I've lost my phone when I was travelling from maruti suzuki ertiga with the driver saikul. I contacted the driver but he totally refused and I definitely know that he has my phone because it was still ringing. He was also so damn rude with me. He was saying that I've ruined his morning and I could do anything about it and he just didn't care enough about the situation

I placed order of food on 07 Jun at 04:00 pm and till 6:30 i worked in same location but uber eats doesnt delivered and their executive fails to reach destination before 6:30 pm so i left the office after working hour and now the charged me whole price of food as penalty.
I have escalated issue with customer care but didnt get resolution.
Fare excess charged against the fare shown at the time of booking of trip on 26 july 2019 registered mobile no. [protected] and registered email [protected]@gmail.com. refund requested.

    On 16/07/2019 i took a trip from noida to rajendra nagar sahibabad. Driver took wrong route where i have to pay up - delhi toll charges. When i asked him not to go via this route he argued and behaved very rudely. A trip of amt rs 268/- cost me rs 589/-. I refuse to pay the excess amount. Now uber deactivated my uber account saying that i misbehaved with the driver. I asked them why i have to pay up - delhi toll while m travelling in u. P only. The route taken by driver was long and congested. There are so many alternative routes then why uber force us to pay excess tolls. Kindly look into the matter

      Hi dear,

      I have been charged unfair fare on july 20, 2019 by uber for the trip from noida sector 93 to rajnagar extension, ghaziabad.

      When i booked the uber cab from uber app for my mother as she is new to town and not aware of route of delhi-ncr.
      Uber app was showing fare when i booked the cab was approx inr 370-376. When my mother dropped at destination driver asked for inr 602.17 she was surprised as i have given her only inr 400 in cash to handover the driver after completion of journey. Driver said toll tax of inr 231 has been charged extra for this journey, which was way beyond of approximate fare shown at the time of booking the cab. I agreed to pay the amoount and booked the cab as per fare expectation but driver took the advantage of its monthly pass.

      Uber driver took noida-delhi-ghaziabad to maximize toll tax. Though there is another short cut route noida-ghaziabad through dadri-indirapuram to rajanagar extension and there is no toll tax within this route. Many a cabs do take this route who do fair practice.

      Since, most of the cab drivers have monthly pass for multiple entry and exit for toll. They use this weapon to target innocent customers to maximize the fares, which is a unfair practice followed up by these cab drivers.

      Moreover, when i complained the same to uber they are blindly supporting the driver and undeterred to take any complain against the him.

      Same incidence happened to me with ola cabs 2-3 years back but ola has reponded amicably and took my compalin and even reverse backed the extra amount charged.

      I want back my extra fare charged for this trip and request uber to penalise those driver, who're involved in these kind o[censored]nfair practice.

          On 23rd july, i availed 4 times uber and in two of the incidence driver decided not to take the once but i was charged for cancellation.
          When i posted the grievances, there was no response from uber. After three days, till now its unresolved and no reply.
          Even though app is the only way of communication but very conveniently they decided to not answer. I found this is very unprofessional and really wonder there business model without strong customer support.

            We (Two people) booked a taxi in the uber counter in kolkata airport on 15 july 2019 to victoria memorial. After getting into the taxi (Maruti suzuki swift desire wb053411 driver munna, phone:[protected], he asked for the code and we gave the code. He began driving and i told him, victoria memorial; he said no it was booked for noapara metro station. So, i told him to stop aside and let me check with the uber counter and get back. He said, he can't stop and took us around and said details can be changed and he got us back to the airport. When i had gone to the counter and enquired, the lady told it is not possible to change the details and you have to cancel the trip and book again. I said fine, you may reschedule the same taxi guy to victoria. She said it is not possible and she cancelled the trip. Meanwhile my colleague who was seated in the taxi told me that the driver is charging rs 250 since the trip is complete. I also got a message in my phone with a link. The details in the link are rs 250.85 for 1.8 km.
            1. I do not understand why i am charged so much amount when i am cancelling the trip and still at the airport.
            2. Also, the cancellation reason is due to the fault of the uber booking counter who had done a wrong booking.
            3. The uber counter lady did not tell me any charging details either.

            We were surprised at the way the uber counter is providing services. The customer should be given information about the terms and conditions, and the booking counter should confirm the booking with the customer. The counter should attend to one customer at a time. Incidentally, the lady at the counter was taking two bookings at the same time.

