We had hired Urban clap to service three of our ACs. Out of three, one the AC has lost its gas. This is exactly we had heard about Urban Clap that whenever they come for service they tweek the equipment in such a way that the customer ends up calling the company again for gas and they charge extra. The service was done last Saturday and this Friday the AC lost its gas already. You are requested to send your person and complete the job. We will not pay anything extra.
This was our first experience with Urban Clap and we are very unhappy with the service.
Please send your person immediately.

    Dear Sir,
    I had my washroom deep cleaned one of "professionals" provided by Urban Company, the professional has dropped chemicals and now the waterproofing in between the tiles is damaged after 25 days they are calling and telling me the professional is denying. For a company who allocates work based on rating who would accept that it was his mistake. Call centre has closed my request with out even providing a email id of their nodal officer or a escalation matrix when asked for. The call was disconnect with out a resolution now my complaint number is UC 09820AEAI attached photos are few and I have 2 washrooms in similar conditions out of 3. The company has said they will closing my issue please help me.

    One of your executive just called Himanshi and she just told me that, you people do not have a escalating matrix and that she never read your company charter how will they resolve issues when they don't even know your company policy

        My sister in law booked for refrigerator technician, He visited my home and he didn’t accept order and he open our refrigerator and unscrew all panel and he cut the copper pipe, he released the gas inside the refrigerator,
        He said compressor is not working then the day only we called LG customer care we arranged emergency repair the technician came he check the compressor, compressor is working nicely because compressor is under warranty, now the point is why he cut the copper pipe why he release gas, who going to bear the charges gas filling and pipe attachment, I need a solution for this urban company this is the service you’re providing these technicians recruiting, it’s been 3 days, customer care support says within 24 to 48 hours we send another technician we will resolve problem but 24 hours is finished 48 hours is finished, again we called to customer care Again saying 24 to 48 hours like this how many days you going to take,

          AC Service Booking was done on 26th March and the person came in and did the service. While doing the service he checked the gas level and confirmed that gas levels are good and after 3-4 days AC was not cooling at all and i asked the same guy to come and check. He mentioned that AC has gas leakage issue and i asked him why it happens after his service then he said he will repair it under warranty. he spent 5 hours in repair and around 8:00 pm mentioned that he is taking the indoor unit at home for repair as its going to take another 2-3 hours. next day he came and fixed the AC. it worked for 1 hour and later start showing timer light and getting off automatically. Called the same guy again to come and check, he denied. i raised a complaint on UC and another guy came 2nd day. He also checked and mentioned that PCB of this AC is gone damage and he can not repair that. i raised a complaint again UC sent a SME again next day to check the issue. He checked that and confirm that there was a loose wire which he has fixed. when asked for gas and leakage issue and he said its 80% which ideally should be 130+ so there is some leakage and aske me to raise a new complaint as he will not fix that. Again i called UC and they asked to get this fixed from Hitachi vendor and upto 10k will be refunded to me. i called Hitachi and the guy came and confirmed that COID which was repaired by UC guys is being completely damaged and beyond repair and whole part need to be replaced now, which i ask UC and they confirmed to get it replaced and total cost was 11k which i paid, Now Since 16th April, i have been chasing them for refund but they are keep on asking for bills.. I have shared bills 4 time from 2 differnt emails so far and they are not ready to confirm / accept that they have bills.

            From 18th April my booking was confirmed but no one visited yet in app it’s showing job started without any communication.
            It’s very unwanted practice I have postponed my other plans thinking my job will be done but still so many tickets I have raised in app but still issue is not getting resolved

              I am very unhappy the way the company services, management never give proper answer why technician didn't arrive to the assigned place. they can't arrange another technician. why they collect money in advance and takes few days to refund. very unreasonable. I am cancelling my order and also my membership with this company

