Dear Toyota Kirloskar Motor

This is to bring to your kind notice that I had booked a Toyota Fortuner on 03-Dec-2021 through your authorised dealership Radha Krishna Toyota, Somajiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana by making an advance payment of 1, 00, 000/- INR. Post that there has been no response from the dealer team towards the delivery status or refund status. This dealership was active when I booked the vehicle. Later on 01-Jun-2022 the dealer has been terminated and ceases to be a dealer.

I had sent several mails to [protected]@toyota-kirloskar.co.in on 03-Jun-2022, 17-Jun-2022, 21-Nov-2022 and now It has been close to an year and still there s no update from Toyota Manufacturer end with respect to the settlement of customer advance booking for the vehicle booked with Radha Krishna Toyota which has been terminated. All supporting documents (advance receipt) for the same were also sent on mail for reference. I had also spoken to Toyota Territory Manager for Hyderabad area, Mr Vivek Patil ([protected]). Even he had first assured over phone immediate action on the same. Then after there is no response from him too. He refuses to pick the call.

I am surprised in spite of several follow-up, no one in your company is reverting with settlement over the same. The saying goes to treat customers as God. But here the experience is like treated as Dog.

I am looking for settlement in a smoother process rather than taking up the matter over court and press.

Looking for a favourable and quick response.

    Reference to the subject servicing work of body and paint of my Vehicle Reg. no. WB06X1786 and VIN no. MBJBA3FS[protected],
    we would like to inform you that we had sent the Car on 23 Nov 2022 to your workshop Topsel Toyota, 719 Anandapur, Kasba, Kolkata 700107 and
    we had received Invoices Tax Invoice No.INX22-01527 of Rs 34057 (for insurance) and Invoice No.TXX22-15002 of Rs 47534.00, which is revised to Invoice No.TXX22-15139 of Rs 42532.00

    1. In the Invoice No.TXX22-15002 of Rs 47534.00, we had found most of the charges in this bill, which were not done.
    We had informed the Managing Director of Topsel Toyota immediately,
    he had inquired with the body workshop manager and advisor of the workshop and found it was mistakenly added to this Invoice.
    So he had revised the Invoice from Rs. 47534 to Rs 42532.
    We do not have any monetary concern on this issue but we found your workshop is not trustworthy.
    Even after the intervention of the manager, our body and paint work was dirty and scratched.
    Again after apologies, we were advised to collect the car on the next day after correcting the work.

    2. On the next day, our person had gone to check the Body and Paint work to take the delivery of the Car and found such a poor quality with missing paint and dirt with all the paints.

      My claim no: CLM00143913/062236 was approved on 17/11/2022 and my car was taken by thiruvalla showroom on 15/11/2022. On enquiry with the showroom they told me that parts are waiting.So I request that a urgent steps may take in this matter

        I bought a new Fortuner on 18/7/22 from Toyota agency of Bhatinda, Punjab. New battery was dead before I could drive it 1000 km. I informed the Toyota agency at Bhatinda but no one cared about it. On 24/11/22 I made a written complaint on the Consumer Complaint website also. But no response. Now I think only option I have is to buy another new battery & file a case in the court against Toyota agency.

          - up to date, dealer can't tell expected delivery date
          - on one hand, I am being offered to cancel my order
          - on the other hand, I am being offered (privately) to buy and get immediately) an identical model at +$ 10, 000).

            Hi Toyota Motor Corporation (India),

            To have your kind attention, “Want to start with thanking note for playing with my life”.

            It's a 4 star rating car urban cruiser top end model and I am so surprised to see this incident with me where alloy was broken while driving in NH24 at around 7:30 Pm at normal speed of 60-70Km /Hr only

            It has been observed that the material of alloy wheel and horn was of such poor quality that it cannot handle speed of 60-70 km/hr in which alloy wheel was broken and horn stopped working when it passed through the POTHOLE. I know how I Have managed to save my life in that condition.

            I am still in shock to see such a poor quality material used by Toyota and have achieved 4star rating in safety by using such quality. It means that companies now a days are manufacturing for their earning purpose only without taking care of customer’s life. It does not matter to them whether customer is satisfied or safe as they only have in mind to get payment of their cars.

