Hi there-

I've requested an uber this afternoon to go to my office and the driver arrived at the location. I live in a gated community and i've asked the driver to come inside the community and the security guards guided him to my block and he over-heard and went the wrong way and i wasn't able to find him and asked him to come towards the gate where i can meet him and onboard the cab. He started shouting stating i created trouble here and its a time waste for him. He murmerred all the way until i reached my destination which was pathetic. I even asked him to stop the cad where i wanted to look for an other cab. His name is ravinder.

    Hi i almost use uber for commuting but i always face problem when i booked from my home my location is timarpur sec 4 near sarvodaya kanya vidyalaya but everytime driver said that they dont get the correct location thats why they refuse the duty and i got too much problem to book again and again please do something about my location because your map not showing it correctly.

      I took a ride from electronic city to Bagmane techpark near Mahadevpura.
      During journey total cost was rs.529 and i get off from the cab it changed to rs. 480.49. Since driver was supposed to ride through flyover which include rs.48 toll charge. but driver took different route to avoid tool. I got response from customer support that this is outside uber so can't return the money. I booked Cab though Uber app then how can it be outside uber ? and 2nd point, why your driver changed the route ? Please tefund the money else i will complain in consumer forum. This has happened many times with me. your are not sharing driver number also.

        Only because o[censored]ber i missed flight my whole family suffered... I booked from jntu kukatpallh to rajivgandhi airport hyderabad... So booking confirmed but i call to driver they told iam coming within 5 minutes but they transferring other vehicles like tha3 to 4 times happen... Lastly one driver wanted water my time he not came my location v only go his location... He not there he told location again he told another location we go their also... There he picked... Finally i missed my flight i lost 17000 and my family so suffered... Why company established i don't know... Uber only pay my lost amount otherwise i'll go legal action...

          Why is it that at the time of booking the vehicle it is being shown as "5 minutes away or 7 minutes away" when after booking the uber, it comes back as saying "12 minutes away" or "x minutes away", much longer than the time indicated prior to booking.
          And to top it all, you charge a cancellation fee.
          This amounts to cheating and no one seems to mind, the 'cancellation fee'

            I ordered food at approx 10:30 pm and i ma waiting till 12:50 am. Still my order has been not delivered. This is too kuch. I am now going to sleep without food. The height is that the uber eats customer care representative are not at all worried about it. They simply ask to cancel the order and reorder something else. But they should think of time at which they ask to reorder.

              On 13.03.2019 at 7:45 am completed my uber ride with driver ajit from 39 bus stand to howrah station, left my cell phone & ladies bag in the car. Now the driver is not picking up my call when i was trying to contact in my no. Its ridiculous. He switched off my phone.in the ladies bag available cash rs. 10000 to 11000. Please help me out urgently..

                On the 9th of march i had ordered lunch from uber eats with order 205bb when i had recoved it was in the damaged condition and food had littered in the bag itself and was not at all in eatable condition after paying for this no one expects this type of service and i had provided photo to their team. Now they are saying sorry for trouble but i have been claiming the refund for it but as per them there policy restrict to do that. So is your consumber policy is this that providing damage food and not in eatable condition then too no refund for that

                  Mh 14 gd 1095 driver was very aggressive in talk and driving was very rash and also taking cut on road while driving. He has no respect about girls and woman please make sure this is not going happen any more. Teach your driver how to behave with the woman, how to respect them, and most probably give them the driving lessons... Please because of this others people life will be save...
                  I saw there was 4313 complains over there on your board. Please value customers complaints and solve them customers having blind faith on you. I hope your team will give us valuable reply n support in this.

                  Please look into this driver driving was very rash and taking cut on road affecting other bikes on the road because of his rash driving.

                  You can directly complain in the Uber's site or app. Navigate to ride history/previously taken rides and directly report the driver for any incidents. Also, you can submit a complaint in the below link directly to uber & they'll take care of the rest :)

                  Please make sure you provide the riders name and number plate's number. Its so nice of you that you think nobody should be affected by such horrible rides in the future.
                  My account has been disabled for no reason. I ordered food from Haji Saheb twice and when I went to order again it popped up saying your account is disabled. It happened today 07.03.2019 at around 8:10p.m.

                    I was trying to place an order but due to insufficient balance in my paytm the order was not being placed and i was reloading the uber eats order as i added money in my paytm. Turns out the balance which i had i. E 42.50was deducted from my account and also no order is showing neither did i receive anything. I would like my refund immediately. Plz look into it.

                    Sir maine ubereats se food order kiya tha delivery ni hui order cancel ho gya paise fir bhi kat gye rs830 ka order tha uber paise refund nhi kr rha h sir kripya mera paise refund krwaye.without delivery money charged.

                    Pls connect to resolve. I was charged by uber for my ride. I did my payment through zap my account got deducted and its not received by uber. I spoke to my bank and they are saying the transaction was successful. Pls hlep

                        Hi, i have been using uber eats more than six month, today i oredered a food in uber eats, and i did online payment also, that payment was done via zaak epayment services, and my account was debited for 88.75 but no order was given to uber, it showing no order is received, how it could be possible?
                        My account name in under is baskar,..
                        I have proof of account debit from zaak epayment devices,,,,... So kindly do the needful. So kindly refund my money to account...

