To day, i experienced a horrible ride on uber, on my way to us visa center in begumpet, hyderabad along with my wife. I rode with one driver, mr. Mohd, licence plate nots07uc5495, by paying a hefty amount (Almost twice the normal amount) in the guise of "higher demand".
The car was stopped by a police near begumpet flyover for not paying a penalty...

Last night i have booked prime sedan with a suggested between rs 195 to rs 235/- from srinagar colony to nizampet.
1) i disappointed to see swift dezire that was sent under prime sedan class.
2) at the end of the trip i was shocked to see invoice of rs 411/-
You should let customers know if there is a surge before the trip and should take their consent i stead deceiving customers like this.br...

I am dipankar bose, mobile no. [protected]. It is showing that i haven't pay rs. 47.25 to the driver. It is quite impossible. Everytime i have paid which the driver said to pay. There are no cancellation on my behalf.
So, sir, please deduct this amount and take necessary steps. Otherwise it will be impossible to me to call a uber. I have to switch on ola cab.

Hi, i m samuel. At 26th november 2018 i place an order with under eats. Unfortunately i cancelled that order within a hour, because i had an emergency. The customer care people called me and conformed that the order was cancelled. But now today, 22.01.2019 2.00am the uber eats debit the amount rs.562.80 from my payam wallet without my permission. I booked a uber from sushant lok-1 c block for dlf phase-2 gurgaon. Car no. Hr46d7433 came and charges shown were rs.59/- on the way at sikanderpur village the vehicle got break down (Punctured). The driver left me on the middle of the trip and charged rs.63/- even the trip was not completed due to his mistake.
Please check and confirm about the action and reverse the charges.

This driver has not come for the last 45 mins in spite of calling him three times and showing 7 mins and also he is not ready to cancel the trip. Neither he is cancelling nor he is picking me because of which unable to book another car. So immediately cancel the ride and also allocate the certain time limit for pick up the client as you have for time waiting...

My order was not accepted and money has debited from my account but I have not refunded my amount which debited that has debited before 2days ... Still I have not received.. and refunded.. please give me a solution .. long time order has not taken by the restaurant and debited money from my debit card.. Fraud company, I'm not getting reply. I book a cab and mode of payment is showing as cash so I paytm the driver of amount of Rs. 89.00 and paytm receipt also shared with uber. After drop down, my uber credits allso get debited of amount of Rs. 89.00
For a single journey, i paid double money and uber guys are sleeping and not reverting any of my mails....

My experience with uber these days is ridiculous. For just booking cab it took 1 hour. After booking it i was waiting for it for 1 hour.
