Dear sir,

Greetings!

This is to bring to your notice that i have been struggling hard to get my money back from uber since last one month. Looking at the uber's credibility, i didn't bother to trouble much as i thought that these people are honest enough and won't play petty tricks.

This is regarding a trip that i took on may 31, 2019. My driver partner was someone names 'shlimshlim'. Snapshot of the receipt is attached. He drove me to my destination in ghaziabad. Throughout he kept saying sorry for one or the other mistakes that he was making and also, he kept saying that, do give me 5 stars, please. He kept pleading as well.

There was another lady who was picked from ntpc during this ride. The moment he stopped her ride, she gave him 5 stars there and then in front of him. He was so happy that he said, i will now drop you anywhere you will ask me to. She tried taking him a bit too far but i interrupted saying that you can't trouble one rider because of the second. Finally, she couldn't push him harder.

He dropped me, took 112 rupees, kept begging for 5 stars and left. The next time when i booked my ride, i get a message that the driver has reported that you haven't paid the full amount, which was false, untrue. I paid him cash 112 rupees. I have written the same mail before also to uber but no action has been taken yet. No service provider in the whole world leaves without taking his money. Even you understand that. It's not about 112 rupees, it's about uber being dishonest for such small amount and their driver partners being so clever.

    Rash driving by uber and hit my car from left side while at green signal, overtaking from left. I need uber to pay compensation on their driver's behalf for the damage repair.

      Have taken uber cab yesterday. It was cash trip... After reaching destination the cab driver asked for cash but my uber credits of same account also got deducted.. Called driver asked why he charged double to which he replied he is not aware o[censored]ber credits hence taken cash and will pay cash back once he receives credits which never going to happen. And this is second time i am cheated like this. One amount for 520 and other for 280.. Though i highlighted this issue several time but no acknowledgement from uber till now

        My booking was done a day prior to the journey date that means it is well planned, irrespective of the above information the drive should have been on or before time of my travel time which he wasn't,
        Also all well planned booking itself means that i should get driver details in advance atleast half hr in advance which i did not receive in my case from uber.
        Road construction are happening accross mumbai which is not a problem as 4. 30am in the mnrg there is no traffic in mumbai or be precised anywhere in india.
        I am not satisfied with the response provided by uber team. Uber has to pay for my travel as i missed my flight because of them.

          We booked an uber taxi from mobile [protected] around 1.20pm from ShalimarArcade, , 10th Cross, Lakkasandra, Wilson garden to Majestic Garden Apartment, Phase1, Bangalure.
          He dropped us in destination. But phone [protected] was inadvertantly left in the back seet. The Driver, Mr, . Puneet appearing to be very honest, informed us that the said mobile is in his possession only and he will return it to us after informing the exact location where it is to be collected from him.
          we made several calls to him for which he responded promptly, everytime promising to return the phone. But unfortunately from 9 pm onwards he is not picking up the phone, probably he has reduced the volume to 0.
          The Drivers name is Puneet and the car was brown Swift Desire. We could not remember its Reg. no. We paid him cash 155+20 old dues=175 in cash.
          Please let us know his Mobile Number so that we can contacat him or you may contact him and inform the outcome. The Mobile [protected] is in his possession only.

            To day I booked a uber service at around 11:15 am for a pick up at Ameerpet at 11:30 to Rajiv Gandhi International airport, Hyderabad. The driver, Thirupathaiah with 4 months experience has an identification in the car of a DELL company entry sticker.
            The car number maybe TS31T4825 ( I am not very sure about the number)

            He dropped me at the airport at 12:32PM

            I have forgotten my mobile phone in the car. I had put it on top of the dashboard. I realized this 5 minutes after I got out of the car and tried calling my phone from another phone and it said that my phone was not reachable.
            Now it says that this number is switched off.
            I could not locate the driver when we went to the free car parking zone. Please help me retrieve my mobile phone.

              On 29th may I order some food from uber the amount get deducted and cancelled automatically this happens 3 times the total amount is Rs.196 .20 . I have complaining this issue with uber but yet the amount not get paid by uber now it's 21st of June please resolve this issue. Still uber says tha amount get paid but it's not done yet kindly look into this matter n resolve this ..Thank u

                On 19th Jun 2019, the can never turned up and phone not working cancelled the booking with a charge of Rs 30.
                On 20th I have scheduled the ride previous night at 8.05 AM, last moment the driver cancelled the trip and the next driver cam refused to go more that 10 km and cancelled the trip with a cancellation fee of Rs 30. Again I have booked a cab the same driver allotted and cancelled the trip with cancellation fee of Rs 30. this is unaccepted from Uber. The drivers are behaving like a king and they can do whatever they like. Please refund all 3 cancellation fee in my account.

