Dear Sir,

This is regarding the service issues with your Radha Krishna Toyota Showroom situated at Sanathnagar. I have given my Toyota Fortuner (TS08GK 2225) for servicing two months before as there was clutch problems on long trips.

But the mechanic at the showroom didn't sort out the issue and just said that this is common in every vehicle. After repeated perusals they didn't sort the issue at that time. And I was forced to take the vehicle away without any repair. Now after two months I have faced the same issue and your staff is repeating the same story. Due to my force your mechanic had gone with my driver to the outer ring road from Sanathnagar. but the vehicle stopped in the middle at Kompally due to the same clutch problem and brought back. This is not the first time this type of issues have been created by your staff at Sanathnagar..

Previously when I had Innova vehicle, the same type of irresponsible behavior was faced by the Sanathnagar Staff and had to shift to your Kondapur Showroom for service related issues.
So request you to take appropriate action against this type of irresponsible behavior of your staff and avoid the inconvenience to the regular customers.

    While driving in 80 km speed it starts beeping at 100km speed two beeps and when it nears 120 km speed it starts continuos beeping,


    And one more thing near city limits and curved roads we cant go above 80 km speed, in 80 km speed or when it comes below 80 km speed very harsh sound beeeeeeeeeep
    Please please please remove atlest 80 km beep sound

      My Car Corolla Altis was given to Lakozy Toyota Malad for damage of front glass in the month of November, submitted the insurance claim form with all documents, they said they will revert after they hear from the Insurance company. After fews days received call that the cost of the glass replacement is Rs.48, 000/- and that the insurance company has rejected the claim (with some confusions between the guy coming for Bajaj Allaince and Toyota). When I visited the showroom I was told that still they can fix my glass @28000/- even though the claim is rejected as anyways post claim the cost would had come to Rs.28000/- post claim, I said its not done and would like to take the car back. I was told to pay Rs.325/- as parking charges since I was not going ahead with the claim, I mean really, its a penalty to me for not getting the car repaired sine the charges where too high. I got the glass replaced with Popular @5, 500/-. I told the concerned person Salim that its not fair to charge me for doing nothing, he took me to MR.Frank who also first tried to convience me for getting the glass replaced and again when I said no he also insisted to pay the parking charges. It was totally unfair from there part to do so. Since last 10 years I am giving my car there and mostly always the delivery post service is never given on time but I havent charged them for any delay, its unfair.

      I asked for a feedback form and on 06/11/2019 submitted them the grievances in writing but no use. There was routine call to ask how was your experience at my last visit to Toyota where I narrated the whole incidence and was assured resolution but till date nothing on that front. Few days after that call Salim called up to check what excatly I want where I said what I had written in the feedback form that I need Rs.325/- refund to whihc we said he will get back by as on date no resolutions of the problem.

      They think that customer wont have time to follow for such a small amount, but here the issue is not about Rs.325/- its about the ethics.

      To resolve the issue at my end I need total refund of Rs.325/- .

      I am also writing mail to Mr.Amar Pawar the Principle Dealer to look into the matter, if the matter still Doesn’t gets resolved will go higher up and perceive the matter till it is resolved.

        I have given my innova car for body parts replacement in insurance but the response from the service advisor e. Srinivasulu is not in proper manner... He said that our car delivery will be on december 15th 2019 but till now i. E.31st december 2019.. There is no proper response from him... His behaviors against customer is very rude & irresponsible... Here the customer receiving is very poor... Kindly take a proper action against him...

          My complaint is regarding the vibration of steering during braking of my toyota innova crysta car. I have made the complaint multiple times but no response. I am totally shocked that such a highly rated company is doing such type of cheap response. Many times service centre like globe toyota karnal has refused to accept the fault. Some times globe toyota kurukshetra did "totka" just random solution to make the customer happy. I don't know what's going on. I think innova crysta series is totally at manufacturer fault and they people are refusing to understand the problem. This is ridiculous. I don't know what to do. Should i go to court.

            Res sir I have purchased Toyota ETIOS having registered. No MH 21BF0200. my vehicle first service was done on F 1000 KM second service done on F10000 KM third service was done F 20000 KM but during F 30000 KM service I have reported the issue of oil level is getting low in engine but service team said that there is no issue in vehicle, I believed on service team and taken dilivery after service. Again on F 40000 KM service I have reported same issue of oil consumption during that time service only 850 ml oil found during draining. That time also service team said that there is no issue in vehicle.
            Again I have send my vehicle to totaya on 9 Dec for same issue of oil consumption and again oil level was 450 ml at draining
            And service team is saying that there is no issue in engine. Sir as I have purchased a a vehicle which is a branded one then it's your brands responsiblity that no issue should arise in vehicle
            As the issue of vehicle is spread in local markets now if I want to sell this vehicle no one will give me the resales value which I am demanding so I request you to kindly replace my vehicle with a brand new one with out any payment expectation from me

