Dear sir/ madam,
I purchase a new toyota inova cresta car from m/s galaxy toyota chhatterpur on 18.03.2020.

1. When i had reached at showroom for receiving the delivery of my vehicle, then i have found to different registration number on my car. When i tell to concern staff then they realized their blender mistake and i had got delivery of my car two days late.
2. After receiving the delivery on full payments including registration charges as per their demand. As date more the 3 months has been passed and i could not received my rc.
My vehicle number is dl10cn8021 and my address is d - 150, saket, new delhi - 110017 & mr nearest authority is vasant vihar, new delhi.
3. I am living in south delhi but for their convenient they has registers my in north delhi authority, now i am following them for rc of my vehicle which still not delivered tome.
I have call at galaxy toyota chhattarpur madam nagma, she has connect me to mr satpal who deals in this matter. When i talk mr satpal he very rudely & aggressively told me that he had done his duty, for further i should go to raja garden transport authority. His behavior on phone was very unprofessional. Why company hire such a unhuman person. As i am diabetic patient this is not good for my health in covid-19 pandemic situation. I can not take risk to visit the authority. As i will suffer with health problem during my authority visit, who will be responsible.
I had paid all amount and delhi government providing door step delivery of such services.
I will request to the company take my matter on priority and follow the authority so that my rc can delivered through speed post or currier on my address.

    I gave my Innova 2.5 Z 2015 model for service due at 95000kms in normal maintance to Pioneer Toyota Panchkula yesterday i.e 03/07/2020. I am HIGHLY disturbed at the KIND/QULAITY of service that was provided to me. and i was also charged money for works NOT CARRIED OUT. I am taken aback at the after sales services being provided by TOYOTA and their dealers
    I have now decided never again to send my vehicle to a TOYOTA dealership. My mobile no is [protected] i hope TOYOTA responds to this COMPLAIT as soon as possible to RESTORE FAITH AND TRUST IN THE TOYOTA BRAND NAME.

      This is to inform you that we purchased innova crysta 2.8z 26/04/2019 from globe toyota ludhiana, from the day1, we have issue with our vehicle’s security alarms, which beeps automatically without even touching the vehicle, we are suffering a lot from this problem & even our neighbours get disturbed during midnight.

      We have send our vehicle plenty of times to the service centre, every time they are failed to resolve this issue,

      Now we are fed up from this issue because from the last one year this vehicle is going more to toyota service centre instead of getting used by us,

      This is the defective car given to us

      Please do the needful as soon as possible

            Hello,

            I see that all toyota innova crysta's bluetooth to video connectivity has some delay. This is not seen in aftermarket products. I have repeatedly spoken to service advisors and managers on the same but i did not get any response from almost 9 months.
            This is a very basic feature i wonder how did toyota miss this and not the quality which i expected from TOYOTA.
            Issue : Play video through any device via bluetooth and there will be a delay in video to audio basically there is no sync. I have checked with other after market devices and there is no such problem.
            Request anyone of TOYOTA to at least have the cutesy to respond.

              I have an Innova Crysta. I want to renew the insurance of the vehicle. In 2018 the premium was 41246/-, then the price of the car was 1314049/-. According to Sunny Toyota Agra, in 2020 the price of the car is 1120000 then the premium is 41693/- . I am not satisfied with it. Please try to solve my problem.

                    Dear team,

                    I took my innova crysta 2.4z model for 3rd service i year or 10k service to lanson toyota, vellore (Actually speedometer clocked 4350 km only), after service i got reply from service team that my car front left wheel disc bend.
                    For my 1st and 2nd service i mentioned this issue as a major problem (Wheel alignment & balancing done respectively) but after 3-5 days same problem occurring, even i communicate to showroom verbally.
                    First two services, service team cheated and finally open this issue on 3rd service. They not at all ready to listen customer concern.

                    Please verify my history. Vehicle no. Tn23cm7059

                    Customer relation & service manager reply is too poor. Customer relation is big failure in that particular showroom and accusing the customer like bad driving habbits, road condition, etc. I am an nri having 18 years driving of both left/right steering and onroad/offroad experience.

                      I had Purchased innova crysta on 11.3.2020 . Just after driving 250 km, engine and traction control warning lights came up and vehicle jerks and vibrate very much on shifting to drive or reverse gear. Breaking is also done after 2 -3 padelling. Vehicle is now admitted to ldealership(Globe toyota, Ambala City )till now workshop machnics are clueless what a fault is. Vehicle is still with dealership at Ambala.

