I m using uber since long and regularly but i am not getting any free ride offers. If this issue will not be solved i'll stop taking your service. I m regularly using your uber cab services and i use it so often still i m not getting any free ride or concession on rides which is making me think to drop using your uber cab services. Plz do consider my request.

    There is no range of kilometers fixed for booking an auto. If i book an auto for a location that is nearby my home, it can book another location with same name located anywhere in india within 1000s of kilometers. There should be a range of kilometers defined in order to book a ride and if the destination exceeds certain limit, it should not get booked.

      Hello Team,

      Uber India has started cheating people by charging Rs. 99 for a trip cancelled by the driver. i had booked a trip from chunabhatti sion to evershine city the driver cancelled the trip the and i was charged Rs. 99 for it. when asked for refund i was denied. the other day also on my other number 981999xxxx i was unnecesarily charged Ra. 100 for which i have still not received any refund. i tried contacting uber customer care but they are useless. no one replies.

        Hi,

        On friday 23 feb, saturday i booked the cab using the uber app. I was tracking through the app and the app was showing me that cab would reached me within 5 min but the scenario of time was same even after the 5 min left. When i called the driver he told me that he had stuck in some jam. Eventhough i did multiple called him as i was unable to track through the app.

        Once cab reached at my destination the driver called me back that he had reached and without any delay i boarded the cab.

        I was surprised when i saw the final amount which was showing the addition of rs 49 as waiting charges.

        I was waiting for the cab and suddenly i came to know that i have to pay for that waiting charges that seems very strange to me.

        I couldn't expect from the reputed company like uber. I complained in the app but they refund me rs 20 which is unfair.

        I want my full amount back for waiting time charged in the bill i. E rs 49.

        Please look into the issue thoroughly and take necessary action on the same.

          I booked an uber from airport to home in delhi. My amex card was added as payment option. It wasn't charged due to some issue at the uber end. Now uber app is not allowing me to book any other cab unless i clear the outstanding. Now the funny part is that they do not have any way to clear this outstanding in their app. I added another visa card so that they can charge it but there is noway to clear the outstanding. Uber doesn't own any car, they are a technology company yet their technology fails. Even the most basic sites are not having such issues. This is a pathetic service that is being used more as a compulsion. If another ride company can come in, i am sure uber will fail due to non-consumer responsiveness.

            I booked an über auto from kanaka nagar to rajarajeshwari nagar on 24th february 2019. The driver asked for my drop location and denied dropping me to my destination as it was "lunch time". He asked me to cancel the trip. Now i have to bear the cancellation fee. He denied cancellation of the trip. This is really dangerous when people, especially girls are alone in an unknown area. Can uber please do something about this driver name: narayanaswamy auto number: 5223

            Uber account shows outstanding amount, even after payment completed and amount deducted from my bank account.
            Now because of this I cannot book another taxi, or I will have to make double payment to uber.

              Dear sir,
              It's very heartening to find your services particularly at guwahati airport to city is pathetic. Every time i booked a car from there i found your automated chosen car is either standing at 15-20 km apart or 15-20 minutes away. Those selected drivers are cancelling those trip either because of delay in arrival or distance. For this reason i have to pay the price. This is the reason i have to think twice before using your services henceforth.
              Kindly look into the matter seriously.

                See uber looting strategy for one trip charging the two-time toll and if you ask to refund money
                I didn't pay any cash to driver, the driver refused to pay money on toll and in the end i have to pay toll and then in tip end they again charged toll in my tip so two time toll charged and while i asked you charged double amount of toll in this trip this is response from uber

                Unfortunately, any amount paid above the trip price is considered an exchange outside the uber system, and so we'll not be able to make a refund in this case.
                For future trips, however, it is best to pay your driver-partner only as much as the trip receipt reflects and avoid any inconvenience.

                    After completing the trip in uber, the bill was rs.672. But the driver told as rs.772 and took rs.772 from me.
                    Later when i complained to uber, they told cash payment is out of their hands and cannot do anyhting. They denied to take any action on driver and did not refund excess money.
                    This way the company uber and the driver are making money illgally but cheating the customers.

                      I ordered from ubereats on 20 feb for which the payment was deducted on the same date of rs. 108, thus the transaction being completed.
                      However ubereats deducted payment again on 21 feb for the same order of rs.108. The customer care agent insists that the payment did not reach them on first deduction and thus the second deduction. However the amount was already deducted from my paytm balance the screenshots of which are shared with ubereats and paytm both. How should be this dealt with.

                        Driver name jaied car no mh46ad3750 white maruti suzuki ritz. The driver was booked from seawoods to k star mall chembur, was reluctant to go hence gave excuses with map isses, finally he agreed so my wife n 2 daudhters started the journey, midway on signal this guy started acting smart he started waiting back on green lights on palm beach highway, when my wife questioned him he had the adaucity to tell my wife to book a plane. We cut the trip short in vashi and booked a cab, no customer number for uper or satisfactory response from them. Worst service received yet.

