Issues:
1. Route tracked and billed is wrong. 46.57 Kms billed instead of only 12 Kms.
2. Surge charge 1.4 charged without prior information. No surge charge was shown before booking
3. Driver went along the preset route only, no deviations. Map was wrongly showing location near Bhayandar, even as my mother was live tracking my journey. 46.57 kms was not travelled, and can be validated by the fact that the whole journey was in only 30 mins. that means, removing the waiting time, the car must have been traveling in Western Express Highway, Mumbai, which is already extremely slowed down by construction of metro all along, at around 140 Km/hr, which is practically impossible.
4. Wait time was maximum 5-10 minutes.
5. Distance charge too high, distance surcharge and surge charge 1.4 wrongly charged
6. No method of registering complaints on Uber website, mobile app, email ID or customer care number
Details:
I booked a Uber ride on Monday early morning, from CSTM Airport, Terminal 2, Mumbai to Upper Govind Nagar, Malad, Mumbai. I booked one cab, who cancelled, and I got the message that I was upgraded at no extra cost to a Premier. Soon after, the cab arrived, and I rode it. The route was showing wrong but I thought it was just a map issue. However, when I received the bill later on I realized that the wrong route had been incorporated into the bill.
A whopping 46.57 Km was billed for a distance of 12 km. Also, the cab was waiting at the airport a little time as the driver went to the loo. After that there was hardly any delay. I really don't find how such high delay charges, and then a surcharge was also imposed without notice. Also, the estimate showed an amount of 350, while the final bill was 807.
As you can see from the attached images of the mail and the receipt, the route was extremely miscalculated and un undue 97.77 was charged because of it. The vehicle went completely along the designated route, with no deviation. Please find the breakdown provided for the same for reference.
I feel I was wrongly charged. Kindly help me out.
Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I had given rs. 500, rs. 200 and rs. 80 in change but driver didn't return balance amount for rs. 107 i am busy in luggage to takeout at airport.
Kindly refund my money for rs 107
