This is to inform you that i (Aniksha roy) was travelling in uber pool with two follow passengers who boarded the car from bidyasagar and i boarded from moore avenue (Tollygunj). After boarding, the driver (Debkant) are drank in time misbehaved and was using abusive language against the aged passenger who was travelling with us.

I have been wrongly charged cancellation fee since last two times. The last time the driver was late so i had to cancel when i complained the money showed up as uber credits but the amount of rs 42 was deducted from my paytm account. This time the other driver cancelled the ride today without a reason. And again i have this message saying that i have to give cancellation fee. I want refund....

Beware of uber eats which is cheating customers

Yesterday 28 feb wednesday around 6 pm i ordered from uber eats 3 items costing 343 rs. After one hour i got a call from the restaurant at egmre called "hatke swad," that one of the item - rajma rice was not available.

I asked them to deliver the remaining.

But suddenly my order was cancelled unilaterally by uber eats and the entire amount of rs 343...

One of the driver from uber services caused an accident near a slum in jb nagar. The child who met with the accident from the local slum and they fall under below poverty line. On an emergency driver himself has admitted the child to hospital (Manipal hospital). It is 2 weeks now doctor have amputed the bigger toe of his left leg. The bill has come upto 6 lacs, we request the uber team to support the family in clearing up the bill.

I have submitted an incident which happened with me just a few days back. I am shocked to see the resolution I got. The resolution clearly indicates that I am a liar. I am not sure if this is the way to handle customer escalation. Would like to know and understand that on what basis can you decide me as a liar. I book a cab on 27-2-18 evening from mayur vihar to inderapuram & received estimate rs.156/- after discount, but at destination driver ask rs.318/-
I show him estimate amount. He take my phone to show amount rs 318/- he press five star & show the amount.

Order cancelled and not delivered but amount debited in my paytn account

Order number 5b71b made on 28 feb 2018 was cancelled at 6.51 pm by ubereats pl refer in my account/ cell number [protected].

However amount of 343.35 debited from my paytm account. Order cancelled by you but still amount deducted from my paytm account.

I received a call from restaurant itself saying they are not having stock...

Really shocked that a senior citizen discount of rs.750 that was 2 have been applicable 2 me since 1 feb has not been initiated so far. Have written 15+ times & keep getting replies from different agents but no action.