                I booked ac repair and service via urban company, in response on 21 march 22, Alok Yadav visited and confirmed that ac radiator has leak and need to be changed. For which i made an immediate payment of 7148 rs, part was changed and issue seems to be fixed, but but 4 April 22 ac stopped cooling and relaunched a complaint, as the repair was in warranty.
                Alok Yadav visited again and found that he was not able find the fault at the first time and mentioned that ac coil is damaged. He carried away the coil for repair, but did not turnned up for 4 day, after many follow up he mentioned that he is outstation and someone esle will vist and fix the coil which is fixed.
                When the person visited he was not able fit the coil, after hours of try he gave and took away the in house ac unit and next day came back some how fitting the coil in the unit. Ac was not cooling so he asked to keep it running for 2hrs and it will be ok. Slowly ac lost the cooling again.
                I launches a complain stating the work is not done property on whic urban company scheduled a sme visit. Anil Kanaujiya visited and checked also on video call with urban company sme and concluded that the radiator replaced was not as per the ac configuration and hence it is not taking the load, and it has to be replaced with double coil instead of single coil replaced by Alok Yadav Urban company engineer.
                But Anil kanaujya refuse to work as the part would be expensive and will cost more than 9000 rs and urban company may not pay this money to him, and suggested urban company to send someoneelse, i launch a complain again as refuse of work, customer care called me several times asking same question is the issue is resolved and committing that they will call back speaking to Anil Kanajuya, but no one called back.
                I have been raising complains on the app with no response

                Sorry to say but you guys are not in sync, someone calls and asks me to take service from LG service Center and mentions that the bill will be refunded.
                First they mentioned upto 10000 rs and later says 7000 rs, when i probe agrees on 10000 rs.
                One of the worst service i have ever have.
                There is no written confirmation if the LG bill will be refunded and the procedure.

                LG sevice Advisor mentioned that, Urban Company has replaced and added worng parts which are not compatible with the AC, although if some one make it work in near time will cause the compressure failure and 10 years warranty will be out.
                To fix this they will have to add the original parts which will cause over 18000 rupees to get it to normal state.
                AC is a state that pcb will also fail due to mis configuration.
                UC committed to pay for the charges but i have no written communication for the same.

                Kavita calls in and asks me again is my issue resolved and tells me that 10000 refund with gst bill only is the offer.
                I have to buy a new ac.
                I paind 7500 + 1500 (lg tech) makes it 9000 rupees and uc offeres 10000 rs 1000 rs to buy what?

                  He has done three water servicing out of which one split ac was not working after water servicing and it was dead. other window in my cabin was creating a big noise and after few hours it become dead. when we asked Mr Vijay Prakash, he argued with us and try to run away without refitting the split ac. He was very arrogant and misbehave with ladies’ staff. there after we contacted urban clap, and they promised to send another person and told us to let him go. but no one turned from your side till next three days, so we called another ac service person – DEEP SING - from comfort air-cool.

                  As Per His Observation Vijay Prakash has damaged the pcb board of reception Hitachi window ac and motor of split Hitachi ac due to short circuit due to water. he has replaced the pcb board of window Hitachi costing rs 3500 incl of labour charge and repair the motor of split ac of rs 2300 incl of labour charge.

                  Both Above Ac Was Working Smoothly And Perfect Before Your Person Arrive To Office .

                  So Both The Ac Damaged Was Done By Mr Vijay Prakash And Urban Clap Has To Compensate Me Total Of Rs 3500 + 2300 = 5800 And Additional Compensation Of Rs 4000 For Harassment And Wasting My Man Hours Behind Urban Clap And His Person Mr Vijay Prakash .

                  Kindly Pay The Compensation Of Rs 9800 Immediately To My Account .

                    Last year in may2021 filled gas that uses one month and packed, now we are trying to run so gas not there, company said not responsible since90 days passed

                    I book fresh booking on 16april for 17 april 3pm slot but no one came
                    I emailed called many times then told tomorow will come, i told that i m nt free so do it today and respect customer time and money so they resduled at 7pm but no one came, First eng excuse phone lost second says emergency
                    Like this rhey torcherd me whole day and remained talking with them.I request to provide comensation of my time loss, stress and emothinal hurt

                    dear consumer care and Urban company officer,
                    Yesterday urbancompany floor manager approched me and asking for applogy.
                    when customer is paying for service, In case problems faced due to company to the customer company is liable to pay compensation for that .

