Hi, iam Sandeep Reddy from Hyderabad. Planned to purchase Innova crysta diesel on starting of this year and booked a vehicle in warangal Kakatiya showroom on july month they assured delivery in 1st week of October so I made everything regarding car finance with banks. Now they keep calling and asking me to cancel my booking. How can it possible ? Im waiting from 3 months for vehicle . Now shall i go for legal complaint on showroom and company. Please resolve my issue.

      This is with reference to my purchase of Innova Crysta Z variant in 2021, ownership less than 18 months, 20k kms clocked.
      My 17 inch alloys are imbalanced in less than 2 years and the tyres have lumps. This makes me question the product and the brand altogether. Is Toyota really reliable? Is Innova Crysta really made like a tank and built to last? After paying 6-7 lacs premium over the G variant, which has more reliable set of Alloys and wheels for Indian roads, Toyota still has the courage to give less reliable treatment to customers buying higher variant. Within 2 years, they want you to shell out Rs. 1-1.5 Lacs further to replace your alloys and wheels. Providing set of wheels, not suitable for Indian roads is a Manufacturing ERROR altogether. I’ve used Maruti and Honda cars extensively for over a decade and never had this alloy imbalance or tyre lumping issue. A company who is getting frequent complaints regarding 17 inch alloys since many years now (can be read in many forums) has no courtesy to admit it, nor provide any solution because the sales speaks. Seems like the high sales makes the company over confident about the product. I appeal to provide me a replacement of alloys and tyres to 16 inches.

        Sir/Madam, I have purchased a car etios liva from the above mentioned dealer. His customer relation is very poor. 3 months back I visited their showroom for change of M.oil and some repairs of my car, but they asked me to visit in next month as the M.oil is not available with them. When I requested to repair my car as it is fully insured they again asked me to visit after 15 days as the parts are not available with them and have ordered for the same. The are always asking me to visit again and again there but nothing has been done till date. Last time I had a discussion with their General Manager who informed that they are having some issue with the State Sales Tax Department and asked me to visit in the first week of September. When I again visited they again said the parts (bumper) are still not available. Sir my car is running overdue of its M.oil change is gives shabby look with cracked bumpers. I have visited the showroom 15 times which cost fuel charge and my man-day charge more(Labor )than Rs.35000/-. It is requested to kindly direct the concerned to resolve my issue and compensate my loss of time and money. The staff posted there other than mechanics uses unparliamentary language and behaves rudely with customers .           I again visited the showroom of dealer M/S Ansari Toyota Srinagar Parimpora J&K, but the staff especially Mr. Javid used unparliamentary language . My vehicle is there from last many days for want of service, but they never turned ear to our requests. Kindly take up the matter with the concerned dealer.

              I booked a Glanza V AMT 2022 Model on 11th June from Galaxy Toyota, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi and on 11th July I decided to cancel the booking because now I didn't want to go for the Glanza so I reached out to my Sales Advisor to do the same. He asked me to write a letter so I did. After 2 weeks or so he told me that the documents were incomplete and there was a form missing so he asked me to provide it and I did. Then after almost 1 and a half months he told me that sir the file has went missing and I'll have to resend the file. At this time I was very frustrated but what could I do right? I told him to speed up the process. Now it's been 2 months and I've still not received any update about my refund. I took the delivery of my Honda City 5G on 19th August and it has also run 1000kms but I'm yet to receive my refund which I asked for in July. Even the Customer Care is pathetic. I told them the whole scenario but I've not received any information from them. In Toyota there is nothing good except the reliability of their Engines. I REPEAT, NOTHING ELSE IS GOOD. I'M NOT GOING TO BUY ANY TOYOTA CAR NOW THAT I'VE SEEN THEIR BEHAVIOUR.

                I, Meppurathu Chacko Varghese, had purchased Toyota Urban Cruiser Premium AT through Nippon Toyota Kazhakootam showroom on August 4, 2022.

                We were given a list of extra accessories to be fitted in the vehicle along with the price quoted by the showroom. Accordingly, we had paid Rs 59, 000 for the accessories needed through credit card. We were not given an invoice of our purchase then. When we checked Toyota iConnect today, an invoice amount of Rs 49, 000 for the accessories had been uploaded.

                This complaint is in regards to the discrepancy in the invoice amount as well as the actual amount paid. A difference is also noted between the price quoted by the showroom as well as that given in the invoice. I would like a clarification regarding the same.

                    Frequent DPF regeneration problem in my Innova Crysta

                    I have purchased Innova Crysta on 31.12.2020

                    Now 20 months old ran 1.18K kms

                    DPF full is an freequent major issue with Innova CRYSTA. I am facing DPF problem with my CRYSTA. TOYOTA service center Bilaspur unable to rectify it every they were reset it with tab and software.

                    Never delivered a car after full payment

                    This is my personal buying experience of toyota innova Crysta. Trust me it so pathetic CUSTOMER service. I booked the car from Hyderabad in Dec 2021, dealer promised to deliver in the first week of March. I processed everything paid 2Lac as down payment, LOAN processed and disbursement has been done(financier misled me and shaked hands with dealer to cheat me) 85% of the payment has been completed by end of the same month.                     I booked a diesel innova from jammu dealership by the name of Rajesh Sharma.Now they are not giving any proper response about my vehicle, however they are saying that diesel production has stopped.
                    If they were aware of this, how did they booked my car. Eventhough i registered complaint 2 times, none of the person has called me from the dealership.

                    At 18 of Aug2022, I posted this complaint, still not getting any response from Toyota customer care dept.what a nonsense industry is this.They can't handle their customer, very poor service.They should shut down their business.

                      The objective of writing the letter is to bring your attention towards the pathetic delivery service I experienced from your team. Let me sum up the backdrop of the incident.

