Booked uber cab on 22/08/2019 at at 12:36 pm. Car hyundai xcent with number plate: wb25h0126. Driver's name: khurshid ali.

The driver did not come to the pick-up location, a 40 feet wide public road in front of a popular shopping complex. Surprisingly, the driver shouted over phone and compelled me to walk down to his location where his car was parked. I had to walk down half a kilometer to catch the cab and when reached his location, he was extremely rude and seems he was under influence of alcohol. Driver denied to go to the destination and he himself cancelled the trip.

There was a medical emergency and i took a local yellow cab.

    I had used uber for a drop and i use my card for transactions, so i have linked it already, i had to book a ride so before that i had to pay for the last ride which was 257.75, so the usual procedure feeded in my cvv, got an otp, feeded that in the amount got deducted but over here in the uber app it showed amount pending, most of the time after restarting the app, the amount was adjusted, and since i was in a hurry i made another attempt and it ended the same way, so i used the second option paytm the amount got deducted there and it was good to go, soon after that i raised this issue with uber and attached is the response, not sure who to complain, came over here.

      I booked an uber cab at around 10am in the morning. This uncouthly driver by the name of sugant reached my residence around 1010am, i had to go to the airport and came down with my two trolley bags. As soon as i opened the door of the car and asked him to help me put the bags in the car, he tells me, ' aapne cab cancel kar di hai kya'. Now why would i cancel the cab after putting myself through the struggle of lifting and bringing my two heavy bags down. I checked my phone and i told him that the trip is not cancelled and it's still on with the message - meet driver now with location of the car showing exactly where he had parked the car. He said it's cancelled in mine so he can't go. On asking how can the trip get cancelled without me doing it he didn't have any answer. He cancelled the trip himself just when i reached the car. I told him as the trip is still on in my phone we have to leave as i was getting really late. Upon hearing this he yelled, ' main nahi jaa raha kahi aap ko jo karna hai karlo'. Thereafter he shut the door of the car and drove off leaving me standing there with my bags in the middle of the summer heat on the road. If it was just me i could have moved around or went back until another cab is arranged but two huge trolley bags make it difficult and helpless for anyone to move about. And that despicable and pathetic driver cancelled after i was down with my bags right in front of me. Men with such complexes concerning women should not be working wherein they have to deal with public. Smart and educated young women who have the purchasing power of hiring cabs are a part of the public, and if he cannot swallow this fact down his throat that we are hiring cabs which he is driving and if this is the way he satisfies his chauvinistic ego by leaving a woman in the middle of the road feeling helpless then he is one slime ball of a man and certainly should not be a part of public life professions as one meets all kinds of people. This man has to sacked.

        There are two incident with me where uber showed me less price while booking the cab and when the trip ended they charge more money and i noticed that whenever they offer any promo offer it happens
        Incident 1 :
        I took a trip on 10 aug from my house (Hope farm) to sbc railway station initial price was 325 while booking the cab but when the trip ended it reached to 496.55. I couldn't do anything as they don't have any support on call or in the app.
        Incident 2 :
        I took a trip on 19 aug from bengaluru arirport to my house (Hope farm) initial price was 743 while booking the cab but when the trip ended it reached to 838.06. I couldn't do anything as they don't have any support on call or in the app.
        This is how they are looting people first show they the promo code so initial price will be less and when the trip ends increase the final price

        Ps: when i saw the invoice for both the trips all the increase amount was there in surcharge category and also i noticed whenever you use promo code this type of price increase happens otherwise in normal trip price remains the same.

          Hello,

          I had taken a uber pool trip from my work place to my residence and while booking the trip estimated amount was rs 215 with no previous dues pending... There was another in my trip as well... After dropping the other rider we headed to my location. After reaching my location when the driver ended the trip it showed an amount of rs 721 with 500 something previous balance... I discussed with the driver that my app shows 215 with no previous balance. I paid him anyways and was waiting for the receipt.. On reaching home my app shows a bill of 197 probably coz i shared the trip. The receipt is yet not generated stating some issue and none o[censored]ber team have addressed my issue even after raising a concern... Uber simply seems to be cheating their customers... Drivers are fraud and company seems to be following the same principle.