            I want a proper action should be taken against Toyota Corporation for using low grade and poor quality materials under manufacturing of cars.

                  I Never seen such a poor service mayapuri thirty six toyota service center they are spoiling the name of Toyota. We have given the car to service center on 18 Sept 2022. They have generated the insurance invoice and settle with insurance team but till now my vehicle didnt deivered Now they are saying that the parts have been ordered and will come on 19th November 2022 and it is also expected they were saying the parts are not available yet. Why didn't you order the parts earlier? Why is it taking so long for the parts to arrive? They had committed work will be done in 3 weeks but it is about to be 2 months and the work did not happen. Look, how irresponsible they are, such unprofessionalism. When I asked him / her the exact time in the written, when the parts would come, then they said that it will come on November 19 or before that you were kept on lying that parts would come in 2-3 days. I am truly frustrated . It is getting hectic for me to compromise my work and following you everyday and visit to see how much work done but everyday they tells lie . Each of their executives do different talks they dont know whats the updates of my vehicle.

                  If my vehicle is not in a good condition then why they share mail and text messages for survey how your vehicle’s body paint work done in your vehicle if my vehicle is not ready they update this in his system wrong updates wrong commitments they say

                  I want strict legal action behind this and change my service center i want my car in OKHLA and deliver on urgent basis GALAXY TOYOTA OR IN MOHAN COOPERATIVE

                    I Never seen such a poor service like 36 TOYOTA MAYAPURI spoiling the name of Toyota. We have given the car to service center on 18 Sept 2022. they have generated the insurance invoice and insurance amount settled but my vehicle they are not delivering .                     I met and accident on 9th July and registered a claim on 27th July, my car is at the garage from 25th July, 2022. But as per the surveyor (Abhinov Dubey) we have to claim for total damages though it was happened in a single accident. After a week time another Surveyor Mr Javed (Outsourcing agency) came for survey, I have given all documents as per requirements on 16th Aug.22 but He is asking us to pay for some money for settlement of claim early, and not co-operating at all including ICICI Lombard Managers. I've zero depreciation insurance with RTI and paid a good amount while buying this vehicle from agency. As per Toyota Dealer, agreement with ICICI Lombard for better service to your customers. Why in the first place the entire process is so much flawed? I can’t contact anybody when your surveyor is stupid money seeking person, after one month time I called customer service multiple times and they are saying they are just the middleman and can’t tell much details on the claim. Also called to Mr Abhinov Dubey ICICI Lombard in several time but I never been received update or progress from his side
                    Now the situation is I don’t have any information on the recent status, when I called than He is saying that payment will get in next week. I don’t know why ICICI strategically made this happen to pass so many days without doing anything and torture customers while in claim. But they are very attentive and reachable while buying the insurance. Its not at all expected from ICICI. I need this to be resolved immediately. I am not expecting from ICICI Lombard and also damaging image of Toyota’s Customers

                        Had bought Innova Crysta in Dec 2021. Overall performance of the car is really good.
                        Recently, found the ac knobs both the units temperature setting and fan speed setting knobs wear out on the Circumferential area.
                        When reported to Service center Lanson Toyota in Pallikarnai Chennai, they claimed that there is no warranty for plastic parts. Also the child part is not available and the entire unit has to be replaced at changeable basis.
                        This is approx 28K.
                        First of all how this can get damaged when there is no force applied on these.
                        Even its damaged, how can there be no child part availability
                        Its completely unexpected from Toyota.

We request our customers to get in touch with us in case of any concerns in relation to services provided by our Dealers, even though Toyota and its Dealers work on principal-to-principal basis, and not on agency relationship. We engage with common customer issues to provide solutions to avoid any inconvenience to our valued customers. We request customers to use those channels developed for faster redressals of their grievances.

                                Hi Team

                                My uncle/relative booked an Innova Crysta VX model with BJS Motors Private Limited (dealer of Toyota cars Hospet 583201 )on 27 July by paying INR 25, 001.00.
                                We received the receipt voucher 4324 from BJS dated 27 July 2022. Attached is a copy for reference.
                                Now, the dealer is denying the delivery of the vehicle.
                                Kindly look into this matter and help us with delivering the vehicle As soon as possible.
