On 16/6/19 i took a trip from chand nagar to paschim vihar new delhi which is about 5 kms, the driver name was Mantu, before booking the fare which was shown to me was of rs72 but after ride completion it was showing rs 525, from this amount i paid the driver rs100 (28rs extra from what i was shown)now on my uber app there is no correct optionregarding my issue neither i can get uber customer service number my phone number -[protected]

    I took i ride yeasterday (14th june) at 5am in the morning from noida to new delhi railway station as i was going out of station...the total charge was 316 and i paid 315 in cash. At that time he said its ok 1 rupee is not a big deal... No problm ...he dropped me near new delhi station paharganj area at 5:35am...when i left the car i got a mail that driver has reported i havent paid the amount...316 will be deducted from my next trip. I never expected such a cheap and unaceptable activity from uber. I want uber to take action against that driver(Minsar khan- honda amaze) and clear my amount from the app.

      Two years back I have downloaded Uber app and used only for one or two times after that somehow my account got disabled. Now I want to creat an account but whenever I’m trying it’s showi that this number already there and that number is disabled . How do I can creat a new Uber account please do the needful at the earliest . I hope I will get a reply from you

        I had pre booked an Uber taxi on Saturday,
        2 June 2019 night, from Khar to Domestic airport T 1, departure for the next morning
        3 June 2019 to be picked up at 8:55 am. The fare was displayed to me on screen "Estimated around 99 Rs to 105 Rs" to which I Confirmed ok & booked the taxi. Around 8:30 am in the morning on 3 June, I get a message alert saying the fare may be little higher estimated around 105 Rs to 115 Rs & I was sent the taxi details with car no & contact.
        It was a marginal increase in the fare, so did not mind cancelling it. Upon my arrival at T1 airport, SHOCKINGLY I received a message on my mobile to Pay around 452/- Rs to the driver. The driver asked me the same amount. This was pure exploitation by Uber.

        Unable to digest this fare, I denied to pay him & told him to contact the helpline no as there was no helpline no available from my handset.
        It’s really disgusting that a passenger cannot contact & sort out his grievance. Told the driver so he managed to contact some hotline no I guess only for the drivers. In that case the Uber attendant wasn't ready to talk to me as a passenger. He insisted that he would talk only to the driver. Even to the utter surprise of the driver, the UBER call Centre attendant didn't have any accurate records being displayed on the system.
        I presumed it could be the Uber system failure or some technical issues & the driver co operated with me understanding & trusting in believing that it was Uber’s fault to misguide both o[censored]s. So I left the taxi.

        My another family came in all the way from Worli & they paid less than 300 Rs. And then after few minutes I received another alert asking me to pay 622/- Rs.
        Isn't that CRAZZYYY !!!

        After understanding that Uber really does not have any hotline no for customer grievances, I sent them mails for MULTIPLE times.

        Saddest thing, in every mail they purely accepted that due to their technical Glitch I was wrongly charged & the fare has been updated.

        But shockingly the updated fare still remains the same to 622/- Rs.

        Looks like they have a standard pattern of writing regularly in all the mails πŸ‘‡

        Appreciate your understanding.”

        It’s indeed a horrible feeling the customer critical feedback is not being valued & IN RETURN they appreciate our understanding on the grievance.

        It’s indeed shameful on Uber’s attitude of accepting the flaw & still passing it out to the consumer to bear the difficulty.

        Uber is just embarrassing & scandalous on this kind of approach.

        Will appreciate if this consumer complaint centre would resolve my genuine issue.

        Hello !
        My issue is still not resolved...
        Nothing is happening.
        All options that i was given by Uber has waiting time of 15 min or more, so had to cancel. In one case I received call from driver and he refused the trip after asking me about my destination. spend more than 30 min to book my ride and now its not allowing to book any ride saying too many cancellation.

          I have take a ride from Shamshabad Air port to Lodha casa paradiso on 13th June 2019 at nearly 22;00 hr and reach Lodha casa paradiso at 23;15 hr .
          Driver name was JAya Prakash . i left my phone in it . contact every where but unable to get details about vehicle no etc and contact details also .
          Pl share all these details so that we can get my phone from that driver .

          I booked uber on 3rd June. Paid the amount. After few days when i booked uber for some other ride it showed me outstanding balance again. Same this happend today i paid the amount and uber still asking me to pay 389 amount. I checked with bank they said uber has received the two amount in question.