                    Problem1 :Whole day wastage by two times sheduling call 3pm and 7pm and made excuses and no one came to resolve
                    Problem2: May21, we paid 2500 for gas and they told becuase of shifting might be leakage but engg told there is no leakage and answerless

                    Floor manager he willl do the needful before sending enginner 9am on 20-04-22 but not call came from him till now

                    Company should do free of cost gas filling because of two reasons 1 enginner confirmed that there is no leakage found in my ac due to shifting and second inconvience faced due to company third wastage my whole day of 17april22

                          This is to bring to your notice that I had booked servicing of my Four Acs ( 1 Split & 3 Window ) on Urban company app for 27/3/2022 & Technician named Jitender was assigned the call of servicing my 4 no. Acs . Mr Jitender along with a helper arrived at my house on 27/3/2022 at around 1.0 PM but he was in a lot of hurry to finish the servicing of my 4 no window ACs so that he can attend other calls .                             Change in date - on 02 apr, app was not showing any date before 22 apr. However, at the time of booking had conveyed to the supervisor about urgency of work and hence requested for work to commence by 10 apr. Supervisor helped and painter ( Sameer/ -[protected]. Came and took the start otp through phone as I am a working lady and did not bother to convey to caretaker /not even called me.I informed supervisor - Abhijeet and called the painter, he said he had started work at another place.

                              My window air conditioner was serviced for cleaning on 24th March. The machine is not in much use and when started on 2nd Apr,
                              unusual high pitch running sound was noticed.
                              Under your 30 days warranty of damage of
                              appliance, a claim was lodged on 3rd Apr. Since then I got call from your customer care team 2 times about assigning
                              senior technician to fix the problem, but no visit was made.
                              Then in next 2 -3 calls, they simply refused to provide services saying slots are not
                              available and I can get refund only.
                              Then, I called Hitachi service, they examined the m/c and found that motor is damaged because of water ingression during water jet cleaning and recommended motor change which will cost me Rs. 8600+ service charge Rs 500. Under the provision of your 30 days warranty, I claim above amount .

                                We have raised request to install the AC in our new house which was taken care on 1st February by "MD Abdul Mateen" .

                                We have been facing issues since then including Gas leakage. As part of follow up visits from Urban clap to fix the issue. We were told from technicians that installation was not done properly and hence all these issues.

                                Now that we need to uninstall this AC to shift to other room, no technician is ready to uninstall as it was not installed properly.

                                I request Urban company to take the accountability and address my concern to uninstall and shift to other room ensuring things are working properly asap.

                                  I called to Urban Company to air condition serviced. Two A/C, one split and one window on 25 April, 2022.
                                  They are not good at all, quality and service both are poor.
                                  They damaged pcv panel of split a/c same day, washed the outer unit from distance due to that pcv panel got damaged, they did repaired pcv panel of my new a/c, not provided warranty .

                                  2. Window a/c compressor got damaged, they want to do some jugadh to compressor with putting a plastic part of it, which is clearing looking that will not work for long time.

                                  They upfront denied to replace under warranty, which they claim while taking order.

                                  Also request to check the service quality in attached photographs.

                                  Requested many time for call back but they dnt brother to call, attached the screen shot. Even if we call on helpline, that number is busy 24/7.

                                  They want to add plastic part of compressor (photo attached).

                                  The promised to provided replacement under warranty till 10, 000 per unit. attached screen shoot

                                  I need compensation for both a/c. Need replace compressor and pcv panel.

                                  Dear Complaint Concern, Issue has been not resolved as of now, We are getting harassed by them.

                                  Four day back, I had received a call from legal team and said that we will repaired your a/c soon. Next day vendor came and taken my a/c compressor (after wasting Colling gas in compressor). Before taking out the compressor, the vendor has taken approval from their team head and legal head on phone after submitting the estimate. Vendor said that company has approved all the cost for repair, than I had given permission to take the compressor out. They had not taken any approval from me about costing.

                                  But work is still pending, there say denied to replace the compressor. They had spoiled my a/c, compressor and Colling gas.

                                  Even vendor didn.t came to return my old compressor till now. He want to sell the old unit what I think.

                                  We have marriage function (marriage of my real brother) in coming days. Guest are coming to stay but I have to take option of hotel to make guest comfortable (will submit the marriage card if require).

                                  I am taking off from work again and again to get it solve but all went in vain.

                                  Kindly support me.

                                  Need immediately and strict action as required.

                                      AC Servicing Failure - Gas refilled but the technician did not bother to repair the gas leakage point.

                                      Under Warranty servicing, however, when I click on claim warranty on the app, it says no slots available and the get a call button never functions.

                                      It seems that they run a scam and don't even provide numbers to speak to any customer care agent anywhere. Writing a mail is the only option - which clearly indicates that there is no intent on issue resolution.

                                      I want a warranty claim of my service or a complete refund of the amount paid.
