    Hi All,

    I've ordered a milkshake from a nearby restaurant, With such a horrible UI across their channels. Even after selecting the payment mode as Paytm, It selected as cash and order got placed.

    Due to which I canceled the order in the very next minute. The timeline is as follows.

    Order Creation: 5:37 PM
    Order Cancellation: 5:38 PM

    And as a Cancellation charge, Uber is asking me to pay the entire order amount to compensate the restaurant and delivery partner for their effort.

    I don't know how does this makes sense.

    When I tried reaching their excellent support team that Uber has, with No Call or Chat Support. They say the restaurant has started preparing order and food went waste, so I have to pay.

    Do you people really think that this makes sense? I need an explanation on this and without being informed when canceling the order how can they charge? I want Justice on this ready to move this to Consumer court too.

      This complaint is against an uber driver in telangana. On 17th november 10:40 am i was driving in my ford figo vehicle towards hitech city and while i was near ikea moving slowly in traffic, the driver anji suddenly hit my car from the back causing complete damage to my car rear bumper and a bump to back door causing the lock not functioning properly.

      When we asked for compensation regarding this incident, the driver behaved badly, used foul language and moved from the spot. The total damage cost was around rs.20000. Would uber bear this?

      Being a multi billion dollar corporation and the self proclaimed best cab service, this type of incident is really not expected from the uber. I expect some strict action to be taken against the driver anji. This could have been severe. Please do the needful and make sure such incident do not happen again with anyone.

      Please take strict action against this driver who caused damage to my vehicle and who refused to take responsibility and bear the repair charges caused by him.
      Hi The pick up time I requested was 6.10a.m. but the driver arrived earlier than 6.m He called & I told him that I requested the cab for 6.10a.m. so he is no problem I'll wait & it's good to be early than late. When i got into the can at 6.10 a.m. he didn't even had a courtesy to ask if he can help to put my luggage in. So I asked him after getting into the car if he is started my trip already or charging me any wait charges. He goes no I'm going to start the trip I'm front of you. I have lot of workmoney & I have 4 of my own cars running which I didn't feel the need to know. When I reached my destination there were waiting charges & I told him & he goes to the company because they are the ones who are charging you. He had a ridiculous attitude & I did not pay him any waiting charges. I request you to please look into this because I use Uber services & don't want to get harassed by your driver's like this. I am also attaching attaching the call log with my complaint which you can match with my booking time. I need this to be resolved soon because I'm trying to use my Uber services but it's asking me to pay the balance amount which I didn't pay first before I use Uber services. Thanks.

        Useless customer support, i have account related issue from long time, i am not getting bills in my email id and customer support is confusing me a lot, they are not at all helpful, they promised something and they used to do something. I have requested so many times, i have confirmed all the details to them but still no help and i don't no how they used to say security purpose, if customer is providing all the information to support, it means customer is genuine. Try to resolve customer issue.

          While i was booking the cab the fare being displayed was around rs 270 but later uber charged mein rs 452 in the name of tolls and surcharge. And the thing is there is no toll on this route. And rs 173 (Excess amount i was charged with) can never be the amount of toll or any surcharge on this route. And there customer care is pathetic. Actually there is no customer service, there are only automated replies.

            To day my wife travelled in the cab bearing plate no KA 51 AA 1360 From my home to Chikpet in Bangalore.The fare was Rs 252/-. When they reached the destination Driver demanded cash of RS 252/-, although the payment was made from my Paytm wallet, when my wife argued that payment is already made from my wallet since I have booked the trip from my phone, he said he was not received the money and collected the cash by demand. This is not fair on the part of the driver.
            Please look into it and take necessary action to refund my money.

I sometime i immediately called the driver on my mobile which he picked and said yes it is there and he will come to return it in half an hour but till now he has not come and also swiched off the phone.

              Kindlly contact the driver and get my mobile back. The little detail i remember, his name is laliteshwar and last four digits of taxi is 5850.

                With reference to my previous complaint dated 11/10/2019, i want to inform you that charged fare of rs 143.15 has been changed to rs 49/. But i have paid rs 143.15 (Wrongly reported as rs 144.15) as per the receipt sent to me on 10/10/19. Therefore i request to look into the matter for necessary action and take steps so that i will be able to get back the excess amount of rs 94.15 paid by me.

                  I booked a ride on uber and i got confirmation that my ride is booked. I called the driver and he told that he is coming. I wait there and he was raming some around. Suddenly i got mail and of receipt o[censored]ber drive and notification that my trip is completed and have been charged by 28 rs. Although it's a small amount but i didn't take ride and he completed the trips.. It was an online payment. So where is security of payment..
                  Yesterday I took a drive with my family at Guwahati, Assam and it cost me RS.178 for which I paid in cash to the driver.In the evening when I again took another drive the driver asked me to pay RS.426 and informed me that there was an outstanding due of RS.178.I paid RS.426.Now how will I get my refund of Rs178 which I paid twice.

                    I booked an uber cab from jubilee hills to yapral on 15/10/2019 for my sister's and cab driver was recklessly driving the vehicle and a bike rider hit the vehicle from behind and driver after reaching secunderabad he forcefully asked them to get of the cab stating vehicle is not going in good condition and asked to leave the cab in middle of the road where they can't get any source to travel, is this the way the driver can behave with the females there is who is traveling to new locations contact number:[protected]

Estimated amount which is shown 480 rupees + my last due is 45 rupees (Total 525 rupees). But i'm not sure why i have charged 960 rupees which shows in the driver app. Please check the below issue and please refund my money back as soon as possible.

