I ordered a popcorn in uber eats and i didn't not receive the popcorn but i was charged rs 150 and rider did not call me even and after sometime he called and told that he has cancelled the order and made me fool and cheated me and spoke bad words to me and made me disappointed... I want uber to throw him out of the job and i want uber to refund my money back to my account...

    We ordered from uber eats #83beb, the delivery boy is taking 1 hour and we had to call 10-15 times, shared google map location, still guy went to a different ocation 4-5 km away!!!

    We are seriously disappointed "uber", your service is degraded. Can't you get it?
    Why don't you take a step to employ right people and provide proper training.

    Both uber driver or uber eats delivery boys are not able to find key/prime/well known locations of city. Even they don't know how to see a map.

    I need refund of my money, very disheartened. Learn from swiggy why they are market leaders now because of #customer service #justintimedelivery #trainedemployees #softspokenemployees

    People select uber as an alternate not as priority. Very poor service.

      I booked a ride from silk board, bangalore to arekere which is 6-7kms. Uber showed me a fair of rs.105 for uber go and i booked it. They showed a wait time of 9 mins (Wrong communication from uber) which i know will never happen and the driver came after 25 mins (Not the fault of driver, its bcoz of blr traffic). Though i chose a uber go, they gave me an innova (Jus bcoz they dont have any cab available doesnt mean i have to be charged extra. Not my mistake).

      I reached my place in 20mins and they showed a bill of rs.210 which is exactly double. When checked with them thru twitter, they say their prices are dynamic and they will charge anything. Isn't it fair to change the price once communicated? Does the govt rules allow them to do this malpractice or is the govt unaware about this (Though this is happening regularly with many people)

        I booked a cab today at about 10.30am. After 10 mins first cab was cancelled and 2nd was allotted. The cab standing 2mins away from my regular pickup point. I called the driver to pickup me standing away about 150m distance. The driver didn't move and in case of further calling, my mob. No. Was blocked that may be checked by you from your apps. Ultimately after 30 mins the driver cancelled the trip and rs. 47/-was deducted from my account which highly illegal.

        Called the driver several times, but my no. Was blocked and he cancelled my cab after 30mins.Additionally deducted Rs. 47/-from my account. I failed to reach my office in time. Being a regular customer I condemn your service.

        No response is received till date, neither the cancellation charges deducted illegally has been refunded to me.
        Uber company is loosing its credentiality day by day.

        About 2 weeks r likely to pass, but I have not received the refund till date.
        Complaint dated 6th Feb, 2019 not yet solved.
        Yesterday too, I received Uber cab after an hour of bookings, after cancelling 5 times by company. Though I use Kolkata pass.
        Is it possible to reach destination in time, if cab is provided after hours.?????

          This caused financial loss for below mentioned things :

          Uber ride to airport : rs 890
          Flight ticket : rs 9800

            It showed me a fare of 139 at starting with pass. At end the fare was 251.17 and the upi payment declined so i retried and it was successful with 251.17. I requested to review my fares and the fare was adjusted to 139 but it was showing an outstanding balance of 139.
            139 was fare and i paid them 251.17 so i requested them to adjust my balance. No action has been taken till date.

              I have travelled in the car of mr sai kiran to andhra university south centre-human resource development centre. The trip receipt shows rs 115. But he charged rs 300 from me. Really it is an exorbitant charge. His car no is ap31tvb0194. His phone number is[protected]. After the journey i received the receipt via mail. It showed the exact charge. Actually these kind of drivers are curse to the service.

              Please take steps against this brutal exploitation.

                Hi,

                I have ordered food in Uber Eats on 22nd Jan 2019. Order ID #B240E. They have not delivered all items I ordered. Few items were missed so I have raised complaint and they have given option to reorder without paying additional amount. I placed reorder on the same day Order ID #A3E5C. They took the order but did not deliver the items which ordered but the order ID has been closed as production delivered. I have raised multiple complaints on this issue. So far I did not get any resolution from them.

