They have done fraud with me from the start
That mam mrs. Sandeep promised to give cover mats which she refused after buying
Which is not a major issue
The major issue is
They committed tds of rs 47225 which they deposited 32000 approx
And when i called sandeep mam nd others they refused nd said have u any proof and
When i said u have quoted me the same she said i need proof
By god grace i was having the document with me i sent the same to her but from then i hd called 50 60 tymes she has nt
Picked up my call nd i hv to go to jalnadar for the same but they denied
And when i called the higher authorities of toyota in delhi then they got pressurised and given me the same
If some1 not having proof and company officials number they will not even recognize u..
Gm sales, mrs sandeep nd her team done the fraud with me, they have molested me for 36 hrs
Mrs sandeep said do whatever u want i will not give ur money back...
Hatss of to u guys u r really a shame...
Ur promises while selling nd after sales service is pathetic

We have Innova Crysta Purchased in Dec 2016 and in 3000 Kms of Drive Front two Shockobs and 3 Tyres have got Worn out . Steel Wires have Come out of the tyres, it is wobling while driving.

Never Expected such poor quality of Innova Crysta from Toyota in India. Next Time Will never buy car of Toyota Specially.

    My father in law sh. Hari ram sharma have recently purchased a new toyota etios petrol version model 'v' from toyota dealership named shree tulja bhawani automobiles pvt ltd., in indore. We booked the car on dated 18/08/2019 by giving advance rs.50000/-. The full and final payment for the above mentioned car has been finalized in rs. 805000/-. But when sh. Hari ram sharma visited the dealership on dated:30/09/2019, the concerned dealership has refused to give the car in already finalized rates i. E. Rs.805000/-. Agency's sales manager named joshi ji whose mobile no. Is [protected] has misbehaved with my father in law and delivered the car after collecting the increased amount of rs. 812400/-. Even at the time of car delivery he refused to give the extended warranty papers which the dealership has assured at the time of car booking. After pressing very hard he gave the extended warranty papers on dated: 08/10/2019, more than a week's passed after car delivery. My father in law is an old aged person and all these awful doings of toyota dealership has hurt him seriously. After this incident he keeps saying that in india old aged persons are not safe even in quality places. He feels so low and degraded after this incident, as toyota dealership has pressurized him to pay increased amount and also misbehaved with him. I request this forum to take appropriate and early action against the toyota company and dealership both, so that in future they don't repeat this fraud tactics with any customer, specially with any old aged person. And if possible please get refund our excess amount, as this will boost up the confidence of my father in law who now thinks that there is no safe place in india for old aged persons.       Again coming to the same complaint no DCM[protected] on incovenience caused due to delay in service due to confusion between tyres replacement in Toyota Protect Premium policy, the problem still continues.
      I had sent my vehicles as percommitment with all relevant documents only to hear that the surveyor was not available on monday and would come only on wednesday (i really do not know which wednesday. Although there was good initiative taken by Mr. Ali from showroom by calling the Totyota insurance RM to solve the matter on saturday, but current situation remains as it is.
      Currently My vehicle is in Sanghi service centre enjoying the Dussehra Festival and I am enjoying my Dusshera festival with my kids Bicycle at Home.
      This is this day wherein we use to have traditional aarti and vehicle is decked with flowers once in a year, but unfortunately this time I had to worship my New Toyota Bicycle at Home thanks to the commitment of service staff and seniors at Sanghi Toyota Service center.
      The most painful part is people in Toyota are not serious about commitment, if the survey was to be done on monday why was it not done. I could have taken the vehicle after the survey and returned back after the survey report is concluded after 2/3 days
      The worst thing is when the work is not done people stop picking up Phone calls which irritates the customer most. May be your team can get through by not attending calls but in our service we convey strong message to project owners if customer calls are
      not attended by concerned project owners in case of customer escalations.
      Your style of working may be different but Customer cannot suffer because of approach adopted by any company.
      as far as dealership service is concerned the Anant Toyota is also of the catergory and they need lot of Basic training from Toyota people.I do not want to write their stories also here because I amnot a story teller and to write this complaint again it takes time, energy and we have to disturb your holiday life with Family.
      Hope Someone Senior In Toyota will take the trouble of going through this and acts accordingly.
      I am not not going to repeat This complaint the 3rd time...

        We have bought an innova crysta touring sport last year. Its been only 5000km and two of its tyre got burst. One was at 1000km and another at 5000km. After the first burst, we had bought a new tyre from the company by paying as cash as they said it was the driver's mistake. Now the same has occurred when it falls on a small pit itself. It seems to be very risk driving this vehicle, so i need something to be done by the company to help us in this regard. The nearby service center people said that the issue may be due to the quality of the tyre. But this thing is found to be a common issue for the innova crysta full option variants. So they are not even admitting the issue. Again shifting the issue to tire company and the driver.

