We took an uber ride from bangalore international airport to our home on 18th early in the morning at around 2:30 am. We reached our destination at 3:15 am. Until we reached home, this was the scene:
1) driver by-passed the toll route which would have been faster, despite my request to take the toll route. Yet, i was charged the toll fee.
2) he drove recklessly, way above the speed limit. Touching speeds of 115 km/hr.
3) i requested him to slow down as my wife was feeling uncomfortable, yet he continued with his rash driving.

After we reached home, he refused to complete the trip on his app and was asking us to pay rs 1095. While the estimate shown on my phone was rs 643.46 (Which is the actual amount as per the receipt i received later).

I refused to pay anything until i could verify the amount via my app. He refused to show me his phone and kept demanding rs 1095 and made my wife and me wait for nearly 2 hours (From 3:15 am till around 4:45 am) in the middle of a street near our home. At around 4:45 am we paid him the amount and let him leave as there was no sign of him ending the trip.

20 minutes after he left, the trip ended and we received a receipt which said the amount to be paid is rs 643.46.

I have been using uber frequently for more than 3 years now and this is not the kind of service of experience expected from a well-established company that gives utmost importance and assistance to customers. Very disappointed with this experience.

This makes me question uber, has uber's priorities changed? Are they as good as they were? Doesn't look like they are professional anymore. Neither do they have any customer value or focus.

I raised multiple issues with uber while the driver was making a scene near our home. Yet, i got no response until around 9:30 am in the morning when a support person called and confirmed the events, however, later they refused to acknowledge the issue and indirectly said that they will not take any action against the driver or refund the extra amount (Even the toll) that i was charged by the driver.

I think people need to have visibility on how uber drivers take advantage of the riders (Especially on cash trips) and how uber does nothing to help the riders.

Uber's customer service is degrading day by day.

Attaching the screenshot having the details of the driver and his car, who caused this trouble.in fact, i don't think that the driver was the same person as in uber's profile.

    I took the ride on uber dated 9march 2018*from noida. After my is over i paid the amount to driver expecting receipt will be available on there app. But on uber app trip receip is not available. It's showing error in this trip receip. Fate of mailing uber for this recipet from 20 days. Still not able to provide me my trip receipt.
    I need my trip receipt or refund my money in case they are not able to provide my trip receipt.

    Still no response from Uber. Worst service.. Never going to use it in future better to go for other taxi services.

      I have taken a trip on 30-12-17. Due to few issues, money wasn't debited through paytm and i paid in cash. After 3 months of the trip, money was debited from my paytm wallet.

      When ihave contacted the help centre they stated that they can't help me as the trip was completed 3 months ago. I asked them stating that if the trip is completed 3 months ago, why is money debited yesterday. After that, i tried contacting the uber help team. None of them are responding.

        An uber driver driving tn 11 v 3607 was driving recklessly on the road. He almost hit a bike and also was switching lanes without indication and driving fast. On top of it, he swore at us while overtaking.

        I believe uber takes actions against its drivers. I know i didn’t take this ride but he was having a family in his car. Not sure how far his passengers would complain about him.

        Please take action.

            First of all the driver arrived at 6.50, the uber was booked at 6.29 and showed 12 minutes wait... Second pick up was from belapur itself, the driver waited for 15 minutes for the second passenger to board in... The third pick up was from belapur however both drops were at koparkhairane towards the interiors. The expected arrival for me was showing as 7.40 however i only reached powai at 8.42, absolutely unacceptable... Why did the driver wait for 15 minutes for second pick up and then why were the other drops towards interior. I would like a refund... Delay of 10 to 15 minutes is acceptable... But delay can't be more than an hour... I already raised this complaint with uber... Initially they sent me standard responses apologizing however when i asked for compensation for the delay, they sent me a mail that other team would get back to me

            Post which i resent them my initial complaint, yet no one has bothered to replied till date.

            I understand that uberpool has certain delay associated with it since its a shared cab service. However it definitely doesn't take 2 hours to reach from belapur to powai, the estimated time of arrival shown by uber was 7:40, i reached only by 8.42. Can someone compensate for this delay of an hour. If we do not reach the uberpool cab within 5 to 6 minutes of the arrival, the trip is canceled and we are charged a fee, why cant it be vice-versa.