              I am using etios liva Vd dual tone diesel manufactured in 2016. From the car is consuming 2 liters of oil per 4000 km running. Its now ran 43000 kms, the dealer has already checked and confirmed it. Still there is no action from the company about it.They says oil consumption is normal BUT this much Their engineers have No idea !
              If so its their duty to replace defective engine. Already there are several cases of high oil consumption in toyota etios and Liva diesels. Its an absolute shame for a company like toyota which boasts of Quality Reliability Durability. We are cheated please do necessary actions . Thank you

                My car is run only 40, 000 kms that also with great care by myself, and done all timely services and oil and other things replaced as per company recommended,
                But to my horror my cvt. Transmission has failed at such low kilometer range, now they are suggesting replacement, as there is a manufacturing defect, which replaced at free of cost.

                  Dear Sir, I have bought new Innove Crysta in June 2019 bearing No: PB09H5542. Today the meter reading is 14780 KM. I had made complaint many a times that its engine oil level automatically goes down. But the service authorities always send back with the lame excuse that this happens to new vehicle. Now the timing belts has started to raise the issue of sound. No one hears at the company as well as dont resolve the complaint. I had already made a complaint to customer care but all in vain

                  All the air, diesel and oil filter gets jam very soon. The company had sold defected car to me but now no body listen to me

                  Pl do the needful at the earliest as huge amount had been paid by me out of my hard earned money.

                      Respected sir,

                      I got the car serviced from pioneer toyota, bathinda on 24th november, 2019. During service, i asked advisor regarding driving side mirror not working. The advisor couldn't answer that the mirror was repaired or not. He neglected that after service too. When i met sm of the showroom, he didn't answer and attend me properly. The advisor told me that tomorrow i will call you regarding spare part order but he didn't provide any information.

                      The part was under warranty but not availed by the workshop people after requesting many times and there was no response from their side.

                      You are requested to provide the spare part of the car on priority basis.

                        We had bought innova crysta 2.8gx model reg no. Hr29aa7777 from 36 toyota faridabad in february 2018. From the beginning we are complaining regarding vibration and braking issues in the vehicle and the service centre has done disk grinding (Front and back) 3-4 times but still problem is there. I have personally visited the service centre 3 times but the problem is not resolved. The car is now even having wheel alignment problems which are not being resolved by the service centre.in short this car has many manufacturing defects and it is out of scope for 36 toyota and hence we need a replacement of the car as we are unable to drive it due to safety issues. We have driven only 33000 km so far

                          To whomsoever if may concern,

                          Please treat this mail as a formal complaint against the customer service provided by nandi toyota kudlu gate branch in regards to the servicing of my toyota corolla altis (Ka 51 mh 1222) which had been damaged by floodwater.
                          The service provided has been abysmal and unreliable. Not only have the servicers been uncooperative with me and my insurance providers, they have also been deliberatively ignoring my requests regarding the servicing of my car.
                          Despite the car having been at the kudlu gate service centre for about a week now, no work has started on the car, as the servicers have been haggling with my insurance providers about the price of the repairs. They did not even try to switch on the car, and rather just immediately dismantled the car and gave me a lengthy list of parts that had apparently been damaged. They claim to have done a “diagnosis” on the car, which i am failing to see how the same could have been conducted without a preliminary test to see if the car could even be switched on.
                          Another issue is that every time we discuss the price of the repairs, the nandi motors servicers increase the price exponentially. Which is making it very difficult for my insurance providers to give me an assurance of the cost coverage. This has inevitably delayed the repair process, thus inconveniencing me further. On top of all of this, the servicing centre has not yet replied to my request for a spare car until my actual car is returned to me.
                          The floods that affected my home and assets have caused a massive upheaval in my life, and this entire servicing process has just added to the same. The service centre is doing nothing to mitigate my circumstances and is instead acting like an aggravating factor in the manner of their conduct. I had purchased a toyota over all its competitors for i trusted them and i strongly believed it to be a reliable company with excellent customer service, but this endeavor has left me questioning this decision.
                          I hope that this can be settled in an amicable manner, with my concerns adequately addressed. Please let me know what information i may provide, and whom to connect to in order to process the matter as soon as possible.

