I have traveled from agra to gurgaon through uber cab. At the time of booking fare was shown as 2539 excluding toll and taxes. During the trip 415 rs toll was paid by the driver. However, at the end of the trip driver charged 2250 extra, in addition to 2539 and 415, saying that 750 rupees state tax applicable for every state we travelled i. E. U. P., delhi, haryana. I told the driver to produce the reciept but he denied saying it is paid...

As much as all the food delivery services make their food delivery commendable in dedication and time to the consumer, it is equally threatening to encounter their delivery personnel on the road. This includes uber eats as well. The careless driving, without helmets and with earphones plugged in to talk to their customers makes driving risky for everyone else on the road. Most of the time, the uber eats delivery personnel can be seen zooming...

Hi, i have booked cab from my road to sarjupura and while booking cab the fare was showing 231 rupees and as soon as we started the trip my meeting got cancelled so i supposed to return to my original place and i have travelled hardly 2 km but the fare didn't changed.

The driverade me to pay full amount and he asked me to talk to customer care.

Driver took the money in cash and in next ride it charges for previous ride again. It happened on 14 january 2019 between 4-5 o'clock. My ride was in paytm method but driver didn't say anything about it and took cash for that ride. When i ask for the refund they are saying it's not our fault. One more thing happened in chennai ride driver didn't receive my but my money deducted from my account and when i ask for the refund they are telling...

Today I booked Ola pool from Chanakyapuri delhi. When I called my driver he said he has not received my booking and told me he is going to drop the other passengers. Then after 10 minutes he started the ride without me, which I needed to cancel and was charged 54 rupees. I don't the reason why the driver did the same. It is utter non sense from an uber driver and wasted my time. Appropriate action may be taken in this regard at the earliest....

Due to some reason i logged out from my uber account and now it shows "already in use" i tried everything to login but nothing works. Tried to contact cust service. PATHETIC SERVICE no cust care no.available no one is there to help.

I stuck today having worst time due to uber as i m unable to login into my uber account. Why the hell there is no customer service...

Uber driver asked us to pay toll amount. We have paid the amount and we saw that in the bill uber added the toll charges as well.
I complaint about the service but uber india saying that "since an exception was made previously, we are unable to refund the cash this time. To avoid any future inconvenience, please pay the driver partner only as much as the trip receipt reflects."
But if this is the case then why their drivers...

I booked a taxi from india-new delhi vasant junk to go to india-new delhi vikas puri at 21.00 hours on 12 the jan, 2019 but the taxi never reached the pick up point & he himself cancelled the trip. But uber charged me rs.42 for not getting into the taxi. They also did not provide me an alternate taxi. So i was forced around 21.20 to book another taxi which uber said will cost me rs.270 which rate was frozen as is the norm & uber also said...

I had travelled with uber driver kushal mobile number [protected] and opted for paytm by the time we reached home the app stopped responding on driver mobile and my mobile both.
We ended up paying cash of 150 rupees as app was not working.
Later 212 was deducted from my paytm wallet and when i raised complaint many times they are simply replying that if you opted for paytm then don't pay cash.

I took a ride via uber. The driver well behaved at the time of riding but later he started asking for a date. Since he had my contact number he kept on calling me and messaging me inspite of not being responded. Finally i have to change my number to get rid of him. I would like the company should not give direct number to the driver or should have some strict regulations signed by the driver before joining uber....

I booked a taxi up80bt 7859 on 13th jan 18. While booking the ride i was quoted inr 119-160. On completion of the journey
I was billed 195. Please refund the excess amount charged by you.
This was my first experience with uber i hope it does not become my bitter experience.

The fare estimate while booking the trip was around 330 - 400 rupees, based on that i confirmed the booking, but after getting into the cab i got a message that the fare estimate has been revised to rs. 614 to 1.8x of the normal fare, this for 20km travel from my home to majestic, bangalore, and it took 1 hrs. To 10 minutes to travel, this not correct you change the estimate what was initially showen to...

My family took ride on 12/01/2019 at 07:30am and i face so much insult from uber driver and my whole family face safety issue as driver leave us at wrong location.
We pay extra money to reach to reach our location to auto and whole day work upset and feel too much fear from whole incidence.
Only calls came from uber again n again and also messages but no strict action appear to be taken....

I was in involved in an accident due to the over speed and rash driving on 20th dec 2018 at the bangalore airport. I have been trying to contact the customer support but had not recieved any though i have been charged for the ride too. Due to the impact of the hit i am bed ridden for 1.5 months and i have not received any support from your side. I kindly requesting you to claim my expenses atleast.

I had ordered special veg biryani from uber eat (Order no 9fffb) and to my surprise received plain biryani and that biryani quality was pathetic and substandard and had to throw it.
Also that biryani was not from hyderabadi house biryani as i m frequent visitor to that place and know the taste already.
So that order was delivered to me from some chaep substandard restaurant.
Pls refund my amount else will escalate it...

3 times i placed the order and all the times delivery guys reached the location and cancelled the order saying my number was not reachable and in last i have to pay the cancellation and delivery guys are getting free food out of it.

Uber eats is the worst food ordering application they are not even providing the contact number of delivery guys which the worst thing and once the order is cancelled you can not contact them.br...

I have paid for my food. It was on the way. Driver called me and told me that he can't deliver my food. Ubereats didn't even call me back but they took my money. They didn't even credit the amount also they don't have any customer service number so that i can call and ask them about it. This is very bad. They also did this thing before. Took my money....

On 10 january 2019 i raveled in an ubar cab bearing reg. No. Dl. 1923 driven by mr. Dinesh. We were travelling from 61 lodhi estate, new delhi to b1 vasant kunj at around 1:28 pm to 2 pm. Right after we noticed a bag containing 7 pairs of shoes missing we made a call on his phone - [protected] but it was switched off. And it is still switched off till today. Kindly look into the matter and help to recover the said property. Thanking you....
