Please as soon as resolve or replacement I wanted as spoken many times with your concern team, they don't give a answer instead of giving me delay time.please I have all records with me like videos and call recording with me to hear how u make your services irresponsibly, so please as per today I am suffering in this summer because of your first services I booked and realises what you do with your customers once you fail from your side .
Please among 1000 of constomer I was the only person whose problem u do not want to solve
Compalin job started on 11 may at 1:30 senior took the pcb to be resolve within 7 days but now your concearn team only talk but do not take action

      I had availed the chimney cleaning service today . I have used UC for the first time and experience was very disappointing. The person came late by 50 mins, further he damage the kitchen platform, the black colour of the kitchen platform is faded because of the chemicals he used to clean the chimney . He didn't use any paper or cloth to protect/cover the area. Now the kitchen platform and the area near washbasin looks very bad . I had complained via UC app and no body bothered to reach out to me . Very poor services, biggest mistake made by availing services from UC

        We tried to make them understood that before service my ac is working fine. but after service compressor rebooting issue started. on revisit issue has not resolved and again same problem repeated.

          I am a retired army colonel and had booked house painting at janakpuri through urban company on 15 apr 2022. Post survey and estimate, advance of rs 7206 (35%) as desired was paid by me on 20 apr 2022. Site visit was done by contractor on 27 apr and work was to start from 28 apr 2022, which was assured by contractor and is also mentioned in app.
          However no one has come on 28 apr or even after that and since then for 1 month i have been raising ticket for call back and resolution, but with no result. I am told that they are trying to find new contractor, as earlier one has refused. Last week i was told that work would start on 30 may as they were overloaded. I asked them that when work for which advance was taken by them on 20 apr is still pending, how can they go ahead and take fresh orders, to which they had no reply. Yesterday i got a call that they are again unable to get a contractor.
          Our dealing is with urban company (And we are not concerned about contractors dealings) and we pay additional cost to them (Compared to dealing directly) for these services and coordination. It is painful that while my advance of rs 7206 /- is with them for over a month, they have failed to get work started and worse not bothered to respond on my multiple messages and calls, nor returned my advance. Is this the quality of customer dealings and quality of customer support o[censored]rban company?

            The urban company,

            Dear team,
            I have serviced my split ac dt 10/04/2022 by an engineer Azim. Engineer has checked all parameters like pressor/Gas/coils. As per his feedback everything is fine. Cooling is perfectly okay and he shared vedios to urban company.
            But After service there is an issue in compressor off and on again and again.
            So requested urban company for revisit. by Sr. Engineer Mr. Nagendra Maurya visited date 19/04/2022 . Checked outdoor compressor capacitor replaced. but he has not checked indoor unit. Again after 10 days same issue started.
            Again we have requested urban company to revisit engineer but they refused to align engineer and told me to log fresh booking so I booked the new case again dated 15/05/2022. Finally engineer Azhar Hussain visited my house and checked parameter and informed us the gas and complete coil panel need to replace as permanent solution and provided estimated amount Rs. 9000/-
            Here my concern to urban company that why I must pay for engineer’s fault? When all parameter of my AC is okay before servicing and at the time of revisiting.
            Why they have done such service so that gas leakage and coil panel gone faulty.

            Here as per my question as per calls attended all issues are created by engineers (serviced) and engineer(revisit). This was not properly reported to urban company on time.

            Thus customer has to face consequences and has to pay estimated amount that is Rs 6000/- For complete coil panel, 2500/- for Gas filling and 500/- for services as per expert visited on fresh booking.

            *Pls. resolve my issue and provide AC in same condition as when given on service to urban company experts.

            Why they are not going to understand issue created on service, it should be attended without any delay.

            I have complained in urban company no of times there executive just say we regret.

            I say them pls. provide my ac in same condition as working before service. They are denying to attend the call.
            As it very clear 2nd visit was done on 19/04/2022. So one month will start from 02 visit. as issue started after service.

                Hi, I had raised a complaint on a personal grooming service with urban company . The issue was never addressed and no one called me despite multiple reminders on email . We trust these company & its employee to do a standard job, post services escalations on grooming etc are not addrsssed at all . Pl help resolve at the earliest .

                  The PCB and compressor for my AC was damaged by Urban Company. They defaulted their warranty promise of 60 days. The issue is not resolved

                  I can say that you guys have very untrained technicians . I doubt if they even meet up with the people onboard (technicians) .Even after repeated emails to urban companies the matters don't get sorted. This proves that Urban Company is incapable of reprimanding its technicians for things not done with proper protocol.