                          Uber usually arrives at trip charges based on route but for places around elcot, shollinganallur it shows a route which doesn't exist and charges you more with toll charges again thereby leading to 15-20% increase in trip fare every single time
                          Customer has to pay everytime and then getting the refund from uber is difficult as they share standard template response thereby skipping the refund completely

                            I booked a Uber cab for my elderly mother, the guy named Mahesh reached the pick up point after 30 mins because he had a drop on the way. After reaching the point he started yelling at me saying the road is too narrow to come and pick up. I've been using Uber cabs from half a decade and until today no cab driver has been rude or complained about the road. I felt unsafe for my elderly mother to board this cab and informed the driver to cancel since he was unexpectedly rude. However, the driver left without canceling but then after couple of minutes he cancelled the trip and deducted Rs 43 from my Paytm account. I don't mind the money being deducted from my account but I request Uber team to take necessary action against the driver & I need the update about the action you take against the driver. If I don't get any update on my complain I'm filling against the driver then certainly I will stop using Uber cabs in the future. This will be the last trip with Uber.

                              This is regarding the rise taken on feb20 4:20 pm and the amount was taken 159rs. I had attached the paytm wallet and when ride was completed driver said payment not done so we had to pay him and then i see that money is deducted from paytm as well. The uber customer care is very bad and even the drivers are unprofessional. Customer care is suggestiong not pay the cash to driver and just walk away. Tomorrow i will take a ride of 1000rs and will not pay to driver and just walk away. Is that fine with you uber? You guys are very unprofessional and i feel cheating on people with these loopholes. Very disappointed.

                                This is with reference to my ride taken on 5th feb 2019 at 3:54 pm. At the time of booking the fare was inr 44 and when i got down at my location i was charged inr 50. I asked your customer service executives to correct my fare so that i can make the payment at the earliest but after several round of discussion with your unhelpful customer service executives, they are not ready to correct the fare and simply mentioned we can't do anything about the same.

                                It is not the question of paying 6 rupees more for the ride but there is a question of transparency and trust which uber is completely lacking and is unable to resolve my problem. I just get the default response of this problem and readymade reply that we can't adjust your fare.

                                I don't understand what kind of training company is giving to these executives or may be management itself is disinterested in resolving the issues of the customers and only good in torturing their customers.

                                It is been 15 days my issue is unresolved.

                                You can check your system, i almost daily use uber for going to the same location and the fare in always inr 44 and sometime it changes to inr 50 depends upon the demand but the same is paid by me but this time on 5th of feb, there was no traffic, no rains etc and still i was charged inr 50.

                                Instead of you guys correcting my fare, your executives being adamant, rude and unhelpful.

                                I am highly disappointed with the kind of pathetic service you are giving to your customers.

                                Please correct my fare and confirm.

                                  This is regarding my ride of rs 336 which is charged me twice and now it is showing outstanding balance of the same amount. When i am ordering any thing or booking any ride, they are asking me to pay 336 which i have already paid in cash. When i have asked about this issue with the customer care they are telling there may be some error but you need to pay this amount if you will not pay we will not allow you to book any ride. This is seriously ridiculous that the company is using this type of cheap techniques to earn. I need this amount to be cleared as i have already paid this. Request you took into the same and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                    I have accidentally created an account with my alternate number. Now uber would not let me use that number with my account. My current number is [protected] and the number i want to use is [protected]. I have raised a complaint with uber support, but it certainly looks like no one cares. I[censored]ber is actually paying any support personnel, which are really doubt they are doing, they should make sure that these buggers are actually working.

                                      I booked a uber pool for my friend on 17 feb 2019, please check the attached documents for information.
                                      When my friend asked the driver to turn on the ac of the car the driver sited illogical reasons not to turn it on.
                                      After repeated pleading also the driver did not paid any head and straight away refused to turn on the ac and said 'you're wearing a jacket hence you are feeling hot and such a nice weather who needs an ac. The wind is enough to cool you down the ac is not required".
                                      Now my question to uber is how come uber can give the upper hand or audacity to a driver to decide the likes and dislikes of a customer? When i booked a cab for my friend or whenever i book an uber for myself shall i now pray or wish will the driver turn on the ac or not or will the driver be polite or not?
                                      Is this a way uber give licence to their driving partners?
                                      Such a shame, this is heights o[censored]nprofessionalism and unethical practice of business.
                                      This is a clear case that the driver wanted to save the fuel cost hence he did not turn on the ac.
                                      When i booked that cab i did not negotiate the price of booking then how dare the driver can behave like this?
                                      When i'm paying the price of my ride what stopped the driver to do his job?
                                      Either he knew that maximum a customer can call the call center and make formal complaint against him and uber will do nothing or anyways uber will do nothing as uber is a big company and a small incident will not bat anyone's eye.
                                      If the driver had these points in his mind while behaving unruly towards my friend then let me tell you guys you are absolutely wrong.
                                      I will take this matter to consumer court and i will make sure no customer shall be handled or served like your driver did and that's a promise.

                                      I ordered 3 sets of ghee poda idlis and I just got only 3 no.of idlis and no customer response from the uber eats... And the delivery boy is not properly educated to make an order at uber eats.. I need my refund or proper order again as soon as possible..

                                        My food order i'd is #9ec2f.
                                        I had order special chicken biryani and received only plain biryani as packets of chicken and raitha was missing.
                                        Also i tried contacting customer care but got no response from them.
                                        Why customer should lose hard earned money for these company fraud/mishap. I would have ordered plain biryani for 100 rs only rather than paying 280rs
                                        So want my reimbursement
