Horrible UBER experience... i went dakshineswar on 2/2/2019..fare was 269...i did not have exact amount...i gave the UBER driver 500...he refused to give me balance...i told him to return money...i will pay by paytm...he told paytm service is not working...i told him to take me to near by ATM...he told me he have to go for next drive...he had 120 rupees with him...he did not give me that money also...such a horrible and shameful experience i had

On 02/12/2018 I took Uber from Kamothe to Domestic airport. Paid the fafe in cash to the driver. Amount still shows payable on app. I am unable to take further rides and forced to book for Ola.

    I booked ubergo taxi for going to cs international airport from dosti flamingos thro my mobile no [protected] at about 540 am on 2-2-19. The uber taxi came after about 20 mts to pick our family to international airport. The driver sri balgobind was going on complaining that i have not put destination as t-2 terminal whereas i have mentioned as cs international airport. Ihave clearly told him to take me to the airport which i have asked. He talked to your executive also on telephone. When i wanted to talk to your executive, the otherside refused to talk. The driver wanted to change my destination in the app which i have not agreed since i have clearly mentioned as csia. The journey was not pleasant and maybe due to your gps or drivers understanding problem. The customer wanted the the passengers should be taken to international airport and he should comply. Pl look into it and take corrective action

      The driver cancelled the ride but i was asked to pay the next time.. There is no option to write a complaint on the app neither is there any customer care support. The worst service and simply making money by looting the people   replace all

      Is uber so irresponsible and least bothered abt the customer satisfaction?
      I am grieved by the behaviour o[censored]ber, it’s driver partners and the customer support. This is the second incident in the last one month when I was charged cancellation fee when the driver refused / cancelled the trip.

        I am not able to use my uber credits for last three months and the customer care agreed that there is a bug and not able to solve it. They keep quiet for a month and suddenly they call and ask the issue and tells some basic trouble shooting and they keep quiet again. This is frustrating. If there is no way to resolve please share at least the address for uber india where i can legal a formal legal notice. I am a lawyer so it shouldn’t be a big deal for me to send a notice. Call me at [protected]. Also, some customer care executive asked to delete the account and use ola. Some don’t even understand english. Uber’s customer care is the worst in india at present and if it continues like this very soon you will be out of the market.

            Dear sir,

            This is to inform you a grievance i had from uber taxi driver in kaloor, ernakulam, kerala.

            On 31 january, 2019 at about 6:15 am i booked a uber pool taxi from hotel puthens capitol inn, ernakulam to vennala government higher secondary school, vennala, ernakulam. At 6:19 am i got a call from the number [protected], a driver named nikhil with the taxi tata vista and enquired about whereabouts of the place and i confirmed our journey. I along with my husband were heading for a psc examination at the above said school and we waited for the driver at the hotel. But the driver didn't arrived. I got messages from uber that driver cancelled the trip since i refused to pay the money.

            This is absolutely false because the journey is very important for us and we won't cancel the journey for the sake of money that too early morning when other options of travelling are limited. After that i couldn't book another taxi service from uber app. If the driver was unable to come for the pickup he could have informed us as early as possible so that we could arrange some other vehicles instead he cancelled the journey at last minute.

            Because of the unprofessional attitude from the uber driver we had to face many issues and lost trust in uber services. Earlier i used uber and was fully satisfied with the services.

            Kindly look into this issue and please do the needful. Looking forward to hear from you

              Hello

              Phone number associated for my uber account is [protected]. Today around 9:56pm i booked a uber cab from dt mall in chandigarh. My son and my wife wanted to have burger from mcdonalds and it was not feasible for me to leave office, so i thought of getting the burgers and get it delivered to my home in sector 28 chandigarh. While i was ordering the meal, i got the phone call from my uber driver that he is waiting just outside the mall. I took the burgers which costed me 300 rupees and went out just opposite the mall. There was a driver standing there and i asked him to drop the burgers to sector 28. He did not ask me if i am the right person who ordered the cab and neither did i. The driver said he will reach 28 in 10 minutes, so i called my wife and informed her. After 10 minutes the driver called me that he is waiting out dt mall, to which then we figured out that the driver who took the delivery was someone else. This was a complete hassle and a harassment

                Hi.. I just want to complaint about uber. I took a ride on 27/11/2015 from delhi to gurgaon. And amount comes around inr 673 which has been already paid in cash but it is still showing outstanding. And because of that im unable to take another ride. Request you to resolve the issue asap else you can delete my account. It is so irritated and unprofessional that nobody can accept this. Uber is such a big brand and they are running like this. Sad.