          I am a proud owner of toyota yaaris - mp 09 7846 since july 2018 and have covered 16000 kms till date. I usually ride the vehicle on highway between indore-my residence and dewas (Wherein our plant is located).in 13 months 3 tyres of good year have got damaged and now i have faced with a situation wherein i will have to replace 3 tyres with new one just after one year and covering only 16, 000 kms. As per the engg from good year the tyre issue is due road issues in india during monsoon and not due to manufacturing defect.
          Would like to ask toyota some basic questions.
          1) are the tyres which toyota vehicles comes with duly fitted original or duplicate.
          2) if they are original how come they underperform in indian roads.
          3) are they not designed for india roaads, if they are designed for us roads this should have been spelt very clearly during purchase of vehicel that we will have to keep 15000/20000 per year for tyre replacement. We could have chosen a better option/vehicle.
          4) if the performance of good year tyres are so bad how come one of the most reliable auto company like toyota choose them as partners by fitting their tyres in new vehicle.

          Further the dealers are mostly interested only when purchasing the vehicle, but when it comes to such a situation there is no response after submitting the tyre documents and complaint, we have to call again and again to remind them.

          Hope your comppany will not do the same treatment with others or else people will loose faith in reliability of toyota for which it is know for.

            I sent my car to glob toyota ludhiana by pick up service for replacement o[censored]nder engine plastic sheet.
            After all the work done i had noticed that there is sound like wiseling under the hood when i push the accelerator. Then i had checked my car from another dealer radiant toyota they said the sound is coming from tensioner and its belt. But there is no sound before i sent the car for denting painting then how it is possible that the tensioner was damage immediately after coming out from service center. I doubt there was some changing in car parts inside or outside the service center because the km meter also driven more then the actual distance from my home to service center.

              I brought my top end 2.8 z variant on 29 june 2019 from viva toyota hebbal bangalore. I have driven the vehicle only 3000 km and my left side front tyre has fat bump like over balloon. I am really disappointed from toyota.. The viva dealer also didn’t inform me about the problem. Please give me a solution. As per toyota there is change in mag size from 17 inches to 16 inches due to this complaint. But the dealer still sold me the 17th inches.

                I have given my car at 36 toyota, faridabad for service and repair of shocker, they have charged me 30k for repair of shocker and service of my car but unfortunately the car was not at all clean, they kept my car in their outlet for 3 days and after keeping my cars for 3 days, service was not done in a proper way and also the shocker is giving problem as the car is shaking at the speed of 100km.

                So my complaint is why they have kept my car in their outlet for 3 days
                My car was not at all clean and they are asking to resend the car
                Their is no pick and drop service provided by them after continous reminder

                Moreover today also i had an issue regarding the fuel tank so the crain came and tochen my car and it got repaired in evening but i request them to drop the car at my place they were giving some silly excuses that driver is on off today and all.

                Everytime they do the same thing i am paying so much for services and still not getting proper service, so i request you to please take the necessaty step againsst the same to get better service as we dont have any other option in faridabad

                  I have been subjected to harassment and severe stress by toyota voc team causal approach in dealing with customer. It has been 9 days without any resolution. I cannot drive car with one side of the light not working. This is not only risky for the car owner but also for the opposite side traffic.

                  I complaint toyota on 18 sep that spare head lamp bulb supplied by toyota for my car altis is faulty and incorrect specification. Your service centre has check and found that the bulb doesnt fit hence a new bulb is required.
                  My expectation: toyota to replace the bulb without any extra cost and i will hand over the original head lamp bulb (Kyoto japan make)

                    I purchased a toyota innova dl 3ccr10656 in may 2019. The total km run as of today are 5921.
                    On 23rd sep. 2019 the tire got into a pothole & punctured. when i got the same checked the repair man said there was a cut on the tire.

                    What quality tires are these that have got cuts on them having run such a short range.

                    I have already registered a complaint with you, the complaint no. Being e1936846. My work involves regular travels out of station & this situation is hampering my work.

                      I'm complaining about the branch manager and company illegal work

                      The wasan toyota chembur branch doing illegal works they make approval from higher officer with the help of good quality cars and then they fix the approved parts to the vip not to touristers and acts as they rejected the approval of touristers. It's totally disappointed and illegal. They made me submit my car i asked them to fix my parts but they said the mail has rejected. I want to see my rejected mail. But they are not ready to show me....

                      I am writing to you to raise an issue about: cars ka 05 ag 2880 toyota innova crysta.

                      The issue that i have experienced was: service engineers have not identified the problem with an alternator when reported at an early stage (93, 000kms) - making the alternator to get worsen now and unfortunately the vehicle is still under 3 years warranty however, the kilometers is just crossed above 1 lakh - so it's not covered under warranty now.

