Respected sir/madam,

Could you please help me on one payment with the uber driver that not updated as not paid. But actually i have paid to him of amount 810.81 through paytm which driver accepted and agreed that received money when we leaving the place.

I have paid patm payment of rupees 810.81 rupees to the driver pavankumar who is working with uber. But he updated as not received money to the uber company.

I got an email saying "your driver reached out to us saying that he didn't receive the full payment for this trip.in the few cases of this happening in the past, we've found that it's most often due to a confusion with regards to promotions, dynamic pricing or the payment method. This could also happen in cases where you forget to switch the payment method before requesting a ride or if you do not carry sufficient cash with you for the fare. We have added a negative balance to your account to ensure this does not affect partner economics. This amount would appear as an outstanding balance on your account and you can pay for it in your next trip. Alternatively, you can clear it using your paytm wallet, credit/debit cards or jio money. However, in case you didn't pay the full fare because of an issue you faced while on the trip, i'll be happy to look into it for you and try to offer a speedy resolution" - bitra.

Now i am unable to book a cab as well it is asking the payment of out standing 733 inr

Looks like this driver maintaining the paytm merchant his own and doing fraud with customer after leaving the place, might be the less amount earlier this time 700+ he made fraud. Please cross check as well.

    I booked uber from mangaluru on[protected] at 8:28 pm from airport area.
    He is a good driver and he dropped me at kasturba medical college, manipal at around 9.45 pm and i paid him rs 1490/-.
    However, when he left i found that the booking is cancelled and i did not receive the statement which is needed to submit for reimbursement purpose.

      I have ordered tow egg rolls for which one was correct but the other had chicken pieces.. I am an egg iteration and have never eaten any meat due to my beliefs.

      The and the wrapper clearly mentions the food i ordered so it is not the case of misplace ment..

      I have been seriously mentally traumatised..
      I need immidiate response from the company, as well as the restaurant should be debarred with immediate effect from the
      App..

      If not i am willing to take legal actions!

        Hi, i have made a ride with uber on 5.03.2019. The ride cost was rs.776.83 and i selected google pay as the payment option. I couldn't pay it that time since the link for payment got expired in google pay. Later when i opened uber eats to order something they told i can't order as rs.776.83 is outstanding in your account which was 100% valid from uber. So there in uber eats platform they gave me two options for payment one was paytm and other was credit/debit card. I paid rs.776.83 via my debit card and have received successful transaction message, it's even there in my bank statement. But uber eats haven't integrated that payment with uber and still it's showing that i have so and so outstanding amount. I am not able to use uber or uber eats coz of this. I raised a complaint in uber they told that my transaction was not successful from their end and told me to speak to the bank. I spoke to the bank and they told that particular transaction was successful from my account. Am i a fool here?? If you guys can't integrate your uber and uber eats platform why the hell should your customer face issues??? Am attaching proofs for the same here. I need reply to this at any cost.

        You can see that I paid the exact amount as mentioned that is Rs.776.83. Where the hell did my money go when I paid it through your Uber eats platform?? And when it's clearly showing in my bank statement that exact amount has been deducted from my account.If you guys can't integrate Uber and Uber eats why do you even keep an option of outstanding trip payment o[censored]ber in Uber eats platform????????????????????????

          On 12th jan., 2019, i booked a uber cab by the name of alimpika das, from j-10, malviyanagar, delhi till t-1 igi airport at 6:10 a. M. To catch a indigo flight at 8:00 a. M. The usual time to reach the airport via vasantkunj is 20 mins including the toll traffic jams in the early hours of morning. But the cab driver in order to increase the fare took the longer route via chattarpur and took us to the gurgaon railway station. Even after my continuous persuasion that we were on the longer and wrong route and that we need to reach the airport before 7:00 a. M., he paid no heed and later on upon my pointing out the signboard to gurgaon railway station he asked a person passing by, the route to airport. We were already late to web checking or reschedule our flight online as it was already 7:15 a. M. At around 7:20 a. M. He asked us to deboard the cab as the tyre was punctured at mahipalpur just few kms from the airport without even considering our urgency and making arrangements for any alternate cab or anything. Because of all these mess created by the unprofessional uber cab driver, we missed the flight and had to pay an extra 12738 rupees to confirm our seats in the next flight at 12:45 p. M. Causing us financial loss and mental harassment.

            I made an order on uber eats from super donuts panchkula sec 8.
            The amount was debited from my account but not recieved by the uber eats.
            I got this message
            "thank you for usin sbi debit card 6755 for a purchase worth rs 124 on pos00216889 at zaak epayment services txn#[protected]."

            Please send my money back to my account.

              Hi team,

              In recent times, most of the orders placed through uber eats are getting cancelled without proper reason after 1.30 hrs. On 8th march i placed order at 9.09 pm and restaurant accepted the order and delivery person took out delivery. After some time they cancelled with no proper reason. My kid is below 7 yrs and was literally crying due to hungry. I called serverlly times to customer care but no use. Concerns wrt food should be punished severely. If orders are not going to delivery, they should inform is within 10 or 15 mins wherein my case they said after 1.30 hrs. Around 10.39 night how we can manage kids without food. Need strict action against this type of case which ignored. Please do the needful by taking strict against these of irresponsible uber eats.

