I ordered some food wrongly on uber eat on 1st july. It was done by mistake. Then i couldn't cancel the order. I got call from delivery boy who was in restaurant only. I said it was done by mistake. He said ok sir u call on our toll free number, then i called toll free and they said your order is cancelled. Now i ordered some food they are asking me to pay for last bill for which i didn't receive the goods, isn't this a complete loot from uber eats?
They are doing the same thing with many of my acquaintance.

I ordered panerr tikka masala, in it i found chicken bone, it is concerning my family is vegetarian

    On June 8, 2019 I had made two orders ( order numbers B4A1F and 25473) of Rs.674.65 each which got cancelled automatically but my credit card was debited.Even after 7 days when I did not get a reversal of both the amounts I raised a request with UBER.After few days of conversation with UBER customer care I received one amount of Rs.674.65 on 26/06/2019 as UBER credits. When I raised the issue that I did not receive the other Rs.674.65, after so many conversations they gave a message that the amount has been credited to my UBER credits on 30/06/2019. But I did not receive the amount in my UBER credits. When I raised the complaint again, they are closing my complaints without giving any reply.Kindly request you to intervene in this case and get my amount back at the earliest. Attaching herewith the screenshots of the reply given by UBER and my credit card statement.

      Dear Uber team,

      I did not cancel the order

      The case is as follows
      1) Delivery came with missing order and wasn’t sure the order he picked was mine
      2) He called customer care and discussed he is not sure if the other part of order is mine or not
      3) I got a call from customer care saying do I want to take other part for which I clearly said yes if its mine and no if not sure
      4) Customer care asked if I want to reorder for which I said it is time consuming and delivery asked me to say no as it was WC semi-final match
      5) Customer care said she understands and shall cancel the order as its delivery partner mistake. Order will be charged for time being and would be processed with refund

      Instead of just going through the comments put by your customer care or mine “Go through call recording which is an evidence” (I have a copy for a backup)

      Uber continuesly blaming me that I told to cancel the order
      They are not even going through call records which I am insisting them

      I am getting notificatioins that I have asked to cancel the order which i did not
      I had booked a Ubergo on 09/07/2019, fair was Rs. 168, driver took a long route instead of 16km it was 27km, I had been charged Rs. 360, no support from Uber, I need my money back

        I had availed Uber cab on 5th July from karkardoma Delhi to Vaishali, UP for which only 1 UP toll should be charged, however Uber has charged 2 tolls of Rs 231. On questioning, they have denied sharing toll receipts and stated that extra charges are to compensate driver partners. Why should Uber charge from customers to compensate drivers? I had made multiple request to Uber to share receipt but they have not shared as they do not have. Also between Karkardoma Delhi to Viashali Up there is only 1 toll applicable for UP, so how can Uber charge MCD toll for Delhi and UP tax?

          Dear uber,

          I am taking uber from last many years and very rarely i face the issues and if sometimes i faces it will be resolved soon and this time also i assume the same.

          Last night i took booked a uber for office to my home as usual and when today morning i completed my trip payment online i am shocked that it is showing the amount including tolls and taxes rs 376/- and my route does not have any tolls so ideally there should be no tax and mostlt everyday i take this route and never faces this issue or tax but this time i think it might be a driver fault and he ended the trip after crossing the state border so i request the uber team to please investigate the same and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

            I took the cab from patpargunj to faridabad in the morning with cab no dl1za7144 on the date 10-7-19. My fare was 465.85 but driver charge 747 as someone toll with rs 281.40 was added to my bill. Why he charged toll from me? When i asked to driver he said he don't know you have to pay and he doesn't know anything. And he charged toll from me. I paid him in cash.

            Ordered food which had items missing and when I complained they said I was lying. That too for mere one plate of idli.

