june 2020. The damaging parts of my vehicle is left side hesdlight, bumper, grill bonnet and fender, thus car was in runnig condition with complete ze dip insurance in iti gave the vehicle respective work fr harsha toyota for accident repaie immediatly insurance person came and give the approval for damag parts, at the same time i had visited to the showroom for checking the required parts left side apron minor damage. Workshop supervisor told me no need for change of apron it will be throw. By the next day they said me that apronshouldd be replaced andhey have ordered the apron. Iam writing thuis complaint regarding about apron which supervisor told us not be replaced forcibly they have ordered it. The genaral manager of harsha toyota named naveen also inspected it and came into this matter with me and finally they repair the damage parts ofy vehicle with veryless finishing works/ uiam completely disregard the service wich which thay have gave to me for my car and please take neccesary action on them. I had already fallowing workshop peoples since on first day with tollfree and showroom numbers but they failed to do so, iam really suffocated and condemed thay are not fullfilled my claims/

                        Since the last two years i have been complaining about intermittent non function of ac in my toyota crysta dl1cz 5047 and sending my suv to azadpur service station. They informed me it was leaking and i payed for refilling the gas though it was an inner fault right from the beginning. Today i again found the front ac completely non functioning. I received a call today for a recall for fuel pump change again a company defect. I am an old customer of toyota as i had a toyota altis dl4cne2930 in my name which worked very well. I would appreciate and request you to either change my innova crysta with a new one rather than repairing it as it is still under warranty. If i don't get any reply at the earliest i will take this matter to appropriate authorities and act legally for remediation. Yours sincerely

                            My car has bumper to bumper insurance. My accident had occur before lock down. Then next day i call in ambala service center but no one came there. My car is on the road for 2 days. Then i call my private crane and parked it in my home parking. After huge harassment approx 2 months later they sent a crane but at the end they refused to give me claim on front mirror, side wings, tyres,, fire fox light, car rubbing, even wasted engine oil also but i have bumper to bumper insurance. I request them alot but they do not agreed they told me that we have to give them all money if we want all this. Why should i have to give them money. They demanded 3500 rs for the car service. After all this harassment still they has not give us my car. Approx 4 months has been done. I think you should take any action against this. If this has type of behave is do with some else no one will bought toyota's car. So please help me. I hope you will do something about my complaint.

                              I purchase a new toyota inova cresta car from m/s galaxy toyota chhatterpur on 18.03.2020.

                              1. When i had reached at showroom for receiving the delivery of my vehicle, then i have found to different registration number on my car. When i tell to concern staff then they realized their blender mistake and i had got delivery of my car two days late.
                              2. After receiving the delivery on full payments including registration charges as per their demand. As date more the 3 months has been passed and i could not received my rc.
                              My vehicle number is dl10cn8021 and my address is d - 150, saket, new delhi - 110017 & mr nearest authority is vasant vihar, new delhi.
                              3. I am living in south delhi but for their convenient they has registers my in north delhi authority, now i am following them for rc of my vehicle which still not delivered tome.
                              I have call at galaxy toyota chhattarpur madam nagma, she has connect me to mr satpal who deals in this matter. When i talk mr satpal he very rudely & aggressively told me that he had done his duty, for further i should go to raja garden transport authority. His behavior on phone was very unprofessional. Why company hire such a unhuman person. As i am diabetic patient this is not good for my health in covid-19 pandemic situation. I can not take risk to visit the authority. As i will suffer with health problem during my authority visit, who will be responsible.
                              I had paid all amount and delhi government providing door step delivery of such services.
                              I will request to the company take my matter on priority and follow the authority so that my rc can delivered through speed post or currier on my address.

                                I gave my Innova 2.5 Z 2015 model for service due at 95000kms in normal maintance to Pioneer Toyota Panchkula yesterday i.e 03/07/2020. I am HIGHLY disturbed at the KIND/QULAITY of service that was provided to me. and i was also charged money for works NOT CARRIED OUT. I am taken aback at the after sales services being provided by TOYOTA and their dealers

                                  This is to inform you that we purchased innova crysta 2.8z 26/04/2019 from globe toyota ludhiana, from the day1, we have issue with our vehicle’s security alarms, which beeps automatically without even touching the vehicle, we are suffering a lot from this problem & even our neighbours get disturbed during midnight.

                                  We have send our vehicle plenty of times to the service centre, every time they are failed to resolve this issue,

                                  Now we are fed up from this issue because from the last one year this vehicle is going more to toyota service centre instead of getting used by us,

                                  This is the defective car given to us

                                  Please do the needful as soon as possible