                          Booked a cab in navi mumbai from ghansoli station to khandeshwar station

                          Displayed ride fare was ₹281 (Cash payment)
                          Driver charged me ₹564 (Cash payment)

                          Apart from this uber tookaway my ₹201 credits from my uber account for the trip

                          Now in all for ₹281 ride, uber charged me ₹564 cash + ₹201 uber credits which counts to inr ₹765

                          So inshort uber charged me inr ₹483 extra and there customer service is not helping me at all to resolve this

                          Hence requesting you to kindly look into this issue

                          Have a look at the displayed ride fare(₹286) and the amount charged to me (₹564) by the Uber Driver apart from this Uber stolen away my INR ₹201 uber credits from my account too

                            Could you please help me on one payment with the uber driver that not updated as not paid. But actually i have paid to him of amount 810.81 through paytm which driver accepted and agreed that received money when we leaving the place.

                            I have paid patm payment of rupees 810.81 rupees to the driver pavankumar who is working with uber. But he updated as not received money to the uber company.

                            I got an email saying "your driver reached out to us saying that he didn't receive the full payment for this trip.in the few cases of this happening in the past, we've found that it's most often due to a confusion with regards to promotions, dynamic pricing or the payment method. This could also happen in cases where you forget to switch the payment method before requesting a ride or if you do not carry sufficient cash with you for the fare. We have added a negative balance to your account to ensure this does not affect partner economics. This amount would appear as an outstanding balance on your account and you can pay for it in your next trip. Alternatively, you can clear it using your paytm wallet, credit/debit cards or jio money. However, in case you didn't pay the full fare because of an issue you faced while on the trip, i'll be happy to look into it for you and try to offer a speedy resolution" - bitra.

                            Now i am unable to book a cab as well it is asking the payment of out standing 733 inr

                            Looks like this driver maintaining the paytm merchant his own and doing fraud with customer after leaving the place, might be the less amount earlier this time 700+ he made fraud. Please cross check as well.

                              He is a good driver and he dropped me at kasturba medical college, manipal at around 9.45 pm and i paid him rs 1490/-.
                              However, when he left i found that the booking is cancelled and i did not receive the statement which is needed to submit for reimbursement purpose.

                                I have ordered tow egg rolls for which one was correct but the other had chicken pieces.. I am an egg iteration and have never eaten any meat due to my beliefs.

                                The and the wrapper clearly mentions the food i ordered so it is not the case of misplace ment..

                                I have been seriously mentally traumatised..
                                I need immidiate response from the company, as well as the restaurant should be debarred with immediate effect from the
                                App..

                                If not i am willing to take legal actions!

                                  Hi, i have made a ride with uber on 5.03.2019. The ride cost was rs.776.83 and i selected google pay as the payment option. I couldn't pay it that time since the link for payment got expired in google pay. Later when i opened uber eats to order something they told i can't order as rs.776.83 is outstanding in your account which was 100% valid from uber. So there in uber eats platform they gave me two options for payment one was paytm and other was credit/debit card. I paid rs.776.83 via my debit card and have received successful transaction message, it's even there in my bank statement. But uber eats haven't integrated that payment with uber and still it's showing that i have so and so outstanding amount. I am not able to use uber or uber eats coz of this. I raised a complaint in uber they told that my transaction was not successful from their end and told me to speak to the bank. I spoke to the bank and they told that particular transaction was successful from my account. Am i a fool here?? If you guys can't integrate your uber and uber eats platform why the hell should your customer face issues??? Am attaching proofs for the same here. I need reply to this at any cost.

                                  You can see that I paid the exact amount as mentioned that is Rs.776.83. Where the hell did my money go when I paid it through your Uber eats platform?? And when it's clearly showing in my bank statement that exact amount has been deducted from my account.If you guys can't integrate Uber and Uber eats why do you even keep an option of outstanding trip payment o[censored]ber in Uber eats platform????????????????????????

                                    On 12th jan., 2019, i booked a uber cab by the name of alimpika das, from j-10, malviyanagar, delhi till t-1 igi airport at 6:10 a. M. To catch a indigo flight at 8:00 a. M. The usual time to reach the airport via vasantkunj is 20 mins including the toll traffic jams in the early hours of morning. But the cab driver in order to increase the fare took the longer route via chattarpur and took us to the gurgaon railway station. Even after my continuous persuasion that we were on the longer and wrong route and that we need to reach the airport before 7:00 a. M., he paid no heed and later on upon my pointing out the signboard to gurgaon railway station he asked a person passing by, the route to airport. We were already late to web checking or reschedule our flight online as it was already 7:15 a. M. At around 7:20 a. M. He asked us to deboard the cab as the tyre was punctured at mahipalpur just few kms from the airport without even considering our urgency and making arrangements for any alternate cab or anything. Because of all these mess created by the unprofessional uber cab driver, we missed the flight and had to pay an extra 12738 rupees to confirm our seats in the next flight at 12:45 p. M. Causing us financial loss and mental harassment.

                                      I made an order on uber eats from super donuts panchkula sec 8.
                                      The amount was debited from my account but not recieved by the uber eats.
                                      I got this message
                                      "thank you for usin sbi debit card 6755 for a purchase worth rs 124 on pos00216889 at zaak epayment services txn#[protected]."

                                      Please send my money back to my account.

                                        Hi team,

                                        In recent times, most of the orders placed through uber eats are getting cancelled without proper reason after 1.30 hrs. On 8th march i placed order at 9.09 pm and restaurant accepted the order and delivery person took out delivery. After some time they cancelled with no proper reason. My kid is below 7 yrs and was literally crying due to hungry. I called serverlly times to customer care but no use. Concerns wrt food should be punished severely. If orders are not going to delivery, they should inform is within 10 or 15 mins wherein my case they said after 1.30 hrs. Around 10.39 night how we can manage kids without food. Need strict action against this type of case which ignored. Please do the needful by taking strict against these of irresponsible uber eats.