                        My innova crysta 2017 vx 8 seater has a manufacturing defect that when it crosses 100 km the steering vibrates little bit but when i apply brakes then it vibrates a lot. I had changed my brake pads for 3 times in just 36000 km and roter and disks each for 2 times. But toyota is not admitting that their vehicle has manufacturing defect. I want my vehicle to be replaced as soon as possible

                          Hello, yesterday i went to grand toyota meerut showroom with my innova up12ax 5050.. The service manager ashwini was excellent but no lunch was provided to us... Also it has become a norm in order to avoid the feedback calls to customer they changed their mobile number from data.. Kindly check this problem... This has become quiet a norm in all toyota showrooms even in uttam toyota i had same problems.

                            I've been going to 36 toyota in faridabad for over 3 months because of the sensors they've put it. They don't work properly i go every time and they say that we'll make it fine they do it and then after 2 or 3 days again kt starts to beep stop stop whenever i reverse the car, even if there nobody at the back. They don't change them i have a year of warranty but if they'll not change it then it's not helpful.
                            I bought a new pair of tyres from the 26 toyota service center, they exactly didn't explain me everything properly. 2 day after the front of the right side blew up, i went back to show them and renew them but they say that you don't have any warranty of tyres. If they would have told me that before i would bought from out side and i'd also get warranty. They don't give a good service

                              My driver told me that the wipers switch of the innova crysta automatically working even when it is switch off. And i told him to go the galaxy automobiles pvt. Ltd branch at rajasthani udyog nagar, gt karnal road, delhi. The adviser of this branch is mr. Ravi. They checked it for nearly two hours and after that they told me that they don’t have the parts to change so they told me that we have to go the another branch of galaxy automobiles pvt. Ltd. At motinagar crossing najafgarh road, delhi as they have the parts.
                              So my driver went there and when he shown them this problems they first told that they dont have the parts but when my driver told them that the other branch called them and inquire about the parts before sending him to that branch, the other branch told that they have, so they told us that they have the parts.
                              Now the branch of motinagar told my driver that right now there isn’t any problems so he can’t change it unless the problems shown in front of him. Then my driver insist that the problem is there as he himself has faced that but the adviser of that branch mr. Deepak kumar told him that he can’t change it unless he has proof. And he told us that we can video shoot the problems and he will change it.
                              With that problems my car stands at parking for nearly for 3 days as i haven’t send him for tour (My car is commercial car) as this problem get active any time.
                              Today my driver faced the same problems when he went to airport dropping, and he has recorded it and then send it to the adviser mr. Deepak kumar at once. But now mr. Deepak kumar told him that he will send the video to some departments for verification and told my driver that he will call when it is verified, and also told my driver that he can come on monday.
                              Now here i want to complaint is that i can’t wait for too long as i have stand my car for nearly 4 days here at stand by not sending to tour for this only reason.
                              Hope it will be resolve tomorrow itself.

                                Let me put issue in more detail.
                                I started observing that the issue with engine oil in my toyota etios vxd vehicle on 10th of october 2019. Same day i took vehicle to showroom (Nandi toyota, itpl branch, bangalore). Service guys told to refill the oil (Fully) and then check.
                                After that within 4000kms of run, the oil level reduced to more than half. Then i visited the same showroom again on 06/jan/2020. Then the service advisor told me to run total 10000 km, no need to anything.
                                Now my vehicle had run 7000km, but i have seen "all the engine oil" has been drained out almost.
                                Today (25/feb/2020), i went and informed the issue. The service advisor told there is only 1l oil left.

                                Then the service manger came to discuss with us. And he is not at all ready to listen the problem, and started arguing with us. After 1.5 hr of the discussion, he started telling us, vehicle should not run more than 10000km per year. What a holy statement!!!
                                When we told we have one more etios and we didn't observe the issue, then when he realized that he don't have any option left out, finally he accepted that the issue is with the engine.

                                Vehicle is still under warranty. So we asked for replacement.

                                The manager is not at all ready to take any action and to provide any solution
                                On top of that, he had given statement to us, go and complaint wherever you want.

                                  I have complete service vehicle at satkar motors pvt. Ltd. Pune on dt.14.05.2019 we have paid invoice of rs. 314751.00...You can cheque at your level...

                                  After six months...Then full service at mumbai lakhoji toyota meera road, also... We have paid rs. 25000.00 approx...

                                  My vehicle is stopped again before 8 days...Same engine problem.. Also talked to customer care... But there is no feed back received...

                                  I also want to buy a new car from toyota...
                                  So, any body responsible for reply the reason...Also some body say what to do i have...As my vehicle is on road... I am also sending this complain in customer care head office..

