Herewith i am complaining about services provided by uber. On 3rd february, i got a hostile answers from ur driver when i was booking a car from chembur to bkc.
In spite of being penalized to pay 47rupees, which i am ready to pay, still i cannot book the uber cab. Please rectify this matter at the earliest, as being a doctor, i am needed to provide services at dylan's patil hospital, nerul tomorrow morning. Hoping for ur quick response and rectification of the problem. Thanks.
