Hello this is kaushik pattanayak. I have uber account [protected].
I took a cab service for today morning price was shown 104 taken from after end my trip 296. I raised a complaint through mobile price was adjusted to 282rs. Are we begger? This is one of the worst service i have ever seen in my life. There is no call center no no emails nothing. If some having some urgent issue with drive and other things in uber they doesn't even have any option to call. I think this type of …………… should stop yrr.

Also an addition I have requested 2 to 3 times and more to call me back and listen my request but they didn't even try to call also. If this is the service I would take not have this service in future. If little bit rain is there price was 2x high 1.5x high. Why? Why? Why? Why?

    I took a uber on 23rd september, 2019 driver's name was promad or promod from tipu sultan majid kolkata to sealdah flyover and left my phone in the car without realising. Now after searching a lot i get this particular no. On google [protected] they really asked my card no. And when i refused they asked my i to wow such thieves i never expected uber to be such a big thief. How much i remember is the car's no. Last four no. S are g4868. That is all.
    I will never further take a ride on uber and even strictly tell my friends and family not to ride it.

      Providing bad quality food and also delaying the order than schedule time, no restriction to their delivery body, also charges us if we cancel the order if it is getting late...app is also complicated, if we have to talk to their customer care, it waste our time, they charges me for many time if it is their mistake too, they provide poor quality food on which they provide offer and combos

        I booked a cab online around 3.00 p. M. From vidyananagar to rgi airport hyderabad. I told driver lingaswamy cab no. Ts 07 ue 1052 to take the ride through shamshabad route but he was unnecessarily arguing & insisting to take to the route with which i had a bad experience previously. He himself canceled the trip on his mobile without informing to me.

        After some argument, he agreed to take us thru the desired route at the fare rs. 517.60 shown by your app on my mobile but the same did not shown on my mobile nor i received information after the completion of the ride. He continuously argued until leaving us at the airport. I paid him rs. 520 for which no acknowledgment on my mobile. Please ask the driver/s to behave properly with the customers else we may think to hire a different service provider. Send me the acknolwedgement for payment of rs. 520/-.

        Uber has to look into the matter as the experiences far from satisfactory are observed to be increasing from the services provided by you in India which, I afraid, may ultimately affect your business.

            I want to register a complaint about the journey made on 19th Aug as per the subject line has a discrepancy in the amount charged and receipt received. While booking the amount visible in the Uber App in my smartphone was Rs.227 only while I was charged Rs.284.40 (details attached) and receipt downloaded from my UBER account is of Rs.116.73 only. (downloaded receipt attached)

            Kindly get this rectified the same and I should be charged accordingly by giving a refund of the difference.

              While booking cab on uber app i am getting a message that i have a pending payment of about rs 260/-.

              I do not have any such pending payment. I have paid in cash every time i have hired a cab from uber. Furthermore none of my previous rides have exceeded the amount of rs 200/.

              It seems that the message has been generated erroneously. It needs to be removed.

              Please rectify the mistake.
              Have you cancelled any trip before?
              I have added my debit card as payment method. But app refuses to use it. Everytime it asks for cash payment . Please rectify

                I took uber in 9th sept 2019. I was shown fare rs155 at completion of the trip i was charged rs450. Rs 205 for the trip while it showed 155 prev charges of rs245 for uber eats which i dint recieve the food. I was charged rs50 more than the amount showed when i booked the ride. Uber is not providing me with invoice or receipt for the same it has been disputed for 15 days. They are closing the customer complaint without resolving the issue. I have reached out to uber customer care on the app, facebook and also twitter. No resolution till date

                Dear sir i really fade up with your drivers just because on continuously he is canceled my ride and after that i paid extra money to you. Every time i faced these kind of problems if you are unable to give best service to your customer then you may wind up your business in india.