                With multiple follow up they told that the order amount is added in promotion and can be used in next order but in promotion it is mentioned as redeemed on 22nd Jan 2019. I have placed new order and it was charged. I'm frustrated with multiple follow ups with Uber Eats. Their support is always trying to close the tickets without any solution.

                I have attached my paytm report. The amount returned and again deducted from my account.

                  I go by Uber cab to my office almost every day. so many times drivers dont reach on time. on app it shows different timings. The Uber cab reach later than that.i try to understand because roads are always busy.
                  Many time uber drivers are really late and then they cancelled the trips.
                  inspite of getting late and facing the inconvenience we have to pay the fine because Uber drivers show the cancellation from the passenger.
                  on Wed. 30th of Jan 2019, i booked a uber cab which was showing 4 mins away from my picup point. i had waited there for more than 45 mins.In between i tried driver Hemant's (swift dzire)phone many times. He never bothered to answer.
                  we are working people and cant spear so much time to mail you and complaints Uber company.
                  after i reach my office, that is after an hour other driver called about my pickup.Do youthink we should keep waiting hours to gather ??????
                  Now i have started taking other cabs.

During, first meeting with him in a ride he was so furious and told me "you don't know me," this is for your information as being an indian citizen.
                      I hope you will not disclose my identity or even name to him.

                      My invoice shows that cash is not paid. This is wrong. I paid cash to the driver. He is perhaps not being truthful to you. I am unnecessarily put to inconvenience for no fault of mine. Please rectify this mistake and delete the wrongful outstanding amount showing, and enable me to book rides.

                        Dear team,

                        Requesting you to help me on two issues i am facing with uber.

                        Issue 1 : i have booked a cab from uber from bangalore airport to manyata guest house, krishna (Driver) dropped me till the guest house which was fine. I have paid the driver a total amount of 650 including tip. At that time the total fare was 600 which was showing in my app as well as drivers app. Later after two days i was trying to download the receipt it was showing the total fare as 147, a receipt for needed for me to claim the bill. So, i reported this to uber.

                        Uber team has come back saying that they have given me a credit of 452 which i can use on my next trips even this was confirmed by uber customer care executive. I thought this is closed by confirmation from uber.

                        Issue 2 : i booked a cab from my home located at jiyaguda to charmahal the total fare was showing as 66.93 trusting uber credits. It should have been deducted from my uber credits which was 452. However, driver was asking me to pay an amount of 452, i was not having cash in hand or available in my bank account. I ended up in a long discussion with driver and had to call someone to bring money for paying it to driver, the driver was not ready to leave without money. There is no customer care number or something for riders to contact uber, it only asks us to submit our query via app or online help. No immediate assistance to riders.

                        This time i paid 452 in case and also 66.93 was deducted from my uber credits. I have also attached the screen shot taken from driver and from my uber app.

                        Request your help in resolving and closing this issue. I don't want to get into any discussions with uber, they are just wasting time by creating unwanted issues.

                        I have took 2 ride o[censored]ber from iffco Chowk to sec 44 and sec 44 to iffco Chowk via cash paid one ride amount 103 RS and in next ride via cash they add 103+127 and told us to pay 230 that is bad

                          Calling the driver has now become difficult due to the new calling method which connects to uber first and then the driver.
                          I face a problem where uber asks my uber account number but after i give my uber account alloted number it says it cannot connect to my driver. This is very inconvinient. The direct contact with the driver facility was better. Also the via uber method is too complicated for elderly people to access.

                            Horrible UBER experience... i went dakshineswar on 2/2/2019..fare was 269...i did not have exact amount...i gave the UBER driver 500...he refused to give me balance...i told him to return money...i will pay by paytm...he told paytm service is not working...i told him to take me to near by ATM...he told me he have to go for next drive...he had 120 rupees with him...he did not give me that money also...such a horrible and shameful experience i had

                            On 02/12/2018 I took Uber from Kamothe to Domestic airport. Paid the fafe in cash to the driver. Amount still shows payable on app. I am unable to take further rides and forced to book for Ola.

