I booked a Uber cab for my elderly mother, the guy named Mahesh reached the pick up point after 30 mins because he had a drop on the way. After reaching the point he started yelling at me saying the road is too narrow to come and pick up. I've been using Uber cabs from half a decade and until today no cab driver has been rude or complained about the road. I felt unsafe for my elderly mother to board this cab and informed the driver to cancel since he was unexpectedly rude. However, the driver left without canceling but then after couple of minutes he cancelled the trip and deducted Rs 43 from my Paytm account. I don't mind the money being deducted from my account but I request Uber team to take necessary action against the driver & I need the update about the action you take against the driver. If I don't get any update on my complain I'm filling against the driver then certainly I will stop using Uber cabs in the future. This will be the last trip with Uber.

    This is regarding the rise taken on feb20 4:20 pm and the amount was taken 159rs. I had attached the paytm wallet and when ride was completed driver said payment not done so we had to pay him and then i see that money is deducted from paytm as well. The uber customer care is very bad and even the drivers are unprofessional. Customer care is suggestiong not pay the cash to driver and just walk away. Tomorrow i will take a ride of 1000rs and will not pay to driver and just walk away. Is that fine with you uber? You guys are very unprofessional and i feel cheating on people with these loopholes. Very disappointed.

      Hi,

      This is with reference to my ride taken on 5th feb 2019 at 3:54 pm. At the time of booking the fare was inr 44 and when i got down at my location i was charged inr 50. I asked your customer service executives to correct my fare so that i can make the payment at the earliest but after several round of discussion with your unhelpful customer service executives, they are not ready to correct the fare and simply mentioned we can't do anything about the same.

      It is not the question of paying 6 rupees more for the ride but there is a question of transparency and trust which uber is completely lacking and is unable to resolve my problem. I just get the default response of this problem and readymade reply that we can't adjust your fare.

      I don't understand what kind of training company is giving to these executives or may be management itself is disinterested in resolving the issues of the customers and only good in torturing their customers.

      It is been 15 days my issue is unresolved.

      You can check your system, i almost daily use uber for going to the same location and the fare in always inr 44 and sometime it changes to inr 50 depends upon the demand but the same is paid by me but this time on 5th of feb, there was no traffic, no rains etc and still i was charged inr 50.

      Instead of you guys correcting my fare, your executives being adamant, rude and unhelpful.

      I am highly disappointed with the kind of pathetic service you are giving to your customers.

      Please correct my fare and confirm.

        Hi team,

        This is regarding my ride of rs 336 which is charged me twice and now it is showing outstanding balance of the same amount. When i am ordering any thing or booking any ride, they are asking me to pay 336 which i have already paid in cash. When i have asked about this issue with the customer care they are telling there may be some error but you need to pay this amount if you will not pay we will not allow you to book any ride. This is seriously ridiculous that the company is using this type of cheap techniques to earn. I need this amount to be cleared as i have already paid this. Request you took into the same and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

          I have accidentally created an account with my alternate number. Now uber would not let me use that number with my account. My current number is [protected] and the number i want to use is [protected]. I have raised a complaint with uber support, but it certainly looks like no one cares. I[censored]ber is actually paying any support personnel, which are really doubt they are doing, they should make sure that these buggers are actually working.
          Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          When i end my ride, within a minute i realize that i forgot my phone in cab, i called to my number at first it rings, then in second time it says number switched off.

            I booked a uber pool for my friend on 17 feb 2019, please check the attached documents for information.
            When my friend asked the driver to turn on the ac of the car the driver sited illogical reasons not to turn it on.
            After repeated pleading also the driver did not paid any head and straight away refused to turn on the ac and said 'you're wearing a jacket hence you are feeling hot and such a nice weather who needs an ac. The wind is enough to cool you down the ac is not required".
            Now my question to uber is how come uber can give the upper hand or audacity to a driver to decide the likes and dislikes of a customer? When i booked a cab for my friend or whenever i book an uber for myself shall i now pray or wish will the driver turn on the ac or not or will the driver be polite or not?
            Is this a way uber give licence to their driving partners?
            Such a shame, this is heights o[censored]nprofessionalism and unethical practice of business.
            This is a clear case that the driver wanted to save the fuel cost hence he did not turn on the ac.
            When i booked that cab i did not negotiate the price of booking then how dare the driver can behave like this?
            When i'm paying the price of my ride what stopped the driver to do his job?
            Either he knew that maximum a customer can call the call center and make formal complaint against him and uber will do nothing or anyways uber will do nothing as uber is a big company and a small incident will not bat anyone's eye.
            If the driver had these points in his mind while behaving unruly towards my friend then let me tell you guys you are absolutely wrong.
            I will take this matter to consumer court and i will make sure no customer shall be handled or served like your driver did and that's a promise.

            I ordered 3 sets of ghee poda idlis and I just got only 3 no.of idlis and no customer response from the uber eats... And the delivery boy is not properly educated to make an order at uber eats.. I need my refund or proper order again as soon as possible..

              My food order i'd is #9ec2f.
              I had order special chicken biryani and received only plain biryani as packets of chicken and raitha was missing.
              Also i tried contacting customer care but got no response from them.
              Why customer should lose hard earned money for these company fraud/mishap. I would have ordered plain biryani for 100 rs only rather than paying 280rs
              So want my reimbursement

                I ordered a veg burger (Classic buff) from uber eats on the restaurant burgzooka in khar west on the night of 12th, jan 2019.

                I ate the burger but smelt something unusual and had a slight doubt of what i was eating.

                I quickly called up the restaurant and the i started shivering after what the person had said. "yes sir it is a non veg burger".