                  I booked cab 24 september 2019 from chandigarh to my office (Mohali) they show me that my cab is coming within 8 mins after waiting for 8 mins driver cancelled it, uber booked another cab it shows driver is coming within 5 mins again after waiting again driver cancelled the cab, again i booked then again cancelled, after that i booked the cab at higher fair, 3 times driver cancelled my cab i reached my office at 11 am who will refund my deductions??? And i am continuously trying to contact uber but they are not responding really pathetic experience with uber

                    I'm bal kishan pandey registered mobile number [protected] your driver since august 2018, it was a great experience to drive with you more than a year, but now i'm facing unusual problem for 2 weeks. On saturady 14 september i got an intercity trip to chandigarh from my native delhi, after dropping passenger there i found some insue in going online then i called customer care, explained everthing to him. He advised me to wait for 24 to 48 working hours. That's ok. I returned my home without any further booking. On the next day i got to know that my carriage permit had expired so i thought that was the reason of my problem and i renewed my permit and sumitted in your uber application after successfully acceptence of my permit. I was still unable to go online then i called the customer care again. They suggest me the same to wait for 24 -48 hours without any update of my previous complaint or issue. Sir i'm cab driver. You can check my one year record with uber. I drive with uber honestly but still i am facing such issues. I have only uber to drive, my earning stopped i have lots of problem to face. I am writting to you my concern with the hope that you will take it seriously and take any suitable action. I request to resolve my issues as soon as possible.
                    On 17th Sep, RS. 450 got deducted twice from my bank account towards Uber payment.. I've submitted complaint with Uber but there is no revert.

                    I have given complaint to my bank as well but no one is ready to help with the issue.

                      I had booked uber cab at 05:51 am on 20/09/19 from chennai airport to ambedakar dock, chennai port. The professionalism of driver was absolutely unacceptable. First he denied to come to my pick up location instead he made me walk in the rain to get the cab. Then his cab was in pathetic conditions. And finally the driver left me midway and straight away refused to drop till scheduled location. Any such behavior is not at all acceptable and stringent actions has to be taken against them.
                      I am sharing the full details of my journey to get the resolution.

                      Actual Fare is 42 when i'm booking. After i get down the cab it shows 283 in Auto driver app. I have traveled only ~ 2 KM. After an argument i have paid 283 to auto driver then bill generated for 42 RS. Where is My cash ? It's very fraud with UBER cabs. you Should refund the extra cash to my paytm account what u have theft via your worst APP.

                        Always shows a different amount while booking and charge double the amount at the end of trip. This is happening from almost 6 mo ths. Many times i have reported uber about this. Someti. Es they have refunded and sometimes denied. Being worldwide cab service company can't they correct their system to avoid such errors. Does it really require so many months to fix such kind of issue. Or they are aware and wantedly doing this to gain profit by fooling people.

                        It really needs action to be taken against uber india to correct this cheating system

                          I was driving from my office to home and was about 500 meters away from aet junction. The driver started forcing me go other side of lane on a single lane road. When i asked him to have a little patience as he may dash my car he started yelling and giving bad words. Car number : ka 01 ac 1944 time of event 9:45 pm 18th sep 2019. These type of driver should be strictly punished.

                            I had to pay extra for the Trip. During the trip, driver asked me to pay for the toll charges. When i told him that toll charges will be included in the trip, he told that it wont be included and i have to pay. After the trip i came to know that Toll charges were added to the bill including taxes. I raised this concern to the Uber customer care but they told they cannot do anything in this case as the payment was given outside . This is totally unfair and not acceptable. Hoping to get a solution for this. Please find the details below

                              Worst experience ever had with uber eats... I have ordered buttermilk and the same was accepted by the hotel.. I got a call from uber delivery agent stating just for a buttermilk u want me to deliver.. It's just full of water with abusing tone and later he canceled my order.. N 50rs was detected from my account for which the delivery agent canceled my order.. There is no uber eats customer service to complain abt this... Worst customer service pl friends be careful and go with swiggy or zomato..# can't even find the uber eats order i'd for cancellation... It's all forgery.. & just a scam with bunch of offers...