              I had ordered food from ubereats with order number #68d8e for the amount of 1872.20, after waiting for 45min they canceled the order without a reason. Then i tried to find a customer care number online to find out the reason behind the cancellation but the number was not at all available in google nor in uber site. Then some known person gave me customer care number saying their friend is working in ubereats. Then i was able to reach customer care using this number [protected]. Customer care executive answered me saying that the order has been canceled by the restaurant people and not to worry the amount will be credited back to my account in 6-7 working days. After the call, they sent a false email saying that the delivery boy was not able to reach, so order canceled without refund. So i had to call customer care again why they have sent this kind of email when no one tried to reach me. They said not to worry about a mail and the amount will be credited. After waiting for 2-week with no sign of the amount credited in the account, i called again to customer care to ask about the issue. They said they have some technical issue so instead of crediting to account they have credited it to uber wallet. Then when i tried to order the food from some restaurant for the amount of 1000rs with uber credit 1872rs., the app is not allowing me to place an order. It is also not allowing me to use my debit card also. So i had to call the customer care again to ask about the issue. They are answering it saying i have to use cash on the payment method to place order, which should not be more than 700rs. But my question is when i have 1872rs in my credit why should i make order only below 700rs.in this case, i have to do multiple order to use my complete use of my credit amount. But here again, the issue is i cannot do multiple order unless the first order is complete. If i have to do multiple order for every order why i have to pay the nearly 100rs delivery charge from my pocket? This is fraud from uber for making the customer to spend extra money from this pocket. We need justice for this issue.

              My trip dated 30th June 2019 at 3:45 pm to Connaught Place. Fare was Rs.172.65. I paid cash to the Driver Jubair. UberGo Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire.

              However, it is now showing as outstanding payment and does not allow me to book any more trips. This needs to be looked into on priority!

                I took an uber pool from new ashok nagar, delhi to vijay nagar, delhi on 26th june, 2019 at around 7:46pm. Estimated cost was showing rs. 189, but after reaching the destination the cost showed up to be rs. 430. Receipt shows that toll of rs. 231 was added but i didn’t even crossed any border or tollbooth. I was traveling inside delhi. Till now the issue is not acknowledged despite of giving multiple feedbacks. This is really worst experience and i won’t be using uber anymore if this issue is not resolved asap.

                  On july 14, i have placed an on uber eats app. The payment processing showed that it failed... But in fact the money was deducted from my account. App also showed as failed status so that i placed another order#66d3a with in 5-10 mins of interval. The new order get delivered as well. But for the failed order still they didn't refunded. I raised the complained for the same but they started telling false info e. G. The delivery person not able to contact you.
                  How they manage to delivered the order#66d3a but not order#a0b0f, which one get failed. There was 5-10 minutes gap only.
                  I wanted to be refund my amount of 759 rupees.

                    Subject : worst experience ever with uber cabs this morning along with me and my old parents.

                    Today morning i had made a uber cab booking from krishnarajapuram railway station to my house in bangalore, but faced only inconveniences because of your driver - puneeth m.

                    Pick up location : krishnarajapuram railway station.

                    Drop location address : vinayaka layout, near alpine eco apt. Chinappanhalli doddanekundi, dodda nekkundi extension, doddanekkundi, bengaluru, karnataka 560037, india.

                    Date of incident: 09-july-2019

                    Cab booking date and time : 09-july-2019, 05:30 am

                    Driver name : puneeth m

                    Cab model : hyundai xcent

                    Cab number plate - i could not note down completely as the driver himself cancelled my trip from his end. All i could remember was the last 4-digits (2816) and it was a hyundai xcent with number plate ka*2816

                    Details of my complaint:

                    This morning i was waiting at my pickup point right on time and called the driver (Puneeth m).
                    Driver had accepted my travel request, received my call and said that he would arrive in few minutes to the pickup location.
                    I waited for a while and called the driver again and asked him to arrive at the pickup location, but driver said that he was already at the pickup point, which was wrong. I did not find him and his vehicle at all and i am sure he was lying to me.
                    Before i could talk further and inquire with him more on his location, he disconnected my call.
                    I repeatedly called the driver to come to the pickup point, but he kept arguing that he was at the pickup point which he was not, and he kept on disconnecting my phone.
                    Later after few minutes the driver himself cancelled my trip from his uber mobile application and i was left with no cab later. I had no clue what was going on with me.