          I have not receive clarification for over 48 hours attaching screenshot... All their clarification are baseless and I have proof which proves Uber is a big fraud... Not sure how celebrities are endorsing a scam company... I want to sue them...

            My uber driver intentionally took a very long which doubled the fare and tripled the time required to reach my actual destination. I incurred huge loss because of it. The trip was on 20/8/2019 at 2.36pm from 14:44

              I have order 1st time from uber eats (Malai cham cham sweets) from vikhroli - mumbai and they delivered the rancid / damaged product. I have raise a concern to compensate either replace the product or refund the money but uber eats support denies as it is not in their policy. All i'm saying it could cause food poisoning or other serious medical issues.

              Note: the sweets are with me as an evidence.

                I have ordered a food from ubereats and was cancelled itself as it ran out of stock and the consequent money with debited and for 2 weeks i have been writing to uber eats still they have not given the refund. All they have to say is they are facing technical glitch and later say they have helped me out and deleting this thread when i asked ubereats for a solution. Deeply disappointed by the ubersupport.

                  Incident happened on 18/8/2019, sunday, around 3 pm,
                  Location: nsk salai turing corner, vanuvampet, chennai, near bharath hospital (This corner is a blind spot or no view of the vehicles coming from opposite end),
                  Actual incident: uber driver urged me to overtake me, continuous horn and starred at him when i gave side, do you guys need to do that while driving? What a ignorance? Absolute nasty hooliganism

                  Driver details: young boy with beard, very immatured,

                  Kindly take action action against this guy immediately, this happens with uber multiple times, i will bring the car numbers from next time for sure.

                  Teach them that, it is very important to respect not only the customers giving business to you, also to people on the road, because we are paying tax to the govt of tn to use this road/infrastructure. Stop mad driving and domination on roads which would lead to accidents, kindly educate this person and all your drivers, do not deny your ignorance please. It is very very uncomfortable to face your drivers while driving our cars on chennai roads, not sure why no one takes care of these things.

                    I left a house key and my phone on the back seat of the cab on 18th August 5:29 AM, which i realized in matter of just 5 minutes after my drop, I called my phone which was not in Silent immediately from my friend's phone, nobody attended and the phone was deliberately switched off in next 15 mins . I contacted the Uber driver after accessing my email & the driver he agreed that he has the key but denied of the phone and said the customer who boarded after me might have taken my phone . I spoke to Uber customer care to get information on the trips taken by the driver post my drop to able to track the Phone. (If there was no trips taken in next 15 minutes then the driver was lying) . The customer care promised to reveal this info if i make an official complain i made an official report of Lost item with Bangalore Police. which i have shared a copy with the customer care, But still uber is not willing to share the information,

                    Even if the chances of getting that phone back is slim, I just want to know does Uber even care about the loss of their customer .
                    And what actions or attempts has been made to confront the driver .
                    After several attempt the driver contacted me to return the key, But upon being asked about the phone said that he doesn't have the info of the customer who boarded after me, And Uber would not help me with this info .

                    I would want to file this complaint to get the Trip info of the Uber Taxi on 18th August after 4AM IST .(License Plate: KA03AD6552 ).

                    In today's world Phone is an important commodity, A lot of data is stored which risks to identify theft, fraudulence and hacking, But Uber doesn't seem to be bothered, Forgetting that the same commodity is helping the company to run their business .

                      On Aug 18th, 2019 i booked a ride in Uber in Chennai for which the estimated amount was Rs. 196 but at the end of the ride the driver started demanding extra Rs.265 ( total Rs 461) when i denied extra payment he started shouting at me at 12 Am in the midnight. Uber India doesn't have a mechanism to check the drivers who receive cash payment update properly. If the driver partner does not update cash payment it becomes an outstanding payment for customer and customer care is hopeless since repeated automated emails get triggered whatever customer complains. Lost peace of mind because o[censored]ber.

