There was an order which was placed via uber eats with asia seven express - phoenix market city bangalore for rs. 699. The order was delivered and payment was made through cash to ramprasad. The delivery guy took the payment and we finished the food.
Now on 26th june when i wanted to order something from ubereats the app tells me that my order on 20th jun was cancelled as i did not answer the phone and i still need to pay 699 rs.br...

Hired uber car no up16dt9666 drive by kuldeep from lotus valley school noida to ramprasth 3.10 pm. Driver was driving recklessly and hit the road barrier around indirapuram highway under construction. The cab hit on the left side and overturned. I and my colleague who were in the. Cab blanked out. Placed Order #D6AA1 for Rs 43.80 but to my shock the delivery boy asked for Rs 177
instead and later on clarifying they told me that there is a balance from last order of Rs 134 which I already have paid but may be their unscrupulous delivery boy lied to them and embezzled the amount and they themselves know no delivery boy will ever delivere without taking the money due I feel this is not a reliable, trustworthy and ethical company....

I have lost a redmi note 6 phone, while driving in the uber from the bengaluru airport, and the driver has switched off my phone, and isnt picking up my phone.

Have taken uber cab yesterday. It was cash trip... After reaching destination the cab driver asked for cash but my uber credits of same account also got deducted.. Called driver asked why he charged double to which he replied he is not aware o[censored]ber credits hence taken cash and will pay cash back once he receives credits which never going to happen. And this is second time i am cheated like this. One amount for 520 and other for 280.. Though...

My booking was done a day prior to the journey date that means it is well planned, irrespective of the above information the drive should have been on or before time of my travel time which he wasn't,
Also all well planned booking itself means that i should get driver details in advance atleast half hr in advance which i did not receive in my case from uber.

On 19th Jun 2019, the can never turned up and phone not working cancelled the booking with a charge of Rs 30.

Its happend multiple time that my ride fare is not recorded . when i complain user asking to fill a complex form is uber saying that they are not able to record my ride after all this technology. i m not enough smart to fill such complex form taking help from my friend for this complain . is uber doing this intentionally to eat money of driver because they are not tech savy....
