I had placed an order for dinner at uber eats (India) mobile app (Payment done online in advance), the delivery boy never called, we communicated through chat, but he cancelled the order too early. I met him just 10 seconds after he cancelled, none of his suggestions worked to re-book the order. He had the food with him, but couldn't give me because neither he could contact nor me could contact uber eats customer care. I have raised the matter in the help section of the app. There are no phone numbers in the app, horrible service. I want my refund.
I will continue to buy from zomato or swiggy but never from uber-eats, they are better to ride taxis & not deliver food. Unprofessional behavior of the delivery boy.

I will continue to buy from Zomato or Swiggy but never from Uber-Eats, they are better to ride Taxis & not deliver food. Unprofessional behavior of the delivery boy.

    I want to complaint against uber driver.
    I book ride for my father - senior citizen on 26th august, 2019 at 12.25 a. M as we were in my nephew marriage and there was network problem, i came outside to book cab.

    My ride was on non cash method and driver charge rs. 150/- from my father, as we will not able to talk due to network problem, so he paid.

    Later when i book ride then it shows previous outstanding of 178.89 and i paid by paytm. Without payment of previous due - i will not able to book ride for me.

    Now there is a double payment, pl. Refund my cash payment of rs. 150/-.

    Driver done fraud to us - as he know that ride was on non-cash method, still he took money from my father, why?

    Now when i claim for refund then your executive denies that there there is no policy to refund and told that we will take action against driver.

    Either refund my money or give the number of driver.
    If you not taking charge of this fraud then why you are protecting such driver

      Hi sir

      Uber cabs dont have any customer care no. For the riders. The only way you can contact is through there apps regarding the rides but in case the rides is cancelled by driver and some other driver came for the pickup you cannot raise any complaint for the driver. I have faced similar issue and tried contacting uber but there is jo way to contact them.
      I guess to operate a service at this big level they must be forced to have customer call support as they are providing their service 24*7.

        i have order at around 9:30pm on 22/02/1994 but its shows it will be delivered by after 10:30 pm so instantly i call to u n aksed for cancellation becaus3e who will going to wait for more then 1 hour for food at night so i want to cancel it.
        However associate said u will be charged full amount for cancellation so my issue is why i m bearing that amount so i aksed for cancellation
        My order was cancelled but i m yet to get refund of INR 122.
        Worst services.
        Worst experience, i will keep spreading and i am sure that i will make u almost more then 50 customer's lose and more.

            Facts-
            I took a trip on 24th Jan, 2019, the total distance was 2.1 kms, ride time was 5 minutes. I have paid 69 rupees in cash (screenshot attached)
            Problem -
            Now uber kept showing me a fare of rs. 680 everytime i tried booking another ride subsequently saying its outstanding.

            I checked all my past trips, found no trip of the said amount, wrote to Uber. Now I have learnt through my own investigation that i am being made to pay interest on a fare i have already paid, this 69 rupees has now become 750! If i have already paid this in cash, why is uber charging me interest for the same?

              Uber charged me for trip which i have not taken. I requested the uber ride on 26/08/2019 at 21:01. My driver reached 2 km away from my location and deny asked me to come 1 km by walk when i refuse he started the trip without me and charged me full for the trip. When i report the matter in uber cc they simply reply we can't refund the money. It can be clearly seen driver didn't reach my pickup location and any driver can start the trip without picking. This is the big bug in uber service which ola rectify and stared otp to start the service. Uber is cheating with the people and intensely not started otp code service to loot people.

                I placed an order #59f2a from a restaurant for a fish biryani and they deliver from a different order a different dish. I have the receipt which they gave and the picture of what i got. I raised a ticket through help section and they resolved it stating they will give feedback. You will not be able to open a ticket once resolved even when you respond to that email. Through app of you click on the option not resolved, it just closes the ticket automatically. You can't make a call unless you have an active order. I placed another order and called them after 2 weeks and still the response is system is not allowing them to refund. I have spoken to my lawyer and is raising a complaint in court.

                  I booked the acb around 5:45
                  I was trying to call that person so many times and he wasn't picking up the call at all!! How are we supposed to know where he is when he doesn't pick the damn call?! Everytime i called him, he disconnected the call. So i tried to leave him a message in that app. Later after 10mins he calls and he is just quite! I asked him where he was and he says i dont know where iam. There are only houses here. I ask him to give someother landmark so that i can go there itself. He doesn't answer. He says he will come. I tried calling after 10mins once again and he kept disconnecting the call. And later i got a notification telling he cancelled the cab but i was charged about 46rps. Later i try to book another cab and that same bloody person accepts the ride and i try calling again, he dosent answer and he cancelled the ride after 10 mins. Seriously what kind of cab drivers do you have? So unprofessional! And charging customers for something we haven't done!

