I booked a cab from mukundapur, purbalok area today (22.11.17). The cab wb07j3852 arrived. Driver kanhayia started threatning us to do hurry and kept calling us repeatedly. As we went down, he refused to be of any help to assist us with the luggage and again threatened to leave with the car. We had to cancel as we couldn't entrust him with the responsibilty of two elderly ladies who were supposed to travel to howrah station. He left with one of the bags and we had to call the kolkata police so that he returns the bag as he was refusing to do so. When he came back to return, he again verbally abused us. We want uber to take strict action against this fellow as soon as possible as these kind of people do not ensure a safe travel at all.

    Dear sir/madam,

    I booked uber from gandhinagar to adani shantigram but the driver didn’t pick the phone, in fact hanging up the phone.
    I saw the car crossing my location he didn’t stop. I didn’t cancel the trip for more than 1 hour and was waiting in the location for the taxi for 1 and half hour, but it didn’t happened.in fact trip got cancelled and cancellation charge was taken from me.

    Car number:gj18az4399
    Hyundai eon.

    Hope you take my complain seriously and cancel the driver from service so that he doesn’t harras other rider.

    Attached is the screenshot of the travel detail. The booking was done in 7:40 pm and i was waiting there for the cab till 9:15 pm, which you can see in the screenshots.

    And if you don't refund my money i will go to the consumer forum with the screen shots. And also want the driver to be fired.

      Had booked an uber. The driver called and asked to cancel the trip and refused to come. Uber charged me a cancellation fee. There is no way to waive the fees. Have been wrongfully charged previously as well and no heed is paid to any complaints or emails sent to uber. Plus uber india does not have a customer care number also. So no security for passengers in case of any wrong doings

        On 21/11/2017 booked uber from andheri to nepean sea road driver yogesh [protected]. Suggested a short cut from international airport he said will call back. He did not call and after calling again was very rude and said cancel if you want to. Which i did. Second driver followed route suggested and was at destination in 7 minutes instead of 20 minutes shown earlier.
        Please credit cancellation fee and train your drivers to listen to suggesstions

          Hi my name is manoj. I booked uber pool. Drivers no is [protected]. I xalled him around 10 times but he cut my call. I tried to book another cab but everytime my booking went to the same cab. He didnt pich up my call and i got message from uber that if i cancel again that i will be charged a fine n all my promos will be invalid. This is so nonprofessionalism by the driver and uber. I want immediate action against the driver else i will go to consumer court. The car drivers name is md aaynuddin and the cab no is as01hc4251. The car was hyundai eon.

            I booked cab to noida sector 62 to noida city center metro station. When i booked cab, it was rs 70 but chared rs 153 from my paytm. It is cheating. This company always cheats people. Why it happened? Please do needful.
            It is third time. I heard same issue from my friend. Even they don't have proper customer care to communicate with people to resolve their problem.

              Sir,
              I booked a cab from sikander bag crossing to bhootnath market at around 7-00 pm on[protected]. While booking it was shown rs.49 only.
              There was a traffic jam on the road, we took another route but that was also jam, so we came back to original route and total change route was only 1 km or so.
              To my surprise the bill was shown rs. 245/-.
              If you calculate the waiting time and ekstra km it must not be of more than rs.75/.
              Please see how it has happened?

                The cancellation fees charged without informing about it! The driver has cancelled it when he was on route and we were waiting for cab. The driver has not given any reason for the same! The company charged 42 rs. When we booked the next cab.. And i got no notification for it.. When i got at my place they charge cancellation fees. I asked driver to give reason he denied. He said talk to company.. I have nothing to do with it... S#ssssssssssssssssss#sssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss...

                This complaint is about Uber driver who drives a Maruti swift desire. Number plate of car reads PB 01B1321. Name of driver Sanjeev. I called the driver on pickup point. He asked about the destination. It was late 9:20 pm. He refused to drive me there. And asked to cancel the ride.

                  I travelled from cyber city gurgaon to sector 41 gurgaon on 20/11/17 at 1:20 am, i left my phone in the cab, when i talked to the cab driver, he says he doesn't have my phone, i tracked my phone using track my phone on google, the location that is showing is a parking spot for car and have houses next to it, i know this because i went to the place myself. The cab driver lives in najafgarh rz colony, and the location is of between rz111 and rz 71. When i called my phone, it was ringing, after 3rd call, it got switched off. This was after i called the cab driver. Please find attached the location of my phone before it got switched off. I am sure he has my phone as the last location is of near driver's house. I don't know his house number as he didn't tell me.

