I would like to complain about my horrendous experience from one of your driver riding the car (Cab No. : TN 32 AJ 6693).
Travelling from Mylapore to Lancor lumina Apartments, Guduvancherry, on 1st March, 2019 (approx. 17:45).
Firstly, The charges on the Uber app showed Rs 490.
The Issue started when driver suddenly stopped the cab in the middle of nowhere (Near Guindy) and told me to take a train to my destination saying he has a headache and showing all kinds of tantrums and extreme rude behaviour. I requested and urged him to drop me to my destination but very rudely he denied every time and dropped me in the wrong place. Forcefully, he took Rs 174 as I was new in the town.
Later I booked another cab from Guindy to Lancor lumina Apartments, Guduvancherry, due to peak hours the cab charged me into the multiple of 1.4 and unfortunately I had to pay double the estimated amount for the trip.
I have experienced very unprofessional and inconsistent behaviour from Uber Drivers in the past too, but yesterday's incident pushed me to file the complaint. Due to the delay I had to face several losses and difficulties in my journey.
Its a humble request to kindly take required actions against the above mentioned driver.

Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I'm trying to login my Uber Account its disabled . Even I tried the steps to reactive, But its not working.
