I purchased innova crysta from Nandi toyota Bangalore in Sept 2018. As I have a maruti swift also I use that for my daily use and innova was used for long trips to coimbatore, chennai and hyderabad.The vehicle has run for the maximum of 30 days during the entire period and during covid it was not used at all.
On 16/11/2020 when I returned from coimbatore, the clutch plate got damaged near Hosur toll gate and with the help of insurance company immediately it was towed to Nandi toyota kanakapura.The vehicle was fully serviced before I left for coimbatore by the same service station and they didnot inform any defects and they have certified that the vehicle is a absolutely fine.
There is no possibility of the clutch getting worn out unless there is a manufacturing defect.So I took the issue to TOYOTA on 17/11/2020 by many mails and phone calls and even after 9 days they donot care to reply any take any concrete steps.
The customer service is absolutely poor.The vehicle is lying idle at the service station waiting for the response from TOYOTA.
As the worn out of clutch plate in 30 days is unacceptable and it could be definitely due to their fault and non response of the company is giving us lot of mental tension .
Hence an immediate action should be taken and get the vehicle repaired FREE OF COST.
All details have elaborately informed to TOYOTA CUSTOMER CARE AND NANDI TOYOTA.
SPEEDY RESPONSE IS EXPECTED

    Subject:-Complaint about the gross negligence of your Service Agent/Dealer and sudden clutch failure of my Fortuner Car vide Model No- GUN166R-SXFMHX, VIN NO- MBJGA3G[protected] with its engine No-1GDAZ18825

    Dear Sir,
    This is in regards to the subject cited above; this vehicle is being used single handed with maintenance till now. Yesterday, I observed the reduced pickup and got it inspected at your workshop. One of your service executive told us that its clutch plate is malfunctioning thus needs to be changed immediately. It is a matter of surprise for me that Fortuner is a world’s renowned and reputed car and its clutch plate suddenly stops functioning after only 25000 kms of run. As per record, I have got all the services done at your authorised service station only. During last two years no one told me about the condition of clutch plate then how come this clutch plate starts malfunctioning suddenly. It is clear evident that that your service staffs is not performing their duty properly thus it becomes imperative for you to replace this clutch plate at your level.
    Therefore, you are requested to replace the clutch plate at your level without any further delay failing which I will be forced to take necessary steps against you which includes escalating this matter to higher authority in Toyota and off course approaching the consumer court.
    Kindly expedite ASAP.

      I had made 50k service, of my platinum etios 2016 December model
      KL12 BE 6021. From Amana toyota calicut. On 2020 may 25.
      Now after 3000 km the vehicle showed the *engine oil shortage signal*,
      I immediately contacted the same service personnel who attended my service. He adviced me to just top up the oil and continue and said that it's common for all the new Toyota vehicles past 2017.🤔
      I went for a top up and added 3 litre of engine oil, that means it hardly contained 900 ml of oil in the vehicle... I strongly believe it is related to the improper service of the last service, rather the misqualty of the Toyota company.. Take immediate actions to get me proper advice and service of my car

        Complaint regarding refund of Booking amount

        I had made a booking for Toyota Glanza G on[protected] at Ansari Toyota Parimpora Byepass Srinagar Jammu and Kashmir.
        I waited for the vehicle for two months, but due to unavailability of the mentioned model I had to cancel the booking. I was assured that a refund will be initiated within four days and that I would receive a call confirming the same. It has been more than two months now and I have neither received any refund not any...

        Greetings and wish all are safe !

        We would like to bring followings in to you kind information and would expect your strong support to resolve our issue and help to get desired Vehicles as Promised.

        We have booked Innova Crysta Silver Colour and our delivery is schedule on 7th November. Now the dealer is saying that Toyota company has not released your car and they will not be able to deliver us the Silver Innova Crysta and they are able to provide us the White colour only.

        The details are as below:

         We have booked Innova Crysta Silver GX diesel Automatic 8 Seater on[protected] at Nanavati Toyota - Surat with Exchange of our old Honda Mobilio with Toyota Trust.
         We have Paid 10K booking amount ( Booking form attached) – They promised us to Deliver vehicle after 30th October, We request them to deliver Innova on 7th November 2020 as it’s will be a very special day for us. They agreed.
         Loan was also processed by Toyota Finance
         They asked for Complete Payment by 30th October 20. We paid down payment and advance EMI of Rs. 873626/- as per request from your dealer on 29th October 2020 (Payment Receipt Attached).
         Loan was also approved and bank ready to pay but Toyoto Finance has stopped the disbursement.

        We have paid the down payment, loan advance EMI, gave our old car and we have nothing in our hand. We even don’t know when will we get our new car. We feel like all the Toyota brand like Toyota Trust, Toyota Finance and The Toyota Global has jointly played a game with us.

        Your response and support will be highly appreciated.

          I have been cheated with toyota uttam i have purchaised crysta v model a year ago and its sprangily used with a single hand by myself exclusive as a car lover its been used very gentle, last week i have given my vehicle for car servicing on dealer request for 20000 service however its not completed yet and today after my use to 107 kms from my home my rear left tyre got burst and some have we escaped from a major accident, we are surprised not a single punture being faced till today got suddenly burst after paying 9k aprox service payment then we asked puncture boy to put spare tyre and we found 4 pinctures in new tyre which is not being used a single kilometer ??