                      I have done the test drive of Latest model Glanza 2022 from showroom ( Nippon Toyota, Nippon Motor Corporation Pvt. Ltd., , 317/9, Kozanchery Road, , Churulikkodu P. O., Pathanamthitta, Kerala, 689645) on April 25, 2022. Midhun & Jobin (Team Lead) were the ones who bought the car to my home for the test drive. They forced me to make the advance payment of Rs 11000/- on the very same day itself to have the booking priority and told a time period of 14 days and maximum of 25 days from the booking date for the delivery. Unfortunately, I was impressed by the way they showcased things and found to be so lenient with my conditions.

                      It was after a period of 1 month, I visited the showroom and enquired on the delivery. TL mr Jobin, and the same guy informed me that the car is getting allocated and it will be delivered soon without much delay. To my astonishment, I never received any proper updates. After I have done my booking while he was literally after me for booking. Going forward, he was not even giving any postive reply for me. Later I contacted the Team Lead, Jobin and requested for the earliest delivery and informed him that the car was booked on the onset of my brother in law’s marriage and delivery needs to be done before the marriage at any cost . Then I went to showroom with my Brother in law and showed them his wedding card to make them aware my requirement is genuine. And i spoke to mr Jobin and had an interaction with the Sales Head Mr Krishna kumar. I requested them to deliver the car before the wedding date (AUGUST 24 th) at any cost. Sale head promissed the delivery before the wedding date.
                      Each time they told like it will be allocated next week and so on it went on without having any outcome. Pissed up with the inordinate delay, I contacted Mr Krishna Kumar, detailed the whole issue. He also assured the earliest delivery. However not received any updates from their end. I used to contact them but always gave false assurances. And finally they told me like the delivery could happen only after 10-12 days from August 28th only. I have no words to describe the deplorable and diplomatic attitude of the showroom team.

                          I would like to introduce myself to you as Mr. Sandeep hailing from Kerala. I planned to purchase one of the Toyota Glanza S manual gaming grey model and booked for the same by paying an amount of Rs. 10, 000 at Nippon Motor Corporation Kollam Kottiyam showroom on May 23rd 2022 (Payment voucher attached for reference). I was quite fine with a waiting period of 60 days which was informed by the customer executive Mr. Angith Raj (Mob# [protected]) of kottiyam branch, Kerala. As a result I was awaiting the next payment notification update after my initial payment of ₹10, 000 and yesterday (i.e. 18th July 2022) the same person informed me to make the arrangements for transferring the balance amount of 8.71 Lakhs approximately.

                          I was about to transfer the fund today morning when I got a shocking call from him saying that the company (Toyota) has withdrawn the booking allocation of my car due to production loss and so many other reasons. I would like to request your good selves in this scenario to understand my situation as being a top brand of the motor vehicle industry I was totally relying on the genuinity of Nippon Toyota Motor corporation and in this short notice I'm unable to find an alternative solution. In light of the above said I would like to humbly request you to consider my booking as valid and kindly issue the booked allocation or else I would like to demand a compensation in addition to the booking amount of Rs. 10, 000 for holding me to wait for the said product and withdrawing the same in the last moment which is not at all an ethical way of approach. Hope you shall consider my humble request on humanitarian basis. Awaiting your favorable reply at the earliest as usual.

                            I purchased Toyota Urban Cruiser (High) on 10/06/2021
                            My complaints are:-
                            1. Within 1 month starting problem started, partially solved and delivered the car to me forcefully.
                            2. Immobilizer signal starting to display within 4 months. Complaint lodge together with the starting problem but not solved till date and for the second time delivered the car to me forcefully with additional problem of the sound of engine.
                            3. Submitted my car for thorough checking a month back. But same problem persists and the third time forcefully trying to deliver my car through forced undertaking.

                            I refused to deliver the car and till now my car is in the authorised service centre (Okusa Toyota Nagaland)

                            Got scammed by one of the authorised dealer of Toyota (Okusa Toyota, Dimapur, Nagaland)

                            Requesting authority to replace the existing car with the branded car of same variant Urban Cruiser (High) at the earliest.

                                Address: A9 Rohan Mithila Lower, Pune

                                This Problem was detected on 20th Nov 2022 when car went for servicing to Pune service center (Address and other details provided above). Total km of car was km 28912/-
                                Even after manufacturing defect was has been detected, I paid for servicing of car (Payment receipt and invoice given below)
                                I have been informed by service center that consumption of oil is high which should not happen, they asked me to monitor it.
                                Same problem repeated at 34910 KM in month of May 2022 which I informed service center. Car was submitted to Pune service center in month of May 2022. I have been informed by service center that they have raised this issue to manufacture. They keep my car for 4-5 days but unfortunately, nothing has been done. They just refill engine oil and returned car to me. They asked me to monitor again about engine oil consumption.
                                I send my car to Pune service center for regular checkup and servicing in month of which is due on every 10000 Km. I asked them to check for Oil consumption and they informed consumption is high

                                I requested them to replace Engine of my car as this issue is occurring again and again but neither service center nor manufacturer is ready for it. I requested them many times over email, phone I raised this issue to Toyota customer case as well through my Toyota application but unfortunately no positive response.

                                Currently car is in Pune service center and they are forcing me to approve for open engine of my car and to check what is problem which I can’t approve until I get assurance that my Engine or car will be replace by manufacturer.

                                I have purchased extended 2-year warrant for my car for which I have paid INR 21324/- extra to company. My car is under warranty till Aug 2025. If manufacturer is not supporting for under warranty car I am afraid if they will never support after Warranty.

                                  [censored]ing color fadding on one door so visit the company workshop for the complaint but they denied to approve warranty