            On 28th May I had ordered from uber eats and around 64.50 RS was detected from my account and the order was cancelled by the restaurant. In their help section it was written that refund will arrive in 5-6 working days. I got in touch with the customer service and they say they are facing some technical problem so cannot refund the money back but it will be credited back but they don't know when. This is so pathetic I have been waiting now for more than 2 working weeks around 14 working days it has been now. Now they do not respond to any emails. I want my refund back immediately. Kindly please help. Uber eats is the worst company when it comes to customer service with no contact number or no problem person to address this issue to.

            The UBER person in Uber desk at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, P7 (UBER pickup point), time 4:15 PM is misbehaving with customers.
            I booked a ride from cubbon park bangalore to vegacity mall inspite of me being in my correct location 2 uber drivers cancelled my ride...and i got late this is seriously not tolerable

              I have been writing endlessly (through Uber support and mail) to Uber underlining my complaint of account being blocked for a long time. I have not been able to sign in through my account and as a result unable to make bookings. It looks as if the authorization of my account has been restricted / blocked or being used by someone else without my consent. I have tried to reset the password but the account just does not login, inspite of trying multiple times. Besides the issue of escalated / incorrect pricing (which I have faced before when I used to use the cab service o[censored]ber, the company has now resorted to even blocking the accounts of customers/riders without their consent. Moreover, while I have shared all relevant evidences (in terms of screenshots, time/issue) in detail, Uber has just gone silent inspite of my repeated / endless reminders. It completely reflects the lack of seriousness and unprofessional / misconduct on the part o[censored]ber staff in addressing my concern.

                I had pre-booked UBER on 4th June’19 evening for my travel on 5th morning to international airport. The booking was for 5th June between 8.35 am to 8.45 am.

                I received a message on my mobile([protected]) with driver’s number & name around 8.15 am. I had 2 senior citizens travelling with me (We can produce the flight tickets / boarding passes). I tried calling and seeing the location of the driver. It was not reachable. When I finally got through, the driver was surprised as he was already travelling with a passenger and he had no clue that his name and number had come to me as my ride for airport & he said he was in Bandra (My cab was booked from Goregaon East). We were tensed and started booking from my husband’s mobile (Mr.Sumit Kumar Basu, [protected]) for a cab as we were getting delayed for the flight. When I booked from my husband’s mobile, this cab driver said, he is in Kandivli with some passenger, he will take atleast 20-25 mins to come.

                To our utter dismay, the cab which was booked from my mobile ([protected]) showed β€œEnd Trip” and β€œwhere u would want go”. I quickly booked and the driver was nearby and arrived in 3 mins.

                In this situation, we cancelled the booking from [protected] number as the driver was very far from destination and we had to take a flight.

                My question, why UBER is taking the booking when driver is yet to complete his ride?? This causes enormous harassment to the passenger going to airport, hospital, clinic, office, school. Do u have absolutely no value for time and money???

                This cancellation / not arriving has caused enormous mental harassment, agony and stress for all three o[censored]s travelling on that day. I would want an apology and demand compensation & waive off the charges levied on my husband’s ([protected]) account at the earliest.

                I need a quick action, else I would be forced to go to consumer forum demanding justice.

We have called my times on this number but no one is picking the call.The PHONE is still working and call is going on the same number but driver not picking the call.

                  Please provide us the driver contact detail so that we can contact him and get my mobile phone. We also raise the complaint in police station for the same.

                    I tried ordering food online on 29th may, 2109 and did the payment through my Citibank credit card of rupees 113, money deducted but order was not placed. I did the same twice both the times money deducted but order was not placed. I contacted Uber support team on this one, they said this was due to the technical issue and the money will be credited back to your account within 3-5 days. I haven't received my money back yet and when I try to contact them I don't get any satisfactory answers. I want Uber eats to know that I need 226 rupees credited back to my account asap. I am done taking follow ups with their filthy mobile support team. I am sharing the screenshot of the transaction happened that day.

                      Initially I was very happy with Uber. Now booking for an Uber ride is a nightmare. I live in Thrissur Kerala. Here you can assure that you will never get an Uber ride. Then I went to Bangalore last week. There also similar problems. To get a driver connected will take half an hour. Then the driver cancels just before reaching us. Today I spent almost an hour waiting for the taxi after booking. The message says driver arrived at spot. When I call he doesn’t pick the call. No reply for messages. When I want to cancel Uber charge me cancellation fee. Finally I had to avail auto service to reach my destination. Uber service is pathetic.