                  On saturday 24th August an Uber driver was rash driving in city traffic with music on at full volume, due to his irresponsibility he would have got into an accident with anyone and would have cause many people's lives.

                    This is regarding my uber ride on saturday morning with sanjib by the swift dezire car no wb056666. The driver took a different route not preferred by me which took a longer time and incurred trouble for me. It has become difficult to ride in uber in kolkata as even by paying a huge amount of money we do not get comfort and hassle free ride. After paying double the money who would like to take irritation and unnecessary trouble? Please look into the matter and try to match what you promise in advertising

                      Please stop cheating your customers. When as a loyal customer i did pay the trip cost through cash how could your app show the amount is due? How difficult it is to settle the amount? Also why as a customer i will try to win just 210 bucks by making any story. I saw very clearly after my trip got completed the fare cost at driver's phone and paid accordingly. You have such a bad customer care support. I have been following up on this and pre-recorded messages are being sent by executive. Do not tell me that i had chosen for some payment method and it was my mistake to pay the cash. I am not new to uber. I know when to use which option. These days all your driver partners refuses to take the ride if its not cash. Hence i had opted for cash payment only. However i cant prove that as it is not showing such in app now. Please do the settlement in your system. So that you can continue your services without any negative image.

                        This is regarding a serious issue that has been implicated on me for the journey that was undertaken on August 4th evening

                        Uber Lite Booked Date August 4th Evening
                        Time : 20.00 hrs Approximate
                        Destination: Powai Sun Shine to Yogi Restaurant
                        Problem Faced :Driver sense of driving was correct, speed, zipping, honking and reckless driving on pot holes and bumpers. When consciously corrected the driver he refused to acknowledge along with driving he was constantly talking on his phone. He was again admonished and advised to concentrate on his driving and our safety .

                        As we reached our destination the said amount Rs. 238/-was paid as follow denominations 2 x 100 notes, 4 x 10 notes .
                        While getting off the car we again reminded the driver to be mindful and respect the passengers safety while driving. The entire payment was completed in the presence of 2 other riders who were friends/family as PROOF.
                        Feedback has been provided immediately on the app.

                        The next day we received a call to understand the issue which was explained to the customer support team and the arrogance of the driver .

                        As per the customer support team they should have mentioned about the Non Payment which was reflecting from our end. which i got to notice only when the call got over.

                        If I as a customer o[censored]ber did not pay the driver it should have been dealt immediately and not the next day, we are respectable citizens who opt for Uber regularly would never do a demeaning thing of not paying the driver and availing Uber services. The driver should have called the Uber Helpline, should have availed police support which is prompt in Mumbai or not moved from the place if the payment was not paid.

                        The DRIVER knowing that the feedback /rating would be negative has deliberately twisted the ride by fabricating a false case of non payment .

                        First I need a call with your senior most person from Uber - second the driver needs to be sacked and his license should be revoked for the next 10 years.

                        I[censored]BER is still implication false charges to pay the previous balance it is not fair and I will deal with this at a serious level.

                        A few rustic drivers like this will black list Uber so please gear up and get your processes /training/integrity in place for the betterment of your customers.

                          I booked a uber cab on 15 august and the fare was shown within a range of 285-345 and then later on they charged me 525 and after my multiple complaints they refunded me the amount as uner credits but when i took another 2 rides on 21st august the drivers of thw company refused to consider the uber credits they said that the fare shown on there mobile have not deducted with any credits and after arguing with them for plenty of time i have to give them cash and later on my uber credits were also deducted so this way the company charged me double times and they refused me to refund me my money and there customer support system is pathetic they don't respond properly.

                            Booked uber cab on 22/08/2019 at at 12:36 pm. Car hyundai xcent with number plate: wb25h0126. Driver's name: khurshid ali.

                            The driver did not come to the pick-up location, a 40 feet wide public road in front of a popular shopping complex. Surprisingly, the driver shouted over phone and compelled me to walk down to his location where his car was parked. I had to walk down half a kilometer to catch the cab and when reached his location, he was extremely rude and seems he was under influence of alcohol. Driver denied to go to the destination and he himself cancelled the trip.

