Ucb abs 78 cms navy suitcases (0ip6hab28e02i) purchased from amazon in may 2018 cracked at mutiple places and the handle broke after 2 journeys. Warranty was mentioned as 3 years at the time of purchase.

Tried contacting numbers [protected] and [protected] multiple times but got no response

Please provide replacement of the suitcase asap.. This was not expected from a ucb product. Please refer to attached screenshot.

Purchased UCB trolly ( product code 2458823 ) from Myntra vide order no[protected]-7471103 On October 13 2018. The product is under 3 years warranty.

Handle broke in just 2 time travel. Please provide replacement of this trolly.
