Uber does not check the gender of the passenger while assigning the co-riders in the uber share ride. Uber has all information related to passengers gender and it will be an easy check for them to assign the 4 passenger based on already travelling passengers, it just seems to be uber's dont care attitude towards customers despite all the cab incidents happened so far in india.

This is the 3th time that this happened to me, providing details in the descending order of occurence
1. Date:[protected] kasavanahalli to garuda mall bangalore: uber already had 3 passengers when car came to my location - one female rider on front seat and 2 male riders in the back seat. I had cancelled the ride.
2. Garuda mall to kasavanahalli bangalore:there were two lady passengers in the share ride - one in the front seat and myself in the back seat. Later two male passengers joined the ride. Luckily the other female rider got down 5 mins later and i have moved to front seat.
3. Garuda mall to kasavanahalli bangalore: i was travelling around 6:30 pm and there were already two passengers in the car and i was sitting in the back seat and then two more male passengers were assigned. I got down the cab near jakkasandra as i was not comfortable and that too it was already dark outside.

    Hi,

    Yesterday i booked shared cab at around 1.45pm for droping me to shivalik, new delhi from saket district court, new delhi and amount to be charged was shown rs. 39. Driver named mehboob (Mobile number [protected]) picked me up from saket district court and dropped me at shivalik. I asked him to end the trip and left the place. At 3.09pm i got message that rs. 430.14 has been debited from my paytm account in favour o[censored]ber. I checked my uber app it showed that my trip was ended in gurgaon sector 62. I was shocked to see amount wrongfully debited from my linked paytm app. I called up the driver. Upon realising that i called him for this trip that i never booked or travelled he disconnected my call. I tried his number many times but he didn’t respond my call. Driver's uses number [protected] which is under the name of khurshed umera as per true caller. I also demand a strict action against the said driver for cheating me for wrongful gain.

      I booked an uber from lokpriya gopinath bordoloi international airport till my home location at around 7:30pm on the 10th of march 2018. After reaching near my lane, he refused to go forward and drop me till my home. It was already 8:30pm so i asked him to drop me till my gate. He got down from the car and told me why don't i walk till my home. I said him, if he doesn't drop me till home, i won't be paying a single penny to him. At this, he took out my luggage and threw it in the middle of the road. I calmly told him to pick up my luggage immediately. Around that time, some local people gathered nearby and he started going to every person accusing me of being in the wrong. He threatened me to call the police, so i made a call to the emergency and i received a call immediately from uber asking me to narrate the entire incident. After i shared with them the entire scenario they assured me that some action will be taken against the person. I don't know if any action will be taken against that person or not because they didn't promise me to communicate about it with me. This is not the first time that something of this nature has happened to me neither am i the only person to face such harassment from the local uber drivers. They may have apologized for the incident but the mental trauma that i had to suffer from this incident cannot be wiped out by a simple apology. I strongly recommend a change in their recruitment policy because when we hire an uber or any other cab company we do it with utmost trust on the companies reputation for taking care of their customers well being and safety. But when incidents like such happens it shatters that level of trust. We pay hefty amounts for such services and therefore have the right to expect basic services in return. It is disappointing and appalling when even that right is taken away from you. Therefore, i request you to please look into the matter seriously!

      If you are leasing Cars which are availed by Bank Finance; you must see that the payment must reach to the concerned Bank and not any other Bank. Due to this the loan account goes in overdues and Borrower diversifies funds and in turn you loose customers and vehicles.

        Now a days uber is over charging very frequently and when it comes to refund they are not responding and not refunding.in today's case they say their was deviation due to which i was charged additional but there was no such deviation and it was one straight road the destination. Even then uber charged additional money for reason. This is the 2nd case which is unresolved and they are not bothered to resolve. I am looking forward to get help to resolve

          Driver name kuldeep. Phone number [protected]. I book a ride from safdarjung hospital and the told the driver to wait for 15 minutes then i go back from. Pick up point to carry my relative from hospital who had been gone through operation surgery, it took me around 15 minutes. And the driver cancel cancel my ride, without making me any contact. I was at pick up point with my patient, i want you to take reasonable action against the driver. Please contact me at [protected]

            On my recent trip from biju patnaik airport to sailshree vihar usually costing 370 inr on prepaid taxi, i was charged 493 inr by uber taxi that night when i booked not knowing ubers deceitful policy and overcharging habit. The driver was extremely rude saying this is between u and uber and had asked me the charge when i boarded the taxi since the fare hadnt shown up while confirming the booking - and then charged 493 shouting i would have to pay this up or else he will call pcr van!! Also he charged saying that i am hiding money in my purse... Uber is atrocious in its pricing and is also secretive abt then actual price... Really recommend that no one should take uber and uber should be taken down strictly by the indian govt and policy agencies to regulate their unruly behavior of drivers and oust them off every country and stop theior loot and overpricing

              Booked a cab from orchid hospital and with me a patient was also there. Driver on the first call started asking where do you need to go and i said palam, please come urgently. On the second call he again asked where exactly in palam and i was irritated with his behaviour. I told he will come to know when the ride will start. He was not at all ready and started speaking rudely stating drivers are also human and we will not go where it is not feasible for him. I already waited 10 mins outside in the scorching sun along with a patient and that driver cancelled the ride. Why do drivers irritate customers with their annoying questions. If they do not want to drive, then should stop driving and sit at home. Otherwise uber has to develop a system so that drivers get their desired routes only. It is not the first instance which occured to me. Everytime drivers keep asking such stupid questions and cancel the ride. Waste of time waiting and get late in reaching where i have to go. Todays driver name was vikram.

