Terrible experience and pathetic service. first time used urban company AC deep clean for windows and
Split Ac. Paid all amounts in advance.

From last 2 days i am follow-up from your urban company for my AC is not working their representative came and doing incomplete job after some hours same issues occur and i am also frequently from customer care but they are also not support. Now i am in they are also give wrong invoice which i have also raise a complaint against this, but still my both issues are not resolve....

Yesterday, two A/c in my house got repaired through your company by your company personal, Rahul.
But I am sorry to inform you that my window A/C is making abnormal sound while running for few minutes.
Please register my complaint and send so one to repair it urgently.

I had requested for carpentery service .Carpenter came checked on initial basis and asked me to transfer money after a week to buy material, which I did post which carpenter never responded.I complained the same to company, they called me couple of times and assured to sort out the issue post which they are not calling me back or resloving my issue.I feel urbancompany is cheating in name of servicing....

My sister in law booked for refrigerator technician, He visited my home and he didn’t accept order and he open our refrigerator and unscrew all panel and he cut the copper pipe, he released the gas inside the refrigerator,

AC Service Booking was done on 26th March and the person came in and did the service. While doing the service he checked the gas level and confirmed that gas levels are good and after 3-4 days AC was not cooling at all and i asked the same guy to come and check. He mentioned that AC has gas leakage issue and i asked him why it happens after his service then he said he will repair it under warranty. he spent 5 hours in repair and around 8:00...

From 18th April my booking was confirmed but no one visited yet in app it’s showing job started without any communication.
It’s very unwanted practice I have postponed my other plans thinking my job will be done but still so many tickets I have raised in app but still issue is not getting resolved...

I am very unhappy the way the company services, management never give proper answer why technician didn't arrive to the assigned place. they can't arrange another technician. why they collect money in advance and takes few days to refund. very unreasonable. I am cancelling my order and also my membership with this company...

I booked ac repair and service via urban company, in response on 21 march 22, Alok Yadav visited and confirmed that ac radiator has leak and need to be changed. For which i made an immediate payment of 7148 rs, part was changed and issue seems to be fixed, but but 4 April 22 ac stopped cooling and relaunched a complaint, as the repair was in warranty.