                    My intent here is to expose the harsh reality of the uber drivers and their behavior to the passengers/consumers which we keep facing most of the times in india and also to express my frustration about the inconvenience caused to me and my old parents today. I had faced such kind of trouble earlier multiple times, where drivers themselves cancel the trip without any reason.
                    Today after such incident, i felt is the right time and i want to expose uber, your team, your drivers, and their harsh behavior towards the passengers/consumers/end users like me.

                    It is so ridiculous of you and your esteemed team to show such disrespect to consumers like me who had been availing your service for the longest of time.
                    Me and my old parents had a really tough time today because of your inconveniences. I want apologies from you and your team and also compensation for the inconveniences caused to me and my parents so far.

                    I am right now at my office for my work, and i really do not care if it affects my work today, but i will make sure to spend my time to expose you completely over twitter and other social networking sites

                    Try as much as possible to delete my posts and comments - but trust me, i will make sure i keep you and your team exposed.
                    Last but not the least - please do not try and play with the sentiments of the common man. Today's youth is not going to stay quiet and shy away from the problems we keep facing.

                      This is prabodha kumar malik, file complaint agnaist Uber cab company. I was booked a uber cab in 22nd june 2019 and at that time the uber charge showed 204 from Sutlej Hostel, Jawaharlal Nehru University (uttarakhand, new Delhi- 110067) to Isbt Anand Vihar, Delhi110092. when I reached in Anand Vihar the driver shown me charges of 566.44 rupees as per their charges. But my actual price was 258.72 rupees. Then I was shocked I gave him 567 rupees. The uber company added extra 310 rupees which was extra and arbitary. Then I complained the actual price was 258.72 rupees. suddenly I complained for which I given extra money and they exploit extra money arbitary. But unfortunately, they not reply any answer... Now I want justice...I want to refund my extra money with penalty...

                        Yes I want to inform you regarding your services which is provided by your uber driver name as dharam. I want you guys to take a strict action on his behavior towards me he was not able to reach at pick up location and it was not pool ride it was uber go and I added exact location so it's was his mistake not mine Nd even his number was wrong on his uber account due to which means not able to connect him and even he didn't make any call to inform me that he is in traffic or what and after 5-8 min as he receive a message from his side he told me to come and another location I replied him that no, u should come to pick up location because I had lots of bag in my hand and my not able to walk but as I didn't receive any message from his side I started to keep moving to his given location which was front of cenima theatre and as I reached he was gone away opposite side to pick up location I was keep tracing his location with the help of map he was keep moving opposite to me I hope you can suppose my situation and mean while as I found his car which was in opposite lane so I have to cross the road as start run I meet a accident due to which I was injured after4-5min I receive a message I gave me his number so I called him and his behavior was so harsh rude .. According to me these unprofessional uber driver shouldn't be there we don't need them and after that m not able to connect with uber helpline, which very distrusting
                        One more thing as I requested him to cancel my ride so that I cAn book another one then he said "no, I'll not cancel your ride, and even i'll not pick you let ur ride keep processing I have no problem " And which is very rude, hell I'm the customer and he is the driver who suppose to serve your services. It's my request to you, please take a strict action :cancel his driving licence with uber and informe me or make him agree his mistake for his misbehave he had to say sorry to me in a pleasing manner.. If no action is taken by then I will post in social media and step out to consumer court... And I want a revert back also of this complain

                          Today 6th july 2019, i left my mobile phone in side the cab license: ka23a7992, driver of the cab was mr. Vithal yalagude a.
                          We were visiting sampangi rama nagara for a medical consultation, when we got down from the cab my wife realized that she left her phone inside the cab, we tried to contact driver but we were unable to contact him and there is now way to call uber support in any situation as there no contact number mentioned.
                          So we tried contact the driver using the uber app but he was not picking my call so we started calling on my wife mobile number, it was ringing but not reply after few rings it got switched off.
                          We go down from the cab at 12:28pm and called driver and my wife mobile at 12:30pm (Attached is our call log details).
                          So it was very clear that driver was aware about my phone but not ready to return.
                          Even google's find my device was showing that my phone is there (Attached is screen shot of find my device app).
                          As there was no way to call uber so i have sent multiple email to uber support but no response.
                          After some time got reply from uber saying that we are unable to get into specification due to our privacy policy (Attached is screen shot of reply from uber)
                          I was just asking uber to connect me to the driver or provide me details but they said no, which is a big concern as in any emergency or need we are not going to receive any help or support and diver can do whatere he wants to do.
                          I would like to understand why they are saying no, i have already updated my detail in uber app and it can happen to any uber rider so why they are not helping on this.

