The Worst app I have ever Seen. Customer Care is almost Nil. No resolution till now for any complaints. If something goes wrong, there is no customer Care system where you can raise complaints. Your technician Mr. Akash is damaged my AC KIT during AC servicing and taken KIT for repairing after doing job done in Urban app on 21st March2022. Till date he unable to repair my AC and kept KIT himself. The most annoying & disgusting company & it's service to loot Customers. No.[protected]

    I booked an AC service on 7th March, but during cleaning the UC professional damaged my Diakin AC blower. Also during inspection revisit, I was told that UC professional had left gas pressure screw loose due to which gas leakage had occurred.
    This is so irresponsible on part o[censored]C prof. It has been more than 15days, I have not been provided any resolution. My AC is left open, the damaged blower is taken away by UC. I am suffering in this scorching heat since almost 20 days. And recieving calls from UC, it feels like a mental harassment.

      I have purchased a purifier from urban company and was supposed to be installed 24/03/2022 and The product has not been installed till date.Also there is no proper response from customer care as when the purifier can be installed.Its inconvenient and not acceptable

          On 22nd Mar 2022 morning Urban company team came for Bathroom cleaning. While cleaning they broke the wash basin. Now I need to replace it. It will cost around 3.5k. I have raised complaint immediately. The cleaning person also accepted his mistake and informed it to Urban company. But no one responded or called me back. I have followed up with app as well as email. Till now not even an apologies.

          Solution expected:
          Either replace it or else provide the cash for broken item.

          Note: I am staying for rent, So Owner wants me to fix the same wash basin.

            Professional fit Motor, Capacitor, Done deep cleaning services (Total of 2800) where Warranty is included but

            Invoice doesn't reflect Warranty and charges for service.
            (Invoice only reflect 349rs only, minor repairs and no warranty)

            Professional said it's system error. So need correct invoice with full details of repair parts and warranty covered so that we get assurance of right repair work.
            Neither fitted part (Capacitor and Motor) were sealed or have company logo details. There are very likely 2nds or local parts.
            In this case who will take parts genuine working accountability even after 2 months warranty that UC offers.
            How can we trust if these are original as No invoice, Sealed parts and warranty.

            It's pure questions on genuinity of spare parts. This will simply spoil UC name if not addressed properly.

            Do not expect this mistake from reputed firm like Urban company.

              I have booked Split AC service for Sunday 20th March 2022 at 4.30 pm. As per your app the professional will be assigned by 3.30 pm but there is no communication from your side and after repeating complain on your app there is no communication from there side. The booking was done 3 days prior and amount was paid in advance. I have canceled all my appointments for this and still no show from there side. Now they have assigned professional different date and time without consent and asking penalty for cancellation.

                I have booked a Television repair ticker on 18th Nov 2021 with MD Sadiq Hussain. While taking the tv(UN46ES7500F) he mentioned that he will fix the issue at Max 15 days and return. At that time he took as an advance 17000 Rs to fix the sound and lines issue on display. The remaining balance is 2000 Rs i have to pay after fixing the problem. The days are passing and he is keep on changing dates and words. I had multiple calls with customer support that team but no resolution. Past 4 months he has not fixed the issue and did not return my Tv. If I call a technician he always tells me he will call back in 5 min, but I did not get the call. Even i raised multiple requests in the UrbanCompany for support. I am getting responses like we will call in 15 min but no call after that. I am really frustrated with the service which you are providing. Please return my tv in the old condition, if it is not able to be fix.

App .. in your area ..
                    I hd call Priyanka n Kanika in call centre but still they had not solved our queries .. I had already given 10k rs down payment to the uc .. n remaining I had done loan ..
                    Please tell me proper activation of job happened from Monday 14/03/2022 after a long n tidious process. Until now I have only 2 to 3 leads in total. How can manage my expenses as I m a single mother. Please give me resolution or change my hub. In training you promised us to give 4 leads in a day but nothing of that sort happened. If no resolution provided then I have to file a police complaint for misleading, misguidingand fraudulent act. If you don't have vacancy the. Please take back your kit n return my 10200 rupees.                       Hi, I am Balasubramanian from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Urban company account registered mobile number: [protected]. I have booked a service for my AC's PCB board ( COMPLAINT: RESTART ONCE AFTER 45 minutes initially) in Urban Company mobile application on 1/11/22 . Mr. Balaji (Urban Company professional) attended the booking wherein he convinced me to accept for gas recharge of my AC by conforming that he can able to repair my PCB as it is a simple niggle and tried to repair it multiple times but he unable to do it and damaged my PCB board which he didn't intimated me or to Urban Company office( he informed me only after 4 months i.e., march 2022).I payed Rs.3, 900/- ( Rs.1, 500/- for PCB repair and Rs.2, 400/- for gas recharge) totally for the service. I booked for SME revisit, then Mr. Jebastien(SME) attended the booking and due to the inability to repair, he provided the option for refund of Rs. 2, 500/- which I got only on upon last week of February after so much struggles. Till March 1st week I didn't get my old PCB back( it was in the Urban Company office for past 3 months), after my request Mr. Jebastien came to fix my old PCB in my AC on 13/3/22 and came to know that it was damaged so my AC won't run hereafter. He called Mr. Balaji for confirmation, wherein Mr. Balaji said it was damaged by himself and he forgot to intimate. Now, the issue is I have got the compensation of only Rs.2, 500/- ( I SPENT Rs. 3, 900/- and got only Rs. 2, 500/- in return and also because of his mistake my AC is dead). If I need my AC working, I have the only option of changing my Indoor unit which would cost around Rs.10, 000/- which also is a loss ( before the service my AC worked flawlessly except that initial restart). I have contacted the customer care for support, they said that they can't help as I got the refund amount for it, but I came to know that my PCB was damaged only after I got the compensation which was their mistake ( How could I know to check whether my PCB is damaged or not if they didn't inform me?). Now, I need my PCB working atleast as same as it was before the service or else I need a new indoor unit, if needed I can return back the compensation amount of Rs.2, 500/- but I need my AC working. No, person will have the patience as me to wait for days AC repair for 4 long months. Please resolve this issue soonest as possible.

