Sir on 15th sep at 4pm i was trying to book uber ride, i tried many times but uber app was just searching for the ride, then before giving me a confirmed ride, uber asked me to add money on my paytm wallet, so that they can hold rs 350 for the ride i was trying to book. There was a dead cockroach in my food
It was there in the rice portion of the thali which was delivered to me by uber eats and the name of the restaurant where i ordered it from is foodgiene express. I seeked help from uber eats' customer support but they didn't respond. It's been more than an hour of waiting now the still haven't responded....

Booked a ride from airport to chandanagar. Driver dropped me near microsoft saying he is not feeling well and asked me to book another ride. I was charged for whole trip and have to book another ride from the place.
Repeated mails to uber do not provided any help. They are just taking this as security incident and are not willing to refund my unfinished distance fare.

I am pooja ranglani. I live in pimple saudagar pune. I had ordered from rolls mania uber eats. I was waiting for my order at night but my order cancelled and i did not get even a single call from delivery boy. Uber customer care guys are not responding properly. I need sokution for this. I booked cab from uber on[protected] for which i was shown fare of rs. 127.42.
I made cash payment of rs. 127.42 but later i saw that rs. 126 was charged from my uber credits.
I complained about the matter on app for which i received a response as mentioned in screenshot attached. Also i have attached the screenshot of the receipt of ride fare provided on app....

I already paid for the food on uber eats and it never arrived they cancelled my order without any refund. Their delivery boy never contacted me for the delivery of food even when i had provided him with an alternate phone number now they are saying that they tried to reach me but they couldn't so now they cancelled my order and they are not refunding my money....

I have booked an uber ride on 21.5.2019 from city pride kothrud to shivaji nagar with hyundai xcent at 3 pm. After reaching shivaji nagar i paid rs 158 in cash and rushed to catch a shivneri. I would like to register a complain on a cab driver mr. Vinod. Today at 7.42 i had registered a cab from new delhi and had taken follow up regular basis but he had asked to go this & that place to catch the cab. I had made a ride at 8:05 a. M on 2nd sept 2019 from my home (Khirki extn., malviya nagar, new delhi) to hero honda chowk, gurgaon by maruti suzuki alto and paid in cash full amount (Rs. 409) to the driver for the trip.