                                    I state that i purchased a car viz., toyota etios gd – bs iv basic model white colour diesel car – lanson toyota under finance scheme for rs.8, 50, 000/-. (On road) from your dealer viz., “lanson toyota dealer at no.55, thindivanam road, (Near tbn petrol bunk) tiruvannamalai showroom under finance scheme for purposes of tourism purpose and tourism permit was obtained. Thus i am your customer.
                                    - the same was registered at arani on 18/12/2018.
                                    - registration no. Tn25 bw 8949.
                                    - the details of the motor cab are :
                                    - engine no.1nd1a84741, and chassis no. Mbjb49bt[protected].
                                    - motor cab permit no. Tn/25/cc/moto/2018/275.
                                    - insured with iffco – tokio general insurance co. Ltd, pondicherry.
                                    - above vehicle is within warranty i. E., 5 years from the date of purchase or 1, 00, 000 kms running.
                                    - presently my above car used to run 91, 000 kms.
                                    I noticed about 3 months ago that when my car was used upto 60, 000 kms, the engine oil was found short i. E., less one litre to the normal remains of engine oil.
                                    I immediately took the car to the above dealer and the dealers have inspected the car and confirmed the above shortage.
                                    I state that the service manager mr. Ramesh in your show room with his men simply refused to solve the problem. When i insisted for remedy above mr. Ramesh challenged me to approach the court and threatened to face the dispute before court asserting his influence.
                                    I state that an unemployed youth and i bonafide purchased the above car to run tourist service and to earn for my livelihood. I have been so long used to live with my dependents and family members only out of the meagre income received towards hire.
                                    I state that the above defect caused mental agony, loss and hardship and pain and sufferings to me as well as my dependents and family members. I am only bread winner of the family.
                                    I state that the defect stated above i. E., “shortage in engine oil” when consulted, i was given to understand that in the absence of leakage of engine oil, the shortage in the engine oil occurred is due to manufacturing defect and will involve heavy expenses, since your dealer refused to look into the matter and solve the problem by taking delivery of the car. Said manufacturing defect amounts to deficiency in service caused by the manufacturer of your car.
                                    I therefore, request you being the manufacturer to take immediate remedial measures.
                                    I hope you will realise the plight of your customer and the scope of the deficiency in service and to do remedy immediately. I may be oblige with a copy of your advise to your local dealer. I will surrender the car with your dealer at tiruvannamalai on hearing from you.

                                      Purchased toyota glanza from srinagar outlet in june 2019 and in aug 2019 two tyres showed huge bulge and also one of the turn indicators started making noise. At this time valley was shut down after abrogation of article 370 and srinagar outlet was closed for more than two months. Due to the closure of dealer showroom, was forced to insert tubes in tyres from road side vendor.in oct 2019 i approached srinagar outlet after it resumed its operations for replacement of tyres. The people in the outlet kept delaying my request and finally in dec 2019 they rejected the claim on the grounds of taking help of road side mechanic. They failed to provide the road side assistance or showroom assistance when i needed it and instead expected me to keep my vehicle in the home when i needed it.
                                      Raised a complaint regarding the issue with customer helpline of tkm under no tcm[protected] in dec itself but till date no one from applo tyres or tkm has responded.
                                      After the incident i simply feel that tkm / appolo tyres are the worst companies with dead customer relations team / after sales service.

                                        Hi all,

                                        This is with regard to my vehicle mahindra kuv 100! Which i have purchased from toyota u trust on september 2018, they have given a faulty vehicle when i went to purchase nly i have told them that right side door has some issue, seems it is rusted finally they have made us to belive it is just a pain bubbles which came out due to some small issue.

                                        They have provided us an one year warranty also but nly on engine part,

                                        Down the line it started giving us trouble! Be end of warranty had serious gear box (Unable to put proper gears, getting stuck as soon engine is hot), when i went to toyota u trust for seeking help, they said it was just minor issue and replaced some gear oil n all n temporarily fixed it.

                                        It was ok only for 2 days, after dat it started giving me trouble again and when i went to mahindra service station we found that it was an clutch issue and which costed me 25k

                                        Soon after that within 20 days faced one more problem which is front tyre rym making very bad noise, again went to mahindra service station and spend 23k for fixing the same.

                                        And now the same old bubbles on right door is opened and we can see it is a rusted area and it's spreading to whole door, and even few other area like back tyre ryms and front door panel are rusting!!!

                                        And they have taken 5.25lakh for this useless car saying it is aweosme car 🙄