                        I called an urban company service provider to repair my refrigerator.he charged 3000 rs for it n given 1 year warranty on it. But just after 4 days the same problem started.                           I had taken a repairing service of TV from urban clap, During the repairing they broken our TV Glass, i had complaint with urban clap they take more than 15 days and many calls but not provide the resolution and now saying we cant pay any things. then i complaint through Twitter. again they called me and promise that the will repair my TV Glass, but no buddy come.

                            Daylight cheating happened with me from them, I have booked Urban Company for AC uninstallation in 2020, due to corona couldn't check it until now as I tried to reinstall it, again as a UC pro customer booked UC again to reinstall it, now they are saying copper wire cut improperly inside near the stem itself by the uninstalling professional and I need to pay them 13K to fix it. What is the mistake I have done here other than trusting Urban Company as a professional service partner?

                              I opted for a 2 services per year plan for my 4 split AC on 1st April 2021. The 1st service was done satisfactorily in Apr 2021 only . It was when re-visited the app to schedule my 2nd service noticed that the one year plan was showing expired on 28th Feb 2022. I reached out to the customer support agents ( Vaibhav Sharma ) . Asked him that the year ends at 31 March 2022 whereas the app is showing 28th Feb 2022 and I am getting a denial of service . He acknowledged my concern but was not able to give an solution and stated that he cannot help neither have the authority to take it up internally within the UC system . I requested him to connect to someone who can help with a resolution on this APP issue on which he said there is no such option and the app glitch if any cannot be rectified. There was no valid reason given and neither UC has an intention to address the same. I really feel it was very strange to have a customer support team who does not know what to do. Can someone responsible look into this and revert with a proper reply on resolution of this issue.

                                My 49inch Sony TV was showing some lines. I have booked a service in Urban clap on around Feb 18th. It was taken by a professional saying that it will be fixed in 4 days. After 4 days, when I called the professional, he didn't pick up my call. On Feb 22 nd, received a message, saying, the motherboard of my TV was gone and hence no display. After so many complaints made to the customer care, my TV was sent back on March 11 th, with no display. My 50K TV was repaired by the professional. Now, I cannot do anything with the TV.

                                My complaint is not yet resolved. I want Urbanclap to compensate my moneyloss.
                                My complaint was not yet resolved. We have a video proof, to show that our TV was working fine with some lines, before the Urban professional has taken it for repairing. One professional has called and told he will come and diagnose again on March 20th. But no one has called or visited. I want Urban clap to compensate my loss.
                                Today 2 people came from Urban clap to check and they have confirmed that the TV is in dead condition and it cannot be repaired. When we checked with the Sony company before booking a service with Urban clap, they were ready to buy back our TV for 25 K.
                                Now, we have to purchase a new TV. As my Sony TV was damaged by the Urban clap professional, I want a reimbursement of 20K to buy a new TV.

                                  We got a person to fix our wooden double bed on appointment. He came one hour early, but developed cold feet on seeing the bed. Perhaps he did not know how to do it. He doubled the price and said it’d be done in 1, 000/- rupees. We asked him how he arrived at this figure when Urban Company mentioned much lesser price. He did not speak and left without saying anything. We followed him asking what happened but he didn’t say a word. Is it the way Urban Company works…? We need action against the said person. Thanks

                                    I Availed the services o[censored]rban Clap wherein the assigned person burnt my arm at two places as shown in the attached pic, refused to cancel the booking, refused to leave my house and behaved inappropriately when asked to cancel the booking since I was getting late for work and I was scared that had I asked her to leave any other way she would have harmed me. The assigned person was so unprofessional that she didn’t even have a working machine to deliver the services that she came for. When I reported the incident to the company they did not take any measures to provide me any help and further told me that they would not provide me the insurance money when I claimed for it and keep hanging up the calls and did not give me any number where in I could get in touch with them.

                                      After my home painted by Urban Clap, Patel developers, all my walls and ceilings are damaged, Walls are looking bad than before, Urban Company is not ready to take it as a complaint, Patel Developer is very unprofessional, It is just about one month and there are bubbles on walls, cracks on most of the walls, the cracks are not on walls, they are cracks on Color, putty.
                                      I have spent almost double the amount from market rate to UC, but now they are not ready to take this as complaint, Patel is hiding behind his faults, running away from his bad quality work which has damaged my home.

                                        Hi, This is my first experience with Urban Company. I had booked in for CLASSIC DEEP CLEANING for my Bathroom after seeing the services @ my Mother's home in Chennai. Unfortunately, the services turned out to be the worst experience. The Professional had not cleaned the windows, the fittings and fixtures, the door, the stains on the tiles remain as is. Proper cleaning materials weren't used and there is no difference before and after the services. In a way my house keeping lady would have done a better job than him. On requesting him to clean properly, the very first statement was, "Cancel the booking". I am not sure if I would be availing further services with Urban as MY FIRST EXPERIENCE TURNED OUT TO BE A NIGHTMARE.

                                        Looking forward for you to arrange a service personal who could provide me with a better service for what I have paid for.
