I[censored]ber drivers cancel the trip, is it mr. Dara khosrowshahi who will refund the cancellation amount? Why is that complain not mention in your so called "help" section?

Today on saturday, june 29, 2019 the driver cancelled my trip once and yesterday on friday, june 28, 2019 the drivers had cancelled my trip twice. I need a refund of inr 150. (Inr 50 cancellation fee per trip.)

      This is to inform you that pradeep vaidya driver could not locate and came for pickup at nehru road, vile parle east, near hdfc bank. Despite sending the note to him. On calling him twice or thrice he was not picking the phone. He was very rude while talking after repeated calls. Despite our request to come at pick up point, instead of coming he himself cancelled the trip. We had to go urgently to doctors place. At andheri. We had no other option but to cancel out doctors appointment. We are not responsible and shall not pay cancellation charges. On the contrary you should take very strict action against the said driver.

        Yesterday 28th june 2019 i booked uber cab to go from my residence in saligramam chennai at 12pm to sankara netralaya main bldg. Chennai under offer scheme of save rs.75/-. Because of apps server problem in uber i was made to pay full fare of rs.151.66 as shown in driver mobile. I paid in cash rs.155/- to driver - which was the full amount and i was not given ant offer discount.
        To my surprise when i booked cab in evening at 5.30 pm i was shocked to see that morning driver reported to uber office that i did not pay the fare to driver at all and as such in the current booking i was to pay fare inclusive of the morning trip. Since i had no option i made payment to the driver after reaching. As such i not only lost rs.150/- but also got the allegation that i did not pay.
        During whole journey morning driver acted unprofessional as he not giving way to ambulance horning badly more than 5 minutes.
        Such drivers need to be penalized and i should be refunded rs.150/- along with the mental agony charges of rs.50, 000
        Me and my wife, both are senior citizens and were going to hospital for some checkup. Already we were not feeling well and the behavior of driver and uber made us feel worse

        that instead of taking action against your such cheat and unprofessional behavior of driver you have
        removed rider customer and have deactivated account.
        A very very good approach by Uber company executives.

          I really saying today is my last trip in uber. Due to worst price structure it’s like a cheating to customers. I was book ride airport to tambaram the fare is showed rs 233. When i was finish my trip the fare is rs 384. What the reason for the additional fee. It’s totally cheating kind of things. Please don’t use uber. Waste your money and time. Not genuine service. I am going to un install the app.

            I faced the following two problems recently while booking uber cab:
            A. On 24th june 2019, i booked a cab at 4.45 am for ajmeri gate railway station, new delhi from my residence rajouri garden. The arrival time was shown 10 minutes.in spite of waiting for 1/2 an hour the location of the taxi does not change, i rang him. He told me that it will take 15 minutes to reach him. I canceled the booking and booked again. This time too the taxi location was t1. He too did not turn up in 1/2 an hr so i have to cancel it as i was getting late for railway station.
            Finally, i have to go for the kali-pilli taxi in a hurry and reached the station just 2 minutes before the departure of the train whereas i was to reach 1 hr before the departure of the train.
            My question is, if the cab doesn't come even in 1/2 hrs why did they accept the request or why they don't cancel it in time.

              On 16 june 2019, i ordered food for a total amount of rs.414.48. Since one of the item became sold out, the hotel cancelled my full order. Since i opted payment through debit card, the amount has been deducted from my bank account. I waited for more than 7 working days for the refund. But they didn't refund my money. When i checked my uber account, i saw that the same amount has been added to my uber creditsas consumers cannot transfer money in uber credits to their bank account, i contacted customer care. Their first reply was, there is an authorisation hold in my bank account (My bank hasn't paid them). Since i was aware of these kind of fradulent replies, i again contacted them and submitted my bank statement. Then they said my deducted money is in my uber credits, since they are facing back-end issues they can't refund money, i should use their services in future to spend that money. They have transferred my money to uber credits without my consent and also i don't want to make a future order with them. Please help me to get back my money in my bank account

                Issues:
                1. Route tracked and billed is wrong. 46.57 Kms billed instead of only 12 Kms.
                2. Surge charge 1.4 charged without prior information. No surge charge was shown before booking
                3. Driver went along the preset route only, no deviations. Map was wrongly showing location near Bhayandar, even as my mother was live tracking my journey. 46.57 kms was not travelled, and can be validated by the fact that the whole journey was in only 30 mins. that means, removing the waiting time, the car must have been traveling in Western Express Highway, Mumbai, which is already extremely slowed down by construction of metro all along, at around 140 Km/hr, which is practically impossible.
                4. Wait time was maximum 5-10 minutes.
                5. Distance charge too high, distance surcharge and surge charge 1.4 wrongly charged
                6. No method of registering complaints on Uber website, mobile app, email ID or customer care number

                Details:
                I booked a Uber ride on Monday early morning, from CSTM Airport, Terminal 2, Mumbai to Upper Govind Nagar, Malad, Mumbai. I booked one cab, who cancelled, and I got the message that I was upgraded at no extra cost to a Premier. Soon after, the cab arrived, and I rode it. The route was showing wrong but I thought it was just a map issue. However, when I received the bill later on I realized that the wrong route had been incorporated into the bill.