                            I serviced my toyota fortuner in lanson toyota vellore. I drived only 4500km in last 18months. But in this gap i serviced my vehicle in 4times. They are money mind only. I paid all amount what they tell. But all times service is worst. They not wash and clean vehicle properly. They not follow service in order. If the vehicle have four complaints they not clear all problems. They do one work and take another vehicle to do service at last they not clear both vehicles.in front of me one customer fighting with there employee they not done service clearly. Compare this outside garrages better

                                I purchased a innova car from darshan motors, delhi, car no dl 7 cg 5524. I brought the car to chennai. According to the government rules in chennai i have to change the registration in tamil nadu r. T. O. For that i got the noc from delhi r. T. O to chennai r. To.in my name. But the r. T. O asked the invoice of the car. According to the invocie price the r. T. O. Will prepare the tax. The uttam toyoto, delhi dealer is not ready to sent the invoice. The headoffice is also not ready to help me. Regarding this issue i sent more than 25 mails and more than 25 discussion also over for the last 4 months. So please arrange to sent a invoice.
                                This is my last attempt.

                                  I had purchase innova crysta vehicle from grace toyoto, akola on dated[protected] after while our vehicle has accident on dated[protected] we go to grace toyoto for repairing my vehicle damaged bonnet cover and front glass, mostly damage part of bonnet is bend for that they had dating & paint of bonnet cover for this work they stay vehicle around 2 months.
                                  But now my vehicle bonnet cover should not work proper painting or just like related work not done properly the color of bonnet has gone in 2 months.
                                  Also when he work for painting maximum color spread on vehicle window mirror due not work properly the shining of vehicle is down i attached some photo graphs for the same for reference.
                                  Now one more thing my vehicle back side two tier busted when we travel dated[protected] on this journey the car accident survived.
                                  I have also complains in grase toyota on[protected] but not proper response so again complaint

                                    I bought automatic fortuner car from galaxy toyota sec-22 dwarka in month of april 2019, on 19th oct i seen a rat inside the car cabin at backside seat's neck, on same day i registered check-up service in galaxy toyota (Moti nager delhi). Next day i. E 20th oct car was being picked-up by service center in the morning at 10:30 am.

                                    As vehicle arrived at service center moti nager the service center executive called and update me that there is many rats inside the car, when i asked him that how is possible to get entered in the car cabin so he told me that they have cut the outer vent plastic grill and get entered in the car and have cut ac filter too.

                                    The car was being delivered to me next day i. E 21st oct evening at 9:00 pm after changed the ac filter and service charged inr 6902/-

                                    Next day when i opened the door to leave for office it was bad smelling i dropped it there and went office through car pooling.

                                    Service center charged the full check-up amount but did't did any thing, again i registered complaint on same day and again car was being picked-up by service center on 23rd oct in the morning at 10:00 am.

                                    As vehicle arrived at service center, the executive called and update me that you have to leave your car for 3-4 days we will completely inspect and remove the smell, on their wording i dropped the car for 3-4 days there.

                                    On 24th morning i got call from service center that there was died rat inside the car piller and we have get that out and have cleaned the area too with ac vent liquid and we will keep it in open condition with us and will return you next day.

                                    On 25th car was being delivered to me at evening around 5:00 pm without washing and still it was in very bad smelling.

                                    Since last 19th oct i am being harassed by service center moti nagar team.

                                    I have burn 40 lac in this car and i am surprised that how can rats get entered in luxury car cabin, due to twice complete dash-board open and temporary fitting of outer vent iron grill it has get down the costing of my car and post twice service i am still unable to drive this car due to bed smelling.

                                    After spending of 40 lac if i am not able to use this car due to company fault so its not worth to me anywhere.

                                    I am not using this car since last 10 days due to over smelling and have written so many mails to totyota but they are not taking any action on my complaint. Toyota should take back this car issue new one as the smell will not remove from car.

                                      We have regularly service in your showroom. (Viva toyota mysore road nayandahalli bangalore)
                                      As per your showroom advice (Clachplat hard) we change the clachplat full assembly.
                                      Now also we pacing same error. And we complaint visit showroom also but showroom persons not response for this issue.
                                      Kindly salvo this error as soon as possible.

                                        On 21st oct, 19 i had given my vehicle for regular washing & servicing and changing some parts like rear suspension busing, dicky hydraulic stud, front and rear mud guards etc. On 5th day i. E., on 24th i strongly insisted to give delivery of my serviced vehicle and i got my vehicle on 24th. I was shocked by seeing that the vehicle was looking like unwashed, inside dirt in vehicle was as intact, mud liner fitted was not properly locked etc. I was surprised to see such third class servicing of my vehicle. I paid rs.181613/- towards vehicle servicing and parts change but there was no satisfaction at all. Even i am doubtfull whether they have changed the requested parts or not.
                                        Sir, this much third class service event is happened first time with me in grace toyoto nagpur. Before this also i was unsatisfied with service problem of grace toyoto but this time it was extreme. I compelled to think whether i am cheated by grace toyoto. Sir, i think such dealer tarnishing image of toyoto so please take necessary action and do the needful.