            We were on official duty and have to submit travel details and charges. This amount charged to us is not acceptable and cannot be availed. Uber may kindly refund the amount charged to us.

              I #59f28. I ordered mcdonald burger.
              I was trying to cancel my order within 2 min after put an orderd. But app really very bad, i couldn't do it. Then i called customer care she refused to cancel my order. I told to restaurant also. Customer support not helpful. They charged me. They placed my order forcefully. I unable to do anything because money deducted from paytm. This is complete loot of the customer kindly penalize them. Customer support are doing the same thing with many of my acquaintance...

              Food quality is very bad in taste, temperature, packaging.
              Packaging charges was 35rs. Omg.

                I ordered a cake order #f5b9d.
                The delivery guy cancelled the order. I tried to reach him but can't get through.
                I couldn't get the cake moreover it was a prepaid order.
                When i called the customer executive they said that they have initiated the refund. I have been waiting for 7 days but no refund received and now when i am calling the customer executive she is saying that i won't get the refund. Either they should have told me that i won't get the refund on that day itself. Now after assuring me about the refund they are telling me that i won't get the refund. I have the voice recording of the calls with the customer executive with me saying that i will get the refund within 5-7 working days.

                  I booked uber auto on 21/07/19 in indore, they showed me ride price 120 and
                  I accepted the ride. But driver charged me an extra 50 inr for luggage.

                  We book auto means full auto is ours until he drops us at the destination. But they are demanding extra money for luggage separately, usually, people book auto because of the luggage otherwise we would prefer a bus only.

                  If extra charges are applicable for luggage they should let the customer before booking the ride or after booking the ride and uber should declare extra amount luggage.

                  I raised the complaint in uber but they said they can't help me out if i pay cash,
                  Then why would they give us cash mode option?

                    My name is jwala kumar. I was travelling from nirankari colony to shadipur on 23rd july, 2k19. By mistake, i missed my phone in the cab.
                    I started calling back the driver exactly after 2 mintutes after he dropped me. But he didnot pick my call. I kept calling more than 30-40 times but after 1 hour he switched off my phone.

                    I visited uber office in gurgaon sector 29, i spoke to uber executive named "anil" who seemed to be a fraud. He took all my credentials (Every small details including my login id and password, trip details). This fellow cunningly deactivated my profile so that i couldnot login and retrieve all the details.
                    He didnot provide me any details of the cab driver.

                    Online complaint is the last resort left for me.
                    I will share every minute details of it.

                    Trip timings : 5:00 am - 5:18am

                    The map showed wrong location..plus when I updated the new location..the drivers uber location did not update and we ended up in some narrow street...far from the location

                      Today morning i opted for an uber pool rather than an ubergo to have a lesser fare. Yea i know it was a busy hour but i just can't get over the heavy price. Once upon a time uber used to be the best economic and reliable cab service.

                      There were three passengers in my car which is the maximum number for pool. So why not the fare properly distributed?! They both paid lesser than what i have while my distance was infact shorter than theirs. I paid almost 500 rupees while this normally takes around 250-300 rupees even if a ubergo is taken. I hope uber uses better algorithms in deciding the prices according to the service we opt. This was a really disappointing and frustrating incident.

                        There is no clear customer support resolution. I got to know that there is no transperency, no support available to resolve a query. Disappointed...
                        Well, it is self explanatory. I ordered something which never came and my money was deducted no response so far on the app... I called many time to the help line but they disconnect phone & not giving me proper solution... My order is cancelled as well as my money also deducted.
                        A big disappointment from customer care.

                        Delivery boy didn't call and cancelled the order. Not support provide from customer care. Big disappointment from Uber eats.
                        Please help me to refund my money.
                        We went to Uber by auto to my home at 14/07/2019 I use Google pay as my payment after my ride ends I also payed money through Google pay and driver says this is cash on delivery and in his phone and also shows cash on delivery I payed doubled money they didn't refund my money also I also dipressed

                          I have taken Uber ride on 05th JULY. The auto driver came to pick up point n refused stating he needs only cash payment!! Forced to cancel ride, Uber charged me 10 INR for cancelling once. I took next ride and made payment for ride. But to my surprise again on 11th July it showed outstanding amount of 10 INR and i made payment.
                          This is not all, Uber app is so crap that again its asking me to make outstanding payment !!! Customer support doesn't help but demanding entire bank statement!! I am attaching screenshot of payment made twice!!