                I travel by uber pool daily to work. From 16 feb i have been noticing that uber pool facility is withdrawn on saturdays and therby i am forced to take uber go and pay extra charges.
                I have complained and uber has confirmed me that there is a technical glitch at their end and are looking into the same.
                Till date 09 mar this has not been resolved and every saturday i am forced to take uber go and pay extra

                  As on today, 08 March 2019, the drivers can cancel the cab and there is no way to track it. It is not shown in your list of Rides and you have no way to contact customer care or email them.

                  Does Uber provides this kind of service world-wide or only in India? WTF is wrong with these people. Maintain a customer care team, suckker.

                  Had to wait for 30 mins and the driver cancels the cab and it is not shown in the app or anywhere. What kind of technology do you use. Cheaters.

                    I ordered from ubereats and after receiving my order, i found that order wasn't properly baked and the beverage i received wasn't worth for a taste.
                    I immediately reported it to ubereats and uploaded the photo of the order, its already more than 5 hours and i am still waiting for their reply.
                    I am sure they're not worried about the consumer welcoming and hope they will do the same in future.

                      I called the driver to check his location. He asked my destination and when I told him, he started the ride and ended it even before we boarded the cab!!! This is cheating. Driver name is ravinder Reddy and he drives a Tata Indica. This is ridiculous and unjust!! The Uber cab service does not even have a customer service help desk number to register a complaint. I was unreasonably charged a cancellation fee of 47.25. it's Uber's decision not to reveal the destination to the driver beforehand. The customer has no reason to bear the brunt!!

                        They charged me twice for my ride on 22nd February once from my debit card ending 4225 after that when I took taxi on 4th March at approx 1 am they charged me again now I'm contacting them they are saying to show more details... What more details I already sent them my credit card statement and 22nd February trip details in which they can clearly see payment was done.. Do uber only remembers to take payments after that they have no records

                          I was trying to order food from a restaurant through uber eats app. The order amount was 200. When i tried to pay an amount of 259 was deducted from my paytm and the order was not placed. The item was still in my cart and amount was deducted. I had sent a help message but no-one replied to it. I dont know whom to contact. Please help me get the refund from them.

                            The unprofessional driver deliberately took wrong and longer route, circled around the same and wrong path and over charged me, nearly 3 times. Wasted my time and i missed an immensely important meeting. For which i had flied nearly 3000km in the morning. The whole trip went into waste.

                              I called uber taxi for go to mysore airport. Taxi fee was 161.49 rupee.

                              But driver requested 400rupee. The reason was when come back from airport there is no passenger.

                              Flight time was pressing and I'm foreigner.In addition l 'm ignorant of mysore.

                              Ridiculously after arrive d airport driver requested 462 rupee. Eventually I paid 400rupee.

                                I tried contacting the restaurant but they said the order was cancelled automatically and they didn't receive any payment.

                                  I usually book uber cab from noida to gaziabad. Today i took flat fare pass and booked ride again. My route has been diverted and took me from delhi toll unnecessary. Even uber driver couldn't understand why such a long journey has been there
                                  I used fare pass and booked ride for flat fare of 119 and wrongly charged 224.

                                  When it's a simple route with no border why they diverted and without informing me.

                                    Booking at 3.30 am to reach a flight, first driver cancelled after fifteen minutes of waiting, second driver, although the app said 8 minutes away said he was half an hour away. Ended up having to deal with the emergency of having alternate means of transportation. This is not the first time i or any other customer has undergone this, after this to be fined with cancellation charges when it is not out fault is not at all reasonable. We do not know whether to rely on your service or not. Please address the following complaints to make your service trustworthy.

                                      I took a cab from gurgaon to the airport on 28th january and after multiple calls with uber, they agreed it was their system fault and had to refund money. Since then, it been more than a month and they claim to have refunded the money, but i have received no refund.
                                      I have reached out uber many times, and also give them proof of my paytm statement and communication with uber. But there is no help or response from them.

                                      I have to get back rs.157.50 and rs.92.95 from uber.

                                      In the same receipt, they also charged me a waiting fee of re.1, which they refunded. Everytime i reach out to support, they only refer to the 1re that they have refunded.

                                      It's been more than a month now.

                                      How can i get back my money?

                                        Hello,

                                        I would like to complain about my horrendous experience from one of your driver riding the car (Cab No. : TN 32 AJ 6693).

                                        Travelling from Mylapore to Lancor lumina Apartments, Guduvancherry, on 1st March, 2019 (approx. 17:45).

                                        Firstly, The charges on the Uber app showed Rs 490.

                                        The Issue started when driver suddenly stopped the cab in the middle of nowhere (Near Guindy) and told me to take a train to my destination saying he has a headache and showing all kinds of tantrums and extreme rude behaviour. I requested and urged him to drop me to my destination but very rudely he denied every time and dropped me in the wrong place. Forcefully, he took Rs 174 as I was new in the town.

                                        Later I booked another cab from Guindy to Lancor lumina Apartments, Guduvancherry, due to peak hours the cab charged me into the multiple of 1.4 and unfortunately I had to pay double the estimated amount for the trip.

                                        I have experienced very unprofessional and inconsistent behaviour from Uber Drivers in the past too, but yesterday's incident pushed me to file the complaint. Due to the delay I had to face several losses and difficulties in my journey.

                                        Its a humble request to kindly take required actions against the above mentioned driver.

                                        At the time of booking, it showed me rs.159 to reach my destination.
                                        But at the time of reaching destination and at the end of journey it charged me 470 rupees.My destination was from camac street Pantaloons to dunlop bridge. But without any reason I was charged extra 311 rupees. I want refund of this 311 rupees asap.