                A whopping 46.57 Km was billed for a distance of 12 km. Also, the cab was waiting at the airport a little time as the driver went to the loo. After that there was hardly any delay. I really don't find how such high delay charges, and then a surcharge was also imposed without notice. Also, the estimate showed an amount of 350, while the final bill was 807.

                As you can see from the attached images of the mail and the receipt, the route was extremely miscalculated and un undue 97.77 was charged because of it. The vehicle went completely along the designated route, with no deviation. Please find the breakdown provided for the same for reference.

                I feel I was wrongly charged. Kindly help me out.

                  I booked a ride through ola app on[protected]. The payment method selected was through debit card. I changed the payment method to cash and paid cash to the cab driver. Later while booking another ride back it was showing outstanding of rs 199.28. Since i had to book another ride the next day and i had to pay the outstanding amount as shown in the app i paid the amount today through my debit card. So i had to pay twice.

                    There was an order which was placed via uber eats with asia seven express - phoenix market city bangalore for rs. 699. The order was delivered and payment was made through cash to ramprasad. The delivery guy took the payment and we finished the food.
                    Now on 26th june when i wanted to order something from ubereats the app tells me that my order on 20th jun was cancelled as i did not answer the phone and i still need to pay 699 rs.
                    Escalated to customer care and they said that i will have to clear it as they cannot remove from my system. This is cheating and forging customers into paying double as the delivery guy ran away with money i guess.

                          Hired uber car no up16dt9666 drive by kuldeep from lotus valley school noida to ramprasth 3.10 pm. Driver was driving recklessly and hit the road barrier around indirapuram highway under construction. The cab hit on the left side and overturned. I and my colleague who were in the. Cab blanked out. Passerby people helped us get out of the damaged vehicle. A few minutes later, we noticed pain in our elbow, leg and head.
                          Need immediate action against the cab company and claim appropriate damages immediately.

                              Placed Order #D6AA1 for Rs 43.80 but to my shock the delivery boy asked for Rs 177
                              instead and later on clarifying they told me that there is a balance from last order of Rs 134 which I already have paid but may be their unscrupulous delivery boy lied to them and embezzled the amount and they themselves know no delivery boy will ever delivere without taking the money due I feel this is not a reliable, trustworthy and ethical company.

                                Hi,

                                Likewise billions i'm one o[censored]ber unfortunate customer holding an account associated with mobile number [protected]. This is in regards with the trips taken on 14th and 20th june' 2019. I took a cab of 14th june with trip charges of inr 180.42, it was remain unpaid till 20th june when i booked for another ride and opt out cash as payment mode. After completion of trip i paid inr 227 in cash to driver mr. Gurmeet (Inr 46.35 for 20th june +inr 180.42 for 14th june) to clear my outstanding.

                                Unfortunately the payment was not updated and i eventually need to clear my dues again which was already catered. I raised the concern with uber help desk multiple time, however there sheer incompetency could nor address my issues. I also highlighted the same in their social media as well, the response was hilarious. Kunal the personnel assigned to complain stated they could not do anything as they can not track the cash transaction.

                                So in a nutshell the company is providing an option to opt for cash payment method however any for any discrepancies they are liable. The saga o[censored]nfortunate events further directed me to raise my grievance in consumer complaint. Not sure if i should expect a favorable reply here

                                  Uber team is adamant... I asked them to collect the money from Uber driver as he agreed to return if he receives Uber credits which I have done through online which he didn't notice earlier.. Now when I contact Uber they closed ticket.. At least they r not trying to speak to driver as driver r not in their control. Only the mobile app with algorithm designed is owned by Uber..pathetic service by uber.. Since this issue is recurring as the Uber app is not fool proof solution and don't have control over drivers.. Though I said I am ready with call recording.. Uber is reluctant to take it up..

                                    I have lost a redmi note 6 phone, while driving in the uber from the bengaluru airport, and the driver has switched off my phone, and isnt picking up my phone.
                                    The driver number is beerappa and the car is maruti suzuki swift dzire and the number plate is ka42a5402.
                                    This is not at all professional on the drivers behalf and uber customer care isnt being very responsive and isnt connecting us to the driver.

                                      Hi, i have taken uber rides on 1st of jan 2019 and paid in cash. After that i am getting message of pending amount of 45rs/-. I have taken help from uber and explain that i have paid full amount. But still they are saying to clear overdue of 45rs/-.
                                      1. If i paid in cash how can uber say that i paid less, if they are saying it means customer is saying lie.
                                      2.in india, it is impossible that driver will accept less money and let you go.

                                      After that i realized that many of people may face such a problem but they may unseen it and may pay this little amount. This one kind of fraud for making money. I request to all users o[censored]ber please don't pay such a amount.

                                        I was travelling from ameerpet to rajiv gandhi international airport in your vehicle booked at 11.15 am on 21 st june 2019 and reached airport at 12.32 pm. The driver's name is mr tirupathiah and his mobile number is[protected]. The car number i presume is ts31t4825 (I am not very sure about the number as my mobile is in the car). The car contained a special pass to enter dell campus and i observed the sticker and driver told me this.

                                        I contacted from another mobile with in 5 minutes on 21 st june 2019 to my mobile number and it was not reachable. The driver contacted my daughter and informed her that she can collect the mobile from him. But last two days he is not reachable. Can you please help me to trace him and restore my mobile