                            I took a trip from raj nagar extension to sector 3 noida on wednesday, 17 july 2019 at 3:52 pm

                            The amount while booking the cab was rs 251
                            When the trip completed i have been overcharged double the amount shown rs: 482.07.
                            It receipt include toll, surcharge and fees of 231 and driver hadn't paid any toll and there was no surcharge while booking the cab

                            I have tried taking help from uber but there is no option for overcharged refund and also on selecting the option fare was too high it is not showing any option to get a refund.
                            Tried contacted via message on uber app but team didnot responded.

                            Need help on this issue

                              We had ordered a desert from "stop my starvation" restaurant through uber eats platform at 10.30pm on 17th july 2019. After an hour of placing the order we didn't it and the app showed that the ordered has been delivered at 11.05pm. We complained to the customer service center twice but we didn't receive the money and also as a customer i expect to be compensated more than a simple reimbursement if i don't get my product. Uber eats customer service guy simply said that he can only do a reimbursement and nothing more than that and the reimbursement would be credited in 5-7 working days. Its a kind of harassment for a customer that too if such thing happens in the middle of the night.

                                Uber has been charging unnecessarily in one or the other way.. Happened several times in the past too.. But i would tell you only recent one. I was on the way to my destination and car broke down. Driver told me to cancel the trip and get other ride. So i canceled. I was being charged extra for cancellation. I complained several times but no response as usual. I was being charged extra plus i had to get another local vehicle and i missed an important meeting. But uber never responds and i have always ended up paying extra unnecessary money

                                  I booked a cab from bangalore airport to bellandur on 29th june 2019. I payed 1400 in cash and when i checked the app, the driver had cancelled and i did not get any proof of travel. The app had said 900 rupees before the trip but he charged me 1400 and left. I don't even know if i have payed the correct amount. I either need a receipt of travel or reimbursement but noone from uber is replying.

                                    I have ordered in uber eats app on[protected]
                                    The ordered items are one chilli chicken and two chicken biryani mini from mehfil narayanaguda. And i have paid 406rs through my debit card. Tge delivery boy bought only chilli chicken and said that he didn't received the biryani items in his tab... But it's clearly mentioned in my app that i have ordered it... He then called to customer care from his number and that lady said to find support in uber eats app then i registered my complaint in uber eats app.. They said they would solve it in 24hrs but it's been 3 days and there is no response from the team

                                      I had ordered food by mistake then I was trying to cancel my order but I couldn't do it.
                                      Then I got a call from delivery boy who was in restaurant only I asked him that I want to cancel the order, I told to restaurant also, they gave me call center number o[censored]ber eats, I spoke to the customer care and told them to cancel my order the delivery boy was still in restaurant, he didn't come and still they charged me.

                                      This is complete loot of the customer kindly penalize them.

                                        This is with regards to my Uber ride taken on 2nd June 2019 which cost me Rs 513.50/-.

                                        Since I did not use all this while, the payment was still pending to be paid.

                                        Yesterday i.e on 15th July, I wanted to book a Uber ride and I paid the Outstanding amount of Rs 513.50/- via my HDFC BANK Credit Card.

                                        The amount got Deducted from my Credit Card but the Uber App still shows Outstanding balance for last ride taken.

                                        The message received from HDFC BANK is as follows :- "ALERT: You've spent Rs.513.50 on CREDIT Card xx2840 at Uber India Systems on[protected]:16:22:25."

                                        I have tried reaching the "Help" option in my Uber App but it doesn't work.

                                        Kindly help me out to resolve this issue.

                                        I have booked my cab on 31st July & total fare showing 645rs & I asked driver for paytm payment he said no please give me cash & I already paid cash to him, now when I want to book my cab next time it’s showing
                                        Your previous payment that is 574.6rs is outstanding out of 645rs
                                        Really? Now they are charging duplicate amount for the same ride, why will I pay double amount for the same ride, and how is it possible that pending amount is 574 not full 645rs
                                        When i complaint Uber again n again they didn’t respond me & when they respond me they are saying it’s been 30days older you booked your last ride we have already cleared all amount related to driver
                                        Then I stop using UBER

                                        After that they everyday they are trying to deduct that amount from my PAYTM ACCOUNT

                                        There is no customercare call no. Where I call & solve my query ask why this happen to me
                                        Driver name - Rahul (very arrogant & rude) when he end the trip I told him total fare is not showing in my application after ending the trip he said wo apke phone mein problem h mam ap wo khud dkhiye mjhe jana hai meri dusri trip aagyi hai aap paise pay kro mjhe,