                  Its happend multiple time that my ride fare is not recorded . when i complain user asking to fill a complex form is uber saying that they are not able to record my ride after all this technology. i m not enough smart to fill such complex form taking help from my friend for this complain . is uber doing this intentionally to eat money of driver because they are not tech savy.

                    Hi, I am writing here after so many followups with uber regarding my issue but they are giving unnecessary and false reasons, hence I am approaching this platform.
                    My Issue - I took a uber ride at around 7 A.M. on 12 June 2019 for which 125 INR billed by uber. On the same day at around 11:48 I tried booking another ride, so as per uber policy you have to pay your previous ride bill first then only uber will allowed you to book next ride. So i cleared last trip bill due amt i.e. 125 INR by my credit card, I have attached screen shot for the same. After paying previous ride bill uber allowed me to book another ride, so after completing this ride, uber billed 265.88 INR, now in this 265.88 bill there were 125.78 INR included for previous ride that I already paid by my credit card, any ways I paid the bill to driver as I thought I will clear the issue from uber help centre. But while I reach uber help centre they are denying to refund 125.78 INR overcharge d to me. I am attaching all the screen shots for ur reference. Please help

                      Last Thursday, June 13, 2019, I booked a Uber Go ride in the evening and got some payment issue with the poor network. The next day morning I cleared the outstanding payment by my credit card. Then I tried to book a cab for my morning trip to the office. I wasted my time(from 8.30am to 10 am) in the busy morning just for booking a cab. But no use. I was getting an outstanding payment error. Reached the useless team many times but, no use. Then I used the OLA cab services. 5days now, still not able to book a ride in Uber. Money was debited from my account. But they are cheating me.

                      The driver did not arrive at my pickup and started ride without me. On contacting him he refused to agree and i was charged the ride and cancellation fee.

                        This is an serious issue, I took this trip for my wife Cab started from Her office from chandivali. After about 4 Kms driver says he can only continue with the trip if she agrees to wait for CNG Fill, CNG Drivers can ply with Petrol too and how did the CNG realization happened mid way, forcibly asked my wife to get down shouted at her, Driver said he requested Home trip and uber gave him a trip he did not want too, he abused my wife, This driver needs to be removed from uber immediately, Also should i lodge a police complaint for the same. Also please refund me the amount changed for the trip. How can you leave lone women passengers like this stranded in between route, i will have to take this to consumer forum too. This is a serious security issue, please remove this driver asap.

                          This is Totally worse situaiton ever I had and concluded not to continue with Uber.
                          I booked a Uber-Auto to my Relative on 17-Jun-2019 timing - around 3:30 p.m. from Tambaram Raiway station to Futura Infotech. For the same I confirmed my payment worth INR.226.60 through PayTm.
                          The issue is the auto-driver picked me and after 10 mins he started to handover the full money to his hand or else cancel the request, and started to do the fight. Because of the issue my relative missed their appointment and returning afraid.
                          Now, to whome I can report / how can I react.
                          I have recorded conversation also, just suggest me HOW?

                          How can I believe we have a SAFE & SECURE JOURNEY WITH UBER..

                          I'm just leaving upto YOU!

                            On 16/6/19 i took a trip from chand nagar to paschim vihar new delhi which is about 5 kms, the driver name was Mantu, before booking the fare which was shown to me was of rs72 but after ride completion it was showing rs 525, from this amount i paid the driver rs100 (28rs extra from what i was shown)now on my uber app there is no correct optionregarding my issue neither i can get uber customer service number my phone number -[protected]

                              I took i ride yeasterday (14th june) at 5am in the morning from noida to new delhi railway station as i was going out of station...the total charge was 316 and i paid 315 in cash. At that time he said its ok 1 rupee is not a big deal... No problm ...he dropped me near new delhi station paharganj area at 5:35am...when i left the car i got a mail that driver has reported i havent paid the amount...316 will be deducted from my next trip. I never expected such a cheap and unaceptable activity from uber. I want uber to take action against that driver(Minsar khan- honda amaze) and clear my amount from the app.

                                  I had pre booked an Uber taxi on Saturday,
                                  2 June 2019 night, from Khar to Domestic airport T 1, departure for the next morning
                                  3 June 2019 to be picked up at 8:55 am. The fare was displayed to me on screen "Estimated around 99 Rs to 105 Rs" to which I Confirmed ok & booked the taxi. Around 8:30 am in the morning on 3 June, I get a message alert saying the fare may be little higher estimated around 105 Rs to 115 Rs & I was sent the taxi details with car no & contact.
                                  It was a marginal increase in the fare, so did not mind cancelling it. Upon my arrival at T1 airport, SHOCKINGLY I received a message on my mobile to Pay around 452/- Rs to the driver. The driver asked me the same amount. This was pure exploitation by Uber.