            Moreover, in this case, the driver came late for pickup, waited for 15 minutes at the location of 2nd pick up and then the drops of co-passenger loaction were in the interiors of koparkhairaine

            Worst part, uber does not take any action inspite of complaining apart from sending standard responses.

            Take action and compensate for delay of an hour.

              Uber charging from us toll fee twice. Drivers are asking us to pay the toll fee. But after the trip again we are charged by uber. And they are adding service fee also for this. For example for 45rs toll fee we need to pay 47rs. And looting 2 rs extra every time. For 135 rs we need to pay 141 rs 6rs this time.

              This is what they are doing. You need to create awareness about toll fee for your drivers or else leave it to customer, he can choose toll route or normal route.

                I took a trip on 22 march 2018. I requested a cab and the app showed that he was close to me. I tried to call him and when i dialled, he did not pick up my call.
                I was waiting for him for atleast 10 mins and suddenly my app said that he has cancelled the trip. He was not even near my house and i was charged a cancellation fee.
                Uber needs to refund me my cancellation charge. They have charged me illegally, the driver needs to pay this charge.

                  I am thankful to you for sending me the receipt of the cancelled trip, however i wish to bring to your
                  Notice the circumstances under which i was forced to cancel the trip on 13 march for a trip from dwarka new delhi to gurugram.
                  I did get the information that car no. Hr74a9511 driven by ilyas was assigned to me but the car did not
                  Fetch up even after waiting for 15 minutes. When i contacted the driver he said he would take 15 more
                  Minutes and he was on his way, but he did not fetch up. When i contacted again, he said he would come
                  Shortly but he did not. After couple of minutes he rang me up to say that his car has developed a defect
                  And he would not be able to come and i should cancel the trip. When i told him that he should cancel
                  And i should get an alternate vehicle he insisted that i should do and i will not be charged penalty
                  For cancelling. I was already getting very late for my trip and was not in a position to waste any more
                  Time in arguing with him. To get another car i had to rush and cancelled the trip as suggested by him.
                  However i realized later that he tricked me in to paying for cancellation.
                  You may like to verify and take necessary action against the driver and also reimburse me for the agony
                  And inconvenience caused to me.

                    I booked uber cab from ccd, delhi cantt to nawada complex at about 10.10 am on 21.3.18. It was showing 4 minutes arrival for vehicle. After several minutes finally when it displayed 1 minute arrival, i got the call from driver that i reached on point but he was not point of booking, he ws standing far way from my point. I told about him that come to booking point than he said i check your booking point than i come immediately after few seconds the message came that your trip is cancelled. During this period, there was no call from the driver. I therefore again booked the uber cab. I was shocked to know that cancellation charges of 42/- is adding in the trip. Uber is wrongly charging this amount from me as the trip was not cancelled by me. After dat i could book uber again for new cab. Uber app was showing pay ur balance amount of rs 42/- to next driver. I was with two kids and 1 female, we were going for recording and due to this unprofessional behavior, i reached late and i paid extra charges to recording studio and face mentally harassment just bcoz of driver cancelled the trip. The company may be asked to remove this wrong debit in my account and share my losses and start dealing with customers in fair manner and not unnecessary levy such charges without going into details.

                      Every time booking uber.. I have been charged with cancellation charges for rs. 42... One on number [protected] and another on [protected]..in both the cases i have not received any call from drivers end regarding cancellation of my cab.. And they cancellation charges were charged to me without any reason.. Also i submit complaint in uber app as well with number [protected] but still no solution.. Kindly reimburse my charges as i do not want to disconnect all my links with uber.. As it is a useful application.. Request u to kindly provide the solution as soon as possible.. Waiting for a positive reply..

                        I have booked a ride in "uber" on 19/3/2018 at around 6:38 pm near to zirakpur, chandigarh. But it was really very shocking to listen the language and the way he is talking with me, when i called him for confirmation. Even i have a call recording also for all this.

                        He is abusing such a abusive language with the cheap words. When i told him to cancel the ride, he denied to that. After some time he cancelled the drive. But the chronicle thing is that"uber"charged me with rs.42/- for this.

                        Do you really think that we (Passengers) did a mistake by booking rides from"uber". Taking risk of our (Female) safety, self respect along with our precious time with such persons and company too. Because its only the authority of the company to hire drivers for their company and see passengers comfortness with their safety.

                        It’s a humble request to company’s owner to see into this subject with a focus.

