Narration:
Today, i booked a cab from [protected] for the same route of hr number plate, after i arrived at early morning at 06:00 and boarded the cab, driver denied the duty that he won't be able to go-to the place due to xyz reason (Uber you might know it).
I was again pissed off, and cancelled (Deduction initiated and paid) the ride as per his suggestion (Else he was okay to park car for 5 min on awaiting rider then cancel it). So to avoid such situations i took photo of the cab thereafter he said "whatever you have to do, do it", i said "jo tmhe sahi laga tmne wo kiya aur ab jo mujhe sahi lag raha hai wo mai kar raha hu"

Need action against the driver.
Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Mohd. Arshad I only don't want refund but the escalation point to reach and raise the concern as this is not the first time every rider faces the situation when crossing the toll, but I want to ensure this to be the last time.
