I booked uber auto on 7th december 2018. The auto came to pick me up had a different license plate and i had cancelled the trip. I registered a complaint and i received a call from uber immediately. I had explained the issue and i was assured that the cancellation fee would be refunded to me immediately. It has been three months since then and i am still waiting for the refund. Whenever i contact uber about my refund, i just get a reply that the refund was done and i have check with the bank. When i asked for refund details, i just get same response: refund was done, check with the bank. Refund amount is just rs 12. But having experienced how irresponsible uber support team is acting on this matter, i am determined to get my refund. I must have at least contacted uber on this matter not less than 10 times.
Earlier refunds were used to be credited to my uber account itself. Recently they started refunding the amount to credit cards. Since then i have not received any refund. Another refund was due few months before december 2018. I was under the impression that i received that, but now i doubt. I first want to resolve 12 dec 2018 issue and then see the earlier refund.
Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Today I was placed the order to Asima through Uber eats. After the order was cancelled from Asima, but 125 is taken from my account.
When the deducted amount is revert to my account?