                              I booked ubergo taxi for going to cs international airport from dosti flamingos thro my mobile no [protected] at about 540 am on 2-2-19. The uber taxi came after about 20 mts to pick our family to international airport. The driver sri balgobind was going on complaining that i have not put destination as t-2 terminal whereas i have mentioned as cs international airport. Ihave clearly told him to take me to the airport which i have asked. He talked to your executive also on telephone. When i wanted to talk to your executive, the otherside refused to talk. The driver wanted to change my destination in the app which i have not agreed since i have clearly mentioned as csia. The journey was not pleasant and maybe due to your gps or drivers understanding problem. The customer wanted the the passengers should be taken to international airport and he should comply. Pl look into it and take corrective action

                                The driver cancelled the ride but i was asked to pay the next time.. There is no option to write a complaint on the app neither is there any customer care support. The worst service and simply making money by looting the people   replace all

                                Is uber so irresponsible and least bothered abt the customer satisfaction?
                                I am grieved by the behaviour o[censored]ber, it’s driver partners and the customer support. This is the second incident in the last one month when I was charged cancellation fee when the driver refused / cancelled the trip.

                                  I am not able to use my uber credits for last three months and the customer care agreed that there is a bug and not able to solve it. They keep quiet for a month and suddenly they call and ask the issue and tells some basic trouble shooting and they keep quiet again. This is frustrating. If there is no way to resolve please share at least the address for uber india where i can legal a formal legal notice. I am a lawyer so it shouldn’t be a big deal for me to send a notice. Call me at [protected]. Also, some customer care executive asked to delete the account and use ola. Some don’t even understand english. Uber’s customer care is the worst in india at present and if it continues like this very soon you will be out of the market.

                                      This is to inform you a grievance i had from uber taxi driver in kaloor, ernakulam, kerala.

                                      On 31 january, 2019 at about 6:15 am i booked a uber pool taxi from hotel puthens capitol inn, ernakulam to vennala government higher secondary school, vennala, ernakulam. At 6:19 am i got a call from the number [protected], a driver named nikhil with the taxi tata vista and enquired about whereabouts of the place and i confirmed our journey. I along with my husband were heading for a psc examination at the above said school and we waited for the driver at the hotel. But the driver didn't arrived. I got messages from uber that driver cancelled the trip since i refused to pay the money.

                                      This is absolutely false because the journey is very important for us and we won't cancel the journey for the sake of money that too early morning when other options of travelling are limited. After that i couldn't book another taxi service from uber app. If the driver was unable to come for the pickup he could have informed us as early as possible so that we could arrange some other vehicles instead he cancelled the journey at last minute.

                                      Because of the unprofessional attitude from the uber driver we had to face many issues and lost trust in uber services. Earlier i used uber and was fully satisfied with the services.

                                      Kindly look into this issue and please do the needful. Looking forward to hear from you

                                        Phone number associated for my uber account is [protected]. Today around 9:56pm i booked a uber cab from dt mall in chandigarh. My son and my wife wanted to have burger from mcdonalds and it was not feasible for me to leave office, so i thought of getting the burgers and get it delivered to my home in sector 28 chandigarh. While i was ordering the meal, i got the phone call from my uber driver that he is waiting just outside the mall. I took the burgers which costed me 300 rupees and went out just opposite the mall. There was a driver standing there and i asked him to drop the burgers to sector 28. He did not ask me if i am the right person who ordered the cab and neither did i. The driver said he will reach 28 in 10 minutes, so i called my wife and informed her. After 10 minutes the driver called me that he is waiting out dt mall, to which then we figured out that the driver who took the delivery was someone else. This was a complete hassle and a harassment