                        I want to Complaint regarding this issue that when we travel with family or friends till they asking for the taxes.But your role says that commercial vehicle caring a passenger. When only needs to pay Tax, there no role for caring the family or friends.But till I think that (friends) is in optional, it is request to cantonment board that get some solutions or role for the family.
                        Vehicle tax toll working person say that it is allowed just on Sundays How is possible this. but I am stay in near by cantonment area.

                          The Uber driver asked for cash payment Rs 1400 although the PayTM account was debited. I complained to Uber customer care, they mentioned, there is no trace for cash paid to driver hence can't help

                          It's not the amount, but lack of governance and extremely poor customer service reflects the state o[censored]nprofessionally managed company

                            I paid the amount Rs 117 through Paytm.The driver Mr.JAYAVEL insisted for cash payment since he is not having Pay tm account.
                            Hence I have been forced to pay him Rs 117 by cash.
                            I kindly request you to revert the amount paid through Pattm at the earlist.

                              This is not the first time, the Uber make me fool by fare change. When we check, the fare is something else, after the drive the charge is different.. The reply was also not proper., I will definitely go to the consumer court this time.
                              Please take my point and sent me proper reply.
                              1. How can the uber charge Twice for Airport Access. they charged me twice for Rs. 89.25 + applicable taxes. (Please see the attachment).
                              please note it is twice.
                              2. I waited for the driverto reach the airport, but he charged me for waiting.
                              3.The driver charged from were he stands ( from his village) at the time of my booking, not from the Airport. it clearly shows from the Map.
                              4. At the time of booking, the charge shows Rs. 186/- which is ok after paying the Airport access fees. But How it is increased toRs. 332.16-. It is almost double rate. I didnt even waited for a second to book the car.\
                              I was a regular (Daily user ), once. But because of this type of cheating, i stoped using the Uber and used the alternate vehicles.
                              They compeling me to go to customer court, and I will definitely go this time if I didnt get any proper responce from them.

                              I think Consumer Complaint will solve my problem ...
                              Iam waiting for a proper replay.

                                Hi,

                                i have been using Uber from 1.5years now daily, these days booking Uber taxi is so tough, even it gets booked in App, driver calls finds destination and cancels
                                from 15days every day it takes 45mins minimum to get a Uber taxi
                                it is just painful to use, especially when you are want to reach home on time due to other commitments
                                Not reliable at all. And for the prize Uber charge, not worth! the taxis are dirty/smelly, 45mins booking minimum time!!!

                                why do customer avail if not useful / worth for money?

                                  On 10th June I took booked an Uber from Escorts Fortis Hospital, New Friends Colony to Mayur Vihar Phase1. The route taken by Uber driver was longer and via Noida. Hence, Price charged was nearly three times of the fare quoted as uber showed incorrect GPS route with additional tolls and heavy traffic. I was charged Rs 372/- instead of the quoted Rs.141/-. Requesting Uber to refund the toll paid by me of Rs 200/- as I was traveling within Delhi and there was no need to route my trip through Noida.

                                    We undertook uber taxi ride on 06/06/2019 at 2.20 pm in Maruti wagon R{Driver Ganga) from HAZRAT NIZAMUDIN to Gurgaon. With temperature outside 42 degree c and AC non functional in the vehicle, it was a torturous one hour journey for we two senior citizens. We feel aggrieved on this count.Appropriate action is requested and we may be informed.

                                      Rajpal driver was showing unprofessional behaviour on 5th June from Shastri nagar to brahmapuri .
                                      He has not started Aircondtion in his car in this summer season and talked very indecently with old and senior citizen person.
                                      During AC off, old age person got fainted in the car and driver was least bothered.

                                      Please ask Rajpal and follow the guidelines of driving and he is even abusing Uber company itself
                                      Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Hello Sir,

                                        I booked my cab on 9th June (Sunday) at 1.27 PM for journey from B1/43, Block- B, New Ashok Nagar, New Delhi- 110096 to Upadhaya Clinic, Pocket A2, Mayur Vihar, Phase-3 New Delhi ( around 4KM to 5KM distance). Cab changes was Rs. 90/-
                                        After picking the cab, all sudden, driver change the route and after reaching the destination driver ask me to Pay 320/- rupees.

                                        I said, how it could be 320/- rupees at the booking time cab charge was 90/- rupees.

                                        As a result I had to pay Rs. 230/- rupees extra without my fault. I have booked my cab to see the amount of 90/ rupees.
                                        This is your system and driver fault to change the rout for making money. This is black business to cheat customer.

                                        I want my money back of 230/ rupees.