                  I have a phone only account with the number [protected]. The app does not let me in as it asks for some email and password.

                  I never used an email with that account and your staff members have been asking for government proofs to substantiate my identity.

                  When these things were not needed initially, why are they needed now?

                  The uber customer service keeps on repeating the same thing and there has been no resolution to my inquiry.

                    I had a ride on jan 29th, 2019. Issue was explained to uber india. Uber india customer service is not addressing the issue. I asked for a refund. They haven't refunded the amount yet. They are not transparent in their communication with me. They don't have a customer support contact number. They don't escalate the issue. They don't share their ceo's e-mail address with the customer.

                      I have booked a ride on 26th Jan 19 from Shakti Nagar dhal to Dev Nagar Lucknow.

                      Total was Rs 96 and I have given 500 rupees and driver returned me 2 currency of 100, 1 currency of 200 and coins of 4 rupees.
                      When I came back to my home and checked the currency then found that 200 rupees currency was fake.

                      I have logged the complaint on uber site but nobody is replying.

                      It is requested please take this matter on High priority nad do the needful.

                        I placed an order for food on 29 jan 7:30pm which wasn't delivered & uber is not paying my money back.
                        I called up uber eats call support & they asked me to write case on web support.
                        They are simply marking my issue as resolved without any action.
                        This is completely unethical.. Charging customer n not providing them with service n then refunding the money

                        I was charged excess today from juhu to prafulla paradise kadhakpada Kalyan .the driver charged me 1600 rupees. He brought me from another route and cheated me. I was quite since somebody had passed away. His name was Siddharth it happened on 24/01/2019. 1600 rupees you charge when you go from Mumbai to Pune. This driver cheated me.

                          I placed an order on uber eats on 29 Jan 7:30pm.
                          By 9pm order status was reflecting as delivered .

                          On calling customer support they patched the delivery partner who then disconnected the call.

                          He was again patched n he asked us to come to Patel Marg to pick the order (3-4 km ) away from my house.

                          Then customer care asked delivery guy to drop the call.

                          This was further escalated twice to the manager but also didn't provide us with the food delivery or refund.

                          There is still no resolution from uber on this. They are simply saying they can't help me on this
                          I haven't taken the uber auto trip from brigade road to Iyengar bakery in Bangalore on 29th January 2019 at around 5:10pm.

                          The driver has started the trip without picking us up and is not ending the trip since the past hour. Kindly report back. It's urgent.

                            Last night that is on 28th january, i landed kolkata airport from delhi at 11.00 o’clock at night. I booked uber car for dumdum railway station and that was showing 15 minutes to come to airport. When it was 07 minutes to come to airport the said car cancelled the ride and transfer the ride to another uber car for unknown reasons. Another car was driving by shakil who said that it would take 30 minutes to come to kolkata airport as he was in rajarhat. I was surprised. I had with me 3 big lugages and mine 6 year old daughter. I then booked prepaid taxi. That was very muh embarrassing for me. Now i want to know from you that you people opened this business for joking with us or to harass public or to cheat public by taking money from them as cancellation charge. I have seen that after such harassment, it is showing that rs. 47 will deducted in my further ride. So, this is your business. Kolkata airport is such an important place in kolkata city and uber has no a single car in near airport. It is very funny. I advice you something, please go to city like delhi and see the process of ola, uber. They are fast and their service is very much spontaneous. Shameless to you. Just stop cheating public. Try to understand their problem. After this incident, i never use your ride and not even i tell my nearest dearest to use uber car. If you need this cancellation charge, you come to me at my office after contacting me. Hopeless and shameless.