                      It occurred on: 18/09/2019

                      This meant that i am told to replace the alternator now costing me 30, 000/- which if the service engineers would have identified at 93, 000 kilometers - then this would have covered under warranty.

                      My question - why was this not identified by nandi toyota kanakapura service engineer whilst reported at 93, 000 kms? Symptom of headlights being dim, was the first one reported by a customer. Bulb was replaced unnecessarily which was a tempo solution and this shows that they have deep dived into the issue to know the actual problem. Customer have clearly informed that there was some noise, and that was considered as a clutch noise. They are manipulating with data to run away of this situation.

                      Please provide a replacement of alternator - as there was a complete fault of an engineer who had identified.

                      Even now - when it was serviced at 1, 10, 000 kms - service engineer mentioned that the noise reported is an usual one. Unable to identify the original problem unless customer asks for the engineer to thoroughly investigate.

                      I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by trading standards, i would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.

                        My vehicle failed to start one morning, so i had given it to verna goa showroom to get it fixed on 1st aug 2019. They told me dogs could have eaten the wires so the wiring has to be changed. I had asked them to change the bumper as well since it was pending since long. The vehicle still did not start in spite of the wiring work so they told me they cannot find the exact cause. Every two days i called them they say they would hand it over to me the following week. Its more than 1.5 months now my vehicle is still with them and they keep giving excuses. Now they are saying some pump has gone. I am highly dissatisfied with the services of toyota. I am not given proper diagnosis as to what is the problem nor are they able to fix the vehicle and give it to me. I personally went to check on it twice they said work is in progress.

                          I am a gadzetted government employee. One of my relatives bought glanza and motivated me to go for glanza as i am going to buy a new car. I visited one of the showrooms and the experience was so disgusting. I got surprised, the employees of toyota were so rude and unprofessional. It looked like they have no interest to entertain the prospective buyers of toyota vehicle. I felt so bad thinking of that what will happen after buying the vehicle. What will happen after sales service. I wanted to buy glanza but i postponed

                            I am unfortunately a continued user of not one but four tayota vehicles. I have owned three innovas and one altis in the past. Two innovas out of these i still own and drive. Over a period of time of owing these vehicles i have had continued bad experiences at galaxy toyota moti nagar pertaining to service. Due to this very reason i stopped sending my cars to this particular service station. Now about four days ago on friday the 31st of august my wife who was unaware of my ban on sending any of the toyota cars to galaxy toyota moti nagar for service sent our gold coloured innova no. 4488 there for service. And as always they lived up to their standards of being unprofessional, dishonest, rude and unhelpful. They held on to our car for four complete days. During these four days they were unable to determine the course of action that needed to be taken. Different people kept calling us foror the same car and repetitive questions were asked to the point of extreme irritation. Today after getting fed up my wife called to check up on the status of the car. After taking to an extremely ride executive she was told that the vehicle was ready to be delivered as the service (According to their standards) was done. The car was dropped at around 5 in the evening. Upon inspection my wife found the cleaning of the car to be extremely poor and the mat on the driver side was filthy. She was told that there were no paper mats available after service anymore. At this point my wife just wanted her car back and paid the person a complete amount of 11400/- all in a matter of 5 minutes of his arrival. About 30 minutes later my wife left the house to run an errand. Literally after taking a single turn which means the next street the car just stopped in the middle of the road and refused to start. Upon this she called the same person at galaxy toyota to inform him about what had happened. She was told that this was not his problem and that he could do nothing. At this point my extremely upset wife called me stranded in the middle of the road and told me what had happened. I called back the same number and was shocked beyond belief at the rudeness and cheek of this guy who told me that galaxy toyota was not responsible at this time and could do nothing to help meplease note that this is only around 6 in the evening. I am so upset by this episode. They completely shed responsibility and abandoned a valued customer in the middle of the road from whom they literally barely an hour back had taken a payment of almost
                            Rs.12000. I am baffled how such a terrible service station like galaxy is allowed to ruin the name of a brand like toyota. They have managed to turn a toyata loyalist like myself. I refuse to purchase another toyata vehicle anymore. It's a shame since we have been in talks about changing one of our old innovas for a newer models and even a fortuner before the end of the year.

                              Dear sir

                              I have purchased innova toyota from galaxy toyota automobiles ring road near moolchand hospital lajpat bag at delhi on 4th june 2019 on a cost of rs. 27.13 lakh on 23rdof august we have noticed that through silencer heavy smokes are coming in engine start condition which seems to be unusual for the new vehicle for a total cover distance of approx 4900km.

