From nsut to my home

I paid in cash. How do you expect me to present receipt of that? It's outrageous!!! I paid full amount of rs 230. The driver is a cheater. Do you expect me to take pictures of me giving drivers complete cash from now? And no customer care service so i can talk about my issues. I can even tell you i paid two hundred notes, two ten notes and two five coins.
Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Had a ride today which showed rs180/- and after going as per the route without any traffic jams it dropped and the charge shown was Rs270/-.
This has been a regular feature for the last one month of riding Uber cabs.
Can you let me know why this is happening now a days

    Please audit this call external quality and arrange the call back immediately..

    Today i have received a order from your stale, however i already talked with Merchant via customer care, inform that please replace the ruti and and rice, while receiving the order its shown ruti is there and rice less quantity also order was totally cold..
    So that order was delivered to me from some cheap substandard restaurant..

    Also after deliver the order call cx care and talked with Team Leadr Deepak also as well talked with Mr. Gurwinder he said he will take the action regrading this issued and as per promise there are no call back from higher escalation team.. So that arrange the call back from higher person team and audit this call quality team..

      I have made last 2 ride with uber in Ahmedabad in which 1st ride is 100 ₹ and 2nd ride is 120 ₹. I have paid by cash to both drivers as they have not Paytm money transfer option. So later, I have also deducted money from my Paytm wallet. If I have already paid by cash then why they show us the the deduction in Paytm?? There is also not customer number in uber app for help. I want my cash back.

        I have not used uber services since 1.5 or so year still 3 suspicious transactions occured in my bank account on 4th august 2019 from yoyr uber bv vorden.
        77.17 rupees debited at 1.40 pm.
        77.17rupees reversal
        223.11 rupees again debited
        I have blocked all my bank account due to fraud transactions from your offices and put request to close my uber account forever please close my account as soon as possible. And put a investigation at your office on how fraud transaction is being done in my account as i have never took a trips since 1.5 year from my below account. This is sincere request do something to prevent such things happening in rider account else everybody will move away from uber.

          I ordered cake from uber eats and delivery partner called me when he reached cognizant office but didn't say anything.It takes time to reach cognizant gate in the mean time i kept contacting him he never responded and then I received a message of cancellation and I was charged 390 rs for cake I never received.
          Ridiculous site uber eats.

            Hi team,

            Since the uber has started its operations in india there is no proper justification for the customer. Uber has given all rights for the drivers to start and stop the trip wherever they need even though driver don't arrive at our location, don't pick and we don't take the trip. Uber is tracking every detail of the ride, even the road map. They can clearly see where the pick and drop was done by driver. After knowing all this they raise this silly reason mentioning why haven't you cancelled the trip when you have not taken it. When the uber has proof right in front of them that raise such silly questions with customers just to not to refund the amount for the ride which the customer has not take. This is the way they deal with customers. No logic at all. Such companies shouldn't survive.

                I want refund for trip on july 31st, 2019. Auto driver came to pick me up and then denied to start the trip as he wanted payment in cash. I only do online transaction. He reacted on this and started abusing. This man is rude and used abusive language. Uber you are supposed to protect your customers. Don't you check background of drivers?? This man can hit any rider or maybe do something worst. Uber has not returned my money. Neither investigated this issue. Shame on uber.

                I had ordered on uber eats on 31 july 2019. Time 1 33 pm. The order didnt got placed by my money was deducted by zaac epayment services mumbai. I called uber eats and they reponded like nothing was charged for the order. But 158 rupees got debited from my account number. I am attaching the screenshot for the same.
                When I tried to place a food order from Uber Eats India, 147.89/- Money was deducted from my account but no order was places and also no order is showing neither did I receive anything. I would like my refund immediately. Kindly look into it. Also I can’t find anyway to contact them. Please help..
                For 2 trips today, Ghaziabad to Noida and back (without entering Delhi) Uber has recovered toll from me Rs.231 for each trip. No option in Uber App to register exact complaint and therefore no refund, even for illegal activity. God help. Subhendu Khandai

                  Hi, i booked uber and finished my ride aswell. Looks like there is some problem at your end and i noticed that the drive was cancelled by driver after reaching the destination point and collecting money aswell. Same was the case this morning where my cousin could not trace the driver and she had to cancell the drive after talking to the driver (There was confusion and driver answered that he has already accepted the drive and it will take 1hr 7min to complete the drive, but we were with him in the drive). My cousin booked another uber and cancelled it again after learning that we were picked up by the first booked uber. So, she had to bear 2 times cancellation charges. We reached our destination by the first booked uber this morning.

                  I ordered the food items on[protected] and[protected]. Both the time i received incorrect food item. I made a complain to replace it, but both the time they said that we take it as a feedback and they didnt return my money nor replace the food item.

                    I had done recharge on paytm website worth rs 1010/-. Out of the rs 1010/-, recharge was done for rs 10/- which was successful and the remaining rs 1000/- was for a uber voucher.

                    This uber voucher was successfully provided by paytm which was supposed to be redeemed on the uber app for future payments on the uber app. So there is no problem on the part of paytm website.

                    The problem was on the part of the uber app. The voucher couldn't be added/redeemed on the uber app as there is no option to add gift voucher in its payment section. The is no uber customer care support too.

                    Kindly help me redeem this voucher worth rs 1000/- on uber app.

                      Hello, I have been charged 321₹ for my last trip and initially it was just 87₹ when I booked the cab. In the receipt it says i have been chagred 231 for tolls and subcharges. Inspite there was one of the toll tax office in which driver paid just rs 100 there. And why the hell I have to pay this much ammount. You should have initially displayed the correct amount, you are showing us 87 ₹ and after trip it just more than 3 times of the initial price. I would have opt for another option.