                          I was booked a cab the bus station which was which was shown 268 rupees but i was charged 1541 rupees i. E 1273 extra money without informing me anything. If i carry exact amount 270 where should i go to pay extra money these uber drives don't show minimum respect towards customers and they didn't even generate receipt for my ride.. Help me regarding this

                          This is the wrong and fake drop address created by Uber and i was dropped in JBS Bus Stop.. They can't generate receipt generated to my trip and changed more than 5 times to the amount shown in images i need my amount to be refunded

                          I had booked uber ride via paytm. The amount has been deducted and driver also took the money from me at 997. I tried to taken help from uber support but they did not help me. Can you refund my money which I paid to driver. Driver has switched off the phone and unable to contact.

                            The first ride that i booked years ago, i had paid in cash. But it seems that uber partner hadn't updated that the fare has been paid.

                            Now that i booked this another cab recently the uber partner collected the pending amount as per their system. I have been overcharged kindly repay. I will have to approach social media to highlight such malpractices.

                              I had schedule a cab at 3 am on 17th august to kolkata airport. It didn't show up. Then i got at least 15 matches for rides to the airport. They all cancelled. It was harassment of a service from uber and nobody is liable for that. From 3 am in the morning till 5 am i kept on looking for cabs as there was no other mode available. But to no avail.

                                I booked an uber on 7.7.19 from delhi airport to taj mansingh hotel, since my credit card had expired i choose the cash option and paid the driver 413 rs in cash. Same day evening also i booked an uber from taj hotel to hauz khas enclave, i again paid the driver full amount in cash. Later i see an msg that i have a pending amount, i don’t understand in cash options how can i have pending amount, why will the cab driver let me go without...

                                I have booked uber cab on 02/08/2019 at 8:08am for most frequent travel location.in the uber driver's app, it was showing some different location but in my phone it was showing correct location. Driver took me to that location which is a remote area and told me to update location once again. Even after updating it was showing same wrong location in his app. And finally he dropped me at my location through google map navigation. Because of this, i was charged extra 212 rupees. It was a problem with driver's uber app and not mine.

                                  I ordered food from cafe bahar restarent, order id #7dd74 cost is 113.01 rupees, i paid the amount to uber driver 113 rupees, uber drivers reported at paid cash is 0, i sent a mail to customer care, but that people unprofessionally replied no response needed, "ensure that the delivery partner swipes"paid"on his app, if you've paid cash for your order". That time of delivery driver not completed that transaction, is showing tracking only, after driver gone 10 minutes tracking completed, receipt generating, it is showing paid cash is "0", i want contact customer care on phone not connecting the phone, uber also not giving mobile number of driver. This is unprofessional, please take action on uber

                                    On 12th august 2019 i had mistakenly placed order from "leon grill - st. Marks road order #61f3b" at 2:59 pm. Since the order type was cash on delivery order was placed without any confirmation. Since the order was placed by mistake, i had to cancel the order and i did not find any option to do in the app.
                                    Within 30sec i had called the ubereats support to cancel the order. I spoke to rahul from ubereats support, i explained the issue and he immediately reached leongrill restaurant within 2mins ie 3:01 pm. However, restaurant confirmed order was accepted and ready for pickup. I now doubt within 2mins of time how can leongrill prepare the order, do they prepare order overnight and send the same order.
                                    Later the order was been cancelled by ubereats customer care and food never arrived. However when i had placed another order same day at 11:37 pm i forcibly pushed for the payment of 234.99 for order made at 2:59 pm. But later the order made at 11:37 pm never arrived even after waiting for more than an hour. Later ubereat!! Cancelled the order giving some reason.

                                    Now i want to know. When i as a customer also most immediately called the uber eats support to cancel an order which was been placed by mistake and those guys did not and later i was been charged for food which never arrived. But now uber eats has all rights to cancel the order at any given time. Ubereats made me strave that night.!!
                                    I need justification here!!

                                      I got into cab and after 10 minutes driver pushed the cab into petrole bunk and let waited there only for 30 minutes when i asked about the same he said go and find new cab and completed the trip even not covering 2kilometers and that too night where the area is not safe if you stand single. Even for this uber has charged 101 rupees from my pocket for dropping me on middle of the trip. They forced me tonpay for this trip to my next driver, i have paid total 263 on next trip which actual cost is 161. Given are the screen shots for your reference.