                Hello,

                I had booked a cab+on 30/01/18 from bhiwandi to bhandup. I was shown charge of 313 approx. But after the trip the charge shot upto 500. I got down before the actual drop point. Now the problem here is the new changed drop point was 1 km before the actual drop point. So i would like to raise this question who charge 185rs extra just because the passenger got down just 1 km away from actual drop point?

                Inspite of repeated attempts to uber customer care all i get is automated replies and they are not bothered to solve the query. Hence i would like to file a complain against uber for overcharging me & causing mental harassment inspite of me repeatedly asking to sort out my query they just kept imposing their decisions that the charges are fair.

                  I had made payment of rs. 738.18 on 27th feb, 2018 from my citibank credit card and the payment is till date showing as outstanding. Your customer care team are as useless as your system, even after raising complaint on the app (Help option) and sending the details of the charge (Screenshot of the charge on the credit card) your team have not been able to rectify the issue.

                  Pathetic customer services from your company.

                    I a practicing advocate at bombay high court. My wife along with my kids hire uber taxi from 7 bungalow, mumbai to crawford market petrol pump. The driver name mr. Anil and vehicle was maruti swift (Mh48 f0453). The driver not only misbehaved with my wife but also tried to intimidated her to extract more money than actual. My aforesaid complaint is without prejudice to my legal right to take up this matter with the law enforcing agencies, maharashtra state transport authority and with consumer forum for appropriate action in the matter, as it is a serious security threat to women who hire uber services in our country.

                      Tomorrow i request a uber from 18 gangori bazar to jaipur railway station. At 10.40 p. M uber number rj14 td 6622. I forget my mobile in that uber. Its is sumsung a5 with having two sim in it numbers are [protected] & [protected]. We i remind that i forget my mobile in that cap i ask someone to give his phone and call to my that number that i left in that uber. When i call at my that number ring goes continuously but driver doesn't pick, when i continuously call again and again there is no response after 15 to 20 min. My that phone been switch off by that driver. So please uber take some action. My alternate number is [protected].

                          I had an outstanding payment of 119.15 to uber which I paid, but after doing so, the payment still shows as pending on UBER, AFTER CONTACTING UBER the customer service says that the 119.15 which I paid to ZAAK EPayment which is their payment portal does not relate to UBER and just closed the issue with the payment still pending.. Seeking help and I have attached all the screenshots of the same

                            Dear sir,

                            I have taken uber on 8/02/18 elamakkara to cochin airport amount charged was 527.30 but i have received invoice of 288.57, why is this difference.

                            On 11/2/18 cochin airport to elamakkara charged 507 and i got invoice for 432.28 only.

                            Please let me know why this happened and i need a invoice for full amount which i paid.

                              Destination feeded while taking cab : 65, ignou main road, saiyad ul ajaib, delhi, 110030

                              I took drop before provided location due to heavy jam on road. For that i was overcharged. I do raised multiple tickets related to issue but ubser did not resolved it. Could you help me in this.

                              I need to do this to stop uber monopoly and harassment if customers

                              Issue is not resolved. As I said I do raised multiple tickets but in every ticket they asked resolved without actually looking into issue and resolving it

                                I would like you tell you i booked a cab from amar colony to lajpat nagar with the driver name suresh . your driver didn't showed up and instead he cancelled the ride and because of his mistake and i.have to pay extra 42 rs ...this is not the way to treat a coustmer by charging extra rs for.the driver mistake..i hope you will look forward to our complain

                                    Hi,

                                    I have been a very long time user o[censored]ber and i wish to raise a complaint for an experience that is extremely disturbing. I tried to book a cab from chandigarh airport to ludhiana which shows a flat fare on the app.

                                    The driver, deepak, with cab number pb-10fv-5311, honda amaze, accepted the ride and called me for the pickup. My parents boarded the cab. Then he called me to ask me to pay toll as well as parking charges. I told him that all that is included in the uber fare, and i have never paid for that ever, since 4 years of being associated with uber. Then he suggested me to cancel the ride and offered to take my parents on the ride for an all-cash trip without the involvement o[censored]ber. He said that uber is going to charge a commission of 250 rupees which he doesn't want to pay. I refused this offer and tried to book another cab. Again, the ride was routed to the same guy. He refused to cancel the ride, and he refused to pick up the phone. My old parents were stuck in the middle of nowhere, and i couldn't book another cab as the same cab kept on accepting the ride. After several cancellations, i couldn't book a cab at all.
                                    There were two cab drivers - deepak and lovekesh. Both of them were extremely rude, and both refused to take my parents if i wouldn't pay the toll and the parking fees.

                                    The bookings were made on 7th march, between 1-2 pm

                                    This is an extremely disgusting experience, and the drivers have formed a mafia harassing the customers like this.

                                    I am extremely upset and a lot of my friends are working as managers in uber. I will surely raise this issue with them.

                                      Outstanding balance due to credit card problem. Please update your billing setting) but i paid only cash to all your cab members and i am a regular customer. Try to solve my problem so that i can ride in your cabs regularly.

                                      But your drivers as putted me in outstanding but my payments are clean. And request to send cab as soon as possible not about 20mins.

                                        I am pmo employees. My daughter was going to take 10th borad exam. I book taxi at 8:26 am on 06/03/2018 from aya nagar, new delhi-110047 to sarswati bal vidya mandir, mehrauli. Mr. Surender, driver, mobile no. [protected], contact me on 8:30 am after 4 minute. I reached the spot at 8:32 am and contact him. His mobile is ringing but he not respond to me. I saw the taxi and want to call but he drive his car and neglect my signal for stopping. I repeatadly contact on mobile but he not respond several times. After ten minute he replied me that your booking is cancelled. He misbehave with me on moble, he is saying that you have not purchased my car, only you book. After that i hire auto and going to destination. Your company has fined me rs. 42.50. Why so please look into this matter urgently.