                I am a jain and it is completely against my religion to eat non vegetarian which i had to break because of mis representation.
                I have call recording o[censored]ber eats person accepting the mistake.

                I demand a sum of inr 25 lakhs in compensation.

                  I ordered a ice cream from uber eats and I found that tumeric powder smell was coming from the ice-cream and I called the uber eats customer care and I also shared the images and finally they are telling that they can't replace or refund for the Ice-cream . My money is totally wasted here and uber eats has cheated me in this .. I want uber eats to refund the money I paid.

                    Sir i m really harashed as i was a honest partner and was driving with uber cab since 2017 with almost 5 star rating. One day i was feeling sick during trip and i call my owner for help. My owner came and replaced me during trip. Regard this customer confused and made a complain in uber against me without asking anything from us. On user complain uber blocked my driving licene till now. Now uber call me again afer one and half year and said that they will not object my driving licence if i will drive again with uber. I purchased a new taxi for self driven on loan for attachment and now they are refusing my car for attachment and i am harrashed as i purchased new car on loan for driving with uber and i m unable to pay the emi of bank loan. Please help me. I am assuring that i will drive honestly and i was not committed that mistake knowingly.

                      I booked a auto around 3 from my place to chinchwad railway station, the fare shows approximately 39 rs but i was charged rs 99 y??? U ppl cancle rides n charge us unnecessarily... This has happened twice with me... Is this the kind of service u provide to customer... Y did the fare increase from 39 to 99... Wat is the use o[censored]ber service if my charge so much for a short ride

                        This is regarding my order done on[protected] from Behrouz Biryanni at 1.30 pm, order no #A3316 which was going to deliver by mahesh and #0012F which was going to deliver by Omkar. My complaint is that my both the orders was cancelled by you and when call to customer care they said that we are not able to reflect your order. I worked in Indiabulls and I hardly get 30 mins break for lunch and you guys cancel my order from your side. This is pathetic. Never expected such things from you people as you can check that I order very frequently. So from next time I have to think twice to order from you people as there is many food delivery apps which give food in less than 30 mins and without any hassle. I want my next order in discounted price because it was your mistake and my lunch break was cancelled.

                          I booked uber auto on 7th december 2018. The auto came to pick me up had a different license plate and i had cancelled the trip. I registered a complaint and i received a call from uber immediately. I had explained the issue and i was assured that the cancellation fee would be refunded to me immediately. It has been three months since then and i am still waiting for the refund. Whenever i contact uber about my refund, i just get a reply that the refund was done and i have check with the bank. When i asked for refund details, i just get same response: refund was done, check with the bank. Refund amount is just rs 12. But having experienced how irresponsible uber support team is acting on this matter, i am determined to get my refund. I must have at least contacted uber on this matter not less than 10 times.

                          Earlier refunds were used to be credited to my uber account itself. Recently they started refunding the amount to credit cards. Since then i have not received any refund. Another refund was due few months before december 2018. I was under the impression that i received that, but now i doubt. I first want to resolve 12 dec 2018 issue and then see the earlier refund.

                            The executive collected hdfc bank cheque 000033 dated 10/06/2018 amounting to rs. 4491 for 3 years (18/03/2019 to 18/03/2022) home care plan for washing machine sl no. Inf[protected] purchased on 18/03/2017.

                            But to my surprise the letter acknowledging the receipt and service only for 3 years i. E. March-2019 to march-2021 without any date on the letter but signed by anish ahuja for head service has been received by me only on 13/02/2019 by courier trackon vide no. [protected].
                            This is the apathy of service from such a reputed company promising for 3 years while collecting money, giving letter for only 2 years (After a gap of 9 months) and does not know what service they will do thereafter.

                              I had ordered food from Uber eats on 2nd Feb 2019 and paid through Paytm. The amount was deducted on same day after showing the transaction as On hold. But they again deducted the same amount for the same order on 13th February. The customer care isnt understanding my situation and is keeping on insisting that they didnt charge me twice. I have attached the transaction screenshots of my Paytm Wallet.

                                On12 feb i hired a cab from my location 538k/52 ektapuram triveni nagar at 9:53 by my number [protected] and i recieved msg that driver will be there in 13 minutes but after 10 minutes msg came to me that driver is changed and the new driver will be there in 10 minutes. But ths driver was late and my app was showing me that driver was at its place but i along with my family was standing there since last 45 minutes at same place, but when he came he fined me for late fees and also driver was not as in picture. Since we were late so my train left. And because of this we suffered a lot there was no other options to wait for other train for 3 hours.                                   Such a disaster service from uber currently m on uber pool to greater noida and has been riding since last 1hr and 20mins still there to reach. Why somebody hire a cab if 40mins distance gpnna cost me double time. Worst cab servce clubbed ppl with very different route going back and forth for 6kms in ofc timings.

                                  Will not take this cab in future and suggest others also same.

                                    My issue is that i have paid rs.109 for which i've taken ride on 21 dec'18, but when i try to book another ride, it is asking for payment again.
                                    I have been contacting uber customer care since last 4-5 days, and i've sent them my bank statement for amount charged against uber.com in, but they keep denying that money didn't received and i have to pay again.

                                        On last night[protected] i booked an auto on uber from my office (Orchid plaza mmda razak garden) to my p. G (R. K mansion, choolaimedu) the fare as shown in the app was rs53.50 paise and i paid him 55 rs. And he were asking for 10 rs extra and i'm not agreed to gave that fare, at time he shouting and using some abuse words in a public place. It was a strange experience i ever had from uber.