                                  Unable to digest this fare, I denied to pay him & told him to contact the helpline no as there was no helpline no available from my handset.
                                  It’s really disgusting that a passenger cannot contact & sort out his grievance. Told the driver so he managed to contact some hotline no I guess only for the drivers. In that case the Uber attendant wasn't ready to talk to me as a passenger. He insisted that he would talk only to the driver. Even to the utter surprise of the driver, the UBER call Centre attendant didn't have any accurate records being displayed on the system.
                                  I presumed it could be the Uber system failure or some technical issues & the driver co operated with me understanding & trusting in believing that it was Uber’s fault to misguide both o[censored]s. So I left the taxi.

                                  My another family came in all the way from Worli & they paid less than 300 Rs. And then after few minutes I received another alert asking me to pay 622/- Rs.
                                  Isn't that CRAZZYYY !!!

                                  After understanding that Uber really does not have any hotline no for customer grievances, I sent them mails for MULTIPLE times.

                                  Saddest thing, in every mail they purely accepted that due to their technical Glitch I was wrongly charged & the fare has been updated.

                                  But shockingly the updated fare still remains the same to 622/- Rs.

                                  Looks like they have a standard pattern of writing regularly in all the mails 👇
                                  “Your feedback is critical for us to work and help extend a positive experience the next time you ride with us. We will use this feedback to improve our service.
                                  Appreciate your understanding.”

                                  It’s indeed a horrible feeling the customer critical feedback is not being valued & IN RETURN they appreciate our understanding on the grievance.

                                  It’s indeed shameful on Uber’s attitude of accepting the flaw & still passing it out to the consumer to bear the difficulty.

                                  Uber is just embarrassing & scandalous on this kind of approach.

                                  My issue is still not resolved...
                                  Nothing is happening.
                                  All options that i was given by Uber has waiting time of 15 min or more, so had to cancel. In one case I received call from driver and he refused the trip after asking me about my destination. spend more than 30 min to book my ride and now its not allowing to book any ride saying too many cancellation.

                                    I have take a ride from Shamshabad Air port to Lodha casa paradiso on 13th June 2019 at nearly 22;00 hr and reach Lodha casa paradiso at 23;15 hr .
                                    Driver name was JAya Prakash . i left my phone in it . contact every where but unable to get details about vehicle no etc and contact details also .
                                    Pl share all these details so that we can get my phone from that driver .

                                    I booked uber on 3rd June. Paid the amount. After few days when i booked uber for some other ride it showed me outstanding balance again. Same this happend today i paid the amount and uber still asking me to pay 389 amount. I checked with bank they said uber has received the two amount in question.

                                      On 28th May I had ordered from uber eats and around 64.50 RS was detected from my account and the order was cancelled by the restaurant. In their help section it was written that refund will arrive in 5-6 working days. I got in touch with the customer service and they say they are facing some technical problem so cannot refund the money back but it will be credited back but they don't know when. This is so pathetic I have been waiting now for more than 2 working weeks around 14 working days it has been now. Now they do not respond to any emails. I want my refund back immediately. Kindly please help. Uber eats is the worst company when it comes to customer service with no contact number or no problem person to address this issue to.

                                      The UBER person in Uber desk at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, P7 (UBER pickup point), time 4:15 PM is misbehaving with customers.
                                      I booked a ride from cubbon park bangalore to vegacity mall inspite of me being in my correct location 2 uber drivers cancelled my ride...and i got late this is seriously not tolerable

                                        I have been writing endlessly (through Uber support and mail) to Uber underlining my complaint of account being blocked for a long time. I have not been able to sign in through my account and as a result unable to make bookings. It looks as if the authorization of my account has been restricted / blocked or being used by someone else without my consent. I have tried to reset the password but the account just does not login, inspite of trying multiple times. Besides the issue of escalated / incorrect pricing (which I have faced before when I used to use the cab service o[censored]ber, the company has now resorted to even blocking the accounts of customers/riders without their consent. Moreover, while I have shared all relevant evidences (in terms of screenshots, time/issue) in detail, Uber has just gone silent inspite of my repeated / endless reminders. It completely reflects the lack of seriousness and unprofessional / misconduct on the part o[censored]ber staff in addressing my concern.