                    My dad was travelling from hyderabad to delhi. He booked uber cab from igia to karol bagh.
                    Total amount was rs. 591.97
                    Once they reached the destination, money got deducted from my dad's paytm but driver said to pay rs. 591.97
                    My dad was not able to check his mobile phone as it was out of coverage area so paytm messages didn't came.
                    Unfortunately my dad paid the money in cash and aster sometime he got messages.in paytm it's showing amount deducted.

                    I tried contacted uber through help in application but they said we can't refund.
                    This is not the way how users are guided. Company should see what kind of drivers they are hiring for duty. Is a new user is trying to user online services it doesn't means he has to get cheated by such drivers. When he received the total amount through paytm, he should not ask for money.

                    Enhancement of fare while getting down and misbehaviour of driver to us..

                      On 19th nov, i booked an uber cab and waited for my cab for 10-12 minutes then the driver called me and asked about my drop location and then suddenly he refused to continue the trip and told me to cancel. Which i refused and told him to cancel as he was the one who refused the trip. Then the deiver cleverly reached the pickup point just to show that he has reached the location and waited for 5 minutes so that in case uber cust care checks the details they will find that the driver is correct and it was my fault. And then he cancelled the trip and i was charged rs. 43. It is not about the money but the unprofessional behavior of the driver. And so i want my refund.

                      I had a ride on 17th November from LB Nagar to Airtport in Hyderabad and i had received charges as 365.40, where as the Invoice is shows only 274.90. I need the invoice for the full payment or refund of 90.5.

                        I have uninstalled the uber app and do not wish to use their services. However, every day i receive a variety of marketing, sales, promotional, and other messages from uber via sms text messages to my mobile phone and emails.

                        I have tried multiple times and exhausted all methods to get through to uber, but failed to stop this barrage of spam.

                        None of the following channels work:
                        1. Uber does not have an option in their app to stop texts/emails.
                        2. Uber does not have an option on their website to stop texts/emails.
                        3. Uber's contact form page (T. Uber.com/contact-form) does not have an option to stop texts/emails.
                        4. Uber does not have any customer service numbers where india customers can call and speak with a live human being. Or even leave a message.
                        5. Uber does not have a customer service email address listed where issues can be directed.
                        6. Emails to uber. [protected]@uber.com are rejected with an automated message that this address does not accept incoming emails.
                        7. Emails to the uber support team ([protected]@uber.com) are rejected with an automated message that this address does not accept incoming emails, and that their support team will not see such emails.
                        8. Even emails to their grievance officer ([protected]@uber.com) are rejected with an automated message that this address does not accept incoming emails, and that nobody in uber will see such emails.

                        This is unacceptable.

                        How does a customer get through to uber? There are no uber phone numbers to call in india. The options available on their app and website are painfully limited. So how does a customer get an issue like this resolved?

                        What is the point merely notifying. Is there any action against them for this unhealthy marketing nuisance on everybody's phone?

                        Even now I am getting minimum one message from Uber ### that I booked a ride through and if it is not me I should send some message. Why this message is getting repeated.

                        I[censored]BER is thinking it as a great marketing stunt, please be informed people started to hate uber for their nonsense messages. Stop this nonsense.

                          Today i had a very bad experience with the below driver.
                          He was very arrogant and asked me to cancel the trip in between and had to change my location to nearby location as hsr. My original request was from btm to ecospace.

                          I was alone and helpless and want to inform the cops because he was not ready to drop me when i asked him to stop near any bustop.
                          Not sure his state of mind, but very arrogant and dropped me on the middle of the hsr highway.

                          Could you please take necessary action on the driver. His pic has been attached

                          I dont see any of the listed customer care number's are working/correct, had only option to call the cops, but then managed to get out asap.

                            We have been preferring uber over ola but on 16th (Thursday) of this month, we had a bad experience when we travelled from palam vihar, gurgaon to cremation grounds 'malvia nagar, new delhi. Journey was starting at about 12 hrs. It was by ritz (Maruti suzuki) car with no. Hr62 8082 or 8280 (Not sure) with driver's name"gagan". The charges as per ur msg. Were rs 487 or so. The driver kept on changing the route saying that the map is showing traffic on given route (S). More - over near the destination, he kept on taking rounds /u turns & we have to check from peoples time & again resulting into delay & our missing of main rituals. Then he asked & took rs.630/ instead of notified amount of 487/. Pl. Look into this & compensate us fully for the over charge, delay caused & our missing of the ceremony. Thanks!!-s k khanna

                              I booked uber on 14 nov 2017 at 6 pm from ballygunge circular road to genexx valley (Please note this is a weekly trip on tuesdays) the app showed 10 minutes for the uber cab to arrive so i waited and then called the driver to confirm, he told me i am coming and then i found that he did not turn up instead charged me 47 rupees and cancelled the trip on his own!! I decided to book another driver but the app did not allow as i was being asked to pay that 47 bucks first. I decided to take another cab. On making a complaint after 6 days i got a reply from burhan that they have checked and found that i was charged waiting charges the driver waited 5.50 minutes and so. To which i replied in detail the whole episode and within minutes i get a reply from some kamesh k (Highly unprofessional replies i must admit) saying
                              Nothing about my concern but a generic one "regret the inconvenience and hope your next ride would be a pleasant one" and now another anil t tells me that my concern is not going to be resolved!!! What kind of people are employed at uber i am shocked.