                    I had booked for a water leak problem in my RO on 12th May. The professional came and saw the RO. He found the motor not working and recommended to change the motor and tried to sell the motor. We did not want motor to change and so he left. We thought he had fixed water leak but he had not. When we called urban company customer care, they said that unless motor is fixed, water leak will not be fixed and refused to take any action . Then we hired local professional here and he quickly fixed the leak problem by plugging the auto-cut. This local guy solved the problem in 5 mins just what urban company's so called professional could not solve. Infact their professional was fully convinced that its motor problem and though he had come for solving water leak issue he had no clue of water leak.
                    But we paid the urban comapny Rs 397 for this pathetic service. We complaint this to their consumer care but they did nothing. So I am put my complaint here so I can get my refund back.

                        My property (ac's pcb) was damaged during their repair upon calling they told me to book a new call as according to their policy they'll only revisit twice and now I have to pay 1500 for a repair that was done by them in the first place

                            I Had booked a Ac service on february 23rd 2022 and the professional washed outdoor with water jet pump and the coil got completely smudged and damaged and I checked with professional and he told that it wouldnt be a problem. Now dayby day the cooling got reduced and now there is zero cooling...

                            I raised a complaint on 11 th may ragarding the same and I received a call and customer support person told that a technician would visit on 13th and do the repair.

                            Yesterday, a profesional came and I clearly explained them the issue and informed them to change the part and do repair and fill the gas and then raise a ticket to your company for the bill and they would pay the bill to you on our behalf and he told he would come back in 2 hours as he didnt nitrogen cylinder and asked me to reschedule for sunday and he went away and now the professional changed and now one came till now and I called the new professional assigned and he says he would not be able to honour the request and raise a ticket.

                            Today I raised call request twice and botha the times, I receieved a call from your cuatomer care persons and they arent givinh appropriate resolution and they are just informing that we will help you accordingly.

                              We had booked urbanclap for installing water filter. The professional told us that filter is not working and changed a internal part, which causes the membrane to burn as it was a fake part ( confirmed by Eureka Forbes). He took Rs4750 from us and didn't pay a receipt. When we complained to urban company and the professional to pay for damages they only paid 1000rs

                                  I booked 2 intense bathroom cleaning and none of them were cleaned as per the description. I booked revisit but no one came for revisit. I have been called back by customer care minimum 6 times and everytime i have to explain them what was not done. I was asked to share pics which i did and I am promised a call back in 10 min and the callback is done after 48 hrs. I need full refund of money or someone should come and clean the bathroom as per the description provided. Everytime i am offered a refund of either 200 or 400 or 450 or 499. My question is why not full? The last call which came today was intentionally disconnected by the customer care because i was asking for full refund

                                    I had got painting work done in August 2021 through Urban Company, and I was told repeatedly by the visiting professional as well as on the app that I have 1 year warranty on the painting job, paint cracked in less than a month and I asked for a follow up visit the professional who was sent hurried the work and did not give sufficient time for plaster to dry, he infact took my blowdryer to artificially dry it, it puffed up within a day and cracked again in few weeks. At no time did my app or anybody from urban company, nor the visiting professional said that rework is not part of warranty or that immediate complain has to be filed about rework, he infact indicated that work done on my roof will crack too and I will have to file for re-work again.

                                    Due to family emergency, travel and work I had to wait before I could file a service complaint, also I was made to believe that 1 Year warranty will be honoured, and was never given any information AT ALL about not fixing the problem. You cannot replace a defected piece with a defected piece and call it fair trade.

                                    I have deliberately been kept in the dark about the lack of warranty on re-work, no intimation at all was given in any way, neither in word or writing, about different standards for poor re-work service, I have been given poor service along with poor materials, deliberately to reduce cost and increase profit.

                                    I have been using Urban Company for years now and feel ashamed at being conned by them, I should have gone to a local dealer who wouldn't blatantly lie about giving 1 year warranty and then dishonour it. After I called the customer care they rudely refused to fix their service failure
                                    I was never told in word or writing about warranty on rework, and suddenly when I demand that damage that is under warranty be fixed I have been told that it is too late. You cannot make up terms post offering service when you say 1 year warranty at the time of service. I have received the same shameful email from them lying about having transparent warranty terms on rework without any proof that I was informed about it!
                                    I want them to honour the terms of service mentioned at the time of taking money for my service. The Urban Company customer service agent shamefully said that I have got re-work done at their cost! I paid around 13000 rupees to get 1 room painted, I paid for all materials that were used in painting and rework. Only 1 man was sent to fix the damage that is hardly 15 mins work and I tipped him 500 rs, my time was wasted twice because of bad service.

                                      Address: H No 8-1-328/1/2, Shaikpet, Hyderabad

                                      I made a PhonePay payment of Rs 549 today from UPI [protected]@ybl for installation of a geyser at my residence in Shailpet at Hyderabad. However, when i go to the booking history, it shows that the review is still pending.

                                      The booking i made is for 12th May 2022 at 1.30PM. KIndly resolve in good time.