                              I booked a uber cab from little mount and waited. But after a long wait the driver cancelled the trip. When i tried to book another cab the app asking me to pay the cancellation fee. This is totally unfair. Even though i tried revoke the cancellation fees through"review my cancellation fee" option it showing error after consecutive attempts. Let me know what solution u going to provide for this. If this continues i should file a legal complaint.

                                I want the cab no as want to register a police complain... Driver name is jaspreet... Car model is ritz... This guy was literally misbehaving and using abusing language... I talked to him in polite manner as he was a aged man but this man... Heights.. I called driver after booking the cab he asked my drop location... I told it’s mehrauli... I said he is coming... When he arrived i was about to sit he shouted that he will drop me till bus terminal and will not drop me till location. I told him that’s ok if he don’t want to go... I will cancel the cab and will book a new one but please atleast don’t shout on customers... Then his wording were “chal chal”... I reverted in a polite manner that uncle you are a old man please don’t talk like that... And he started abusing languages that i can’t even mention in here... I had my wife with me but the uber driver is least bothered... I want a strict action against him... Don’t expect such thing from a international brand like uber... U you guys can’t do anything please provide me his cab number so that i can register a police complain against him

                                  I booked an uber cab from my mobile app on 20-jan-2019, (From new delhi to birla mandir) whose charges was rs-95. After completing my journey i paid the driver from my paytm account into driver paytm number - [protected]. Transaction id - [protected]. (Screenshot attached below).
                                  After some time i booked another cab from same uber app (From birla mandir to delhi railway station).in my application charges was showing rs -121. But when my journey completed the application shows me rs-216 to be paid. They added previous rs-95 to my next amount. (Which was already paid by me)
                                  At that time i was forced to pay double amount because i was getting late to catch my train.
                                  After that i raised a complain in uber app regarding duplicate charge (Screenshot attached), but no satisfactory response from uber.

                                    Hello, I stays in sector 107 Gurugram and I travel daily from Dwarka metro station. We have to depend upon UBER to commute. But UBER started taking advantage of our situation. Earlier UBER used to provide POOL service in our locality but from last month they remove POOL option from phone application. Earlier which we use to pay to reach home was Rs 100 and now we have to pay Rs 250 for UBER GO cab which is completely unfair to all middle class family. UBER is taking undue advantages of our situation.
                                    PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER

                                      I have been a regular user o[censored]ber cabs for quite some time.
                                      To day, i experienced a horrible ride on uber, on my way to us visa center in begumpet, hyderabad along with my wife. I rode with one driver, mr. Mohd, licence plate nots07uc5495, by paying a hefty amount (Almost twice the normal amount) in the guise of "higher demand".
                                      The car was stopped by a police near begumpet flyover for not paying a penalty amount of rs.1755, involving 5 earlier challans. The driver could not pay the money, and he went on contacting somebody (I do not know whom). We being senior citizens, waited with anxiety in the hot sun and heavy traffic, for over 30 minutes, and finally reached the visa office late.
                                      This situation is not at all acceptable and we do not know what would have been our fate if we were to catch a train or plane. Even, in our present case, we had to face embarrassment at the visa service centre and had to wait for longer time.
                                      Hence you are requested to exercise proper surveillance on the drivers/vehicles, so that customers like me are not put to such inconvenience.
                                      I also demand that the amount paid by me may be refunded for all the agony i faced.

                                        Last night i have booked prime sedan with a suggested between rs 195 to rs 235/- from srinagar colony to nizampet.
                                        1) i disappointed to see swift dezire that was sent under prime sedan class.
                                        2) at the end of the trip i was shocked to see invoice of rs 411/-
                                        You should let customers know if there is a surge before the trip and should take their consent i stead deceiving customers like this.
                                        I am totally disappointed and i will not using your services ever and i will not recommend your service to any of my friends.
