Recently i took uber cab and on the way the car broke down. The driver asked to get down and make a fresh booking at uber for further journey. There is no uber helpline number to contact in india. Uber charged the full fare. There is no way to register ones complaint using the app, as options are very limited.

Yesterday, again i took uber cab and the amount charged was 235 (Your upfront price has been adjusted due to unanticipated tolls or surcharges on this trip. Please see the receipt breakdown for details: as per receipt). However, there is no toll or parking charges paid by the driver. Again one can't complaint as there is no helpline number o[censored]ber in india or email id to contact.

    I had tried to make an order from uber eats on 5 th september 2019 from ubereats for a subway when i processed for payment my order got cancelled and i was charged for the same via my paytm wallet
    I request you to kindly consider the same and provide my refund for the amount charged i. E. Rs 115.10

      Description: on 8th aug'19 i have booked a cab at 19:56 from vashi to lokhandwala in andheri (W). The driver of the cab name is shankar and it was a maruti suzuki wagon r. While booking i saw the fare was rs. 565.75 and i chose to pay by google pay. After completion of my trip the driver mr. Shankar told the fare was rs. 300 and something and which i paid by cash since i had that amount with me at that time.
      Since then, i have complained a lot to uber about the payment related issue and neither i got a satisfactory feedback nor my issue with the payment is resolved till date.
      My amount of rs. 565.75 is still states pending on my app even though i had paid for that trip.

        If i have not a car, then i definitely missed the morning flight. I had scheduled the booking of cab at 4:45 to 5:00 am on 03.09.19. When i checked 4:15 am, then shown it was scheduled. But at 4:45 am when i checked the status of cab, then there was no booking and uber just deleted the schedule without informing me. I had no option find out at last minute, i went out with my vehicle and parked to my office near to airport, then went by a auto. How we believe the service provider. Please take necessary action.

          I have booked an uber ride on 21.5.2019 from city pride kothrud to shivaji nagar with hyundai xcent at 3 pm. After reaching shivaji nagar i paid rs 158 in cash and rushed to catch a shivneri. I did not check the status that time. Now i want to book an uber for another ride from pune to mumbai but app shows that rs 158 is outstanding.
          Please help me in this regard. How to settle this account?

          I have taken a Ride today from Gore gaon to malvani n have been charge exorbitant amount of 850...whereas same destination with OLA charges only @250...

          This is very unprofessional way the Uber is operating Driver misbehaved, Not following the pickup request, rude and so on but Uber doesn’t bother and not providing any solution to the customers. Putting everything on App as complaints but it seems all go in trash no action has been taken by Uber.

            I am Saleesh Narayanan from Kerala.
            Yesterday (8.09.2019) I hired an uber taxi from bangalore sheshadri Road to M. G ROAD at 4.48 pm. It was a Maruti Ritz car.The driver's name was Basavaraja. He called me from a mobile number[protected]. He charged me Rs 137 and as I didn't have sufficient change, I gave him a 500 rupees note. He said he too don't have the change and will come back to me with the amount which has to be returned to me.I waited for him, but he didn't come back. Only then I realised that I got cheated.
            I request you to initiate an action in favour of me.

              I would like to register a complain on a cab driver mr. Vinod. Today at 7.42 i had registered a cab from new delhi and had taken follow up regular basis but he had asked to go this & that place to catch the cab. At last, i could not find at mentioning place and he had cancelled the cab and i had paid rs 42 for it. Later on again i had booked a cab and mr sigh is very helpful.
              Now, i want to get back my additional amount of rs 42.

              I placed an order on Uber Eats app. I did payment using my card but uber eats app showed that payment was not completed. After 2 hours, I got a msg from my bank about transaction. So payment is done but order was not placed. Kindly look into the matter.

                I had made a ride at 8:05 a. M on 2nd sept 2019 from my home (Khirki extn., malviya nagar, new delhi) to hero honda chowk, gurgaon by maruti suzuki alto and paid in cash full amount (Rs. 409) to the driver for the trip. When i open uber app it shows that i owe rs. 200. I did not get any message or mail from uber regarding any balance payment. When i tried booking my next trip, it show that i have balance from my last trip. It is shocking. That trip payment still stands outstanding and this needs correction.

                Dear sir /Madam I booked auto from Stargate to aundh by cash method after complete trip I paid cash driver. But yesterday I tried to book Uber so there they showing clear previous dues
                What can I do now they don't have any customer service for this issue please help me out

                  Yesterday around 6:15 pm i came back from college. I paid the driver rs 186.15. Driver name was aarif, driving a maruti suzuki swift dzire. But when i tried booking other ride, it was showing i have not paid the amount for my previous trip, so they are adding my outstanding amount to my current trip. It was all the driver's fault, even though i have paid him in cash he selected an option in the uber app that i have not paid anything, and now they are asking for more money. When i am calling the driver he is not answering, only sound i hear when he picks up phone is horn and roads.

                  This is not possible that i have not paid anything because how can a driver let me go without paying the money. You can see my history trips, i have paid for all trips, and this is the first time it says i have not paid. This is not possible, driver is fake and fraud.

                    Moreover this has become practice these days o[censored]ber drivers and i have been facing this since last month.
                    If this continues it will harm your reputation and scenario will be like monopoly of auto drivers that used to happen before arrival of these cabs

                      I booked an uber pool cab today at around 10.38am, driver arrived to pick me up around 11.20am almost after an hour.
                      I had booked my cab from svr complex to big basket ho (New). Hardly 7 km's from my pick up point.
                      Due to delays as per uber the driver dropped me at mayanta park hebbal location, location of my co passenger. Driver was abusive. Ran away after dropping there. I have all screen shots and proof of all details.
                      Till now they have not resolved and responded in my issue.
                      As i had to book another ride from ola for my drop location.
                      Needs your help regarding this issue.
                      Every third day i face problems with these cab riders.