                          At the time of confirming pickup it shows approx 260 rs and i was going to pay through paytm so uber asked to add money 350. I added and started my trip. Then at sukur ali more. I took the cab in my street approx 100 meter ahead. He dropped me and went away quickly, (Strange thing) didn't confirm if payment is done or not. After few hours i booked another can from park circus to kaikhali, and now it is showing 475 payment pending. Why?? Where is the bug? Why the uber let me add 350rs in paytm if initially had to pay 475? And the worst thing is that 350 cash is added to paytm and still i had to pay cash.
                          Still if i book uber between these locations i get 250 approx.

                            I booked uber pool from vaishali metro ghaziabad to e block shastri nagar at about 7.15 pm on 21.3.18. It was showing 4 minutes arrival for vehicle. After several minutes finally when it displayed 1 minute arrival, i got the message that vehicle has arrived and immediately after few seconds the message came that your trip is cancelled. During this period, there was no call from the driver. I therefore again booked the pool cab. I was shocked to know on reaching the destination that trip cost 141/- in place of 99/-. Later on from the mail, i came to know that cancellation charges of 42/- has been added in the trip. Uber has wrongly charged this amount from me as the trip was not cancelled by me. It was cancelled by uber for the reasons unknown to me. How it is possible that within few seconds of cab arriving, the trip is cancelled on my account without even a call from driver to locate me at such a crowded place. The company may be asked to remove this wrong debit in my account and start dealing with customers in fair manner and not unnecessary levy such charges without going into details.                               I have booked an uber on 21/03/2018 from batra cinema to 2/6 siri fort green park via uber pool and in the app it was showing an amount of 219 rs and on reaching the destination the amount was raised upto 324 rs due to the negligence of the driver because he havent ended the trip and moreover took us from a wrong route other than the gps was showing.
                              So, i want my 100 rs to be refunded asap or ill be filing a legal complaint againt uber kin consumer court

                                A) the driver reported more than 20 minutes after booking,
                                B) ac was not working in the car.
                                I had to travel in extreme hot condition.
                                C) i was thinking to reflect this in my post trip rating but he cheated me.
                                He cunningly asked my mobile under pretext that he wanted to end the trip when my destination was reached. I innocently gave him and put five star rating and drove away.

                                  Im really disappointed by what has happend today.. i booked a cab to Mc.D New Bel Road. It showed 5 mins for the arrival.. when my brother called up to ask where he was then he just told him "tikka muchkol hogu". I mean how dare he.. thats not the way any one is supposed to talk to their customers no matter what it is.. this is the first time im facing such an incident.. i have been asking my frnds to download uber as itis very good with hospitality towards the customers but i was wrong i guess.

                                    The uber is charging hefty amounts on the grounds of the gps route not followed.in one of the cases, uber charged me rs. 147 & rs.132 (Ride on 23.01.18 and 19.01.18) where as it should have only charged rs.89 and in another case on 06.03.18, 9.03.18 & 21.03.18, it charges amounts between 100 to 150 citing the same reasons. You can only chat with the uber and you get standard reply from their chat bots for issue resolution. It seems the initial map at the time of trip booking is going pathetically wrong to calculate the best route and their is no comparison provided for which they are charging high. Legally, they must provide the proof for higher charging.

                                      On 18.03.2018 at about 10 pm i booked an uber for a trip from igi 2nd terminal to block - c, lajpatnagar-1, delhi and fare shown in my smartphone is rs.371/-only. But the driver adopted different road and finally came to my declared location given at the time of booking uber. But he had insisted for payment of fare rs.408/- showing in his device not appeared in my smartphone. It is requested to refund excess amount of rs.37/- excess fare collected from me as the fare for my declared was only rs.371/- at the time o[censored]ber booking.

                                        I had hired an uber cab from chennai royepetta to anna nagar ak block on 22 feb 2018 at around 21: 50 hrs. It was a etios car, the number being 1589. I had dropped my phone inside the cab accidentally and had got off without noticing it. It was only after few minutes that i realized this and tried calling my cell from my friend's cell immediately but it was switched off. This was very unusual as my cell had 75% charge. I cannot reach the driver as the cab was booked from my phone. The next day, at 6.00 my friend received a text stating that my jio number is available. Now its in switch off state.

                                        Its really feel a bad impact on uber, i mentally distrub on this.