          Then we got 03 rd shock when puncture boy shown all the tyres with loose screws nut bolt ??

          Need clear explanation to understand... is toyota or his dealers doing cheating with such high value product ??

          Are they using stock and old expired product on new vehicle ?

          Or they are changing in servicing ?

          Also what motif or quality check they have with loose wheel nuts and bolts ?

          i have all the videos and images covering all the above incident.

          Moreover have wasted money and time to uttan toyora sahibabd and spoken to all there staff but they are telling the stories and showing themself helpless putting all on appolo where rajneesh yadav tyre specialist also saving themself that there is no warrantty on tyre if you buying through toyota ..i[censored] buy from showroom then there is warrantty of tyres ??

          I am surprised that how and why these people are doing this just to run there job this way these guys will be in hell with such fraud and market .

              One of you pick up or drop vehicle number KA 01 AF 9269, was being driven very rashly on the Mysore road.

              This happened today 27th between 2.30 pm to 2.45 pm roughly.

              The driver tried to push my over to the right, as he was overtaking from the left. It was done purposefully as he was honking and wanted to overtake from the left, and I was on my lane, which riled up this driver of your bus.

              Whatever said and done, the vehicle has the Toyota logo on and its a pity that such drivers are on your company's vendor contract list. They should be blacklisted and contract terminated.

              else the drivers need to be given traffic sense refresher course.

              very dangerous driving.

                The said Car is insured completely my the company itself
                The said Car is met with an accident and damaged.
                The company (Malik Toyota Hisar) repaired the car and we have complied with all procedure required by the company.

                But the company is not releasing the Car from a week.
                And telling that they cant say how much time it takes to release the car.

                insurance surveyor is not picking up the call from friday.
                Please take necessary actions as i need my car .
                This harrashment is not tolerable.

                  I Subrata Nath residing at ramchandrapur biswas para, po-narendrapur, kolkata-700103.Last month 30/09/2020 i was purchase a toyota innova criestal G model car from your dealer saini toyota kolkata-700091 sec-v.
                  I was surprised when i see all the bill and invoice.
                  The dealer take sum amount extra but your dealer dont have any clarification for the extra amount, like Road tax-the dealer collect from me Rs.1, 06, 751 but actual tax amount is Rs.1, 02, 625, discount as per proforma invoice Rs, 16, 891 but as per invoice discount amount is Rs.10, 135 also the dealer sales representative collect the amount of Rs.3000 for carrier permit but dealer don't give me any money receipt or any permit copy.
                  As customer i am really very surprised when your Dealer SAINI TOYOTA just ignore me and my complain.
                  I humble request to you Please see the matter very seriously and refund my extra money what your dealer collect from me.

                    The Last week I went for 3500 KMs service and they asked me to change brake pads. I don't understand a car like only with in month without use need to change brake pads within 3500KMs. it is a manufacturing defect. Even I raised this issue in-front of head of department, showroom authority other Amana Toyota staffs & service center but no use. customer care center for explanation there is no reply . I will not pay for brake pad replacement. it’s not our 1st car I hope you consider.

                    My request is Toyota should be replaced with free of cost.

                          I have done service in service center after that my ac not working properly and they have disconnected my lights unessery and they don't let me to see my car what is happening to it ..
                          This is the major drawback in india customer should be allowed to go inside the service center room because in india frauding is a common thing they put parts of different vehicle and sell the brand new parts

                            My vehicle no dl 10 ce 8739 was sent to gandhidham infinium show room on 25th sept. On 26th the oil chamber was damaged for poor service quality and fittings. Since 26th till today the vehicle is lying in service centre for repair. This is unfortunate.

                            Please help and get this done immediately.

                              My car was sent for repair more than two weeks back to your gandhidham show room around two weeks back, i m being fooled on daily basis regarding ststus of my toyota etios car.

                              I bought the car from galaxy in motinagar delhi in 2014. I am really not impressed with the after sales service level.

                                Sir, i was feeling uneasy to drive my car no hr19c0044, so i went to mgf toyota gurugram to get it checked. Expert at mgf toyota get a road drive and recommended to get the front wheel shockers (Both) and rubber part thereon change for which i agreed. But i shocked to see the job order no. Gsj20-22073 in which so many parts and services that i never asked to do, were mentioned.

                                    14/08/2020 my car has got breakdown and the dealer received my car and left it in ravindu toyota service job no. Gsj20-22899 and the dealer was searching the problem from one week and after one week they were telling some stories then they told that we are not having the spare parts of the car and also i have lossed my business and also am paying the emi every month regularly because of this i faced many problems. After 19 days they gave the vehicle on 2/09/2020 at 11:00am i received the vehicle and again i faced the same problem breakdown of car in the middle of main road on 04/09/2020, i really got very upset by this car breakdown incident and it is also dangerous i would have also loosed my life but god is great. So i request u to lodge the consumer court complaint.