                        I was booking a cab today 14-oct morning from dadar to powai and the fare was rs. 363 and i got a pop up of availing ride pass that would make the ride lesser than the amount. The ride pass fee was rs. 249, that would give me 15% discount. I immediately bought the pass and within 2 mins uber showed the same ride for much higher price rs. 498 and 15% discount so rs.423 that is much higher than the price before.

                        Uber has started cheating riders on the name of pass, we feel pass would help us take ride at comparatively less cost, but these cheats purposely raise the rates higher and try to show discount which is no less. And we end up paying pass fee and high ride cost.
                        Regular customers like me depend on uber for reliable rides and this is how they cheat the riders and swallow their money.
                        I was charged 117 rupees while I was placing one of my order...I don't know for which reason it was charged..even though the order wasn't placed I want my money back😠

                          Hi, i was wrongfully deducted rs. 42 as cancellation charges by uber. I happened to use the app after a month and saw the deduction but as it was 1 month old, the app didn't allow me to contest it. I have been trying to get it resolved for almost 8 months now and have tried all possible means of reaching out but there is no way to contact the customer care. I tried help from other uber drivers through their customer care but even that didn't help.
                          This is really wrong as i am not paying for something which isnt my fault and there is now way to contest it too.

                            I was ordering from [protected] in pune dated 13th october 2019 and paid 196 rs. From sbi debit card.
                            Payment gateway was zaak epayment services, mumbai.
                            The amount was debited from my account but the order wasn't placed at all.
                            There is no provision to solve such grievance through in app help. There is no customer care no. Also.

                            Kindly, look into the matter.
                            With no help for such queries it becomes difficult for us to contact uber eats.
                            I have placed a order with uber eats today. My account has been debited with Rs 113.86. Pl revert my amount to my account or deliver the order.

                              I had booked a car from n2/43, shreema enclave, irc village to new jeeban vima nagar, maitree vihar, bhubaneswar at 4.47pm on 10/10/19. Driver was manoj kumar panda with chevrolet beat car. Booking time charge was rs 49/ where as final charge was rs 144.15. I request you to enquire the matter and refund the extra fare charged.
                              During return journey also by uber taxii was charged only rs.49.

                              With reference to my complaint dated 11/10/2019, I want to inform you that the bill amount has been changed to Rs 49/ in place of Rs 143.15 (I had wrongly entered Rs 144.15 in my 1st complaint) but I have paid Rs 143.15 as per the receipt.The excess fare paid has not been returned. This is for your information and necessary action.

                                I just booked an uber go today from sadananda road to batanagar. I came as soon as the driver arrived i asked him to back his car so that i can put my lugguge on. He misbehaved with me and refused to do so. And went away refusing me the ride and he complaint against me that i got late so i have been charged with 40rs extra for my next ride. I want a quick action against this driver immediately or i will be filing a case against uber india.

                                  I took cab on 10/09/19, set up payment to paytm wallet.
                                  Driver came almost 1 hour late, later i help him to find out cng gas pump which to around 20 to 30 minutes extra.
                                  When the trip was ended my app was not working and hence the driver shown me the bill of rupees 785 against rupees 467 of which it was shown during booking the cab.
                                  I asked him that it was only 467 so how it could be reach to 785. I rechecked my app but it was not working. After waiting for 5 more minutes i was getting late so unfortunately i have paid 785 rupees to the driver.
                                  After 10 minutes i got message from paytm that 467 rupees has been deducted from my wallet, immediately i used the app and complaint regarding the same soon it was refunded to my paytm account wallet.
                                  But i already paid cash of rupees 785 to the driver against the bill of 467.
                                  My concern is that i would like to get my 318 rupees as soon as possible. Already talked to the customer care executive i vote multiple times to the uber care system but they don't trying to listen to my concern and giving the false explanation without contacting the driver.
                                  As per uber's policy they are telling me that once you have to send paytm you should not pay in cash.
                                  What should i do when the app is not working and i am getting late.
                                  It's very simple expectations of getting my 318 rupees back that's it.

                                    I paid for cab ride... And and when i am trying to get invoice, it's said that the recipt can't be downloaded.
                                    I also raises this on help section in uber and it had been more than 24 hours..
                                    But they it is still not resolved.. So i am looking in for help.
                                    I just need the invoice for the trip i paid or the money that i paid for it...
                                    And i am stuck, they haven't even bother to revert back on my query.

                                      I am from bengaluru i booked uberpool for airport and boarded on same, but as soon as i reached airport my ubergo amount got deducted. When i filed complaint in uber they says we cannot do anything now. Uber cheated always in past aswell iut's neither safe nor trustworthy.
                                      Feeling so bad, no answer from shameless uber boycott forever, deleted app from my cell.

                                        I booked a inter city cab from noida to chandigarh and i was informed on app my drop off time at around 3.38 pm. Condition of premier car was very poor. Tyres were almost flat. Driver stopped at delhi border for cng where he stayed almost 20 to 30 minutes approx. Then driver asked me to pay for road tax for entry into haryana where he stayed for 10 minutes. After crossing panipat he asked me where should we stop for taking tea and giving rest to cab for 20 minutes for which he stayed near karan lake for 20 minutes. After leaving karan lake he again asked me that i want to get cng filled for which he stayed for 15 minutes. On entry in punjab he again asked me to pay for punjab entry tax. After that punjab police stopped him where they took around 10 to 15 minutes. We reached me destination panchkula at 5.20 pm. I was surprised to see the bill which came to 3489/- plus toll tax rs 265 plus delhi tax 105, haryana tax 135, punjab tax 270 thus against initial estimate 0f rs 2633 i was charged rs 4264/- i felt cheated. I had very bad experience. I wrote to uber through there app after which they informed me that difference between 3489 and initial estimate will be credited to me. But i don't know how genuine is it to charge mv fee of three states along with all toll taxes. And overall the sufferings due to unexpected stoppages.