                          Could you help on this as it is very unprofessional behavior and it can be worst sometime when anyone is taking uber cab.

                            I paid twice for a single trip and it happens many times with me even i have the proof but they guys don't wave off the extra amounts they are giving this much poor service they don't have any customer service. They just know how to make revenue. They don't want to give any service. Every time they want us to send email but never sort out your problem. I think ola is much better. Uber is very poor company they people don't have money to spend in customer service.

                              I ordered food from uber eats but they delivered wrong item. I tried contacting uber eats support but they told that we cannot do anything. You will have to accept that order. I told that ok i will accept but atleast give me my balance amount which i paid extra for the food. They refused for that also. I wrote many mails to uber support but no response received. I tried chatting with uber support also but they told that we cannot do anything. Their is a separate team for that. You will have to mail.

                              Mistakenly i placed an order yesterday through uber eats app using mobile no. [protected] and the uber support person called me and informed me that an pending amount 159 added in your wallet to deduct for further order as i have not received the order. But i told them that it was wrongly placed order no body call me for order confirmation.

                                I request for a ride on mobile application, the driver reached my location and before i get to him, he cancelled my trip. He should have waited for atleast a minute or given me a call.
                                Again when i booked the trip for uber pool, the driver received a request o[censored]ber go.
                                Then when i tried to contact uber customer support, i got to know that their is no uber customer support as such.

                                I request Uber to refund the excess amount I have to pay, for improper request sent to driver on mobile application.
                                This is about the trip canceling control to driver.
                                How many times i will book the drivers keep cancelling my trip. To go to 30 minutes distance, i was waiting to get uber cab for 1 hour. Even after i dint get the uber. This is completely ridiculous.

                                    Hi team,
                                    I have taken a ride on 25th june 2019 in bangalore and i have selected the payment mode as paytm.

                                    At the end of the trip, driver has told me that money has not deducted from the paytm and he asked me to make the payment in cash. And he also told that money will not be deducted from paytm.
                                    And he took the money and went. After sometime i observed that the money from paytm account also deducted. And i sent the screenshots to the uber team.

                                    For this issue, i have raised many times to uber team and they are saying that "since the extra amount was exchanged outside the uber system, we'll not be able to initiate a refund in this case".

                                      On 5th july morning also i encountered the same issue.
                                      My fare at the time of booking showed 362. On completion of the trip i paid 390. While the tolls are added to the amount at the timing of the booking, why is the excess amount collected? I have been reporting on the same issue from july 1st and one of your customer service executive refunded the excess amount collected due to your inefficient systems inaccurate ways of calculating the toll charges. Why is uber taken to this unethical way of looting money from its customers? For the past years that i have used uber, i never encountered such issues. Either you correct your system or inform that you will take money randomly from your customers. Cant keep following up with you every time for your inefficiencies.

                                      I have ordered an full grilled chicken and 2 chicken briyani. But i got only half grilled chicken and 2 chicken briyani. Im trying to call Uber costumer care n their is no response. However I paid for the full grilled chicken and chicken briyani.

                                        I rode in uber on 1st july in gurgaon from galaxy apartments to arjun marg shopping complex, dlf phase 1 and paid the rs.44/- via debit card. The transaction remained outstanding and i was asked by the customer care to give screenshots of my bank statement, which i did. But, they kept asking me to send the screenshots again and again because apparently it wasn't clear when it actually was. At last, i had to pay the amount in cash after a day of enduring annoying customer service. I have been charged double the amount for a single ride.