                              I had made a ride on 7:15 AM on September 6, 2019, from my hostel to Shivranjani cross road by Bajaj RE Compact and the driver insisted on paying on cash, so I paid him in cash. But after then, it still show outstanding payment of Rs. 26.94 in my app. That trip payment still stands outstanding and this needs correction.

                                I live in hyderabad and commute to office daily with uber cab. Every day atleast 4-5 drivers accept the trip, calls and ask for drop location and refuse to come for trip. When asked to cancel the trip, they refuses and use foul language.
                                Drivers lie about there locations, about traffic conditions and don't move in the right direction. And when asked to come to pickup after waiting for like 15mins, they refuses the trip and asks to cancel.
                                This daily drama has increased my life's tension 10 folds.

                                Don't hire senseless people. Please filter your drivers and ensure some basic manners.

I have decided to drive my brother auto with uber on feb 2019. I driven auto for one month and decided to buy new car. I owned new car and attached with uber. I was driving with uber for 8 months. I got good rating and good customer feedback. I got some belongs of customer belongs in my car I have handover to uber office because im working in hospitality company I now how to take care of customers. I was promt to my job. one day my uber account is blocked. I went to uber office to ask than told that in your profile both auto and car was active so we blocked it. until they till im not aware that my brother is driving auto in my profile any how my brother is not alive now and even for uber they did not conduct any training class for me. if they taken training class for me that time. I was blocking my auto account while attaching my car. I have to pay my car loan it is huge burden to me. plz someone help me to drive with uber. my number is [protected].

                                  I had booked cab for a person towards Dwarka New Delhi which I got easily. Then I had to book for myself for another destination. I colud not book as the app was showing same previous location. After exiting the app. Fresh screen should appear. Moreover we cannot directly contact the cab driver over phone.
                                  I tried to place a order worth of 220 but it charged 70 rupees and cancelled the order but money deducted from my account

                                    Sir on 15th sep at 4pm i was trying to book uber ride, i tried many times but uber app was just searching for the ride, then before giving me a confirmed ride, uber asked me to add money on my paytm wallet, so that they can hold rs 350 for the ride i was trying to book. I gave the rs 350 for the ride i was trying to book, but still uber could not find the ride for me, i tried for almost an hour but failed to find the ride. Then after an hour when i was trying again to find another ride uber asked to to pay rs 350 again as a holding amount. Without releasing my previous holding amount for the ride which the did not provide me, uber was asking me to give them another another amout to search for another ride. Sir have you started charging for searching a ride also? Which law has allowed you to hold consuners amount with giving them a ride. This is harrasment you have harassed me yesterday for eight hours i was trying to search for the ride, you were holding my money and not allowing me to search for another ride with out holding another amount for another ride. I just want the official clauses under which you are holding consumers money whiout giving or even confirming the ridebooking. You can hold after starting the ride or fter confirming the ride. But without confirming the ride booking how can you hold my money and deny me to book another ride, and asking another amount to hold. I want under which govt law you are doing this illegal practice and harrasing the consumers. I want official reply which govt clauses so that i can go against your this policy to consumer court

                                    Respected sir/mam. I am a delivery executive o[censored]ber eats bhopal. The partner seva Kendra o[censored]ber bhopal was closed since one month. Due to which all the delivery executives are facing a lot of troubles. Please take a legal action against this. Thankyou.

                                      There was a dead cockroach in my food
                                      It was there in the rice portion of the thali which was delivered to me by uber eats and the name of the restaurant where i ordered it from is foodgiene express. I seeked help from uber eats' customer support but they didn't respond. It's been more than an hour of waiting now the still haven't responded.

                                        Booked a ride from airport to chandanagar. Driver dropped me near microsoft saying he is not feeling well and asked me to book another ride. I was charged for whole trip and have to book another ride from the place.
                                        Repeated mails to uber do not provided any help. They are just taking this as security incident and are not willing to refund my unfinished distance fare.
                                        Please respond to this.

                                        Second trip cost (When first driver refused to drive and dropped me mid way) - 343.23