                              i took the vehicle in service centers of buddha toyota patna on 23rd of august after inspection from the nozzle, turbo, sensor they could not rectify the defect on 26th they have told us verbally that the toyota engineer have verbally the instructed the service centers to dismantle the whole engine and try to locate the defect. Still the vehicle is parked at buddha toyota service centers sometime they say that defected part of the engine will be repaired and sometime they say that whole engine will be changed and in the meantime the vehicle will be in their custody.

                              now i have to say if the engine gets defected just within 2 month with a total run of 4900 km why i will accept the dismental repaired engine. Kindly arrange either to replace the entire vehicle or complete new shield engine. This will create a sound rapport with customer and toyota motors.

                              Kindly acknowledge the action taken in this regard as early as possible and in the mean time arrangement of one substitute vehicle may kindly be provided to me for personal use.

                                My car reg no. Hr-36x-7690 is got accident on 15 august 2019 near jodhpur (Rajashtan) and send by crane to your dealer rishi toyata pali road jodhpur on same day they promisse to repair the car with in a week but they did not start the work till now they demandig a week today. I am suffering a lot due to vehicle not repaired till now
                                So pls take a strick action againest the dealer and solve the problem

I have been frequently making service my vehicle ap31 bt 0777 at the said show room, from day one itself i was finding so many fraudulent activities by service team, i have warned the showroom head regarding the same, but they are not all ready to resolve he issue. Recently 1month back i have given my vehicle for service. After two days of service my vehicle's engine used to stop during driving and even i had to push the vehicle to start (There was no such problem before service) i have taken up the issue with service engineer, he told us that battery was damaged, he replaced the same and again after two days of replacement of battery, i have been getting a display message stating that "there is problem with engine kindly contact your dealer". When i take up the issue with service team, they are saying that there is some problem which requires an amount of rs.150000/- and above. When i ask them for who has diagnosed my vehicle, they are showing fingers to some other people, they are not sure who has taken up the issue. I am getting these kind of problems since my vehicles last service (I left my vehicle at show room for around 10 days). During my last service they have replaced my vehicle's parts. I am also using hyundai i20 for the last 7years, i never got such problem with vehicle or vehicle dealer. But just within a span of 2years i am getting so many problems with this toyota showroom, not only me many of my friends also complaining same about leela krishna toyota madhurawada ". Kindly take up the issue seriously and do justice for me.

                                    I am having innova crysta ap03cd8445. I have given for 40k service at harsha toyota tirupathi. I have charged a bill 18000/- for oil change and spareparts etc. No problem service done well and excellent. But at the time of delivery service advisor mr. Anand rao was not present and some other person given delivery to me. Very next day i found the diver seat side floor mat was not there and navigation chip in the navigator also. Immediatly after noticing the parts i informed to service advisor regarding this matter. He replied i am in leave today, tommorow i will find out and call you. Two days over no reply from showroom. Again on this day i sent my driver to showroom regarding this matter. Navigation chip was handedover to me and regarding floor mats they are balming us like there was only five floor mats at the time of giving vehilcle. My vehicle is innova crysta 2.8z automatic nearly 28lks and i have paid 18000 for service. I am a timber importer since from 40 years and i am the owner of bhargavi atomobiles (Maruthi showroom) building premises. I am not in aposition to claim a single floor rubbermat of cost 500/-. Please enquiry about this. I dont need your mat sir. But i want to know what happening in the prestigious innova showrooms.

                                      Have a corolla altis 2015 model which i purchased from registered toyota dealer in faridabad going by the name of thirty six toyota. I have a complaint regarding how they befool their customers when their cars are serviced at the workshop of the dealership cum service centre. Of late, i had an issue with engine (Engine check light was flashing), so i visited the thirty six toyota service centre and they asked me to leave the car. I left it and after few hours i was told on phone that its oxygen sensor is not working. I agreed to get it changed from them and they dropped my car back at home by evening. After few days, i noticed engine check light was flashing again, so i immediately called them up and they happened to pick up the car from my home. Now initially, they were saying it's a fault in wiring which they would fix. A day passed and they didn't respond. On the very next day they were like "sir your oxygen sensor is not working", so i told them that they had changed it few days back. That's it, the day passed and they again didn't respond. The whole team was unreachable. I called up the reception of the service centre, she told me wait but in vain. I was asking them to update about the status of my car but no one bothered to call or text me. The next day i was told that my car ecm had a fault in it and needs to be replaced. I asked them to connect me with their service manager who started telling me about the estimate of the ecm and how urgently it must be replaced. Meanwhile, the service advisor checking my car tells me that check engine light, faulty oxygen sensor and faulty ecm are no issues and i can run my car with all faults intact. I told them to clarify the matter but again they disappeared on me leaving me in the lurch. My car is still at the service centre.
                                      Cutting long short, my compliant is that thirty six toyota faridabad service centre steals body parts of a car and befool their customers to get it changed. And by not picking calls they harass their customers to the hilt.
