It was disgusting to have one of the worst experiences of my life with Urban Company when one technician revisited my residence yesterday i.e. on 30/04/2022. He misguided me & cheated Rs 1200 from me on the pretext of gas charging, which he never performed. Like a shrewd mechanic, he took mobile from my hand, despite my objections & told me that the receipt would be generated by Urban Company & that I need not to pay anything to the company & the cash should be paid to him. Why such technicians having doubtful integrity are sent by the company for service is baffling. Moreover I was told by the company that a senior technician would be sent, because I was totally dissatisfied by the services of previous one, but the revisit proved just a formality, because the technician sent by it named Shadab Ansari appeared mere an amaeture knowing nothing about the job, except treachery, who just tried to fleece me & had been successful in doing so. More shocking was the response o[censored]rban company's official who called me, after repeated requests from my end. He just wanted to do a formlity & tried to unceremoniously disconnect the call immediately saying that he cannot be of any help. Now neither of the two is picking calls which clearly indicates that the company is working hand in glove with such cheaters like Shadab Ansari to name a few. The company executive in stead of behaving like a roadside shopkeeper, should have shown some courtesy & as a goodwill gesture should have atleast arranged a revisit of same technician but it looked as if he was in too hurry to redress my grievance. I strongly recommend never opt for this company for any of the services being offerred by them. What lies in future of the company can be anybody's guess, Highly pathetic services