                        Customer services liked Uber eats should be awarded that too at Red Fort ! #sarcasm
                        So frustrating to solve an issue on call with customer service for more than 40mins and yet the issue doesn’t get solved.
                        You guys are such a cheat, your application support team needs to work a lot on the application, it sucks man!!! #ubereatssucks
                        I tried to place an order on your application while I was going through the payment option, I had selected debit card as payment mode and when I entered the otp to confirm the payment YOUR APPLICATION THROWS ME BACK TO THE PAGE WHERE I STARTED AND A POP UP COMES “NETWORK TIMED OUT ERROR PLACING YOUR ORDER”
                        as per a normal human being when you see this pop up it means that the order has not been placed, and as usual every human being would try all over again to place the order, which I did too. Later the delivery agent delivers me both the package and tells that the order cannot be canceled bcz I had made the payment online. (Now making online payment is a mistake) so I called the customer service to solve the issue and the agent says “I understand the issue but I cannot help you, the delivery status has been completed so we cannot refund your money” and when asked to transfer to a manager, the call gets disconnected later when we try to call back again the new agent has to be told the whole story all over again, hence the answer from the new Customer service agent stays the same that they cannot help me. So I ask the agent to transfer to a manger and yes this agent did transfer to a so called floor supervisor, and the floor supervisor says to process the refund he needs three criteria to match
                        1: amount of both the orders should be same - amount is the same in my case
                        2: payment should be done through the same card - card used is also the same in my case
                        3: the time of the two orders should be same - and in my case the time difference is 1 min now for your technical glitch on your application why should I be penalised???
                        Hence your customer service refused to refund my money.
                        I will ask you one thing, just bcz your app should the msg stating the order is not completed that’s when I tried to place the order again immediately, and later you guys charge me for two same orders and force me to accept the order !!! Why should I even accept the order when I had ordered only one.? And if I really had to spend money then I could have atleast ordered something else, now why should I accept two same orders and pay for it ?
                        And moreover the floor supervisor says that he can’t do anything and even if you speak to higher authority nobody can still do anything. How cheap service is it then when you cannot help a customer???
                        And also the supervisor says just because Uber eats have to pay the restaurant and the delivery agent they will not refund and I have to accept the order. This is how worst customer service you have who straight away Denys to help.

                        Now Some one from your higher authority has to respond stating why I shouldn’t be refunded on this issue and after loosing so much of time behind this issue don’t I have to to get compensation too ??

                          I booked uber pool cab wb052986 on 30.07.19 for pick up at taratala xing, kolkata. Eta was 5mins during booking which gradually became 12 mins. Cab was not moving for 10 mins & driver showed no intention of coming when contacted. I was charged cancellation fee of inr 47.25 incorrectly by uber which they are denying to refund. I want refund of money.

                            I booked a cab from victoria layout bangalore to the airport and in the uber app it was written airpot toll free
                            The driver asked me to pay the amount and when i told him that it's included he stared at me and told that you have to pay cause it's pool and i told him no last time i didn't have to pay he was like go complaint to the uber

                              I paid my driver in cash 80 rupees but he did not update in the app.
                              And it was showing me in the app pending amount to be paid to uber.
                              I raised a complaint to uber via mail but they did not revert and my complaint was pending from days.
                              Now i wanted to order food from uber eats so i called customer care and he told that sir you pay only the food amount and no need to pay pending cab charge which will be waived off later.
                              When the delivery boy came he asked for the total money including 80 rupees else he will not give me the order.
                              So he took away the food and went back.
                              Now my cab 80 rupees got waived off from the app but the food money has started coming in pending amount to be paid to uber.
                              It was a glitch from uber and i want all this to be waived off from my account.

                                Uber india is another big scam it's one of the major issue they scam cx also denying the service is one of the major issue for uber driver for the instant i used to be a trusted partner with uber every ride i take but uber dump and scam me indeed no cx service accept be email option which not helping, unprofessional, no resolution, only the same email come as usual computer verbiage not even getting the issue i recently book a ride when i first book the charge rs 467.63 but fare comes with rs 486 and i was charged rs 500 with an excuse that he doesn't av change which i will accept this, while i was shock to see another story with a new fare come after 1 days that i didn't pay the complete fare on my ride my charge was rs 872.64 which i send email to several agent but deny me to help no resolution till now it's not my last to let them happen to any passenger i will never tolerate or let this scammers or fraud business happen between us am hoping that so many o[censored]s can see the hidden fact and reality uber does kindly resolve my issues before anything happens for your own benefit that's what i want to share guys please be careful with uber

                                  Took uber ride from shivajinagar bangalore to giripuram, cottonpete bangalore. Shown amount was 123.67 rs for a distance of 6.5-7 km max, but after reaching destiny final amount shown was 473 rs and distance traveled 25 km. While going to same destination 117.14 rs was charged and distance shown 6.63 km. Time taken to travel both times was 27 min. Uber is indulged in daytime robbery. They don't even have customer care number to contact. You have to fill a prefilled questionnaire and cannot even write down you complaint.

                                    I have ordered biryani from kg through uber eats and the delivery guy even after contacting him canceled my delivery. Now uber eats is charging for the food which i did not receive (Date of order is 21.7.2019).
                                    After contacting the voice team on 24th they told me to write an mail to them so i did but there was no response from them till now. So i again contacted the voice team on 27.7.2019 to remove the amount which they are charging me for but they are saying you have to pay the amount for the food which i didn't receive. They are not giving solutions instead they are charging the customer for not receiving the food.

                                        I made an order in uber eats and was doing the payment with credit card after entering the otp. The application gave me an error saying payment got declined. So i retried to do the payment and again got the same error, but now what i see that application has created 2 same orders and money got deducted from my account.
