Reference to the subject servicing work of body and paint of my Vehicle Reg. no. WB06X1786 and VIN no. MBJBA3FS[protected],
we would like to inform you that we had sent the Car on 23 Nov 2022 to your workshop Topsel Toyota, 719 Anandapur, Kasba, Kolkata 700107 and
we had received Invoices Tax Invoice No.INX22-01527 of Rs 34057 (for insurance) and Invoice No.TXX22-15002 of Rs 47534.00, which is revised to Invoice No.TXX22-15139 of Rs 42532.00
1. In the Invoice No.TXX22-15002 of Rs 47534.00, we had found most of the charges in this bill, which were not done.
We had informed the Managing Director of Topsel Toyota immediately,
he had inquired with the body workshop manager and advisor of the workshop and found it was mistakenly added to this Invoice.
So he had revised the Invoice from Rs. 47534 to Rs 42532.
We do not have any monetary concern on this issue but we found your workshop is not trustworthy.
Even after the intervention of the manager, our body and paint work was dirty and scratched.
Again after apologies, we were advised to collect the car on the next day after correcting the work.
2. On the next day, our person had gone to check the Body and Paint work to take the delivery of the Car and found such a poor quality with missing paint and dirt with all the paints.
Toyota customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

We have forwarded the concern with the Dealer and our dealer will get in touch with the customer to resolve the query.