                        Sir it happens two times when I booked the ride from elante mall to my residence panchkula the uber driver was not ready to go to panchkula saying he was not having the permit before that I booked the ride from chandigarh air port to my residence panchkula but driver canceled my ride by saying no permit please tell me is this my fault and uber is working to charge the customer or this is making fool the coustmer by looting the people without knowing the reason of canceled I surprised the working o[censored]ber so do the needful otherwise i will with consumers fourm

                          I have ordered for a food. My phone was off as i was at work. However i had informed the security desk to call me on my extn when delivery arrives. Approx delivery time was 12 am. I went to check my delivery status at the reception desk at 12.5am but no one had come to deliver the food. I checked in the app. My delivery was cancelled. As it was late i dis not have anything to eat after that. I sent a text to the delivery person on the app. But he never replied. While leaving the office in the morning i have booked uber cab but i had to pay for the food which i never got. I paid 89rs as i did not have any option. Delivery person never replied even after reading my texts. I am feeling cheated by uber. My no is [protected]. Kindly refund the money.

                            Once driver came he asked for drop location i told him but denied said cancelling the same. After requesting he agreed but dropped me before my destination which is very unprofessional.

                            I tried to reaching uber support regarding this but didn't got any response.

                              We have booked uber on 30 aug, 6:12 pm to go to the airport.in the middle of the way, the cab was out of petrol. Because of this, we missed our flight and we had to book another one and i ended up paying my fare too. He did not even check whether the petrol is sufficient or not, he did not inform us prior too. I request for refund and please take care of these basic and important things so that anybody else would not suffer in the critical time.

                                  On dtd 03/09/2019 at about 6:11 pm my wife booked one maruti suzuki swift dzire uber cab (Destination to south sarania road via rajgarah-lachit nagar road, guwahati) just started the ride she told to driver temojin to go via short-cut through sreenage-tarun nagar connected bye lane to reach g. S. Road via abc
                                  Being sreenagar traffic point thoroughfare is blocked at that time.
                                  But the driver not heard my wife's advice and turn the car to sreenagar traffic point and as usual the road is blocked & he turn to ganeshguri to take u-turn.
                                  When the car came to abc my wife again request to go below the bhangagar flyover to go through rajgarh-lachit nagar connected
                                  Road to reach south-sarania to avoid unnecessary traffic jams of g. S. Road
                                  But again the driver not given so much response and run the car over the bhangagar flyover and as usual rush in traffic jam at that time.
                                  Then he take u-turn at ulubari and turn to lachin nagar.
                                  Again my wife told to driver to turn left hand side at bye lane no.-9 in lachit nagar
                                  But surprisingly he crossed bye lane no.-9 without taking turn and straightly drive to rajgarh and take u-turn (There is no any u-turn point at that place,
                                  He reverse the vehicle to take u-turn) and lastly enter lachit nagar bye lane no-9 to arrive destination place
                                  I. E. South-sarania (Being both bye lane is connected)

                                  Moreover in entire drive the driver even not followed the google-navigation which is displaying in his mobile live.

                                  My wife regularly go that place to attend coaching classes so we know the average fare which is approx rs. 70-80 but that day it comes rs.170/-
                                  And the time of attending coaching was already missed.

                                  How can a smart app company like uber can give recruitment of that type of smart less/non-professional driver driving smart cab.

                                  It becomes a big-danger for all passengers if that type of non-professional driver drive throughout the city without having common sense.

                                  Guess if any old lady or gents faces those type of drivers what happened??? Or any passengers who is new to guwahati???

                                  We strongly object continuation of that type of non-professional drivers with immediate effect.

                                  Uber never make up my losses of valuable time & money but they can stop losses of valuable time & money of others by dis-continuation of
                                  These type of non-professional drivers.

                                    I took a ride from udyog vihar phase 4 to dwarka sector 7 on 02/09/2019 in a maruti suzuki wagonr at 1:49 pm. I paid the entire trip amount of ₹299 in cash, yet it shows an outstanding payment is pending for the entire amount. I sent a complaint on the uber app but haven’t received a reply yet. I can’t book a ride due to the same issue. Please resolve it. Thank you.

                                      I had a bad experience from uber auto today, drivers not turning up and last minute cancel the trip and put us in trouble and mental strain.
                                      Even driver cancelled trip by not turning up will be charged to me as cancellation fee. i had booked an ubar auto from babusapalya bangalore and tried contacting driver several times and it's said number is invalid, neither driver dint contact me. I wàs waiting for almost 15 minutes in the point but driver dint turn up neither received any response from him. Later i tried booking an other ubar auto and saw a pop up asking me to pay my earlier charges of rs 20. We don't receive any response from ubar on complaint raised. Driver made me wait for more than 10 minutes, his number was invalid, he has cancelled the without notifying me and on top of all this ubar is asking me to pay a cancellation fee it's ridiculous. This needs to rectified and need a amount refunded.

                                        I booked uber taxi on 21/7/19, 3:37 pm, when i called driver he said he is on a trip and going to drop someone than he will come to pick me, after 5 min he said he is on his way, i was getting late for my train, i called him many times he was rarely picking my phone after waiting of around 15 min he said its raining and he can't come to pickup location and cancelled ride. And uber is charging 42 rs. To me for this. I complaint uber they are saying it is their policy, but i think it's not fair to charge customer without reaching pickup location and cancelling ride. I have attached ride details screenshot. I need your help.
