This is with reference to my ride taken on 5th feb 2019 at 3:54 pm. At the time of booking the fare was inr 44 and when i got down at my location i was charged inr 50. I asked your customer service executives to correct my fare so that i can make the payment at the earliest but after several round of discussion with your unhelpful customer service executives, they are not ready to correct the fare and simply mentioned we can't do anything about the same.
It is not the question of paying 6 rupees more for the ride but there is a question of transparency and trust which uber is completely lacking and is unable to resolve my problem. I just get the default response of this problem and readymade reply that we can't adjust your fare.
I don't understand what kind of training company is giving to these executives or may be management itself is disinterested in resolving the issues of the customers and only good in torturing their customers.
It is been 15 days my issue is unresolved.
You can check your system, i almost daily use uber for going to the same location and the fare in always inr 44 and sometime it changes to inr 50 depends upon the demand but the same is paid by me but this time on 5th of feb, there was no traffic, no rains etc and still i was charged inr 50.
Instead of you guys correcting my fare, your executives being adamant, rude and unhelpful.
I am highly disappointed with the kind of pathetic service you are giving to your customers.
Please correct my fare and confirm.