                            There was a medical emergency and i took a local yellow cab.

                            This is how the uber driver treat his customer.

                              I had used uber for a drop and i use my card for transactions, so i have linked it already, i had to book a ride so before that i had to pay for the last ride which was 257.75, so the usual procedure feeded in my cvv, got an otp, feeded that in the amount got deducted but over here in the uber app it showed amount pending, most of the time after restarting the app, the amount was adjusted, and since i was in a hurry i made another attempt and it ended the same way, so i used the second option paytm the amount got deducted there and it was good to go, soon after that i raised this issue with uber and attached is the response, not sure who to complain, came over here.

                                I booked an uber cab at around 10am in the morning. This uncouthly driver by the name of sugant reached my residence around 1010am, i had to go to the airport and came down with my two trolley bags. As soon as i opened the door of the car and asked him to help me put the bags in the car, he tells me, ' aapne cab cancel kar di hai kya'. Now why would i cancel the cab after putting myself through the struggle of lifting and bringing my two heavy bags down. I checked my phone and i told him that the trip is not cancelled and it's still on with the message - meet driver now with location of the car showing exactly where he had parked the car. He said it's cancelled in mine so he can't go. On asking how can the trip get cancelled without me doing it he didn't have any answer. He cancelled the trip himself just when i reached the car. I told him as the trip is still on in my phone we have to leave as i was getting really late. Upon hearing this he yelled, ' main nahi jaa raha kahi aap ko jo karna hai karlo'. Thereafter he shut the door of the car and drove off leaving me standing there with my bags in the middle of the summer heat on the road. If it was just me i could have moved around or went back until another cab is arranged but two huge trolley bags make it difficult and helpless for anyone to move about. And that despicable and pathetic driver cancelled after i was down with my bags right in front of me. Men with such complexes concerning women should not be working wherein they have to deal with public. Smart and educated young women who have the purchasing power of hiring cabs are a part of the public, and if he cannot swallow this fact down his throat that we are hiring cabs which he is driving and if this is the way he satisfies his chauvinistic ego by leaving a woman in the middle of the road feeling helpless then he is one slime ball of a man and certainly should not be a part of public life professions as one meets all kinds of people. This man has to sacked.

                                  There are two incident with me where uber showed me less price while booking the cab and when the trip ended they charge more money and i noticed that whenever they offer any promo offer it happens
                                  Incident 1 :
                                  I took a trip on 10 aug from my house (Hope farm) to sbc railway station initial price was 325 while booking the cab but when the trip ended it reached to 496.55. I couldn't do anything as they don't have any support on call or in the app.
                                  Incident 2 :
                                  I took a trip on 19 aug from bengaluru arirport to my house (Hope farm) initial price was 743 while booking the cab but when the trip ended it reached to 838.06. I couldn't do anything as they don't have any support on call or in the app.
                                  This is how they are looting people first show they the promo code so initial price will be less and when the trip ends increase the final price

                                  Ps: when i saw the invoice for both the trips all the increase amount was there in surcharge category and also i noticed whenever you use promo code this type of price increase happens otherwise in normal trip price remains the same.

                                    I had taken a uber pool trip from my work place to my residence and while booking the trip estimated amount was rs 215 with no previous dues pending... There was another in my trip as well... After dropping the other rider we headed to my location. After reaching my location when the driver ended the trip it showed an amount of rs 721 with 500 something previous balance... I discussed with the driver that my app shows 215 with no previous balance. I paid him anyways and was waiting for the receipt.. On reaching home my app shows a bill of 197 probably coz i shared the trip. The receipt is yet not generated stating some issue and none o[censored]ber team have addressed my issue even after raising a concern... Uber simply seems to be cheating their customers... Drivers are fraud and company seems to be following the same principle.

                                    I have not receive clarification for over 48 hours attaching screenshot... All their clarification are baseless and I have proof which proves Uber is a big fraud... Not sure how celebrities are endorsing a scam company... I want to sue them...

                                      My uber driver intentionally took a very long which doubled the fare and tripled the time required to reach my actual destination. I incurred huge loss because of it. The trip was on 20/8/2019 at 2.36pm from 14:44

I have raise a concern to compensate either replace the product or refund the money but uber eats support denies as it is not in their policy. All i'm saying it could cause food poisoning or other serious medical issues.
