I took a cab from venkatanarayana road, t nagar to nandanam on october 21, 2019, at 8.50pm. My payment option was cash, so i payed the driver rs 96, as the receipt showed at the end of the trip. But since then, my uber app has been reflecting rs 96 from that trip as outstanding balance and i am unable to cancel it using the options suggested by the app or available on the app. If i try to book a ride, this outstanding amount is only adding up to my new ride's bill. I am therefore unable to book a ride without this faulty charge reflecting on my future rides.
And i called customer care they told me that i have been paid incorrectly & advised me to raise the complaint in app but i am unable to do so