                              Uber is providing Very Poor services in India and no care provided to the customers.

                              Company is fraud, sending false sms of discount on ride and drivers are thief not giving any discount as per promotional sms and trying to theft.

                                I boarded the uberpool at 5:31pm from logix cyber park today it showed me the fare @99 and 2 more passengers boarded it but at the time of drop of the 2nd customer my drop location was changed from rajnagar extension to kavi nagar ghaziabad and the total fare charges were 246 which is quite unjust as if i had to pay ₹ 246 i would have taken a single cab what's the point of boarding in uberpool the driver made me talk to the person in driver support customer care he was too rude and didn't even solved the issue instead disconnected the call stating to the driver that he had to take the entire sum from me.
                                I m seriously disappointed with this behaviour and would request you to kindly look into the matter and solve it asap.

                                We usually take 45 mins to reach from my pick up to the drop but the second rider in the pools destination was totally out of the way and we took 1 he 20 mins to reach our destination. It's was not only out of the way but also very shady. Please compensate for the time we wasted or adjust it in my next ride

                                  The below email i have written on 13th nov to uber call center and grievance officer but there is no reply from uber india. I think they have stopped received any complain call from email or phone. As they are master in business and making money as they tell please login to tools and use faq and that is not for any use and they don't accept any written complain for any of the issue and more over they charge extra by saying trip has been cancelled even though if that is there mistake.

                                  If someone book cab for flight or train and uber driver and uber india does not turn up then you can understand how they care for your trip. They even not introduce any complain feature in mobile apps as they don't want to keep track of any email and can enjoy on public money including all their cab driver.

                                  I want to lodge a written complain to uber cab service at bangalore for airport drop. Please give us complain number and keep record the communication email dated 13th november to uber grievance officer to proper resolution.

                                  The incident took place with me yesterday with driver cab number 2085 – driver name as pradeep at bangalore. I booked my cab for airport drop at 17:00 hrs and also called driver multiple times he has not responded well and told coming coming coming and at 17:25 hrs as sudden received message saying trip has been cancelled by driver and this was big surprise how uber is handling their services for airport drop. When i called driver then he told that book another cab.

                                  Due this negligence of service from uber i have lost my flight for delhi from bangalore which was for flight indigo and total financial lost has been occurred as 32, 000/- fare plus work loss approx. 1, 00000/-, mental harassment from uber driver would be additional to cost approx. 2, 0000/-.

                                  This is not acceptable from any cab service for emergency service drop like airport / railway station etc.. I have all proof of evidence and need action on my complain from uber cab service, moreover uber is giving rating as 4 start for their driver and cab service and charged me additional 52 rupees and cancellation fees. I think this is big trick from uber to make money out from their customer.

                                  I request to look into the case and investigate further. I will wait for the reply from uber on this. If there is no response from uber on this then i have no option rather than move to social media / consumer court for justice.

                                    I have used uber cab service on saturday 11.11.2017 from airport t-3 departure terminal to metro enclave pushp vihar sec-7, saket and i was over charged for this trip. Before starting trip the fare estimate shown to me is rs. 300 but after the trip i was charged for rs. 485. Toll and waiting charges taken from me was an unfair practice as no toll has been taken by the driver as i took the cab from departure terminal of t3 at airport and there would be no toll applicable also driver start the drive late.                                       Please help me to login in my uber account, i just change my phone and when i try to login in uber account bt because of some reason i can't login in my account, i did'nt chnage my number bt still there is some problem to login i also try to do forget password but uber didn't provide me any link to reset password but still i m facing a same problem so plsease help to login in my account.

                                        I had booked an uber on 18 nov 2017 in morning at 9.30 from pratap nagar to gole dakhanna. The payment which i have to pay is 79.37 and after completing the trip i paid rs 80 to the driver.

                                        On 19 nov 2017 when i book another uber cab the message came " you have a rs 79.37 payment due and payment for your last trip could not be completed. But i paid rs 80 cash on that particular date. It says the payment would be charged in your next trip.

                                        Kindly resolve the issue
